Okay, so let me clear up something. So whenever you see Natsu, he, him, that's Juvia in Natsu's body. Juvia, she, her is Natsu in Juvia's body. Natsu, he, him, is Natsu's mind in Juvia's body and Juvia, she, her is Juvia's mind in Natsu's body. If Juvia is being mentioned in speech marks, it means actual Juvia and if Natsu is being mentioned within speech marks, that's actual Natsu as well Capiche? I'm sure it will get easier to understand as you read on.

Chapter two

Natsu opened the door to his house and almost had a heart attack when he saw Juvia just sitting there. Juvia was sitting on the couch, legs wide open as if she were a guy wearing trousers and crossed arms. Happy was sitting there very awkwardly. It was clear to Natsu that Juvia was still very mad at this whole situation. Natsu didn't even know why Juvia was in his house right now. Plus, why was she sitting there like a dude?!

"N-Natsu-san? What are you doing here? And stop sitting like that! You're in a skirt!"

Juvia shrugged, anger rolling off of her in waves. "I went to dinner with my team and I was gonna go to yours to keep up appearances and all that shit, but I don't know where ya live and I ain't got my nose to sniff out which apartment is yours. Plus, your body can't even handle what I usually eat! I felt like Luce!"

Natsu frowned. That hardly seemed like a good enough reason to come here. "Why didn't you just ask Erza-san? Or better yet, ask anyone else in Fairy Hills where Juvia lives?"

Juvia and Happy glanced at each other before Happy burst out laughing at her. Juvia didn't find it funny and Natsu stood there confused as hell. He then realised why the exceed was laughing. Natsu sighed as he looked over at her.

"You didn't think of that, did you?"

Happy was very quick with his response. "Of course he didn't! He's so stupid, no matter what body he's in! Here I was thinking that if he was in your body, he would smarten up."

Juvia grabbed Happy by the throat in hopes to strangle him and Natsu had to swoop in and save the cat. Natsu pushed Juvia down into the couch as he had Happy in arms, as if to shield him from the evil of the world. Juvia continued to thrash around, pissed off that she was being stopped. Natsu being a lot stronger than her, wasn't even phased.

"Natsu-san, calm down! You can't just kill Happy-chan!"

Natsu couldn't help but feel a little flustered as Juvia kept on thrashing around under his body. The heat that he felt wasn't the normal heat that he felt from his fire magic. This felt...raw.

"Oh I can't?! Fucking watch me! Give 'im here!"

Natsu sighed in frustration. "Natsu-san, please stop swearing in Juvia's body! It's so vulgar and Juvia doesn't speak like that."

Juvia paused her movements in trying to reach Happy and rolled her eyes. "Yeah, well don't forget the reason why we're in each other's bodies in the first place, aiight? I'll do whatever the fuck I wanna do in this body."

She smirked at him and it sent a chill down Natsu's spine. He did not want to know exactly what that was going to entail. Even Happy looked majorly uncomfortable with what Juvia was currently saying. It even looked and sounded weird coming out of Juvia's mouth.

Happy didn't like his best friend acting like this, so he had to speak up. "Natsu, Juvia has apologised loads of times. Just what is your problem right now?"

Juvia huffed at the feline creature and crossed her arms over her ample chest. "I know, I know. I'm still bitter about it. I'll calm down after a good night's sleep or something."

Natsu nodded before deciding to get off of Juvia and look around the place. His eyebrow twitched at just how disgusting his house was. Clothes were thrown about, empty food boxes lay astray around the room. The couch needed a good clean and Natsu didn't even want to know what the bedroom looked like. He closed his eyes and pinched the bridge of his nose in silent frustration. He hoped that there was no hammock and that Lucy's advice of a bed had been taken. He couldn't bear to sleep in a hammock after the day he had just had.

"Natsu-san, Juvia thinks we should lay some ground rules."

Juvia nodded her head. "Yeah, you're right. First of all, that third person speech has got to go. If ya don't want me ta swear in your body, stop calling my body Juvia."

Natsu flinched and even Happy had just about had enough of the situation. He wished he wasn't there. Natsu then nodded slowly and accepted it. Anything for his actual body to stop being rude. Juvia seemed happy enough with it and waved her hand for him to contribute to their list of rules. Natsu nodded and started.

"Okay, well first and foremost, no sex in each other's bodies."

Juvia snorted and shook her head. "Shouldn't that be my line? No tryna fuck the ice prick in my body. Don't talk ta him actually. You'll just lose your head and end up confessin' in my body. No thanks."

Natsu blushed heavily and Happy decided that now would be a good time to go and get something to eat some more fish. He wasn't going to sit here and watch two people who had never really interacted be passive aggressive to each other like this.

"Y-you just said you wouldn't swear in Ju-my body."

"You're right, sorry."

Natsu nodded, smiling at the apology. So she wasn't that angry with him anymore. That was good. "No crazy jobs. We don't really know how to use each other's magic just yet, so it will be hard to navigate. Unless we start going on jobs together?"

Juvia grinned, clearly liking that idea. "Yeah! At least this way, we can still go on jobs and not even the old man can say no to us!"

Natsu nodded, sharing her enthusiasm before he remembered something. He blushed lightly as he made up the next rule. "Ano, please don't do anything weird in Juvia's-my body. You know, like...private stuff."

Juvia blinked, trying to think of what in the hell he could be talking about. The moment she realised what he was talking about, Happy had come back into the main room after noticing that they were no longer being rude to each other. Juvia cackled.

"Oh mean you stuff like masturbating! Yeah, don't worry about that, it's probably easier being a girl in that sense. You might wake up with one hell of a morning glory, that's for sure! If ya don't wanna beat it, just have a nice cold shower or something. Or just piss. That will get it to go down."

At this point, Happy had had enough. "I am so out of here. I'll be back later." With that, he flew out of the open window and he was gone.

Natsu was so ashamed as he hung his head in his hands. Juvia had just reminded him of something so important, something that had subjected him to abject horror. "How is Juvia-I mean how am I meant to pee as well?!"

Juvia sat up, still laughing hard at Natsu's despair. "Aww, c'mon Juves, don't sweat the easy stuff! Just stand there, hold my dick and aim for the bowl! Simple stuff really."

Natsu's eyes widened in horror as Juvia just kept on laughing. The word 'dick' sent him into a frenzy. "Hold it?! Can't I just sit down and pee?"

Juvia's reaction was instantaneous as she immediately stopped laughing and it turned into a soul shattering glare instead. "Do I look like a fucking bitch to you?" She snapped at him and Natsu actually trembled. He then caught himself in a mirror and then shrugged as if he had thought about it.

"Just a little bit..."

Juvia rolled her eyes. "I'm going to kill you. I'm going to end up killing my own body because of you. I'll fucking pee in your body right now if I need to, so why can't you do it?"

Natsu gave her a look that said she should know better. "The only man's penis that Juvia-I should be seeing is Gray-sama's, not yours! No, Juvia will just hold it until Bickslow is done with the spell."

Juvia growled. "Wow, I won't even have to kill you, you're just gonna do it yourself. If I get back into my body and end up having kidney failure because of you, you better fucking count your days. And I thought I said stop using your name in my body, it's weird!"

Natsu gave her an incredulous look. "Are you joking?! You've been swearing in mine for like five minutes! Talk about pot calling kettle black! And look at this place! I would call it a dump, but that would be an insult to all the actual dumps out there in the world! I thought Lucy-chan and Erza-chan made you clean up this place?"

Juvia used her little finger to clean out her ears and Natsu could feel the heat in his body rising as he practically screamed. "YOU'RE SUCH AN IMBECILE!"

Juvia giggled and shrugged. "Wow, I've never heard those words from my own body before. Can you say that to Gray the next time we see him? I might need to film it though."

Natsu was getting hotter and hotter the more he argued with Juvia. He wasn't sure if he was going to accidentally unleash a rain of fire upon her, so he needed to yell and get out of there before he ended up doing something he was going to regret.

"I'M GOING TO MINE!"

"Seeya tomorrow Juves." The water mage giggled to herself again. That was fun.

Natsu didn't go straight to Juvia's place. He went to Gajeel's instead. The heat that he felt just wasn't normal and he didn't know what to do about it. He suspected that it was to do with his dragon slayer magic, but he didn't want to have to go back to Juvia and ask her all about it. She was being a bitch to him and Natsu had no idea that she could be like that.

"Gajeel-kun," he said through the door. With his sharp hearing, Natsu could hear Gajeel swearing in surprise from the inside before he made his way to the door, throwing it open with a look of amusement written all over his face. Natsu didn't share the same sentiment as he breezed past the taller dragon slayer and stomped his way to the front room.

"Yer so lucky yer actually Juvia, otherwise I woulda kicked ya to kingdom come. Hearin' ya call me 'Gajeel-kun' is fuckin' frightnin'. What's up?"

Natsu sighed in frustration. "Juvia is so hot, Gajeel! This idiot's fire magic is making Juvia go haywire! Juvia doesn't understand it! Juvia feels so aggressive and just when Juvia was going to ask him if this is how he feels everyday, he does something to annoy Juvia! He won't stop swearing in Juvia's body, yet gets annoyed with Juvia when Juvia accidentally calls herself Juvia! And oh Kami, the peeing situation!" Natsu put his face in his hands.

Gajeel burst out laughing, holding his side as he did so. Lily, who was sitting in the corner, snickered as well. Natsu groaned at the fact that they were laughing at him. "This isn't funny Gajeel-kun, Juvia's got to go and Juvia can't."

"Okay, I'm not gonna talk about that issue withya, but I guess I can help with the whole heat thing. That would be his mating season. Currently, Natsu's the only one without a mate. Wendy's too young, I've got the Shrimp, Sparky's got the demon, Rogue's got Minerva and mini blondie has the mini spirit mage. We've all got someone but the Salamander, and for that, his body is basically forcing him ta mate this time around. The heat makes him aggressive. I'm pretty sure ya noticed that on yer job with him."

He nodded as he remembered the job. "Yes, Natsu was so short and rude with Juvia and Juvia knew it had more to do with Juvia gatecrashing the job. So this is what a dragon slayer goes through, huh? How does the mating thing work? Does he know his mate? Is his mate predestined or he chooses? Because I do not want to have to get with Lucy or something."

Gajeel snorted with heavy amusement. "A mate is predestined. I bet ya anything that he actually knows who it is and he just doesn't wanna mate with her or something because he's not into that stuff right now. At least I'm not the only one who thinks it's Bunny girl. Chances are though, yer gonna blow his cover."

Natsu frowned. "How so?"

"If he's been holding himself back from his mate, ya personally wouldn't have a lick of restraint that he's put in place. Physically yer the idiot, but ya ain't him mentally. Ya might have to lock yerself up if it gets too bad. Ya might end up mating with Bunny girl."

Natsu's eyes widened in horror, her mind getting the best of her. "NOOOOOOOOO!"

Gajeel burst out laughing again, the whole situation way too hilarious to take seriously. He practically rolled on the floor while Natsu was completely freaking out. There was just no way she could have sex with Lucy in this body! She didn't even like girls! Natsu felt like calling Bickslow and having the mother of all breakdowns, but he held strong as he ruffled his hair and left abruptly.

Gajeel was finally able to calm down and he wiped the tears from his eyes, still chuckling a little bit as his cheeks hurt. He glanced at the door and then back to Lily. "Damn, she didn't even say goodbye."

Lily rolled his eyes. "Of course she wouldn't. You just made her imagine having sex with her love rival."

Line Break

Natsu had ended up trudging back to his house. She had realised that if she had gone back to her place, all the other girls would have beaten her up because she was in Natsu's body. Not everyone had been made privy to the situation and given who Natsu was, they wouldn't have believed him. He figured he better go back to the place where the body knew.

When Natsu got in, there was no sign of Juvia anywhere. He raised an eyebrow and called out, but there was no response. Not like he could hear or smell anything. That was probably the only perk of being in this body. There was so much strength in it. Not like she was willing to admit that this body was strong.

Natsu bit his lip when he looked at the mess. It made him twitch at just how disgusting this place was. Honestly, a real dragon could probably live cleaner than this! "Juvia can't believe that he never learnt his lesson, but when does he ever? Natsu is the sort who will get beaten up by Erza-chan 20 times for one thing and still get beaten up for it the next day. He doesn't care."

And those were her thoughts the entire time she cleaned his house. He didn't throw anything away, other than put it in a neat place to live. Oh, but he threw away the empty boxes of food, killed the cockroaches that had tried to set up camp and by the time he was done, the place was squeaky clean. Natsu grinned at his hard work before yawning loudly and his stomach grumbled.

"Oh man, Juvia is so hungry! Juvia has never been this hungry before, is it because Natsu eats like a gargantuan pig?! Juvia hopes he has ingredients that are in date."

He made his way to the fridge and rolled his eyes so hard that he definitely saw his own brain. "Why is Juvia not even surprised? Looks like it's sleep for dinner, because Juvia is too tired to care right now." With the extreme appetite and the lethargicness from the cleaning, Natsu was just about ready to call it a night.

He sluggishly walked to the bathroom and stripped down before standing at alert. He had gone so long without wanting to use the toilet that he completely forgot what showering was supposed to be about. It was to be done naked, and that somehow slipped her mind.

Now she was staring at his dick and she couldn't believe the size of it. Gray's had been shown many times due to his stripping habit and he was in no way small. He was a very decent size and that was enough to make her melt. However, Natsu took his to a different level. It's not like she thought Natsu was small, but more that she didn't care about Natsu at all. She never thought of him in that way.

He examined his body, almost as if he had never seen himself before and he was amazed at his abs. The only way she got to feel a set of abs was if she jumped Gray. Because of that, she never got to fully appreciate them because he would always push her away quickly.

Natsu gently traced every muscle on his abdomen, laughing at how much it tickled. He then looked at his arms and flexed them in the mirror. "Juvia can see why he's so powerful. Juvia hates to admit it, but Natsu has muscles. They could never be better than Gray-sama's though. But still..."

She couldn't stop staring at Natsu's body. The more she stared, the hotter she got. She started thinking about Natsu being back in his body and doing things to her. Shaking his head, he climbed into the shower. That was enough staring at Natsu's body for one day, especially if thoughts of Natsu dominating her were starting to arise.

When he was done, he came bumbling out of the shower with a towel around his chest. He screamed when he saw Juvia sitting on the sofa staring at him with an unimpressed expression on her face. His heart was thumping, as if trying to find its way out of his chest.

"Why in the hell are you screaming so late at night?"

Natsu shot her a look so sour, lemons would want to take lessons from him on how to be that sour. "What are you doing here?!"

"I live here, duh."

Natsu growled in annoyance. "No you don't, I do. Unless you STILL don't know what apartment I live in! For crying out loud Natsu, top floor, apartment 10! It's literally the only apartment with a blue door!"

Juvia pouted and crossed her arms over her chest before she took a look at what Natsu looked like. She stomped over to him, poking him in the chest.

"Why the hell are you wearing the towel like that?!"

Natsu blushed and shied away. "I'm used to holding it like this. Remember I'm a girl. Which means that you should hold it like this! Don't answer the door with the towel around your waist, got it?! J-Juvia doesn't want anyone seeing her topless! Oh and be careful around Cana-chan, she's sneaky."

"Whatever, you got nothing to hide right now, so put it around your waist. Besides, it's my body, it's nothing I ain't seen before. Anyways, I was kinda hoping you cooked something, but I see you got sidetracked with the cleaning."

Natsu paused before deciding to ignore her. He wrapped the towel around his waist before looking back up at Juvia. There was a dark twinkle in his eyes as Juvia moved back on the couch, not exactly liking the way he looked right now.

Then Natsu grabbed her around her waist and before she knew what was going on, she was thrown out. As in, her body slammed the hard ground and everything, grunting in pain. She blinked up at him before the door then slammed in her face. She scrambled to stand up and started banging on the door and shaking the door handle.

"Wait, did you just throw me outta my own fucking house?! What in the fuck, I didn't even know I HAVE a lock!"

"Natsu, you are insufferable! As long as Juvia is in your stupid body, THIS is JUVIA'S house! You can't just barge in here and ask for food and then basically get annoyed that JUVIA cleaned YOUR mess instead of cooking! You don't even have any ingredients you idiot! So no, Juvia did NOT cook and you can GO HOME!"

It didn't take a dragon slayer to hear Natsu's steps move away from the door and head for his bedroom. Juvia was still at the door, staring at it in pure shock. She had wanted to retort, but he remembered that he was currently going through his mating season.

Juvia paled at the realisation. With her in his body, there was no way she would be able to hold herself back. That would mean that she would find out the secret that he had been keeping all this time. That wasn't good at all. Bickslow had probably 2 days tops if he wanted his secret kept safe.

"Oh my fuck."

"GO HOME NATSU!"

Juvia had almost ended up breaking another rule that they had set. He had been so intrigued by the female body that he had almost ended up exploring it. Her breasts were heavy but perky and they were so beautiful. Even her wide hips were sexy as hell.

Juvia bit her lip as she stared down at her legs. "Juvia's legs are amazing, I want them wrapped around my body when I can get back into it," she mumbled to herself. She straightened up when she saw Gray walking towards her. She saw the way he flinched before remembering the situation.

"Yo, ice prick, you took your time."

Gray frowned before his eyes lit up in realisation. "It's gonna take some time getting used to Juvia insulting me. Why did you call me here, flame brain?" Gray then looked at what Juvia was wearing before his face turned bright red.

"W-what in the fuck are you making Juvia wear?!"

Juvia glanced down at herself with a bored expression. "There was no way in hell I was gonna put on her usual get up. Instead, I just went and asked Cana to borrow some of her clothes. Why, are ya suddenly attracted to Juvia's body?" She started wiggling her eyebrows, trying her best to look all seductive, which actually worked.

Gray spluttered in shock and disgust. "No way in fucking hell, and I'm even less attracted than I already was just knowing that you're fucking in it!"

Juvia wasn't impressed with Gray's outburst as she clenched her fists by her side. "Okay, I fucking get it, you don't like Juvia. No need to be harsh, she'd be heartbroken if she heard all that."

Gray sighed. "As if. That would just egg her on. She doesn't really know how to take a hint. I don't mind her of course, I just don't like how obsessive she is. She had calmed down a bit until she gatecrashed the job that made you guys like this. I had to cancel our job and everything, what a pain."

Juvia rolled her eyes as they went to where they usually trained together. "Are you sure you're supposed to be training?"

"Well no, but I'm fucking bored and there ain't no way I'm not gonna train."

Gray just shrugged in response and they arrived at their makeshift training ground. Gray nodded in Juvia's direction and Juvia looked blank. Gray blinked before putting his hands on his hips unimpressed.

"Well?"

"Well I dunno. I don't really know many of her spells...oh wait, there's the water lock!"

Gray jumped back. "We ain't doing that one! Fuck that, no way! Just try a water slicer or something easier!"

Juvia pouted. "Oh, why not? You can just freeze your way outta there anyway! That spell is one of Juvia's good ones and now that I'm in her body, I can try it out. Pleeeeease?"

Gray scoffed while crossing his arms and looking away. He blushed slightly at the way she had leaned forward and her boobs were ready to pop out of the small bra. Who would have known that Juvia's bra size was bigger than Cana's already large ones?

"FINE! Don't say I ain't a good rival!"

"Yer better than the tin can, that's for sure."

Gray gave her a stale look. "You're using Gajeel as your standard? The bar is so low, the demons in hell are using it to play limbo."

Juvia clicked her tongue and rolled her eyes. "And it looks like you've joined them, you cunt. Now just stand there like a good training dummy and let me try and hit you with this attack."

Gray's eyebrows twitched in anger. He had never had the urge to pound Juvia's face in until now and it was very weird. Still, he clenched his fists and he smiled sarcastically.

"Let's fucking go then."

Juvia nodded. "To be honest, you trained with Juvia for six months, you should know how her spells work. What do you think I should do?"

"I dunno, conjure up a lot of water and move it towards me I guess. Water magic is different from your destructive fire. You need precision and care while doing things. Water flows, so you need complete control over it to make it obey you, as well as cutting everything finely."

Juvia paused to realise that Gray was insulting her before she moved again. He didn't need to think of such things when he used his fire. Just how was Juvia able to actually think of all that while needing to fight? He was surprised that she was never sidetracked.

"Okay, fine. I'll show you just how easy this thing is." She channelled her magic as she held both of her hands out. She tried to imagine the water lock being formed and a huge bubble appeared. She got excited and tried to move it towards Gray before it popped and splashed water everywhere. Gray was unimpressed as he was now soaked, and even Juvia was wet too. Juvia looked down in confusion.

"What the hell, I thought she's a water mage? Why in the hell am I wet?"

"Dunno, don't care. This is why I told you to start with the water slicer. Even in Juvia's body and you're still a fucking dolt."

"Shut it. I'll try one of them now then."

The water slicer was definitely a lot easier than the water lock and Natsu grinned when he understood the mechanics behind it. Gray on the other hand was underwhelmed. "You're so pathetic with Juvia's magic."

Juvia's head snapped up as she almost went and punched the ice mage. "You said fucking what?!"

Gray smirked as he pointed at the thick oak tree. "Juvia can easily rip through any tree. Doesn't matter how thick it is, she'll destroy it with one hit."

Juvia blushed at the innuendo that Gray didn't realise he had said and turned away so that he wouldn't see it. Natsu could just imagine Juvia now when they were back in their rightful bodies. He hoped that she would accept him and they would have mindblowing sex.

"Get that out of your fucking head dude, she won't ever get with you."

She calmed down before turning to face Gray again. "Oh yeah? Well, I'm more of a tree hugger, I don't like destroying trees for no reason."

The ice mage rolled his eyes. "Tell that to the trees around your house then, you prick."

Natsu was currently getting training tips from Happy and Lucy couldn't help but place it in her top 10 weirdest things she had ever seen. Natsu didn't seem to mind as he listened to the cat with pure concentration. The celestial mage decided to voice out just how strange it was.

"To see Natsu listening to Happy instead of arguing is one thing, but with the look of concentration? Juvia, you're making Natsu look like a respectable human being. It's actually really refreshing to be around him for once."

Natsu chuckled when Happy agreed and he shrugged his shoulders. "Well, don't get too used to it. Very soon I'll be back in my body and you'll be stuck with him again."

Lucy and Happy glanced at each other before Happy pointed up. "We also noticed that you've been speaking in the first person. What's up with that?"

Natsu pouted. "We made some rules up and for me to get Natsu to stop swearing in my body, he said I wasn't allowed to speak in the third person. I mean, I know how not to, but no one ever complained about me doing it, but I stopped doing it because he asked me not to. I mean, I get it after all."

Lucy's eyebrow twitched as he felt a vein pop in her temple. "He made you change for him, did he? That idiot, how dare he talk to you like that! It's not even like your request was stupid! He curses like a freaking sailor, it's so nice not to hear him swear for once!"

Natsu shrugged with a small smile. "No, it's okay. His reason was that he doesn't want me calling his body Juvia, which I get. I slip up sometimes, but it's nothing major."

Happy folded his arms across his chest, disappointed in his friend. He knew that it was his mating season, but did he really have to be so mean and angry to Juvia? "Knowing Natsu, he's been slipping up the whole entire time, hasn't he?"

Natsu laughed nervously and scratched the back of his head with a nod. Happy and Lucy sighed. "What a hypocrite," they both mumbled together. Natsu then clapped his hands to gain their attention and to move on.

"Okay, so I think I've understood everything you've told me, Happy-chan. It sounds like a lot of his attacks are the same as mine, just with fire. I wonder if he'll realise that. Knowing him, he'll be training with Gray-sama."

Her mind almost wandered off, but Happy clapped his paws. "No time for daydreams! You're not even allowed on a job with him for the next 6 months, so snap out of it! Okay, show me the fire katas."

And Natsu did. He went through all the motions, just like how Happy had described how to do it and both Happy and Lucy's jaws dropped. They were amazed that Juvia had been able to understand what Happy had been saying the whole time without any demonstration. There was a determined look on his face as the fire came naturally.

When he finished, he looked at his onlookers with an expectant look as he smiled shyly. "So, how was that? Was it okay, or are there some things that I need to polish up on?"

Happy put his paws to his mouth as if he were a proud mother. "Juvia, that was beautiful! I feel like if you went on a job, you would be able to get away with being Natsu, because that was it! You did all his moves perfectly! You sure you've never secretly watched him or something?"

Natsu's cheeks glowed as he quickly shook his head, almost as if he had something to hide. "N-no way, not when Gray-sama is a way better watch! Either way, I'm pretty sure everyone knows Natsu's attack pattern at this point. I wouldn't say he's predictable, but he definitely is a bit of a show off. Everyone in the guild must have seen him at some point."

Happy nodded, his hand under his chin in a thinking pose. "True, true. Still, you got everything down after me just explaining it to you. That's so cool! Okay, now try his attacks, but face that way!"

Natsu exhaled some air through his mouth with a nod. He started with one that seemed basic. "Fire dragon's iron fist! Fire dragon's claw! Fire dragon's flame elbow! Fire dragon's sword horn!"

He ended it there and turned back to see Happy and Lucy's reaction. They were clapping and he blushed lightly as he jogged towards them. Lucy smiled up at him as she brought up her hand for a high five. "Nice work, Juvia-chan! You definitely take like a fish to water no matter the situation, huh? I would never be able to do what you just did, even if I were in Natsu's body!"

Natsu could feel his chest bloom with some warmth at the praise, but he also noted that it wasn't the same as the heat that he had once described to Gajeel. This wasn't the heat of him needing to mate. He almost frowned in confusion, but he held himself so that Happy and Lucy wouldn't think there's a problem.

"So is Lucy not his mate then?"

So there was another girl! Natsu's eyes widened with glee as the feeling to be nosey crept upon him. Juvia wanted to find out who this girl was just for the gossip with Gajeel. What if the girl had a partner already or was married? That would prove difficult and could also be the reason why Natsu still hadn't mated yet. It would be a valid reason and Juvia almost felt bad for him.

"Okay, well seeing as we're done here, I need to do some shopping. Natsu has literally nothing in his house and his body is hungry as hell. Maybe it's because of his magic or because he trained himself to eat so much food, but I feel like an endless pit."

Happy flew up with joy as he landed on his right shoulder in excitement. "Yes, yes! And because you're actually Juvia, that means you can cook the food and it won't get burnt! I'm so excited! That also means that Natsu would be coming by to grab some food from you. "He loves your cooking y'know?"

Natsu blushed. "He does?"

Lucy nodded. "Yup, kind of insulting when he barges into my house, steals my food and claims that it's nothing like Juvia's before continuing to eat with disappointment. Just why do I put up with him as a partner?"

"Because you liiiiiike him!"

Lucy looked at Happy with disgust. "No way, Natsu's not my type. We're best friends and we can end it there. I don't see him as the best life partner. Well, not for me anyway. I don't think he was made for me. Call me cliche, but I believe in having a soulmate and I have a feeling that Natsu isn't mine."

Natsu wore a thoughtful expression on his face as he started to wonder if maybe the mates of dragon slayers also felt some sort of tug towards their respective mate. Like did Levy feel the pull towards Gajeel? Did Mira have some sort of chemistry with Laxus before it was found out that they were mates? Because if so, then Lucy really wasn't Natsu's mate.

"Wait, but I've never cooked for him before, how can he like my food?"

Happy laughed a little sheepishly from his shoulder. "Actually, Natsu eats your food all the time. Whenever you give Gray some food, he usually passes it onto Natsu who is always more than happy to eat free food. I definitely fell for your fish dishes myself. But you will cook us some fish, right?!"

"Do you ever stop thinking about fish?" Lucy sighed as she rolled her eyes and shook her head. Happy gave her a puzzled look.

"I'm a cat, what else am I supposed to think about?"

Lucy smirked. "Mice."

Happy gasped in disgust as he clutched Juvia's head in sorrow. "Juvia, Lucy's being mean to me!"

Natsu laughed a little at their little back and forth before patting Happy's head. "And I'll buy and cook you some fish to make you feel better, okay?"

Happy's eyes glittered at the prospect. "You make a way better Natsu, can we keep you?"

Natsu laughed. "Or you can just come over to mine whenever you're hungry. I love cooking in my free time, so I always end up cooking too much food. I used to give some to Gajeel-kun, but I didn't want to step on Levy-chan's toes in case she enjoyed cooking for him."

Lucy snorted and shook her head. "Levy's too nice to say it, but I'm pretty sure she would still want you to cook for Gajeel. She's eternally absorbed into her books or studies that she never really remembers to feed herself. But don't tell Natsu you're willing to cook for him! He'll abuse that knowledge!"

Natsu nodded in understanding. She still couldn't believe that Natsu had been eating her food all this time and actually liked it! Natsu blushed. She wondered why he had never said anything to her before. Probably because she didn't care to make anything for anyone who wasn't Gray. It was her own doing really.

"Juvia, do you mind if I stay with you? Lucy's not very hospitable you see."

"I'LL KILL YA, YA STUPID CAT!"

"Juvia!"

Natsu sighed at the pair of them, but a smile danced on his lips. This was a very different dynamic to Lily and Gajeel, but hilarious nonetheless. "Lucy-chan, stop letting Happy-chan wind you up and Happy-chan stop winding Lucy-chan up, otherwise no fish, okay?"

Happy pouted. "Okay. But let me show you the best fish stall in town, Natsu never wants to go there because he's a scrooge. I mean, sure. The fish is a little bit on the pricey side, but so worth it."

Natsu brightened up. "Is it the family owned one, with the husband and wife with their daughter and son-in-law?"

"Yes! That's the one! They go out to sea and fish instead of some stagnant pond. Proper fresh fish, yum!"

Natsu nodded, almost salivating at the thought of the fish and Lucy watched the two of them bonding over fish. It was almost like it really was Natsu in his own body.

"I get a discount with them because whenever they're too busy, I go out and fish for them. It helps being a water mage I guess."

Happy flew off of Natsu's head and dangled in front of him as if he just had an epiphany. "Why didn't we think of this before?! All those times where Natsu and I have been unsuccessful when it comes to fishing, we could have easily turned that around by having you there!"

Lucy smirked. "I thought you did it as a means to bond with each other?"

Happy actually scoffed, shocking the other two. This was clearly an important subject for him. "Bond schmond, I'm in it for the fish and I'll happily go with the person who gets me more fish! Juvia wins, I'm going fishing with her when they switch bodies."

Natsu laughed and shrugged his shoulders. "That's completely fine by me. Now come on, let's go to the market."
