Here is the second chapter I promised you.

Chapter Twenty - Don't Know Nothing About Birthing Babies

Everything calmed down after the year of chaos due to all the weddings.

Except during that year in July Ashton woke up and ran to the en suite bathroom where she fell to her knees and threw up everything she had ate the week before or at least that was what it seemed like to her at the time. Sirius was concerned as he helped Ashton by wetting a cloth with cold water and wiping her face and neck with it.

"Ashton, enough is enough it's time to go see a healer, You've been throwing up every morning for a week, something is wrong. Please sweetheart go see a healer today." beseached Sirius with a worried face.

"Okay Sirius, I promise I will see a healer today." Ashton promised solemnly.

Ashton came home early from work and surprised Sirius, who was playing with Harry in his play room.

"Sirius, can I speak to you in our room, please." Ashton pleaded.

"Ok, Harry I will be right back okay?" Sirius said.

"Okay, Padfoot," replied Harry.

Sirius and Ashton made their way to their bedroom and when they got there Ashton turned to Sirius and took his hands into hers.

"Sirius, I seen a healer, as a matter of fact I just came from there,"stated Ashton seriously.

Sirius looked worried but asked,"What did they say?"

Ashton looked at Sirius then got a huge smile on her face and said "they said that I am about three months pregnant."

Sirius stared at Ashton as if she had two heads then he asked,"Did you just say that you are pregnant?"

"Yes, Sirius, I am three months pregnat with our first child," answered Ashton indulgently.

Sirius stood there stunned and then he let a yell out and grabbed Ashton and swung her around then suddenly stopped saying,"Oh Merlin, I shouldn't of done that. Are you okay I didn't hurt you or the baby did I?"

"We are fine Sirius, honestly. We are not made of glass that we would shatter with a little whirling," replied Ashton.

"Okay I will try to remember that," Sirius stated.

"Don't worry I will remind you," replied Ashton smiling.

"We have to tell Harry and the others and oh what the hell I want to tell everyone! I want to go to the highest building in New Orleans and shout out to everyone that my son is on his way!" said Sirius with excitement.

"Sirius, it could be a girl,"stated Ashton laughing.

"Not with Black blood in the child. Black's always have son's first. It has happened every generation in the main line for over five hundred years. Our child is a boy," he said with a smile.

"Okay, but I still think it could still be a girl," replied Ashton.

"How about a bet? If it's a boy I get a massage every night for two weeks and if it's a girl you get massages for two weeks. How about it?" asked Sirius.

"You're on! The massages are going to be great!" exclaimed Ashton.

Sirius just smiled knowingly.

They left their room and went to Harry's play room so that they could tell Harry about the baby.

"Harry can you take a break and come over here we have something to tell you," asked Sirius.

Harry went over to where Sirius and Ashton were sitting in his book nook and sat down opposite them, with a worried look on his face.

"Harry, we have some news," seeing the worried look on Harry's face Sirius hastened to reassure Harry saying "It's good news. Ashton is going to have a baby!" Sirius all but yelled.

Harry looked from Sirius to Ashton who had a smile on her face and nodded to him, then he jumped up and started jumping up and down while dancing around chanting "I am getting a cousin!"

Both Sirius and Ashton laughed at his shenanigans.

They told the others after dinner that night. There were congratulations made from the other couples with Cecille and Sabrina hoping it's them soon too.

The remaining months of the pregnancy went fast. Well as fast as it can when a woman's body is changing to accommodate a new human being.

During that six months Harry had a lot of questions, most especially why Ashton was getting fatter. The guys had to sit Harry down and explain that the baby was growing inside their mother's tummy.

They confused him so much that he went to his aunts to clarify what they were trying to tell him. After talking to his aunts he understood more clearly and commented to them that they should sit his uncles down and explain it to them so that they can get their facts straight. The women laughed and shared that tidbit with the men who laughed as well.

It was January 29th of the year 1987and Ashton woke up early in pain. She woke Sirius and he jumped up saying he was awake and ready. Ashton told him she thinks she is in labour. The contractions were far apart so she couldn't go the the hospital yet. So she spent the day with Sirius hovering and the contractions weren't coming any closer.

Finally at 3;15 am January 30th, 1987,the baby made his appearance. He weighed in at 7lbs 4oz.

Harry had wanted to stay up until the baby was born but by 10 pm he was falling asleep so he was tucked into a cot that the nurses brought into the room. He woke up when he heard a baby crying.

"Is the baby here yet?" Harry asked.

"Yes, Harry! Come meet your cousin," said Sirius excitedly.

Harry went over to the bed where Ashton was sitting up holding a bundle of blue blankets. Harry gently climbed up onto the bed after being encouraged to do so and looked at the baby in Ashton's arms.

"Harry meet Aaron Sirius Black!" Ashton introduced the baby to Harry.

"He's so small." said Harry.

"He will grow, Harry just as you are growing," Sirius said with a smile.

"He will grow fast you will see," stated Ashton.

Things in the house changed after that. Thank Merlin for silencing spells or little Aaron would have woken everyone in the house with his excellent lungs.

Harry was waiting for the day that Aaron would join him in the playroom so that they could play together. He had a bit of a wait but when it happened he would be very happy to share the palyroom with Aaron.

A month after Severus and Sabrina's wedding Cecille wasn't feeling well so she went to see a healer and was given good news. She wanted to tell Remus in a special way, so she planned a private meal in their room for just the two of them. The theme of the dinner was to give Remus several clues. There was baby back ribs, baby carrots and baby ears of corn. With Baby Ruth pie for dessert.

All during the dinner Cecille waited for Remus to get a clue about the theme of the dinner. As she called for the desserts she told Remus what they were going to eating.

"For dessert we are having BABY Ruth Pie," she said with extra emphasis on the baby.

Remus looked up at Cecille with a puzzled look on his face. The same one he gets when he is putting pieces of a puzzle together. She hopes that he finally gets it.

"Cecille?"

"Yes, Remus?"

"Are you trying to tell me something with this dinner we are having?" Remus asked.

"Yes I am. Have you finally got a clue of what it is I am telling you?" she asked.

"I do believe that you are trying to tell me that you are pregnant, am I getting it right?" asked Remus.

"Yes, darling you are definitely right!" Cecille replied with a huge smile.

Remus looked surprised then he got a big smile on his face, got up and drew Cecille into his arms for a earth shattering kiss.

"I am so happy sweetheart! Oh Merlin I am going to be a father!" exclaimed Remus with excitement.

Cecille laughed and held onto Remus.

Remus then frowned and hunched his shoulders.

"What's wrong Remus? I thought you were excited about the baby?" asked Cecile.

"Oh I am most definitely excited about the baby but I just thought what if the baby has lycanthropy?" asked Remus scared.

"Then we will love the baby anyways. I know there is a chance that this baby will be born with it but I don't care I am having the baby of the man I love and I am proud of it." Cecille said with feeling.

Remus had a great big smile on his face and replied," I love you Mrs Lupin and I will try not to brood over it too much."

"I love you too Mr Lupin and that is all I can ask," she replied.

The next day they told everyone at breakfast. Harry did a hand pump and said "Yes!" Then did a little dance around the table. When he got back into his seat he looked at Severus and Sabrina with a hopeful expression.

"Sorry Harry, not yet," stated Sabrina.

"That's ok, I am sure that you are working hard so that it happens," Harry responded.

There was silence and then the adults burst out laughing because both Severus and Sabrina had blushed.

Like Ashton's pregnancy Cecille's went well and then on May 25th of the year 1987 she went into labour early in the morning. It was an intense labour but it was quicker than Ashton's was.

At 11pm there was a wonderful and hearty cry and joining the Lupin family was their first born, a son.

Harry actually stayed up the whole time Cecille was in labour and the birth.

"Harry gently climbed up on the bed with Cecille, who was holding a bundle in a blue blanket.

"Harry I would like you to meet your cousin Orion Remus Lupin! He is healthy and does not have lycanthropy." said Cecille with a smile.

"Another boy! Awesome! We are all going to have fun playing cars and legos and everything! I can't wait!" Harry excitedly said.

The house was in even more chaos with two babies in the house but no one would change a thing.

Harry well he was impatiently waiting until Orion would join him and Aaron in the playroom. Aaron didn't do much but it was fun keeping him entertained when he was in the playroom. The future was looking good for Harry.

The month after Aaron's birth Sabrina was due for her annual physical for work, so she went to her healer and laid on the table so the healer could cast spells on her to tell him how she was doing. He paused after one particular spell and cast it again with a frown on his face.

"Is there something wrong Healer?" asked Sabrina worriedly.

"I don't know yet let me run one more test and it will tell me if there is something wrong or not," the Healer commented.

He ran the test twice and then he smiled.

"I believe I heard you mention to my nurse that you and your husband are trying for a baby. Is this true?" asked the Healer.

"Yes, we are but so far no success," Sabrina said depressingly.

"Well congratulations you have finally succeeded. You are approximately three months pregnant," the Healer said with a grin.

Sabrina was shocked then she was thrilled and excited she could hardly wait to tell Severus.

That night after dinner Severus and Sabrina were to go down to the lab and make some potions that were ordered. Severus went down first to set things up and Sabrina went down a few minutes later.

She saw that he hadn't started yet so she went to him and said, "Severus, I can't make potions with you tonight or any other day or night for a little while."

"Why ever not Sabrina?" asked Severus with a frown.

"Well because the fumes from the potions isn't good for the baby," answered Sabrina.

"Baby!?" asked Severus with an amusing expression on his face.

"Yes, I had my annual appointment with my healer for work and found out that I am three months pregnant," she answered.

Severus stood there several seconds then burst out in a wide smile and a laugh and went to Sabrina and gave her a hug and whirled her around. Then all of a sudden he stopped.

"You have to get out of here! It's not good for the baby being by all these ingredients!" Severus exclaimed bending over and picking Sabrina up and carrying her up the stairs and into the living room where everyone else is.

"We have an announcement! Today the love of my life told me that we are expecting our first child.!" Severus all but shouted. With Sabrina still in his arms.

"Severus put me down please," Sabrina asked

Severus finally put her down but kept a hold of her, not wanting to loose that connection between them.

There was congratulations and hugging all around and Harry was on the floor colouring and he jumped up with a fist pump and a shout of yes, he then did a little dance then went to congratulate the couple.

"Yes, that makes three cousins. I can hardly wait. We are all going to be best buddies! We are going to play cars, play legos and read together! I can't wait for us four guys to be all together!" replied Harry excitedly.

"Harry, the baby could be a girl," Sabrina pointed out.

"Nope all the babies are going to be boys. I know this!" replied Harry knowingly.

The adults laughed and would wait to see if Harry is right.

The pregnancy was as normal as can be when creating a new life.

On August 24th of 1987 Sabrina went into labour.

It was a long labour! Finally on August the 26th at 1am the little one made his appearance.

Harry wasn't awake for the birth but when he did wake up Sabrina was holding a bundle in a blue blanket. He silently but loud enough for everyone to hear said," Yes, I was right!"

The aunts and uncles all laughed.

Harry gently got up onto the bed and looked at the baby and he smiled.

"Harry, I would like to introduce you to your cousin Filius Severus Snape." Sabrina said.

Severus explained,"He is named after a professor of mine that helped me a great deal while I was in school. I wanted to honour him by naming my first son after him."

After the Filius came home Severus and Sabrina sent out birth notices to all their friends and family. The sent Minerva two and asked her if she would deliver one to Filius Flickwick for them.

Minerva went to his office and knocked.

"Come in," he replied. After looking up to see who it was that knocked he said,"Minerva what can I do for you?"

"I came to deliver something to you from a mutual friend," she answered.

She handed him the envelope and he opened it up and took out the card that was in it. On it was a picture of the baby and announcement of his birth. Filius saw his name and teared up. There was a note in the card as well and he read that.

Dear Filius

As you can see we named our little one after one of my favourite teachers and friend. You were there when I needed someone the most. Thank you for being a great part of my life. He will know who he was named after and why so he can be proud of his name. See you soon my friend.

Severus

Tears were running down Filius' face but he had a wide smile. He was so honoured that Severus and his wife named their first child after him. He puffed out his chest and set the card on his desk so he could look at the strong little one whenever he wanted to.

Minerva saw this and smiled saying,"If you intend to keep that on your desk you should hide it, I don't think he wants Albus to know yet or he would have sent him an announcement."

"You are right Minerva. I will charm it so that only I can see it." And that is what he did. He would look at it often and every year he would get a new picture of his name sake and again he would charm it so that only he could see it. He could hardly wait to meet him in person because he knew that Severus always kept his word and they will be back when Harry turns 11.

Meanwhile in New Orleans Harry was sitting on the floor of his well now it was their playroom with his three cousins in front of him. They were all in bouncy chairs which Aaron was taking advantage of, he was bouncing back and forth. Orion and Filius were too young to be bouncing but that's ok because they will grow just like Aaron had.

Harry looked forward when all of them could be on the floor playing. The aunts and uncles told him to be patient and it will happen, so he is being patient or at least he is trying to be. He was also told that when that happens he will have to make sure that all his small toys are put away up high so that the babies can't choke on them because they put everything in their mouths for quite awhile. That is how they explore their environment. So Harry vowed to keep the playroom very neat and tidy even more so than he already is because he didn't want the babies to be hurt.

Harry sat there in front of his three cousins and made plans for the future. He had visions of what it will be like as the boys grow.

Will the reality live up to his visions? Only time will tell.
