Outside of being a loyal companion and trustworthy friend, Yang Xiao Long hardly thought much of Jaune Arc. He was a noodle. She liked him. He was nice. Simple and easy! Yang seizes an opportunity when it presents itself to claim the knight as her own... only to later learn her mother Raven Branwen has her own plans for the boy.

Cardin did the unthinkable... He cut down Yang's hair, down to the length of Jaune's! Yang would've killed Winchester, but Goodwitch stopped her, punishing Cardin as a teacher would... with a two-week detention! Yang gets lost in a funk due to her lack of hair and of a way to get vengeance. Who knew, that Vomit-boy would be the one to pull her out of it and avenge her hair?

A short one of story about our favorite fiction couple I thought up about a lesson they learned the hard way.
