SHIELD and Skaikru

Daisy's Pov

It took five days before reaching Arkadia. Daisy's eyes flickered in alarm as she picked up a lot of vibrations from the large base that Clarke had said is what remains of the Ark.

A woman taller than Clarke with black hair and braids down her back was at the gate. She could see the sword that was strapped to her back. She ordered the armed guards to open the gate after she told the taller guy off. Clarke quickly told her that was Octavia and the tall guy with curly hair is her big brother Bellamy. The gate opened. Daisy, Clarke and Lexa see slowly went inside with a few guards while the rest stood guard outside the gates.

"Heda". The man that Daisy identified as Kane bowed before the Commander. The woman that Daisy guessed was Clarke's mother followed a second later. The others reluctantly bowed before the Commander. He could spot that same braided woman and that same guy glare at Lexa from far away. Daisy figured she'll figure out the story later. All that matters now is getting Zephyr 3 fixed up. Lexa quickly raised her hand to motion them to rise.

Lexa raised her voice, "Skaikru, these people who stand before you have traveled across the stars, seeking your help in repairing their vessel. In exchange, they promise to assist your clan in any way until they can leave and return to their home". One lone man scoffed and said,

"You're asking us to care for Aliens"! Daisy resisted the urge to snap at him. Anya looked annoyed. Clarke looked disappointed. Thankfully Kane attempted to take control of the situation,

"Thank you Commander. We accept this arrangement and we're truly grateful for their promise of support". Kane turned to the upset man and said,

"They're just like us Pike. They may come from far away but we're the same. Clarke has assured me that they mean no harm to us". The man called Pike then exclaimed,

"That's where you're placing your faith in Chancellor! From the traitor that sided with these savages"! Anya looked ready to fight him but Octavia beat her to it as she punched Pike in the face until Bellamy pulled her back then Abby ordered her guards to take him to the brig.

Daisy sighed, nobody said this was gonna be easy but it didn't bode well that their was already division in this place. Clarke looked really sad. Daisy could tell by her expression that Clarke might believe Pike's accusations but how could being an ambassador to your people was considered a bad thing? Then again, humans can be truly complicated. The way Pike called the Grounders savages reminded Daisy of a couple Watchdogs every time they called Daisy or someone like her a freak.

Lexa remained composed but Clarke looked worried at her reaction. Daisy had to give credit to Lexa for remaining as stoic as possible. Kane approached her and her friends so Daisy slowly got off her horse, trying not to fall off the animal.

She approached the bearded man and shook his hand,

"Thank you Chancellor for your assistance. We appreciate it. My name's Daisy". Kane smiled and replied,

"We appreciate your promise of help Daisy. I apologize for Charles Pike's actions today. He will be detained for now".

Daisy shrugged her shoulders, "Your world isn't the only one burdened with hate and bigotry Chancellor. Seems We're more alike then I thought. However I do have a question for you".

Daisy continued, "See that ship you see hovering near us"? Kane nodded and said, "I've had to keep my soldiers from shooting at it".

Daisy chuckled and replied, "Good, that's the ship I need help from your technicians and engineers on. I need it to land somewhere so we can begin repairs". Abby chimed in,

"We should place in outside the back of Arkadia. Raven and the others can work on it but it won't interrupt others". Kane nodded and Daisy entered a series of numbers on her right gauntlet. An image appeared of her sister,

"Kora, land near the back of the base. Put enough distance from there then come out and we'll meet up".

"Got it, sis". The image disappeared. Kane was surprised at the technology but he shook it off. Daisy then decided to introduce her crew,

"This is my second in command, Daniel Sousa". Sousa shook hands with Kane and advised Sousa could work with the guard which Daisy thought was okay. She knew she couldn't say Daniel fought in World War 2. That would be very difficult to explain.

"These two are Bobbi and Hunter. Great at combat so they should follow Sousa. Teach your guards a thing or two. Also Bobbi's a profiler which basically means she's excellent at interrogating prisoners". Bobbi smirked and said,

"No need to praise me Dais". Kane smirked at the exchange and decided to introduce his people,

"This is our chief of Medical, Abby Griffin". Abby didn't bother looking as she couldn't take her eyes off of her daughter. Kane then motioned two other people.

"This is Bellamy Blake, who runs our guard and that's his sister Octavia. She's also Indra's Sekon". Octavia looked guarded but she shook Daisy's hand in acceptance. As for Bellamy, it was pretty clear he didn't like this arrangement.

Clearly confused, Daisy asked, "Sekon"? Octavia chuckled, "It's their term for apprentice". Daisy nodded in acceptance.

"Damn! I might have to learn an entire fucking language until we're able to get home". Daisy thought as she met Abby's apprentice Jackson and head of engineering: Sinclair. She then met MIller and Harper. They were younger guards who were part of the 100 that Clarke mentioned that were sent to the ground. Kane and Abby looked down in guilt. She eventually heard a loud voice coming from outside the base,

"Outta my way idiots! I just saw a fucking Spaceship land out of the sky"! A short latina woman sporting a dark ponytail and a red leather jacket came limping outside the base. She was completely unfazed by the Grounders and was clearly annoyed by Abby's coddling. Daisy couldn't help but laugh. Daisy turned to Clarke and then realized that Clarke hasn't said a word since coming here. She recognized that look the blonde gave off. It was one she used to see in the mirror all too well. The look every outcast wears. The look that Daisy herself tried to hide for years. She looked around and realized that Bellamy was glaring at Clarke. She didn't know why. Monty, Harper and MIller all smiled at Clarke when they saw her.

The latina woman looked at Clarke and said excitedly, "You gonna sit on that horse all day Princess"! The sad look that Clarke had worn turned from surprise to happy as she got off her horse. The latina woman launched into a fierce hug with the blonde. They separated, realizing the audience.

Sinclair cleared his throat and said, "This is Raven Reyes, our best mechanic and technician. Excellent at building things from scrap". Daisy's eyebrows furrowed in confusion,

She thought, "Raven Reyes? Was there a relation to Robbie Reyes? Maybe I'm just drawing conclusions. Damn, I miss Robbie". Raven turned to the Inhuman and said,

"So you're the alien"? Bobbi, Hunter and Sousa snorted under their breath. Daisy replied,

"Part Alien but yeah. Call me Daisy. We're from a different Earth that was similar to this one. The inside of our ship is damaged. We could use the help to make repairs". Raven looked confused at the part alien bit but she nodded her head and exclaimed, "This is going to be so cool"!

The Grounders were clearly not used to Raven's enthusiasm. Lexa had decided it was time to leave but she gave Clarke some time to speak with her friends and family. Meanwhile, Daisy and her team went with Raven and Sinclair to head to the other side of the base where the Spaceship was. Kora standing outside the vessel. Daisy went in to hug her sister.

"How's everyone inside"? Kora shrugged her shoulders,

"Jeremy and Cory are still annoying and Carl wasn't really helping the mood but the view was beautiful to look at. Space is awesome but I can get bored of seeing all those stars. So what's going on Sis"? Daisy then turned to Raven,

"This is Raven Reyes and her friend Sinclair. She and her people are going to help us fix this ship. Send for Jeremy and Cory so that she'll know what to look at". After Kora signaled the two young scientists, Daisy explained to them what's going on, they reluctantly agreed to take Raven and Sinclair to the jump drive. Kora then went with Daisy into the base of Arkadia. Daisy was explaining everything that went down to her sister.

Kora then said, "So just to clarify, we're on a separate Earth"? Daisy replied,

"Yeah, one that's been ravaged by nuclear war instead of alien invasions". Kora laughed then asked,

"Anyone we can trust"? Daisy thought for a bit,

"I think Kane really does want peace. We should watch our back around Pike. It seems bigotry hasn't escaped this planet. Clarke advocated for us to be here so I think she's good. I don't know about anyone else. Luckily the Chronicoms will protect the ship if things go crazy". Kora nodded and Daisy continued,

"Daniel will be working with the guard. Bobbi and Hunter will work alongside the others in this place to get information". Kora asked,

"What do you want me to do". Daisy turned to her and said, "Talk with some of the others here. I'll be talking with Clarke and Kane. He's the Skaikru leader here and Clarke's their ambassador. If we want to build peace with them then I need to establish trust with them both. Stay safe and contact me if there's trouble". Kora nodded as she went to speak with Octavia.

Daisy went over to speak with Clarke who was just saying goodbye to her mother. Clarke turned toward her and walked over. Daisy thanked her for what she did for them,

"You don't need too. I'm hoping this all works out for both of us". Daisy nodded and replied,

"Me too. Should I be worried about Pike"? Clarke paused for a second. The blonde then took a deep breath and said,

"I don't know what happened to him. He used to be a teacher on the Ark but something clearly changed". Daisy then replied,

"Okay, should I be worried about Bellamy"? Clarke looked defensive but she then realized why,

She reasoned, "It's nothing to do with you Daisy. He's just rightfully angry at me, for what I did". Daisy's eyebrows raised in confusion,

"For being an ambassador to your people"? Clarke didn't say anything so Daisy dropped the subject,

"You headed back to Polis then"? Clarke nodded and explained,

"The Commander will make good on her word but the other clans will need to be assured that my people aren't planning a takeover". Daisy nodded and asked,

"Does one already suspect so". Clarke responded, "Multiple ones do but the most dangerous is Azgeda, others know it as the Ice Nation". Daisy swore under her breath. She joked,

"Well Good luck with the politics. I can't stand them". Clarke chuckled and said, "Anything you find out, go to my mom or Kane".

Daisy nodded and said, "Can I ask you one thing before I go off to talk with your Chancellor". Clarke nodded.

"Why do they call you Wanheda"? Clarke looked like she got slapped in the face.

"Where did you"? Daisy answered for her,

"Soren called you that during before Lexa and her Grounders arrived. Now, no offense but would they start calling you that". Clarke tried to steel herself and appear composed.

"It's just a name Daisy. Nothing more". That angered the Inhuman. Just by the Vibrations she was giving off, she knew Clarke wasn't telling the truth. She grasped Clarke's arm and said,

"Lying isn't how this works blondie! You want me to work with your people but I need to know I can trust you". Clarke sighed and took a deep breath,

"You're right. I'm sorry but I can't talk about it yet. For now, just know I did something terrible that I had to do to protect my people". Daisy at Clarke, seeing the vulnerability in her eyes. She recognized it in herself. She really hoped she was making the right decision,

"Okay... I understand that. I know what it's like to hate the Greater Good too". Clarke sighed, knowing she eventually would have to come clean and bear whatever judgment comes her way.

"Take care, Clarke. It's May We Meet Again...Right"? Daisy and her friends were becoming Skaikru now or at least that was the idea.

Clarke teased mockingly, "Yes but I thought your phrase was Don't Die". Daisy retorted,

"That too, see you around". Daisy and Clarke departed each other as the Inhuman went to look for Kane. He was near a door speaking with Abby.

"Daisy, I hope your team members are adjusting nicely". Daisy said,

"Their the adjustable sort. You'd have to be if you're exploring space". Kane snorted and motioned for her come in. The door opened and they were in a room that Daisy could only think was their place to plan everything.

"You guys preparing to go to war or something"? Kane replied,

"We hope not but that's not what this is about". Daisy asked in a challenging way,

"So what is this about"? Kane sucked in a deep breath and exhaled. He says,

"Raven said you were an alien. You corrected her and said you're Part-Alien. Are all of you like that". Daisy cursed herself in her head. She needed to clear this up fast.

"No Kane. We have a few robots called Chronicoms that patrol the ship. Mostly everyone else is completely human. Zephyr 3's Pilot AKA my sister, Kora and I are the only ones. We were born this way". Kane and Abby looked at each other and nodded to each other. Daisy quickly used her powers to sense for Vibrations outside this room. There was nothing which to Daisy meant this didn't look like a trap.

Kane says to her, "Just so that there are no more surprises, what is it that makes you Part-Alien"? Daisy could sense the sincerity in his voice but it doesn't stop her worry. The need to protect her sister and her kind would be at the forefront of her mind. She looked around and saw two glasses of water in the room.

She raised her hand and focused on the the two glasses, focusing on the hum of the frequency. Sooner or later, the water in the two glasses started vibrating. Abby and Kane's eyes widened in shock. Daisy smiled as she motioned her hand and focused her mind. The water formed to what she wanted it to do. It came in and out of the cups. Eventually the water went back in and Daisy clenched her hand. The glasses shattered in front of Abby and Kane. They couldn't believe what they had just seen.

Daisy looked at them in their expressions of shock and awe. She had finally decided to answer their question,

"It's Genetics".
