My eyes begin to slowly open up. I could only feel the intense heat... hear the screams of the damned... when I opened my eyes I found myself somewhere I wasn't supposed to wonder myself into... The Netherrealm or in other word... Hell. I looked around to see myself that I was alone. Holly was no longer in my arms. Hazel and the others are no where to be found here, because they're still alive. Despite of feeling the horrible heat, I continued along a path in hopes of finding him. As I went along the path, I could see no one, until screams of the damned being tortured. However, none were Holly's.

"Holly!" I began to call out for him. I started to move quickly, in case demons were hunting for new arrivals, I presume. The journey became intense, as I feared that I won't find him. Nor would be able to see him again. As well perhaps returning back to the mortal world. I continued on trying to search for him.

The heat continues to intensify. I began to think that I might even burst into flames and calling it my second death. Instead, I felt as if I'm still alive back on Earth. Perhaps I might be in a process of Purgatory. If I'm still alive, perhaps I could try to bring Holly back with me, before I'm trapped here forever.

"Holly!"

For over fifteen minutes, I was near of giving up on finding him. I began to hear snarls nearby. I looked around to see no one is close by. I attempt to reach down for my side arm... but there's nothing. I only have is my fist to protect myself. More snarls were coming close nearby. There maybe an army of them that I can't fight them all off. I decided to run for my life! However, it didn't help, because shortly after, I reached a dead end. Below me was nothing but molten flames that is The River of fire. Basically, jumping is out of the question.

I turned around to see revenant-undead rabbits approaching me. It was Scabious and Toadflax, along with a few undead Owsla from Sandleford.

"Please... don't run. We're tired of running." Toadflax taunted.

"And we prefer to make you suffer slowly in pain." Scabious added.

"You guys should know that you're under control! Quan Chi used his sorcery to control you." I tried to persuade them.

"He restored us! Something that 'The Great Frith' himself couldn't be able to do." another Owsla buck stated.

"We decided to use that chance to destroy humanity, as Quan Chi promises us to have rabbits rule earth!" Scabious added.

"And destroy humanity and controlling rabbits to fear them! There are humans that understand them! Let me help you!" I pleaded.

"Oh. A human such as yourself could understand the ways we follow Frith?"

"More than that. You all shouldn't be here, but be in Frith's Meadow. The Black Rabbit claims-"

"Our souls are no longer bound to The Black Rabbit. There's no Frith nor The Black Rabbit." Scabious radically stated.

I shook my head, as I prepare to defend myself. Scabious charges at me first, but I he gained the higher strength and tackled me to the ground. He attempts to reach for my throat, but I was able to keep his muzzle away. However, it only makes it worst that he was able to bite into my shoulder. I screamed horribly, as I started to bleed out from my left shoulder. It lasted for a bit, until he was knocked off by someone. I looked to notice... it was Holly!

"Captain Holly!" I was surprised to see him there, in which he shouldn't be. "You're trap here too?!"

He turned around. "Yes... from your own doing!"

Shocked and disbelief from what he just said. "Holly? It's me Thomas."

"You're responsible for my death!" he hopped towards me.

"No! I couldn't! We were trying to save Hyzentlay, your mate, and my sister Katie." I explained.

"You did this! You made her more saddened than before!"

Heartbroken, I stepped away from him. "But what about the trials we face together in Efrafa? You helped me give me my strength back, if it wasn't for you."

"That I regretted."

Surprised to hear him say these things.

"Quan Chi!" I turned to see him standing next the bucks, as he smirks.

"I'm afraid your friend/brother/father is not the same."

"You can't do this! His soul is pure! You tarnished him with hatred and deceit!" I exclaimed.

"I made him stronger and alive." Quan Chi spoke. "And just like the others... willing to serve me and rule Earth."

"Holly? What about your allegiance to Hazel? Bigwig? And our warren?" I questioned Holly.

"Our warren?! There's no 'our warren'! It's only for The Rabbits. The human interference undermines our goal to unite all rabbits into one warren, one world."

Quan Chi than decides to test out his new follower. "Perhaps your friend has betrayed your trust too deeply that you should remove him from your trouble."

"Yes, sorcerer." Captain Holly complies and prepares to fight me.

"Holly! Don't do this! I won't fight you." I refused.

"You have no choice. FIGHT!" Quan Chi orders.

Holly charged at me and pounced me to the ground. He began to claw at me and leaving me scars and bruises. I only done was attempt to block his attacks and push him off of me. From that moment, I was able to get back on my feet.

"Fight!" Holly ordered me.

I shook my head. "I won't fight you, nor hurt you."

"Very well." he charged at me with a headbutt and knocked me to the ground. Tears fell from my eyes, along with blood. I looked behind me to see I was on the cliff of the pit of flames. Holly than pounced on me. His paw began squeezing my head to the edge. With the heat and sweat take hold much more.

"Is that how it ends, sir?" I questioned him. "You being a soldier than a good rabbit." He squeezes my head harder than before. "Because a great rabbit has told a captain from Efrafa that it's better to be a good rabbit, than just a good soldier." He looses the grip for a moment. I looked back at him... smiling. "There's good in you. Just fight."

In his mental mind, he was struggling, but at the same time continues to squeeze my head, as cliff rocks crumble in bits. "Your last breath?"

"Yes... it's... not to be a hot-head." I was able to toss him off my head. He was about ready to do another charge, but the cliffs started to crumble. His side began to collapse and he started to fall.

"Holly!"

He was able to have a grip on the slope, as he was struggling to reach back to the top. However, begins to lose his grip and starts slipping slowly. "Master! Help me, please!"

I looked back at Quan Chi. He remind silent and steps away. Without him helping, I was the only one, who could. I was able to head towards the cliff and tried to reach for his paw, but I couldn't get it.

"Holly, you have to reach your paw up a bit. I'll help you." I started to reach my hand out. He attempts to reach my hand, but he missed.

"I'm falling!" Holly shouted.

"Hop up and I'll catch you." I scooted further, so he has a chance to be caught.

A blast came out of no where. I turned to see Quan Chi summoning his magic to stop me helping him.

"Help me, please!" Holly begs.

"A puppet begging for mercy and help. A pathetic fool." Quan Chi ridiculed.

I ignored him, as I was continuing to aid Holly. "You could do this. Just hop and I'll catch you."

He was near to the point of losing his all. He decides to dare himself for this jump. He made one hop. I was able to, in a nick of time... catching him.

"I got you!" I was relieved. "Alright, now we're going to pull ourselves up and we'll get away from here."

My leg felt a break that I was paralyzed and broken from my left leg. I screamed in pain, as I turned back to see it was Quan Chi.

"You're a fool to save one of my puppets. Perhaps now, he's no longer useful... as for you... I'll see you soon." Quan Chi than kicked us off from the cliff and the descent began.

I knew the flames would be our second death. The only thing I could do was embrace him... one last time. "I'm sorry, Holly. Please forgive me." A tear fell, as we're near to the flames... until a flash of lightening stopped our descent and we began to ascend. To where? It's a possible mystery.
