Hello readers,

I just returned to FanFiction.Net after many years of hiatus. I had a previous account from when I was an angsty teen, but I cannot remember the login information for the life of me. It's probably for the best. I would rather have a clean slate anyway.

If there is one thing this pandemic has given me, it's time to write again. I am in no way a professional writer, but hope you enjoy what I put out there.

I'm cross-posting my story/stories to Archive of Our Own. So, if you see my stuff posted there as well, know that it's the same author.

In Search of a Soul - a "Stardew Valley" fic.

The first part is heavily geared toward characterization to get to know the more complex aspects of each of the townsfolk's personalities and worldview, but I look forward to eventually exploring the fantastical elements of the setting that ConcernedApe created. I don't like rushing characters into relationships, but my inner little old matchmaker lady will make sure it happens, don't worry. There will be more than the main two pairings because I can't help myself.

My partner and I had a fun conversation about alternative uses for the Divine Pulse and the shenanigans that could ensue. I might write more of these one-shots when the inspiration strikes or I need a break from In Search of a Soul.
