Addison Pov:

"I can well not say that growing up in Seabrook, things aren't exactly as black and white people wanted me to believe in. Such as Zombies being brain eating monsters, to werewolves hunting humans for sport and being cold blooded wolves. That's what people thought, however. With time passing, as well understanding as well a bit of some. 'Aggressive' persuasion, Seabrook has become a town of both understanding and that of welcoming anyone from humans to different types of beings. As well that Seabrook has it's own special protection to protect us from others who think the bond between human and the unnatural. The Sentinels, a group of unique people who handle those situations. And our zombie protector Revenant, raised by human scientists to help creatures live in peace with humans. It's a tough job for him, but I know he as well the others can handle it."

Several Years Ago-Seabrook

It was dark times, the whole town was consumed in fire as well people running away in fear. After the accident at the power plant, it was being consumed by that of zombies. The military was right now gathering that of several civilians to safety zones, as well pushing them back to the furthest corner of the town. Leading the charge was that of Quill, who was right now making sure humans got away from the grey skin monsters.

"Get all of the civilians to the safe zone now!"

He shouted to his troops as most of the soldiers were rushing over to people who were to frighten to move or were stuck on wreckage the zombies have made. It felt like a war to the general, as well how he had to get the people out the way so he could do his job. As he was focused on his job he had gotten orders from command, to which he looks seeing one of his men answering the call.

"Sir! We've got reports from the chiefs, we're to move the zombies back."

One of the men spoke out as Quill didn't understand it, the zombie's weren't going to stop neither would try and comply with them. He wanted to try and blow them up, however there were still people in the buildings as well being rescued. Hitting the side of a truck, he had to comply.

"Alright, use rubber bullets only. Aim for the chest and heart!"

Giving out a order to his men to change their magazines, the soldiers do so as well reloaded that of their weaponry to rubber bullets. The zombies slowly coming towards them, Quill gave the order to fire upon them.

"Fire!"

Yelling out as the humans begun to shoot the mindless zombies back, as well making sure they kept their distance. The undead merely yell in anger and moan towards them, Quill saw how as they were pushing back the zombie horde. Several Seabrook construction vehicles as well workers were setting up barricades as well making a wall.

"What in the name of Uncle Sam?"

He asked confused at what the plan was, though his thoughts were soon looked to by that of a couple. A man and woman who apparently looked like scientists, as well were possibly behind this strange attempt to keep the zombie horde back.

"Greetings general, my name is Matthew Jones. This is my wife Susan, will be working together in fixing the zombie situation."

He explained to the general as he didn't understand this method. Along how that the only way to handle the undead, was to take them out with one shot. Susan, noticed the look as well saw how the creatures he's been fighting weren't humans anymore.

"I understand the look you have on your face, as well can't see the human in them. But we've been working months on finding a cure for zombieism. As well looking for zombies that could be the one who can end this nightmare, we need them all gathered in one place."

She told Quill how that these zombies could be saved as well not be caged like monsters. The general, was somewhat annoyed with her ideal of them possibly becoming normal or in a state of being human like them.

"Doctors, while I'm somewhat glad that we're pushing the zombie menace. But there will be no such thing as a cure for them; there's no going back for them."

Quill stated in a serious manner of how there would be no going back for the zombies as well a chance that the two's work wouldn't work. Both Mathew and Susan didn't listen as well knew there could be a way to save the zombies, however. As that was happening, they heard something. Across the side of the buildings, several soldiers were trying to capture a zombie that was apparently making a escape.

"Wait! We need him!"

Mathew shouted thinking that the zombie could be the first one that might be somehow changed from being a mindless being to a thinking person. The two scientists rushed over to see Quill, who was backing up his men as they saw a mindless female zombie looking at them. Apparently she had somehow made it out of the zombies being pushed back as well found a way to resist the pain of the rubber bullets.

"Prepare to bring her down."

Quill informing the soldiers to take the woman out, however. Matthew stopped him seeing that if this one could actual think and not grave brains. It might be possible to bring her in and try to restore her mind.

"Let my wife try and talk to her, if the zombie can resist this type of punishment and move away from the horde than it's special."

Matthew stating to the fact this one could be the key to getting the zombies to form a intelligence. Susan, decided to walk in front of them armed soldiers. Let alone of not showing any fear to the zombie woman, the green haired zombie looked at Susan as well snarled a bit.

"Hello, my name is Susan Jones. I'm a doctor, as well someone who can help you."

Doing her best to talk to the zombie, the creature looked at the female who wasn't showing any fear. It let out that of a loud screech towards her, along of stepping forward at Susan. The human scientist, stood firm as well looked at the white eyed zombie not backing down.

"We've learned that zombies react to emotions, fear is what they hunt. Right now my wife is standing her ground, just like in the animal kingdom."

Mathew informing Quill about what Susan was doing, the general was somewhat impressed with this resistance. Along of not being afraid of the zombie like the others in town. The zombie woman, turned her head towards the scientist not understanding this tactic. Susan, saw how the zombie was calming down and not going right for the kill.

"General, I need you to tell your men to..."

Before she could say anything, the zombie woman took the chance as well lets out a bone chilling yell towards Susan as well raising her arms out going to try and grab her. However before it could attack her, Quill fired off several shots of rubber bullets into her make the zombie moved back.

"Get down!"

One of the soldiers informing her as they couldn't take the chance of the zombie biting her. The zombie woman tried to attack but everyone was shooting more rubber bullets at her, the impact of each one caused her to stumble backwards as well soon enough. Tumble backwards down a hill, they saw how the green haired woman continued to tumble more until they couldn't see her anymore believing she must have passed away from the hard fall.

"It had to be stopped, as well we can't afford losing anymore people."

Quill stated to the female scientist in a cold manner, as he saw the grey skin being not human but that of a wild creature. He whistles to the troops to get moving and continue on with the mission. Susan, looked down the hill shocked to see how the zombie reacted to her, let alone of how she was going to attack.

"It showed emotion, Mathew the girl saw emotion. She didn't attack me when we were having eye contact."

Expressing how the look of the zombie who noticed her show there was something deep that could communicate with humans. Matthew, nodded but also saw that of a sadden look on his wife's face about how they also someone they could potential save.

"Will have to try harder, and try to figure out a way get them to think. As well respond like us, right now we have to stay with the general. Can't fall behind now right?"

Asking her about how that while Quill may have the duty of fighting them, the two of them had a important job of their own. Which is finding a cure to end this, Susan. Seeing the confidence in him as well couldn't help but smile, she nods as the two go to regroup with the general and continue their research in finding a way to reverse this zombie nightmare.

Several hours later

Within the forest, was that of the lone female zombie that got out of the ditch she fell into. Covered in scars and bruises, the angered like creature merely walked. Rather limping from how she sprained her leg, so far with how several hours have passed. It was night time, it continued to walk trying to find food. Having the hunger take over as well see if there were any signs of living life. Continuing to move, the zombie move soon hears that of a humming sound.

"Come..."

Spoke a eerie like voice, it sounded weak as well old. The zombie, turned it's head hearing the voice. So far the only thing going on in her head was the hunger, the drive to feast on living flesh. Limping towards the mysterious voice, she traveled to that of a dark oak tree.

"You are angry, good."

A heavy voice spoke from the tree, the zombie looked confused let alone how she walked close to the tree. Noticing a body, a cryptic like body of a woman. Bended with the tree as well fused with it. However, there was something else strange about the tree woman. Her heart was thumping.

"Rest my child, you have suffered. Your in pain, rest. And feed."

Spoke the tree woman as the wounded zombie, merely bends her knee's. Groaning towards the the wooden like woman, she bites her head. However as soon as her teeth latched onto the scalp, her eyes widen. The taste felt like sap as well burned, the zombie woman felt her whole body on fire. Moving away from the wooden woman, the zombie yelled out in pain as well turned in the ground writhing in pain.

"Go to the afterlife, and rest in peace."

Spoke the mysterious voice within the zombie's mind as she felt her mind slowly going away, along of how it soon enough went quiet. The body collapsed onto the ground holding itself together, however. Her eye's opened showing that of a violet pupils. The body of the zombie girl was slowly healing itself, from the limping to the scratches and cuts across her body. The grey skin body slowly reverted to that of a strong form, circulating her hands as well her body. She slowly rose up to look around, as well breathes in the air around her.

"Finally, after all these centuries. I am free."

Speaking in a calm like tone, let alone of looking to her other body. The one encased in wood, it slowly begun to crumble as well turn to dust. Whatever was in the body of the female zombie's body smiled at the dust, as well walked away from it. She was walking with grace as well looking around how much time has passed.

"So much change, so much time these humans have used."

Noticing coming across her way, was a town. It was full of lights and not so big, there were schools as well other buildings that any other civilization would have. A small smile grew upon her face as she made her way to the town, not before going to that of a shadow being casted from a large tree. touching the dirt, she gripped it as well somehow was able to remove the shadow of the tree. Which shrouds herself in that of a black cloak, to cover herself as well her appearance.

"Let's see if I can do the same, for myself."

Telling herself of how there would be some certain changes to the town, as a plan was slowly forming. The zombie girl walked towards the possible human town in her hooded cloak, as well knew she had much work to do. This would take a while for her to change this place into her own home, though in the end it would be all worth it.

President Date-Seabrook High School

Back in the present, everything was right now at peace. Humans as well zombies were coexisting together, while not as normal in the past. Things have turned better, right now in the school. Several human and zombie teenagers were in a classroom as well right now finishing a final. Amongst the different students was that of Zed Necrodopolis. Football captain as well the one who helped form this peaceful bond with the humans, along becoming that of the first zombie football player.

"Just a few more minutes. Just a few more..."

Zed thinking to himself as well how there was a few minutes away before the summer could start, a special summer where he could hangout with his friends and family. Let alone of able to hang out with Addison, his girlfriend who's been busy with the cheerleading squad as well helping everyone understand about both zombies as well werewolves along of a pool part she was setting up with the squad. He was getting worried as well tapping the side of his pencil, let alone unable to take any more second from the summer starting.

"Alright, I just need to check out this final paper. From Eliza."

The teacher spoke out as well grabbing his glass's as well checking out Eliza's paper. To which on the side, Zed looked at how Eliza was confident let alone how out of everyone in the classroom she was the smartest zombie. However for the teacher, it was going take a while. Everyone was anxious as well gripping the side of their tables and pencils waiting for the teacher to grade Eliza's paper.

"Ok, so. All correct, well I must congratulate.."

Before the teacher could say anything, the school bell rang causing everyone to stand up and cheer for how the summer had just begun. Human, Zombies as well several werewolves in the class room were howling at how there was no more school. Hugging one another, they all rushed out of the classroom not wanting to spend another second in the room. Eliza, walked over to the teacher and shakes his hand thanking him for the school year.

"See you at the pool party."

The teen zombie smiling to the teacher as he couldn't help but chuckle. Meanwhile for Zed, he was walking out of the classroom looking across the hallways as well other class's. Students were rushing out heading to their lockers as well making sure they forgot nothing before heading out to enjoy the first day of summer.

"Dance party at the pool today, Got that perfect playlist. Count down 'til we meet up. Dressed up like we're famous."

Zed slowly singing as well looking at his friends heading out. He see's Eliza near Bonzo who were waiting on Zed, the football captain walked over to the two as well begun to walk down the block. Noticing everyone preparing to attend the pool party that was apparently starting right after school.

"Don't matter now if we're hanging home, Cause we're making memories over the town. Although we're apart, we're not alone."

Eliza singing as well to which on the side she noticed several of the humans who she once was annoyed with, where hanging out with several zombies. As well the werewolves, it was a beautiful sight to which everyone was rushing to the pool party that was being hosted by Addison.

"Staying up all night! Staying together, We're gonna be alright. Cause we own the summer Make it the best of times Look back and remember. What a ride, yeah, what a ride Cause we own the summer!"

Both Zed and Eliza singing, which it was quite the joyous occasion as well heading to their homes to grab their things for the party. On the side at the pool sight, was Addison who was right now having Willa along both her wolves and the cheerleaders prep up the place as well set up that of a water slide for the kids.

"Backyard water slide, Like a roller coaster. Hands up to the sky. Like we ain't getting older."

Addison singing a bit how everything, was finally good. No judgement towards any other creatures as well how things were turning alright. With the added help of the werewolf pack, the people of Seabrook were enjoying this somewhat strange lifestyle.

"Even though life can change all the rules. We said from the start that we'd play it cool. So let's live it up like we always knew how to."

Willa sang as well how that they soon noticed on the side of the entrance to the pool, was a group of students who got out of their school clothing. To that of pool garments, cheering in front as well rushing right into the water jumping in one by one.

"Staying up all night! Staying together, We're gonna be alright. Cause we own the summer! Make it the best of times Look back and remember. What a ride, yeah, what a ride Cause we own the summer!"

Singing going all across the area, Addison smiled at the sight as well of Willa. At how the pack were enjoying themselves due to how most werewolves weren't exactly use to this type of excitement. Hanging out with other species and going to a pool, however it was the summer which made it exceptional.

"Won't be like this forever, If it's June or December. Apart or together. Yeah, cause we own the summer! Staying up all night! Staying together, We're gonna be alright. Cause we own the summer!"

Addison and the other wolves singing as well getting adjusted to the party that was happening. Everyone was right now had their own stations, such as Waylon. Who was asked by wolf the food stand, who was serving snacks as well of fruit drinks. Along Wyatt who was handing out beach toys for everyone to play with along of water guns so everyone could get in on the fun. Coming to the entrance was Zed, Eliza as well Bonzo who saw the sight of everyone having fun.

"Make it the best of times Look back and remember. What a ride, yeah, what a ride Cause we own the summer!"

Zed shouted as well getting the attention of Addison, she and the others noticed the three zombies as well waved them over to join up. Rushing over, they all soon begun to have their fun at the pool as well enjoy the festivity.

"Yeah, we own the summer! What a ride, yeah, what a ride. Yeah, we own the summer!"

Finishing the song as well of how that the pool part was a hit, let alone that things were going alright. Zed and Addison walked over to hug each other as well walked over to grab some seats.

"A Seabrook monster pool party, can't believe Brit and Rev were able to convince the mayor to let me host the party."

The white haired cheerleader spoke about how that with the problems as well situations that Revenant and Sentinel had to handle over the months. They were able to convince the mayor to let her host a pool party that was once used for humans only, to not be open for everyone.

"Well you can't blame them, from handling the vampire incident as well making sure that the 'visitors' that come to try don't start trouble. I'd expect they get some type of award, but I'm surprise that Rev isn't here."

Zed mentioning on how with Rev's determination into making Seabrook a seven haven for humans and other types of creatures. As well protecting them from others who dislike the idea, to not be here enjoying the day. As the couple relaxed in their chairs, they noticed Willa coming over as well having a hat over head as well some shades on.

"He and Wynter are with the fruit bat. While we get all the fun, they still have work to do."

The alpha wolf spoke out at how both the zombie and werewolf couple had their own 'school' work to handle. Addison, looked at Willa as the expression on her face seemed to be that of a concern like attitude.

"Your worried for Wynter?"

Addison asking on how Willa is protective over her pack, let alone how that it's not normal to let one of her packmates hang out with someone else. However, Wynter was tough wolf as well wanted to try other things.

"I just don't want her getting into a lot of danger. She's fearless, but she's got a big heart."

Expressing how while they knew that Wynter could pull off a freighting look let alone of defending her pack. She also cares a lot and Willa didn't want her to have her make a mistake or get pulled into some kind of strange problem.

"Well, from experience. We just got to let them be what they wanna be. It's their choice right?"

Zed giving some advice to Willa of how Wynter could manage herself and she should handle whatever it is, Willa. Looked questionable at the zombie, had to sadly agreeing as Wynter wasn't like the others. She was tough, it was just being with Revenant could be trouble, though right now she was going to relax and just wait for her and the others to attend the pool party.
