Carrie Psycho 100!
For Shigeo Kageyama, or as the public would call him 'Mob', he's always had no presence when it comes to the general public, always being kinda there. He expected the same thing when he transferred to a new school. While he received the same treatment from some of his fellow schoolmates, while it was hurtful, he refused to use his Esper powers to fight back as while he was powerful, he could wind up killing his fellow students and he didn't want to do that. It was only unless his life was on the life that he would have no choice but to use them.
It was only when that night happened that he was left with no choice...
Carrie was having the best night of her life. After having been bullied by her fellow students for days due to her growing body, she found out that she had telekinetic abilities earlier that day and that Tommy has decided to go with her to prom. And so far, it was going great.
At last, as the prom was reaching the end, Carrie was crowned 'Prom Queen'. As she walked up with Tommy, she had the biggest smile on her face as she felt like she was finally accepted by those who bullied her.
That was when it happened...
As Carrie was talking, what she didn't know was that there was a bucket full of pig blood over her head, which was then pulled via a rope courtesy of Billy and Chris and the contents of the bucket were spilled all over the "accepted" Carrie's head, and dousing her dress.
Tommy was in shock before attempting to console Carrie before the now empty bucket swung and hit him in the face, knocking him out.
When this happened, from Carrie's point of view, she saw the students laughing at her. When in reality, everyone was stunned silence.
When a simple look, Carrie forced all the exits to the gymnasium closed before she then looked up and made the lights change into a blood red.
The students began to freak out as they tried to open the doors, with little success. Carrie, still having a blank expression on her face, looked over to a firehose and pulled it out of the container in the wall before cranking the water up to full power. She began to spray the panicking students with powerful blasts of water from the hose, the only student who wasn't freaking out was Mob.
It was time that he did something.
One of the students tried to get the hose under control, only for him to end up spraying the lights, causing them to let out sparkles as another student tried to escape from the bleachers to try and reach the window, only for Carrie to knock the student away and blasted the retreating student with the hose.
"Everyone, please remain calm." Mr. Fromm said before the microphone before it was snatched out of his hands by principal Morton.
"Now's not the time that!" he denied. "We need to get the fuck out of here!"
As the two began to fight over the mic, Carrie forced the hose to spray them with water, only for the water to be redirected and end up spraying the light board above the gym, short-circuiting the lights and starting a fire that was quickly spreading throughout the gymnasium, much to the horror of the panicking students and staff.
"Please stop, Carrie." She heard a voice say to her.
Though she was unresponsive as she was still in her trance-like state, she looked to her left and saw Mob, who had a sympathetic look on his face.
"Calm down, Carrie." Mob said as he slowly began to walk towards the distressed girl. "You shouldn't use your powers like this, it's not right."
Despite hearing the boy's words, Carrie felt like it was too late for a talk like that as she was done being everyone's punching bag as she forced the screws in the set of closed bleachers behind him come loose as she then used her telekinetic powers to launch the iron and copper made large bleachers at the 'just there' boy. Mob had his barrier up just in case talking didn't work and as much as he want to, he would need to subdue her in order to prevent her from causing harm to other students and staff in here, especially since they were innocent in all of this. Only Chris and Billy should get this kind of treatment since they deserve it for doing this to her in the first place... only without the fatal ramifications of her actions.
As Mob was bombarded with the large bars that were used to be seats for whoever sat on them and got essentially buried in a pile of them, unbeknownst to his attacker, he was starting to get a little mad, which spelled a beatdown to whoever was attacking either him or those close to him be it people he knew or just random bystanders that he walked pass whenever he walked anywhere.
Right now, his emotional state was at 30% and was continuing to climb with every scream of terror coming from his classmates.

And the madder Mob got, the more powerful he gets. After all, everyone has a limit when it comes to stressful situations, it was all a matter of how much someone can take before finally having enough of whatever is troubling them and how much time it takes before they finally snap and lash out at the thing that set them off.
Weirdly enough this is what Carrie was doing right now, she was lashing out like this because of the lifetime of abuse she suffered from not just her religious fanatic mother but also the harassment she got from her fellow students.
And tonight was the final nail in the coffin for all of them.
As Carrie turned back to the students still trying to leave and the fire continued to spread, she began to walk forward as she began to toss the students around like ragdolls as she made her way toward the exit.
Before she could put her hand on the exit doors, she heard the sound of the bleachers that she buried Mob in were essentially blown off, sending them flying all over the place. Everyone still in the room had to essentially jump around to avoid getting hit. Once they
Mob was staring at her with a look that could make even the most hardened of warriors freeze in place as his hair flared up in the wind.

Just one more push and there would be consequences.
"Fine, I gave you a chance but it looks like I'll have to stop you myself." Mob simply said, before disappearing from her sight.
Before coming up from behind her and saying. "Just know that you're making me do this, so this is on you."
With a simple yet strong telekinetic push, Mob sent Carrie crashing into a wall.
"That should keep out of trouble for a while." Mob said as he saw Carrie's body hit the floor as he then turned around as he witnessed students run for their lives.
Before Mob himself could leave, he felt himself suddenly get pinned to the wall by a table as he then saw Carrie slowly get up as she was dazed but not down for the count. She then used anything that she mentally use to slaughter the students around the two of them.
That was the last straw for Shigeo.
100%: Courage
With a bluish aura around him, Mob was in front of Carrie and before she could do anything, she let out a scream of pain as felt the bones in her arms twist around as they then broke in multiple places before she then felt a telekinetically levitated chair bash her in the back of her head a few times with enough force to not kill the distraught girl but render the mentally and emotionally abused girl unconscious so that she didn't cause anymore chaos and destruction.
With Carrie finally subdued, the principal called the security guards to take anyone that was injured to the nurse's office as Mob took a deep calming breath to revert to his normal self.
"I'm sorry." He said to the unconscious form of Ms. White. "But it was the only way to make sure that you didn't go on and hurt anymore people."
With Carrie finally awoke, she was in her bed, back home.
"So, you've finally decided to wake up, huh child?"
Letting out a yelp, Carrie look over and saw not just her mother Margret but also Mob and Tommy.
"Good to see you awake." Tommy said with a smile as Mob just nodded.
Carrie then embraced her mother with tears while blubbering out apology after apology.
"It's alright Carrie. It'll be alright." Margret said.
Tommy then noticed that Margret has a knife in her hand as she raised her hand in her attempt to literally stab her daughter in the back. Tommy quickly rushed forward and managed to grab a hold of Margret's arm.
"Mrs. White, stop!" The jock said as he twisted the woman's arm, causing her to let out a yell of pain as she was forced to drop the attempted murder weapon. "What the hell are you doing?!"
"Stay back, child!" The mother said as she broke free of the jock's grip. "Her madness must end!"
Carrie was having a panic attack. First that disastrous prom night and now, her own mother was against her too? Why? Why was the world against her? Why was she being treated like this? What has she done to deserve this kind of treatment?
Margret attempted to grab her knife, only for Mob to telekinetically grab a hold of the knife and launched it out of the window, causing her to let out a scream of anger and rage as she lunged herself at her daughter.
"No more..." Carrie thought as she squinted her eyes in anger before got up and with a simple gesture with her eyes, forced her mother to be suspended in mid air as the air in her throat was slowly beginning to get closed off.
"Carrie, no!" Tommy shouted. "Don't kill her!"
"Why shouldn't I?" Carrie said in a low voice. "She's done nothing but lock me in a room and just tried to kill me. Why should I show her any mercy?"
"Because she should face justice for this, Carrie." Mob said, cutting into their conversation. "Not to mention you'll end up being what Margret was going to to do."
"Please Carrie, do the right thing and let her go to jail." Tommy pleaded. "She won't be able to try to do this to you again."
Carrie looked to the ground as she began to think about it. As far as she knew, she realized that Tommy and Mob had a point. If she had killed her, it'll make her no better then Margret. On the other hand, the fact that she tried to do it to her to begin with might lead to her to try and do it again in the future.
Looking back at Tommy, who had a pleading look on her face, she let out a sigh.
"Alright." she said before letting her mother go.
After Tommy called the cops and Mob looked after her to make sure that she didn't get a chance to try and attack her telekinetic daughter once more. The cop arrived and arrested her before things got worse.
That was the last Mob, Tommy or Carrie ever saw Margret as she was sentenced to life in prison for the things she did and as for Carrie, while she was sentence to five months of community service with mandatory therapy for what she nearly did at prom, her peers at school chose not to mess with her or Mob ever again considering what they were capable of.
The End!
