What's the Sitch?

A Kim Possible Prequel

Disclaimer: I own nothing pertaining to Disney's Kim Possible.

8-year old Wade Load watched on TV as a girl named Kim Possible was interviewed in front of the home of millionaire and Cuddle Buddy collector Mr. Paisley.

"So how was it that you, a teenage cheerleader, were alerted to this emergency?" the newscaster asked.

"Well, it was actually my best friend who told me", the young girl said. "I'm lucky that he's around to keep track of all of the hits on my site, and this one was major."

"Yeah, but I can't always be around to do that, KP", said Ron Stoppable, her best friend. "I've got a life, ya know!"

"So you have a website that proclaims you can "do anything", and someone chose to contact you to get them out of a high-risk situation?"

"It was no big, getting past all of those lasers", said Kim, waving it off. "Just like cheerleading practice! So not the drama."

"Well, thank you, Kim Possible and Ron Stoppable", said the newscaster as she turned back to the camera. "Back to you, Stan."

Kim pulled Ron away from the frame as he started to wave, and the screen cut back to the studio. Wade shut off the TV, his brow furrowed. He thought back to what Ron had said:

"I can't always be around to do that, KP. I've got a life, ya know!"

"Hmm", Wade thought to himself. "I think I can help with that."

The young boy got up and went over to his computer, typing rapidly.

Kim rushed down the stairs the next Monday morning, strapping her backpack over her shoulders.

"Morning, Mom! Morning, Dad!" she called as she came into the kitchen.

"Morning, Kimmy!" her parents said simultaneously.

"Gonna have some breakfast?" said her dad.

Kim grabbed the toast that was popping out and took a bite, swallowing quickly.

"Just this for today", she said. "Gotta meet Ron at the curb."

"Okay, hon!" her mom called.

"See you for dinner!" said her dad.

Kim jogged up to her usual meeting place where her best friend, Ron Stoppable, was waiting for her.

"Hey, KP!" he waved.

"Morning, Ron", she said.

"Oh-say good morning to Rufus, too!"

Ron pulled the naked mole rat out of his pocket, who yawned and stretched and smiled with his one baby tooth.

"Riight", said Kim, chuckling awkwardly. "Hello again...Rufus."

Ron put his pet back in his pocket, yawning.

"You okay, Ron?"

"Oh, yeah; just had another long weekend of keeping up with your website."

"Any other hits?"

"Not so far, but then again I haven't checked since, like...five minutes ago. We need something that can tell us what the situation is."

"Whoa, way too big a word", Kim said, holding up her hand. "Let's just call the hits sitches."

"Sitches?"

"Yeah! You know, short for situations?"

"Huh; now that I think about it, that is a very long word. Also, what are we gonna do if a…"sitch" comes in while we're at school?"

"My website says I can do anything; I'm sure I can manage school work and answering the hits."

"Hey, I just thought of something else", said Ron. "How are we gonna check out the site if we don't have anything portable to view it on?"

"Hmm. I don't know", Kim admitted. "Ah, I'm sure we'll think of something."

As they got to Middleton High School, Kim was immediately greeted and whisked off by her new cheerleading friends. Ron sighed and walked into the school by himself.

Wade removed his welding goggles and smiled at his completed work.

"Perfect", he said. "And now, I just need to let her know."

As he sat down once again at his computer, he suddenly heard a crash.

"Mom?" he called. "Is that you?"

Wade got up from his computer and opened his bedroom door. The house was dark, too dark for the afternoon.

"Hello? Is someone there?"

Wade stepped out of his room and shut the door behind him, tentatively walking down the hall towards the kitchen. He gasped as a figure rushed by him, and turned sharply.

"Who's there?" he said fearfully. "I-I'll call the police!"

"Oh, I don't think so, kid."

Wade gasped and turned around to see a tall woman with jet black hair, pale white skin and glowing green hands standing in front of him. She was wearing a green and black outfit and dark lipstick. She smiled down at Wade.

"W-what do you want?" he said, backing up.

"You're comin' with me, kid."

"No!"

Wade made a break for his room, but was stopped by a blast of green energy hitting the wall in front of him.

"That was a warning shot, kid", said the woman. "Next time, I won't miss."

Wade gulped and slowly turned back around. He cried out as the woman threw a black bag over his head, tucked him under her arm and ran off.

Ron smiled as Kim met up with him at lunch.

"Sorry, Ron", Kim shrugged. "As a new member of the cheer squad, we had a lot to go over and-"

"It's all good, KP", said Ron. "Speaking of a lot to go over-"

"Right, the site."

Kim grabbed her lunch tray.

"Let's check it out."

Kim and Ron carried their lunch into the computer lab, being careful not to spill anything as they ate and Kim pulled up her website.

"Looks like it's all quiet, for now", she said. "I guess we should-"

PING! Suddenly, a video chat request popped up on the screen.

"Whoa, looks like we checked it out just in time!" said Ron.

Kim scrolled the mouse over and clicked on the request. An African American woman sat in a dark room with a look of concern on her face. She was holding a blue device with a green K on it.

"Hello?" she said. "Uh, is this...Kim Possible?"

"Speaking. What's the sitch?"

"You have to help me, Ms. Possible!" the woman said, breaking into tears. "My son has been kidnapped!"

Kim gasped.

"Now that's a major hit", said Ron.

"When did you last see him, Ms.-?"

"Load. Katrina Load. And it was just this morning, before I left for work."

"You didn't take him to school?"

"Oh, no; Wade graduated high school a few years ago. He's about to finish college."

"Whoa!" said Ron. "What is he, some kind of super genius?"

"At only eight years old? I'd like to think so."

"Any idea who could have taken him?" said Kim.

"No! Everyone loves Wade; he's a great kid, always trying to help people. He even made this clever little gizmo last night. I think he was planning to give it to you somehow, Ms. Possible."

Ms. Load held up the blue device.

"K for Kim? Spankin'!"

"He thought it might help you keep up with your website on the go."

"How brilliant, and sweet!" said Kim.

"I just don't understand who could've taken my sweet little boy!" Ms. Load said, sobbing once more.

"Don't worry, Ms. Load", said Kim. "We'll find your son and have him back in time for dinner."

Wade grunted as he was shoved forward. He couldn't see anything, and it felt like he had been traveling for hours.

"Come on; faster, kid", the woman said from behind him. "We don't have all day."

"Who's "we"?"

"No questions, just keep moving."

Wade felt himself stop in front of what felt like a wall, and he heard the woman typing out a code.

"Where am I?"

"I said, no questions!"

Wade gasped as he felt the heat from her glowing hand near his face.

There was a beep, and then Wade heard the wall slide open.

"Come on."

He was shoved forward again and the door slid shut behind them. Wade continued to walk, feeling cool air above him and hearing the sound of chatter from either side.

"So, do you think he'll hire you?" a man's voice said.

"Don't know", said another, "but I sure do need the job."

"Eh, you'll get it", said a third man. "I'm sure we all will!"

"That's the spirit, bub", said a fourth man, whose voice was very deep.

The woman stopped Wade so that she could open another door, and shoved him forward once more.

"Ah, you've returned", said another male voice, this one more scratchy than the others he had heard.

"Yeah, I got the nerd", said the woman. "Do I get the job, or not?"

"I'm very impressed", said the man. "Consider yourself hired, Ms. Go."

"Yeah-uh, it's Shego. No Miss to it."

"Very well."

The man must have nodded at the woman, because Wade gasped as she removed the hood from his head. He blinked as his vision came back into focus, and he gasped. Standing beside the woman was a man dressed in a blue lab coat with greasy black hair in a short ponytail behind his head and blue skin.

"Aah!" Wade exclaimed. "Wh-wh-where am I? Who are you? Why did you bring me here?!"

"Ugh, does he EVER stop with the questions?" the woman called Shego said as she plopped down at a chair in front of a monitor and started filing her nails.

"Yes", said the man, scratching his chin and circling the boy like a hungry shark. "For one claiming to be a genius, you sure don't know a lot; do you?"

"Claiming?!" Wade said, insulted. "Hey, I'll have you know you're speaking to a high school graduate who's set to graduate from college next month! I have a 4.0 GPA, AND I'm only eight years old!"

"Yes, yes; fantastic", the man said, waving him off. "But you still don't know who I am or what you're doing here; do you?"

"Well...no", Wade admitted.

"Aha!" the man exclaimed, laughing. "Who's the genius NOW?!"

"Just get to the point", Shego said dismissively.

The man growled.

"Fine. My name is Dr. Drakken", he said, "and you, child, have been brought to my lair to improve my robotics."

"So let me get this straight", said Wade. "You had your newly-employed henchwoman kidnap me from my home, insulted my intelligence and now you want my help improving your...robotics?"

"Well, yes", said Dr. Drakken, crossing his arms. "Ever since I dropped out of college-"

Wade tried to stifle a laugh, but he soon had to let it out.

"So you didn't even finish college, and you think you're smarter than me?!" he guffawed, clutching his side.

"Silence!" Dr. Drakken growled. "I am the only one who is allowed to laugh, here!"

Wade continued to laugh, and Dr. Drakken growled once more.

"Shego!" he yelled, and without missing a beat, Shego aimed a blast at the wall just above Wade's head. "Thank you. Now, it's time to go to work."

Wade gasped as the door opened once more, and three guys in red suits with black goggles came in and surrounded him.

"Take our guest to the Robotics Room", said Dr. Drakken, "and then send in your paperwork; you're hired."

The men whooped and cheered, and two of them grabbed Wade by the arms.

"Hey!" he protested. "Hey, let go!"

"I look forward to seeing what you come up with!" Dr. Drakken said, waving as Wade disappeared with his newly-hired henchmen.

"Okay, great", said Shego, getting up. "So let's discuss vacation days."

Back in Middleton, Kim and Ron met after school in Ron's treehouse.

"Okay, so what do we know?" said Kim.

"Well, we've got a missing eight-year old supergenius", said Ron, "and his mom has no idea who could have taken him."

"All Mrs. Load said was that there was a singed black mark on the wall by his room", said Kim. "Like someone fired a...weapon at him?"

Rufus, who was sitting on the table in front of them, cringed and ducked behind a soda can, shaking from his wrinkled bald head to his stubby tail.

"I agree, Rufus", said Ron, scooping up the naked mole rat and putting him in his pocket. "Definitely creepy."

"Creepy or not, there has to be a way to find this kid", said Kim. "I promised his mom that we would bring him home."

"Yeah, but she already asked all of her neighbors if they saw anything and they didn't KP", said Ron. "No cries for help, no car doors being slammed-you know, typical "someone's-been-kidnapped" behavior."

"You have GOT to stop watching those TV crime shows with your dad", said Kim. "But actually, you might be onto something there."

Kim got up from the couch and shinnied down the rope ladder.

"Ya comin', Ron?"

"Where?"

"Mrs. Load's house."

"So right over there are the Johnsons", Mrs. Load said, pointing out the window as Kim and Ron stared from the couch at her house. "If anyone saw anything having to do with my Wade's abduction, it would be them."

"Who's that?" said Ron, pointing to an elderly couple walking down the sidewalk in front of Mrs. Load's house.

"Oh, them", said Mrs. Load. "That's the Petersons. Salty recluses; even if they did see anything, they probably wouldn't tell ya."

"What about over there?" said Kim, pointing across the neighborhood to a large castle-looking building located on the top of a hill in the distance.

"Come to think of it, I'm not familiar with that place", said Mrs. Load. "It must be new."

"Whoa, you could probably see EVERYTHING from up there!" said Ron, eyes wide.

"Bingo", said Kim, smiling.

A few minutes later, Kim completed her climb up the hill while Ron trailed behind her.

"Shouldn't...these people...install an elevator, or something?" he said between breaths, hands on his knees as he reached the top.

"Oh, come on, it wasn't that bad", said Kim, tightening her ponytail.

"Easy...for...you...to say", Ron wheezed, and he fell to the ground.

Rufus popped out of Ron's pocket and started fanning him with his tiny paws.

"Thanks, buddy", Ron said, hugging his pet before getting up and putting him back in his pocket.

"No doorbell", said Kim, studying a wall in front of her. "Weird."

"Kim, I don't like the looks of this place", said Ron. "Maybe we should get out of here and let the police handle it."

Kim shook her head.

"I promised Mrs. Load that I would find her son, and that's what I'm gonna do", she said.

Taking a deep breath, Kim tentatively knocked on the wall.

"Uh...hello?"

Just then, a piercing alarm rang out.

"Intruder Alert", a robotic voice sounded. "Intruder Alert."

Kim cried out as the floor opened beneath her, sending her down into darkness!

"KP!" Ron exclaimed, right before a second panel opened underneath him, as well.

"Whoaaa!" Kim exclaimed as she landed in a heap at the bottom of the chute.

She gasped as she heard her best friend screaming behind her, and catapulted herself out of the way.

"Ow!" Ron complained as he hit the ground and Rufus rolled out of his pocket.

The naked mole rat chittered angrily and rubbed his tiny head. Ron collected his pet and placed him back in his pocket as he got up.

""I told you I didn't like this place!" Ron said.

"Yeah, I'm starting to agree with you", said Kim, looking around.

"Kim Possible?!"

The two teens turned to see an African American boy in the corner behind them, hiding behind a large robotic arm.

"Wait-are you...Wade Load?" said Kim, raising an eyebrow.

"I can't believe this", said Wade excitedly. "Kim Possible knows my name!"

"Hey, it's the missing kid!" said Ron. "We found him!"

"How do you guys know who I am?"

"Your mom contacted me when she couldn't find you", said Kim. "Are you hurt?"

"No, just scared!" said Wade. "This really creepy green lady broke into my house; and then she brought me here, where some equally creepy blue guy demanded that I improve his robots."

Wade gestured to the arms and legs scattered around the floor. Ron cried out as he noticed a robotic female head with blonde hair to his left.

"That is sick and wrong!" he said, cowering behind Kim.

"Yeah", said Wade. "He calls them Bebes."

"Did you say blue guy?" said Kim.

"Yeah! He has blue skin. SO weird. They locked me in this room a while ago."

"Well, don't worry", said Kim. "We'll get you out of here."

"Um, how?" said Wade. "Not to sound ungrateful or anything, but you're locked in here, too."

"Not for long", said Kim, and went over to examine the door.

"This guy actually claimed to be smarter than me", Wade said in the background. "ME! High school and soon-to-be college graduate! He didn't even finish college."

"Raising an eyebrow, Kim turned the handle and the door opened.

"Dude", said Ron, "it wasn't even locked."

"This guy hired some lazy henchmen, then", said Wade, shrugging. "Come on! I memorized the route from here back to his lab."

Kim, Ron and Wade ran out, not noticing the security camera right outside the door.

Shego sat up in front of the monitor as a flashing red light blinked.

"Uh, Dr. D.?" she said. "Ya might wanna take a look at this."

"What is it, Shego?"

Dr. Drakken turned to see his prisoner escaping with a couple of teens, and he cried out in surprise.

"What-who-how did-"

"Ya wanna complete a sentence there, Doc?"

Dr. Drakken angrily turned to Shego.

"Who ARE those two?!"

"I dunno", Shego said dismissively. "Your hench guys rerouted the trapping tube to the Robotics Room, for some reason."

"I want that child back!"

"No, let's just let them walk out the front door", Shego said sarcastically.

"This is going to be a regular thing with you, isn't it?" Drakken said. "Now go after them!"

Shego vaulted herself out of the chair, hands glowing, and rushed down the hall.

"Come on!" Wade said, leading the way. "It's just down this-"

He gasped as Shego appeared around the corner, hands glowing.

"Don't know who your friends are, kid", she said, "but none of you are going anywhere."

"Whoa, you weren't kidding", said Ron. "She is creepy."

"Who are you, and what do you want with Wade?" Kim demanded, showing no fear.

"Name's Shego, princess. And what my boss wants with the kid is none of your business."

Kim narrowed her eyes at the supervillain.

"My name is Kim."

Shego cackled.

"Like I care!"

"Um...I'm Ron; just in case anybody wanted to know. Ron Stoppable."

"Well, that's appropriate."

With one sudden motion, Shego performed a leg sweep and put him on the ground. As Wade helped him stand back up, Kim catapulted herself up and over Shego, flipping in midair.

"What are you supposed to be, some kind of teenage ninja or something?" said Shego.

"Nope; just a girl who can do anything."

"Wow; egocentric, much?"

Shego aimed an energy blast at Kim, who dove into a split to avoid it. Kim shifted into a back handspring as Shego continued to fire at her.

"Whoa!" said Wade.

"Oh, you should've seen KP dodge those lasers back at the Paisley mansion", said Ron, watching his best friend avoid Shego. "This is nothing."

Kim flipped over to the wall, using it as a springboard, and extended her right foot out, knocking Shego to the ground. She flipped over once and then lay motionless. Kim landed beside her perfectly.

"Way to go, KP!" Ron exclaimed, pumping his fist in the air.

"That was awesome!" said Wade.

"Who are you?"

Dr. Drakken suddenly appeared on a monitor above them.

"The name is Kim Possible", said Kim. "You're done holding Wade hostage."

"I'm done when I say I'm done, Ms. Possible", said Dr. Drakken. "This boy has not completed his work."

"There's no way I would ever do anything for you!" Wade protested.

"Oh? Not even to save your new friends?"

Kim and Ron gasped as a laser grid in the form of a cage surrounded them both.

"Of course, I don't need them around; the girl is too much of a threat to my plans, and the boy seems like a buffoon."

"Hey!" Ron exclaimed.

"Whatever he wants you to do, don't do it", said Kim, narrowing her eyes as the lasers edged closer.

"I-I-I have no choice!" said Wade, looking at them fearfully. "I can't let him hurt you!"

"So you are smart, after all", said Dr. Drakken. "I trust you know the way back to the Robotics Room, but just in case…"

Kim and Ron watched helplessly as Wade was escorted back to the Robotics Room by a couple of guards in red uniforms and black goggles.

"And make sure that door is locked this time!" Dr. Drakken yelled.

A couple of hours later, Wade's work was complete. He was led back to the control room by Shego and a few henchmen.

"Ah", said Dr. Drakken, "excellent."

Kim grunted as she struggled against the ropes binding her and Ron to the metal support beam in the lab.

"Show me my robots, boy."

Wade sighed and pulled a remote from his back pocket. He hit the big red button in the middle, and there was a humming sound as three tall, skinny robots with blonde hair zoomed into the room and stood in front of Dr. Drakken.

"Ohh", he said, admiring them. "They're perfect!"

"Of course, they are!" Wade said. "I fixed them. Now let Kim Possible and Ron Stoppable go."

"Oh, I don't think so", said Dr. Drakken. "Now that you've given me my new and improved robots, I think I'll put them to good use by destroying all of you! Bebes! Annihilate them!"

The robots didn't move.

"Wait; why didn't that work?"

"Oh, uh, did I forget to mention that they only respond to my voice commands?" said Wade, smiling. "Robots! Attack Dr. Drakken and his hench...people!"

The three robots sprang into action, immediately knocking down the henchmen. Dr. Drakken yelled as he tried to outrun the robots chasing him.

"Now free Kim and Ron!"

One of the robots ran over to the support beam. Ron screamed as its hand turned into a buzzsaw and cut them loose.

"Thanks, Wade", Kim said. "Now allow me to return the favor."

"I don't think so!" said Shego, lighting up her hands. "If there's one thing I hate, it's being outsmarted by someone more than half my age!"

"Way to tell us you're old", said Wade, laughing.

As Shego growled and lunged for him, Kim kicked her out of the way.

"Come on!" she said, pushing Ron and Wade ahead of her.

Rufus stuck his head out from Ron's pocket and looked behind him to see Shego and Dr. Drakken's henchmen chasing them. The naked mole rat screamed and dove back into Ron's pocket. Ron cried out as a green energy blast flew over his head.

"Kim!" he called.

"We're almost there!" she said, reaching the wall at the entrance. "Wade, can you get this thing open?"

"Piece of cake!" he said. "Just cover me!"

Kim nodded and stood protectively in front of the kid as the henchmen chasing them got closer.

"Uh, guys?" Ron said fearfully.

"Just one more second…" Wade said. "I can't reach this wire in the back of the control panel!"

Ron looked down at his pocket and smiled.

"Yes, you can!" he said. "Rufus! You're on, buddy!"

"Okay!" the naked mole rat squeaked, and Ron walked him over to Wade.

"Cool! A naked mole rat!" said Wade.

Rufus squeaked approvingly as he dove into the control panel and chomped down on the green wire with his teeth. The wall rose.

"Way to go, Rufus", Kim said.

"Don't let them escape!" said Shego, running ahead of the henchmen.

"Wade?" said Kim.

"Already on it!" he said.

As the three kids stepped through the rising wall, Wade smashed the control panel, causing the wall to close up again.

"No!" Shego cried out in protest, but she arrived too late as the wall slammed shut.

"Booyah!" Ron said, high-fiving Wade. "You rock, my friend!"

"Oh, it's nothing, really", said Wade. "Just a simple rewiring of the mechanics-"

"Okay, not the time!" said Kim, pushing them down the hill.

Back inside the lair, Dr. Drakken was fuming mad; and then he saw the robots that Wade had left behind and he grinned.

"Well", he said, "at least the child was careless enough to-"

BAM! The robots self-destructed, leaving a cloud of smoke. Dr. Drakken growled.

Mrs. Load pulled the door open and ran out screaming, hugging her son.

"Wade!" she exclaimed. "Oh, thank heavens you're alright!"

She turned to Kim and Ron.

"Thank you for saving my son."

"He's not safe just yet", said Kim. "We need to get inside."

"Kim's right, Mom", said Wade, pushing the door shut once everyone was in. "These people are dangerous, and they're gonna come back!"

"What?!"

"It's okay; I've got a plan."

Shego blasted open the door back up the hill and growled.

"Go get them!", she commanded, and the henchmen started running down the hill.

"KP, they're coming!" Ron yelled, watching as henchmen in red came down the hill and started heading their way.

"Just one more minute!" Wade called from his room as he started typing strands of code on his screen.

"Um, what are you doing?" Kim said, resting a hand on his doorframe.

"I'm writing a code that will create a neurological frequency that will cause immediate amnesia to anyone within its range."

"Make the bad guys forget everything about you", said Kim. "Spankin'!"

"Yeah, but you guys need to get out of range", said Wade, strapping a helmet onto his head. "I'll be fine because of this blocker. Get Ron and my mom down to the basement; it's lined with lead, so you'll be safe."

Wade completed his code, and a countdown sequence was activated. Kim gasped as she saw that she had 15 seconds.

"Mrs. Load, Ron, quickly, this way!" she yelled down the hall, and Ron escorted Mrs. Load down the hall. "We don't have much time!"

Kim pulled open the door and ushered everyone inside, pulling the door closed behind her.

"There's the house!" Shego said. "Take it!"

As the henchmen rushed forward, the countdown ran out. A giant satellite rose out of Wade's house, captivating the henchmen.

"What in the-" Shego began, but she was cut off by a sharp, shrill wave of sound emitting from the satellite.

She and the other villains cried out and held their hands, sinking to their knees. Back at the lair, Dr. Drakken also heard the frequency and covered his ears.

"Yes!" Wade exclaimed as the frequency went out.

Just as suddenly as it happened, the sound stopped and the satellite retracted back into the house. Shego and the other henchmen shook their heads.

"Wait, what?" Shego said, looking around. "What-what am I doing out here?"

"Uh...I don't know", said a skinny henchman.

"Ooh, the boss is gonna be mad!" said another.

"Let's go, bub", said the deep-voiced henchman.

As the other henchmen ran back to the hideout, Shego studied the house in front of her for a minute before shrugging and heading back herself. Wade let out a sigh of relief and took off his helmet. He opened the basement door and was immediately greeted by his mom.

"Wade, baby", she said, "are you alright?"

"I'm fine, Mom", he said. "They didn't get me again; and I don't think they'll be coming back anytime soon."

"You rock, Wade!" Kim said.

"Agreed, that was TOTALLY AWESOME!" said Ron, high-fiving the supergenius once more.

"How can we ever thank you?" said Kim. "Do you like ice cream?"

"Ooh, we could all go over to Mr. Fudgie's!" Ron exclaimed.

"I can drive you, kids!" said Mrs. Load. "Let me just go get my purse."

"That's kind of you to offer, but after that experience, I may never go outside AGAIN", said Wade. "From now on, I'll complete all of my schoolwork from right here in my bedroom."

"Wade, honey-" Mrs. Load began, but Wade cut her off.

"No, Mom; my mind's made up. I'm not coming out of here for anything else."

Mrs. Load, Kim and Ron stared at each other as Wade shut his bedroom door behind him.

Two Days Later

"It was so nice of Mrs. Load to send us home with all of those cookies", said Kim, meeting Ron after school.

"Oh, mine are already gone", said Ron. "Wade's mom is a very impressive baker."

"You ate the entire tin of 25 chocolate chip cookies?" Kim said.

"Well...I had a little help."

Rufus chose that moment to belch loudly from Ron's pocket. Kim rolled her eyes and walked on.

"Well, better go check the site", she said. "See ya later, Ron!"

"Later, KP!"

As Kim arrived at her front door, she looked down to see a package leaning against the doorframe.

"Hm?"

Picking it up, she saw that it was addressed to her.

"Huh."

She opened the door and took it inside, opening it up. Inside, there was a note:

Kim-

I hope this package finds you in a timely manner. I wanted to say thank you again for saving me, and in return I'd like to save you. I would like to offer my services as the runner of your website. It'll be no problem for me to keep track of everything in my spare time. In addition to this, I believe I have invented something that can help you save a lot more people. I call it the Kimmunicator. If there's a situation at hand, I can reach out to you immediately, wherever you are! Looking forward to working together,

Wade.

Kim pulled out the blue device she had seen earlier and admired it.

"Spankin'", she said.

As she started up the stairs, the Kimmunicator she was holding sounded with a four-tone beep, and she smiled and answered.

"Hey, Wade; what's the sitch?"

The End

There you have it, guys! So what did you think? Be sure to let me know and I'll see you again soon!
