Clarke's Pov

Clarke Griffin wasn't sure what to make of the older woman in the battle suit with what looks like a metal sword with a silver hilt holstered on her back and silver gauntlets on her arms. The short haired brunette's name was Daisy. Clarke wasn't sure if Daisy's choice to spare her attackers was either very brave or very stupid. Either way, Clarke was thankful that she did because she knew Lexa would not be able to stop her people from demanding blood.

Daisy still put her on edge and she thought that Lexa felt the same way. She could tell that Daisy was the leader of her people due to how she walked and spoke. They listened to her when she gave orders. She also wasn't afraid of Lexa in the slightest. It was also the way that Daisy acted with her people that irked Clarke. It wasn't like Lexa where they obeyed her orders without question.

The Grounders see Lexa as above themselves. Not to mention that Clarke's own people tend to fight over every decision she makes. However, It seems to be different with Daisy. She treats her warriors as equals. Lexa and the Grounders must have taken notice too. It was probably the fact that Daisy looked like she was older then both of them. The next thing that bothered Clarke was that Daisy's ship certainly did not come from the Ark. Also, despite the fact that the vessel had crashed, it still managed to fly.

"How is it not severely damaged". Clarke thought in her mind. She wasn't wrong. When ship hovered in the air. It looked like it barely had a scratch on it.

Clarke turned to Anya who was staring at Daisy. She looked like she was trying to analyze her. Maybe she was trying to find a weakness. The tall Grounder General didn't hate Clarke like she did when they escaped Mount Weather together but she didn't approve that Clarke walked away from her people and Clarke didn't blame her.

"So what happened to the world"? She heard Daisy ask Lexa.

Lexa uttered one word, "Praimfaya". Daisy looked at Lexa, clearly annoyed,

"I really don't know what that means". Anya snorted while Lexa explained,

"We speak of the fire that consumed the world".

Clarke knew she should give a better explanation,

"The world suffered a nuclear apocalypse. All we know is that the countries of Earth attacked each other with nukes. It left the land simmering with radiation. The Commander's people were survivors that adapted to the nuclear fallout whereas my people escaped through a massive space station called The Ark. We have lived there for 99 years".

Daisy's eyes widened. Clarke then realized she unloaded a lot for Daisy and her people to digest.

Daisy asked curiously, "You came back though, you and Skaikru"? Clarke shrugged her shoulders and answered,

"We didn't know there was life anywhere else so we had no choice. The Ark was dying. The systems that were supposed to provide oxygen were failing. It was we either risk going back down or we all suffocate in space". Clarke had to admit that she felt at ease, knowing that she was explaining the Ark to someone that could understand their technology on some level.

Daisy chuckled darkly and said, "Damn! So either way, you could die". Clarke nodded, not really sure what Daisy meant by that.

The blonde woman called Bobbi riding behind Daisy said, "So you had to wait for the radiation to clear or at least reach your level then decided to come down. Clarke shook her head,

"The previous leader of my people sent one hundred juvenile delinquents, including myself, to the ground to see if the planet was survivable and it was but we didn't know about the people living here". Clarke had realized before that They were pretty much in the same exact problem. Daisy and her team looked shocked to their core which Clarke couldn't blame her for. The tall brunette turned to her and said,

"Okay first off, How are you and I even breathing right now? Our systems said that the air was breathable here". Clarke replied,

"That's because for both of us, it is breathable. The radiation never faded away. Lexa and her people adapted to this world's conditions. As for you and I, the answer is solar radiation. Like all my people, I was born in Space and I'm guessing you must have been traveling in Space for a very long time".

She heard Bobbi chuckle near Daisy, "Yeah, I'd say more then two years could be a long time in space". Clarke nodded her head in understanding but she noticed still Daisy looked confused.

"That's make sense but do you seriously mean that your people sent kids down here without even knowing if the air was still toxic or not".

Daisy and Sousa looked livid and Clarke didn't blame her and Sousa for reacting to the truth of the ways of the Ark. The things that were done on the Ark were beyond horrible. They were cruel and what they've done have shaped the lives of many of the 100 and certainly not for the best.

Clarke sighed and said, "Yes, they sent me and others down, knowing what could happen but there was no better option. It was either that or they start reducing the population".

Sousa and Daisy looked at each other with wide eyes. Daisy turned to me and said, "How long did you have before they proceeded with that plan".

Clarke looked away in pain and uttered, "At first, Three months" Daisy swore under her breath. Clarke didn't bother going into detail of how they failed in stopping the Ark's Culling or her best friend's role in the event. There was no need to bring any hostile judgment from these people.

Lexa asked in a sharp voice, "Where are you from"?

Daisy looked unfazed, "Earth, though some species call it Terra". Lexa replied back annoyed,

"Do not lie to me! None of my people have ever seen you on this world"! Daisy chuckled and said,

"They would be right. My friends and I are from Earth. I just didn't mean this one". Clarke turned to Lexa and Anya in question. They were stumped too.

Hunter joked, "Surprise bitches! You're not the only ones in the universe, or any universe"! Bobbi elbowed Hunter to be quiet and muttered an apology to the Grounders.

Daisy quickly explained, "In short Commander, We've come from a far away place in the universe. My home is similar to yours in some cases but also very different. It just happened to look the same and bear the same name". Anya joined in the conversation,

"You had your own Praimfaya then"? Daisy thought for a bit and answered truthfully,

"Well... Yes and No. We never had a nuclear apocalypse but we were invaded by another species from Space. They wanted to conquer and dominate us. We fought back and won the war but our home had suffered heavy casualties. After we mourned our losses. Our Government had decided that it was best for us to risk going deep into Space to prepare for the worse". Lexa was surprised by Daisy's tale of how things were different on Daisy's Earth. Yet it seemed that some things remained the same. Something suddenly clicked in Clarke's brain,

"That's why you were in Space. You and your team were seeking allies after your war ended". Daisy nodded her head with a smile,

"My mentor always said that we can accomplish anything once we become apart of something bigger, like pieces solving a puzzle. I don't believe division is the answer. We were supposed to return to our world but our systems malfunctioned and had taken us here instead. After that, we lost control and accidently crashed here". Clarke felt at ease at Daisy's declaration. While Lexa held her stony expression, Clarke could tell that she felt slightly relieved as well.

"It will be difficult to convince my people to leave you alone but if for the time being, if you join Skaikru, it could make things easier on both ends". Lexa stated as her and Anya nodded their heads. Daisy turned to Clarke,

"Your people got some good engineers or technicians"?

"Yeah, we got some really smart engineers and mechanics". Clarke smiled at the memory of Raven Reyes.

Daisy chuckled, "Good, we could use the help. We'll do what we can to help in the mean time". Clarke nodded and replied,

"That would be appreciated". Anya turned to Lexa and whispered in Trig,

"You know what Titus will say Heda. Not to mention Azgeda.". Lexa rolled her eyes and said in Trig,

"I will deal with both of them". Anya replied back, "Who will take the Star People Heda"?

Lexa turned to Clarke and said, "Do you still have your radio, Klark"? Clarke nodded and took out the radio that her mother had given to her when she had decided to be Skaikru's Ambassador.

Lexa nodded and said, "Tell your mother what we found out and ask your Chancellor if Daisy and her people could reside at Skaikru for now". Clarke took a deep breath and nodded. She hadn't spoken to her mother since she announced her plan to become her people's ambassador. She only hoped her or Kane was still in charge. She pressed the button on the radio and finally spoke,

"Hey, Mom"? An excited voice came out, "Clarke"!

"Mom, it's me. Is Chancellor Kane with you"? Another voice came through,

"I'm here, Clarke. What's going on"? Clarke took a deep breath and asked,

"You heard about that crash in Trikru lands"? Kane replied, "Yes, Did you find something? Is it another Station"? Clarke mentally smirked sarcastically and replied,

"Not exactly. They are kind of like us but they were never on the Ark". There was an awkward pause until Abby answered,

"What do you mean, honey? Do we need to worry about them"? Clarke chuckled darkly. She could hardly blame them but they really need to stop treating everyone as a threat if they are to survive.

"No and we shouldn't treat them as such. I spoke to their leader and told me where they are from". Clarke took a deep breath continued,

"They came here by accident Mom. They are from Earth, just not this one". Abby interrupted, "That doesn't make sense sweetie". Kane then interrupted,

"Abby, let's let her explain". Clarke continued,

"Thanks Kane. Mom, the thing is we aren't alone in the Universe. There's a planet just like ours that's far away from us. Their ship is damaged due to accidently crashing here and they need our help and some time to repair their systems. They don't want any trouble and they are willing to help us in return". Kane then answered worriedly,

"Are the Grounders okay with this Clarke"? Clarke replied,

"It was the Commander's idea". She heard Kane breathe a sigh of relief.

"Do you trust them"? Abby asked the question that was on Clarke's mind the whole time. She knew having Daisy's people join Skaikru was the only way to keep the other clans happy but this also put Clarke's people at risk. They managed to successfully incapacitate a Trikru scouting party without killing them. Yet, they could use the help. Tensions between Azgeda and the Coalition are rising. It's getting worse everyday. She was just glad that she'd managed to convince Kane to postpone Skaikru's trip to Mount Weather. With all that said, Daisy's promise of help did seem genuine. Her instincts told her that the Mountain Men were bad and she was right. She chose to trust in Lexa again and despite her people's opinions, she still believed that was the right thing to do.

Now once more, another impossible decision fell upon Clarke for her people. It always will be

A choice had to be made

"Clarke? Are you there"? Abby asked impatiently.

Clarke cleared her throat, "Yeah mom, I'm here. The answer is yes. I believe their leader, Daisy's promise is genuine. I trust them".

Kane's voice came back, "That's enough for us Clarke. I'll convince the rest to let them in". Clarke smiled and said,

"Kane, Everything I told you... tell only people you trust. You should probably make sure Octavia's at the gate". Kane responded,

"Understood, will we see you when they come"? Clarke looked at Lexa and the brunette nodded her head. Clarke responded, "Yes. I'll be there with the Commander".

Daisy rode over to where Clarke is. Clarke said to the radio, "Daisy wants to talk to you". Clarke handed the radio over to Daisy.

Daisy spoke firmly, "Chancellor, thank you for allowing us to come. I understand your people's fear but I promise you that my people will not harm you so long as you don't harm us. I should warn you that a ship will be hovering over us when you see us. It's the ship that we need to repair".

Kane resonded, "Understood Daisy, we'll tell you where to land the ship. Thank you for your promise of peace. I shall do my best to uphold my end". Daisy handed the radio over to Clarke. She said,

"May We Meet Again Mom and Kane". The radio responded,

"May We Meet Again Clarke". The radio turned off. All the riders walked in formation with Daisy riding alongside Clarke and Lexa.

Daisy commented, "I like that phrase: May We Meet Again".

Clarke responded, "It's what my people say when friends and loved ones depart from each other. What's yours"?

Daisy chuckled and answered, "Don't die out there". Lexa said as they rode together,

"You should not be afraid Daisy. Death is not the end". Daisy shrugged her shoulders,

"I hope not but I'd prefer to live as long as I can". Bobbi said out loud,

"Amen to that sister". Daisy smiled at her companions as she rode with the two leaders with Sousa right behind her to watch her back.

Clarke felt a sigh of relief escape her lips. Her eyes found Lexa's who she still felt conflicted with. She wasn't as mad at her as she used to be but there was still some pain from Mount Weather. She needed more time to talk to the girl again about it. The problem was ever since becoming her people's ambassador, time was decreasing. This was the first time where their wasn't a fight to get out of.

Blood didn't have to have Blood today.

Clarke can only hope that their will be more days like this. She'll pray that their will be a day where they will finally have peace with both peoples

Until then, She'll keep being the Commander Of Death until it's finally enough.
