A/N: Hi everyone, I know I haven't updated this story in nearly three years, and I'm sorry about that, but sadly, I personally lost interest in this story due to burnout. Don't get me wrong, I still love Baldi's Basics with all my heart, but I put too much effort into trying to overanalyze where all the characters and items in the schoolhouse were in the original GameJam version of the game, and as a result, the story seemed to lack a coherent flow.
Some of my original plans for this story involved eventually involving Team Rose, Team Dark, and the Chaotix as they too went through the schoolhouse, and naming some of the chapters after parts of the lyrics in the Random Encounters musical for this game (which I highly recommend watching!).
Another early plan of mine was when Team Rose was going through, they would eventually run into Filename1.
But anyway, this story is not dead. Instead, I want to announce that I wanted to make this announcement for well over a year now, maybe two years, but I have finally gotten around to it. Basically, I'm putting it up for adoption. And my friend from SonicSong182's Discord server, who goes by Impostor182 on FFN, will officially be revising and continuing this story! He is well known for his Among Us fanfics, which I highly recommend!
I also wanted to write a more serious Baldi's Basics fanfiction for a while now, and I am not sure how I would go about it, but I do have several ideas. And longtime readers of my stories may know that Chaos on Earth is in fact not my first Sonic story. In fact, this is technically my very first time writing with Sonic characters in any fanfiction, and I want to admit, I was very nervous doing it, but now, I have gotten much more comfortable doing it. Chaos on Earth is my main fanfic right now, and I highly recommend that you give it a read!
