 Author has written 38 stories for Mentalist, and Timeless. Um...okay, so this is my profile I guess. After more than twenty years away from writing anything creative I found the wonderful world of fanfiction at the end of Season 6 of The Mentalist. I have been obsessively writing stories based on these characters ever since! Favourite TV Shows Comedies I have quite an eclectic taste I guess but I'm probably a fan of the 'no hugging, no lessons' type of comedy programme most of all (a quote about Seinfeld, I believe). Some of my favourites are (in no particular order): Fawlty Towers, Blackadder, Phoenix Nights, Max & Paddy, Only Fools & Horses, Seinfeld (naturally), Sgt. Bilko, It's Always Sunny in Philadeplhia, Silicon Valley, Frasier and Cheers. Action/Mystery I enjoy U.S. shows much more than U.K. generally. Some of my favourites are: The Mentalist (duh), Limitless (a show cancelled far too soon imo), Psych, Dexter, 24, The Blacklist, Suits, Justified and Major Crimes. I've recently become entranced with the new show Timeless too, check it out, I'll be writing some ff for that soon. Sci-Fi/Supernatural Supernatural, The X Files, Quantum Leap and True Blood I am also a massive Marx Brothers fan, if you have not watched one of their films in a while please do so if you need cheering up, they are more witty and silly than pretty much any other comedy today. I'm not egotistical enough to say I am in any way an expert in the English Language but I am very happy to beta or advise new writers in any way I can now that I've been doing this for a while. |
