Another edition of Mancub's Den but I'll go off the beaten path by having fun imagining a shared universe of films based off the Roger Rabbit world. After watching the Marvel Cinematic Universe, I figured that Who Framed Roger Rabbit could've opened the world of Toontown to bigger heights. I chatted with MenyDragon5 about this as that idea popped up in my head after hearing about Mandoverse on the Star Wars side expan with shows like Book of Boba Fett, Kenobi, Asoka Tano and Star Wars: Underworld. I figured I'd share it with you guys of a imagined Roger Rabbit Cinematic Universe or Rogerverse composed of films and TV. In fact, I'll order them in a canonical timeline. Let's get it.

====The Rogerverse Canonical Timeline======

Valiant Eyes: Takes place in 1930s-1944, this film kicks off the timeline with an origin story of Eddie and Teddy Valiant as they go on adventures solving toon-related cases. The story will introduce Delores, Marvin Acme and RK Maroon to flesh them out a bit. Also, flashbacks of the Valiant Bros. traveling with their father as a clown would show up seeing how the two detectives as kids develop their joy of humor. I imagine a glimpse of Toontown with the black and white cartoons frolicking with the Technicolor toons as Marvin Acme has an important matter to tend too with an attorney as he preps for the unexpected that really fleshes out this important detail from the film's events of WFRR to come being his will to the toons. The final post-credits scene would have Eddie standing over his brother's grave reflecting of what happened on that fateful day though the final case won't be shown. Then at Valiant's office, Eddie glances at Teddy's desk and at the newspaper of his brother's murder and silently gestures that he'll never work with toons again. Thus kicking off the Who Framed Roger Rabbit movie.

Mickey and The Stooge: Takes place in early 1944 after Valiant Eyes, Mickey and Roger are friends as they go on a wacky adventure discovering who Roger's parents are. The important subplot is how Roger met Jessica Rabbit or rather Crupnik in the film. The actual parents of Roger is in fact Oswald and Ortensia Rabbit. What really makes It shocking to Roger and Mickey is that Oswald is the latter's brother, therefore making Mickey, Roger's uncle on Oswald's side of the family. Thumper and Mrs. Bunny maternal uncle and aunt respectively. It's all about Roger finding his familial roots with Mickey finding Out how connected he is to the rabbit and his soon-to-be in-law.

Who Framed Roger Rabbit: 3 years after Mickey and The Stooge, Marvin Acme is murdered after Roger finds out from Eddie Valiant and RK Maroon that Jessica Rabbit is having an affair with Acme. Because of Acme's death, Roger is framed and it's up to Eddie to help him clear his name while at the same time, Roger slowly but surely helps Eddie get back the one thing he'd lost, his joy of toons and sense of humor. From here on, this film will catapult standalone films and other RR sequels intertwining with each other.

Roger Rabbit 2: The Aftermath- Few weeks after WFRR, Toons and humans are recovering from the scandal and deadly revelations of Judge Doom while enduring reality of living their lives On and off the set. MollyMercury wrote the fanfic perfectly as if it was an actual sequel perfect for a Rogerverse. Roger and Jessica are living out their lives as the rabbit gets a chance to work at Disney alongside his favorite star, Goofy. However, something crazy goes down at Disney as the animation cells were stolen and Eddie Valiant is on the case to figure out who did it. Daisy Duck appears in the RRCU.

Roger Rabbit 3: Return of the Judge- Years after Roger Rabbit 2, a foe of Eddie's past comes for revenge and not Only that, but he wants to kill Roger softly of humiliation. Meanwhile, the animation industry is changing in the 1950s as the process of animating was expensive and to combat this, they decided to cut the frames down a bit. RK Maroon Studios has no other choice but to adapt to the change as companies like Hanna-Barbera are thriving and television markets are booming as well. In the mix of the Silver Age Of Animation, Roger and Jessica must adapt to this change and figure out who's behind the plot of wanting to get rid of Eddie and Roger. New character CB Maroon, the brother to late RK Maroon takes Over the studio and joins the RRCU.

Tummy Trouble, Rollercoaster Rabbit, Trail Mix-Up and few other shorts: After Roger Rabbit 3.

Mickey's Magical quest: Based off the story from the Capcom game of the same name, Mickey rescues Pluto from an unknown threat through a magical mirror. Pluto joins the RRCU and Minnie gets a chance to help out. Takes place after Roger Rabbit 3 but during Roger's time doing shorts for RK Maroon after Tummy Trouble and Rollercoaster Rabbit.

Mickey's Magical Quest 2: Great Circus Mystery: Similar to Disney/Capcom sequel of Magical quest, Mickey and Minnie were going to a circus in Toontown only for people to go missing and It's up to them to find out where they've gone to and bring them back. Silly Syymphonies characters join the RRCU. Not Only that, but brief appearances of Baby Herman and Roger Rabbit. Takes place after Magical Quest but during Roger Rabbit's filming of shorts.

Maui Mallard and Cold Shadow: Takes place after Magical Quest 2 but before Toon Patrol, Donald Duck acts as a detective persona solving crimes in Toontown but acts as a vigilante ninja dubbed Cold Shadow. Everyone wanted to know who Cold Shadow is as Donald must keep his identity a secret in order to thwart a sinister plan in the dark.

Toon Patrol: Set in the 60s and after Maui Mallard, an evolving shift of animation was afoot dubbed xerography where toons are copied their animations in cheap time thus Lowering budget costs but the copies of toons went haywire wreaking havoc in Toontown and parts of LA. Disney had their success in xerographic style of animation through 101 Dalmatians through The Rescuers though it was controversial at the same time. Back to the story, the xerographic clones of various toons roam the streets causing trouble wherever they go. Roger Rabbit witnesses this and doesn't like the looks of it and calls for help. Mickey, Donald, Goofy, Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck and Porky Pig decide to assemble and fight to save Toontown and Los Angeles. Jessica Rabbit and Minnie would have a prominent role of the Toon Patrol. While the Toon Patrol fight off the rogue xerographs, Eddie Valiant, Minnie Mouse, Jessica Rabbit and Delores try to investigate the real culprit of the chaos. 101 Dalmatians, Rescuuers, Tazmanian Devil of Looney Tunes appear in Toon patrol.

Magical Quest 3: Mickey and Donald: Takes place a little after Toon Patrol, again based off of Disney/Capcom's Magical Quest series, Donald is pissed after his nephews pulled a prank on him. Taken to a dark and twisted realm by a notorious phantom. Takes place after Roger Rabbit 4 and after the anniversary of Roger and Jessica Rabbit's trip. Phantom Blot makes his debut in the RRCU along with Max Goof.

Roger Rabbit 5: Blackballed- A mysterious assailant murders a director of a well-known cartoon company and not only that but vials of dipped toons are littered with a note attached saying "You're next" as it delivers in front Of Roger's dressing room of RK Maroon Studios. Horrified, Roger and Jessica turn to Eddie's son, Monty Valiant for help as he takes the reins of solving cases for his father. Is the killer toon or human? Roger, Jessica, Monty, Herman and a love interest of the next-gen Valiant must put a stop to the assailant's plans before more directors related to the victim or toons are next. Takes place in the 80s. Post-credits scene shows Bonkers and Lucky in their squad car wrapping up a police case before driving off on the LA streets.

Toon Patrol 2: Toons In Time: Based off of the hit Super Nintendo beat-em-up by Konami called TMNT IV: Turtles In Time, Phantom Blot threatens to screw up the animation timeline in order to get Mickey and friends out of the way so the villains can rule the world. To make matters worse, he wants to bring Roger's nemesis back from the brink not knowing the true consequence if he did that. Now it's up to the Toon Patrol to travel through time to thwart the dastardly Plans once and for all.

That's Part 1 of my Rogerverse, folks. Figured I'd save the rest for Part 2 but I ddid give you guys enough of my fantasy Outline if was a head team developer at Disney with creative power. The post-credits scenes are kind Of like the Ones in the MCU films where you see for instance, Thor at the end of Doctor Strange indicating another film to canonically take place in the MCU being Thor: Ragnarok. Anyway, now that the PM servers are back online, leave your thoughts and tell me in a PM or review whether it's fine or too much of milking. In my Opinion, in order for a franchise like the MCU to thrive, you got to tell the audience a great story with a cohesive and engaging plot, established and developing characters and various challenges they must overcome. And the Rogerverse, MCU, Mandoverse or any series can follow that formula with many great series that tie to one another. Anyway, LilMancub out and I'll see y'all in the next one.
