Chapter 6: Code Miraculous Power - Part 2

Chloé was lightly jumping in place. Her excitement had reached a hundredfold as she and Adrien stood by preparing for their turn at Dance, Dance Revolution. They were not the only ones there, though, for a crowd had been drawn. It started out simply as kids waiting for their turn at the game. However, several kids had gathered around to specifically watch the two who were already playing it. This was because they were dancing like their lives depended on it. Such level of skill they displayed mesmerized the spectators. At the same time, the dancers both looked like they were having the time of their lives. It was infectious as everyone cheered them on while the music they chose to dance to played loudly. The bass was pumping hard, and the lyrics rang out as some kids even started singing to it.

"People like us, we've gotta stick together. Keep your head up. Nothing lasts forever. Here's to the dammed, to the lost and forgotten. It's hard to get high when you're living on the bottom."

As it went on, Adrien even found himself tapping his foot, then bobbing his head, and finally clapping along to the beat of the song. Chloé did not let herself get as caught up in the scene but still could not keep her head from bobbing side to side with the tiniest hint of a smile on her face. While she would never admit it, she was actually pretty impressed by the dancing abilities of the kids already playing Dance, Dance Revolution.

Soon enough, the song had ended, giving way to a series of applause and cheers. This included Adrien and even Chloé applauding the two kids who had absolutely crushed it at the dancing game. These two turned and looked with surprised smiles on their face. They looked across the crowd and then at each other, never losing their smiles as they decided to take a bow. The two kids then got off the elevated platforms for the game and started walking away.

Adrien started to get on, but then he felt a hand reach out and grab his. He looked to see a smiling Chloé shaking her head.

"I REALLY hate to admit this, Adriekins... but let's face it, we'll never be able to top that."

The confused expression on Adrien's face turned into an understanding smile as he nodded his head. "Maybe I should try and convince my dad that expert dancing lessons would be worth spending time and money on."

"Yeah, to top that, you'd need to take lessons from Michael Jackson," Chloé quipped as she and Adrien walked away. "Let's just go play Fight Fighters. I may have been blown away, but I'm still salty about being upstaged before I could even begin to dance. I want to take it out on somebody."

"I'm down," Adrien said in agreement. "I hope you won't take it too personally when I kick your butt, though."

"Oh, we'll see whose butt is kicked at the end of the day, Adriekens," Chloé said.

The mayor's daughter then playfully swung up her foot, trying unsuccessfully to boot Adrien in the butt. He quickly spun out of the way and took a fighting stance as Chloé did the same. Both of them had playful smirks on their faces, and after a second or two, they started giggling in amusement.

It was interrupted, however, when they both heard their communicators beep. Chloé and Adrien then looked down to their communicators and then at each other. Their faces told the whole story, letting each other know that they knew the situation was probably serious.

"Let's go find the others," Adrien said.

"Right," Chloé agreed.

They then started looking around for a bit before turning back to one another. Adrien then nodded his head to the right, to which Chloé silently agreed. The two then started walking that way, and it was not long before they ran into some familiar faces. It was not the ones they were looking for, though.

"Hey, you're those kids who just crushed it at Dance, Dance Revolution," Adrien said.

"No autographs, please," one of the kids, a blonde-haired boy wearing purple, requested. A look of realization then replaced his smile. "Hey, I know you."

"Yeah, aren't you, like, that famous model kid or something?" the other kid, a black-haired Japanese girl, asked. "Um...Adrien Agreste, right?"

"Yeah, that's me," Adrien said.

"Wow, how about that? Maybe we should be asking you for autographs instead," the boy quipped. "Seriously, though, can we get a picture or something?"

"Sure, but let's make it fast," Adrien said.

"Yeah, we've got important places to be," Chloé added.

"A'ight," the boy and girl said together.

"My name's Odd, by the way," the boy introduced himself.

"I'm Yumi," the girl said with a bow.

"Nice to meet you both," Adrien said.

"I guess," Chloé said less politely.

The kids then all gathered together as Odd pulled out his phone. He then looked confused as he turned to Chloé.

"Uhh... what are you doing?" Odd asked.

"What do you mean?" Chloé asked. It then clicked as an insulted look crossed her face. "Oh, come on! What do you mean you don't want me in the pic?! Don't you know who I am?! I'm Chloé Bourgeois! Daughter to the mayor of Paris! My mother is the style queen herself, Audrey Bourgeois! And you don't want me in your pic?! That's ridiculous! Utterly ridiculous!"

"Chloé, Chloé, Chloé!" Adrien said in a panic. "Calm down, please! I swear I'll let you take a picture with the next group of kids!"

Chloé turned her angry scowl on Adrien, who responded with a nervous smile. The wealthy, better-off girl looked from Adrien to Odd and Yumi, who were standing by as they looked on in disbelief.

Chloé then looked back at Adrien before finally responding. "You'd better."

Adrien, Odd, and Yumi breathed a sigh of relief.

"Sorry about that," Adrien said.

"Hey, it's no problem," Yumi said.

"Yeah, we've got one of our own," Odd said with a laugh.

Adrien and Yumi also laughed before they gathered together and looked up at Odd's phone. He held it up and took a picture of the three of them smiling together.

"Thanks a lot, Adrien," Yumi said. "Uh, we can call you Adrien, right?"

"Or do you prefer Mr. Big-shot-model-with-a-daddy-who-has-money?" Odd asked.

"Well, obviously, I prefer that over anything else," Adrien joked.

The three shared a laugh before Chloé stepped in and started tugging on Adrien's arm. He looked to his friend, who held up her wrist and tapped on her communicator.

"Oh, right, right," Adrien said. He then turned to Odd and Yumi. "Sorry, guys, but we've gotta go. Oh, here!" Adrien pulled an arcade card out of his pocket and handed it to Odd. "Use whatever money's left on this card and have a good time."

"Wow," Yumi and Odd said at the same time.

"Gee, thanks, Adrien," Odd said sincerely.

"My pleasure," Adrien said.

"Come on, savior of the masses. Let's go," Chloé said as she pulled Adrien along.

"Bye," Odd and Yumi said together.

"It was nice meeting you," Adrien said back.

"You were just taking a picture with him to get Sissi mad jealous, weren't you?" Yumi asked teasingly.

"Well... yeah, at first," Odd admitted. "Turns out he's actually a really nice guy, though."

"You didn't think he would be?" Yumi asked.

"Not important," Odd said. "Let's go play a nice friendly game of Fight Fighters."

"Okay, babe," Yumi said. A competitive smile then crossed her face. "Your ass is grass."

"Bring it!" Odd exclaimed.

The two then ran off, leaving Adrien and Chloé to search the arcade for their friends. They eventually found Alya, Marinette, Max, and Markov off in the distance near the middle of the arcade. Chloé and Adrien waved to get their friends' attention. Upon seeing them, the larger group of Rangers instantly walked over.

"Where have you two been?" Alya asked.

"We ran into Adriekens' fan club," Chloé said.

It was at that point when everyone's communicators beeped again.

"Yeah, yeah, we get it," Chloé said in annoyance.

"Let's go over there," Alay said as she pointed to the restrooms.

Everyone quickly walked over and ducked in the little square space between the bathrooms and the rest of the arcade to be out of sight. The Power Rangers then looked at one another before Alya answered her communicator.

"Go ahead, Zordon," Alya said.

"Filthy Earth sludges!" a bombastic voice rang out on the other end. "Uhh... I mean, Power Rangers. Zordon needs you at the command center. It's urgent."

"We're on our way, Zim," Alya said.

The group took one more look around at each other before pressing a specific button on their communicators. Then, in a flash of light, the five teenagers were gone.

The legendary cathedral, Notre-Dame de Paris, was believed to have been built on very special grounds. Specifically, the story went that the grounds were where an angel of light and a demon of darkness battled for the fate of the world. This was only partially true, for, in reality, these were the grounds where Zordon, the wizard of Eltar, and Rita Repulsa, the empress of evil, had their last grand battle. It was here where Zordon had been trapped in a time warp by the space witch. This was just before his greatest warriors were able to subdue Rita and her forces into the dumpster that became their prison for ten thousand years.

It was also here where a great commander center was created. Under the ground that Notre Dame now stood upon, Zordon, with all his great power, actually willed the commander center into existence. He had made his time warp bury itself underground and then added on and on to it with his powers. Zordon did not stop until the command center was fully completed, after which he slept for many thousands of years. When the wizard of Eltar awoke, he immediately carried on where he left off in the battle of good vs. evil.

In this commander center, a flash of light appeared just as it had many times before. The flash came in the very center of the marvelous blend of magic and technology that was the command center. When it dissipated, the Power Rangers stood in its place.

"Zim, what's going on?" Marinette asked.

"Ask the bigger Z around here," the little Irken insisted.

Zordon's previous assistant, Alpha 5, had been destroyed during the conflict with Rita thousands of years ago. As much as Zordon grieved his loss, he knew Alpha's position eventually had to be filled and was so thousands of years later. The wizard of Eltar had found a lost, confused, and desperate Irken who had been traveling aimlessly through space. Zim had been banished from his world, shunned and cast out from his own kind, and traveled aimlessly through the cosmos until crashing onto Earth. Zordon then teleported him to the command center. He offered it as Zim's home. In exchange, the grateful Irken filled the role previously left vacant by Alpha 5's loss.

The kids all looked to the tube at the head of the command center. It was in the very center of the wall. From the tube appeared the image of a giant, floating head. It was that of the very wizard who made the command center. Zordon's face floated in the center of his time warp as he looked on and spoke with great urgency.

"Rangers, we must act swiftly. Evil forces are running rampant through the streets of Paris as we speak."

"Not again," Max said.

"Will Rita ever learn her lesson?" Alya asked in annoyance.

"I'm afraid she might have, Alya, but in the worst way possible," Zordon answered.

"What do you mean?" Chloé asked.

"Observe the viewing globe," Zordon replied. "The plaza is under attack."

As instructed, the kids turned away from their leader and walked to the far end of the command center. It was here where the viewing globe sat, the magic and technology-infused orb showing images that the Power Rangers could not believe.

"As you can see, Rita has found herself some allies in her evil crusade," Zordon said. "Allies that have already been established in other parts of Paris."

"Yeah, I recognize those monsters next to the Putties," Max said.

"As do I," Markov said. "I believe they're referred to as Krabs, Kankrelats, Hornets, Bloks, and Megatanks. They work under that Mayura girl."

"Yeah, yeah. The one who fights those...What do you call them?" Marinette puzzled.

"The Miraculous Heroes," Adrien answered.

"Self-loving name much?" Chloé said in an irritated tone.

"Look, there she is," Alya said as she pointed at the viewing globe.

Indeed, Mayura was displayed on the viewing globe. She was not alone, though, for she was flanked by two familiar faces and a new one. Seeing Mayura, Goldar, the Green Ranger, and this new monster marching forth and leading the attack on a plaza was actually an imposing and even frightening sight. Some of the Rangers even got chills running down their spines.

"Look at that guy between Mayura and the Green Ranger," Marinette said as she pointed.

"Yeah, he looks really nasty for sure," Adrien said.

"That is Baturkon, Rita's latest monster," Zordon explained. "He was already a formidable foe. However, Mayura has also imbedded within his sword, an amuck. This grants him the power of a senti-monster on top of his already astounding energy."

The Rangers got a full demonstration of this when the bat raised his sword to a building nearby, and a large wave of electricity-like energy fired from the blade. The beam struck the building, instantly making it explode into several flaming pieces. Marinette even found herself jumping back and yelping in surprise at this. She brought up her hands to cover the terrified look on her face.

"No! The civilians!" Adrien shouted.

"We've got to get down there to the plaza and stop this!" Alya said.

"Be forewarned, Rangers. I'm afraid your powers, mighty as they are, may not be enough," Zordon replied. "It pains me to say this, but these mounted evil forces may be too mighty for you even you to stop on your own."

"Well, we can't just stand here and let all this happen, Zordon," Alya said.

"Nor do I intend you to," Zordon replied. "I plan on trying to locate and contact the Miraculous Heroes and call upon them to assist you."

"Ugh. We don't need any help from those small-timers, Zordon," Chloé said.

"I'm afraid that just isn't so, Chloé. I'm more worried about this threat than any before. It is my belief you need all the help you can get."

"More worried?" Chloé let out in disbelief. "You mean you don't have faith in us?"

"I always do, but I always fear what could happen if something goes wrong as well," Zordon said.

"Can't be overconfident, Chloé," Alya agreed. "There's always the chance we won't get back. That's what Zordon worries about."

"For more reasons than one," Zordon said. "The world is lucky to have you, Rangers, and so am I."

"You chose us for a reason, Zordon," Adrien said. "We're the Power Rangers now, and that's why we've got to go out and face those evil forces running rampant through Paris right now."

"Too many lives are depending on us," Marinette said.

"So, you go ahead and try to contact the Miraculous Heroes if you want, Zordon," Alya said. "In the meantime, we're gonna hold back these creeps as long as we can and try to stop them."

"Very well, my Rangers. May the power protect you all," Zordon said, a hint of worry in his voice.

"Good luck, Rangers," Markov said, sounding just as worried.

"Looks like you're gonna need it," Zim added.

"It's morphin' time!" Alya exclaimed.

With that, the team pulled out their morphers and raised them as they called out the name of the prehistoric animal they represented.

"Mastodon!"

"Pterodactyl!"

"Triceratops!"

"Sabertooth Tiger!"

"Tyrannosaurus!"

In a great flash of light, the Power Rangers were teleported out from the command center. They reappeared in another flash, finding themselves fully in costume in the center of the plaza surrounded by the evil forces they had come to face.

"POWER RANGERS!" the team of superheroes announced fearlessly as they struck a group pose.

"Ha! You came, just like we knew you would!" the Green Ranger exclaimed.

"Foolish Rangers. You've walked right into our trap," Mayura proclaimed. "These bums gave you such a hard time? They seem a bit too stupid for that to me."

"Shut it, feather brain!" Alya said as she reached into her holster. "Blade-blasters up!"

The other Rangers followed suit, pulling out their adjustable gun and blade hybrid weapons. Alya, Chloé, and Marinette settled for the short sword configuration of the blade-blasters. Max and Adrien set theirs into blaster mode.

"Monsters!" Mayura shouted.

"Putties!" Goldar and Green Ranger said at the same time.

"Attack!" the trio then said together.

The Power Rangers looked around them to see a bunch of Putties and X.A.N.A. monsters coming their way. "KIYAH!" the Rangers shouted before splitting away from each other and running to meet their foes halfway.

Alya came across a bunch of Putties who tried taking swings at her, but she ducked and dodged them all. Most of those who missed her then received a slashing swing from the lead Ranger's blade, the strike of which ignited bursts of sparks as the Putties crumbled into rubble. One of the Putties swung his hand sword at the Red Ranger, who easily dodged it before kicking her foot up into the Putty Patroller's chest. The Red Ranger then spun around, swinging the back of her foot across the Putty's face, knocking him off his feet. Alya then lowered herself to a knee as she stabbed her blade-blaster into the fallen Putty's chest, making sparks burst as he crumbled into rubble.

As the Red Ranger was getting up to find her next foe to face, she was suddenly struck from behind by several laser bolts that ignited across her body. Sparks flew about as Alaya screamed out in pain while the Hornets that shot at her zipped by overhead. The leader of the Power Rangers fell to a knee as she pressed her blade-blaster against the ground, trying to use it as a brace to help push herself back up. At the same time, the quartet of Hornets that shot at her turned around and prepared for a second round of fire.

However, the bombardment instead fell upon the flying X.A.N.A. monsters as several laser bolts were shot up at them. The volley of laser fire caught them by surprise, taking out two Hornets instantly while the other two panicked and flew about uncoordinated and even bumped into each other. Then, one of the two remaining Hornets was blasted to pieces while the last creature turned away and flew off with a singe in its side.

Alya turned to see Max, the Blue Ranger, standing by and holding his blade-blaster up, the barrel of which smoked from all the shots fired.

"Thanks, Max. That was close," Alya said.

"No problem, Alya. I've always got your back!" Max replied as he raised his fist in front of him.

"Watch out!" Alya exclaimed.

"Huh?"

The Blue Ranger looked behind him and saw the clubbed hand of a Putty come smacking into his face. While the hit was not hard enough to ignite any sparks, it did knock Max to the ground. However, like some crazy breakdancer, he swung his legs up in the air and spun about back onto his feet. Max then looked forth and saw the Putty that hit him and two others coming his way.

"Alright, creeps. Take this!" Max let out as he aimed his blade-blaster forth.

He shot the Putty in the middle directly in the chest before running up to the other two. The Blue Ranger then jumped between the Putties as he kicked his feet out into their chests. Upon landing, Max quickly shot both Putties down, turning them into smoking piles of rubble.

After striking a quick pose, Max looked around and spotted a sword-handed Putty heading his way. The Blue Ranger then ran to meet this foe head-on. The Putty Patroller attempted several swings of his bladed limb at Max, but he ducked and dodged them all before striking back.

"HIYAH!" Max let out as he kicked his right foot into the Putty's chest.

The Blue Ranger then swung his left foot up for a high roundhouse kick to the Putty's face. Finally, he spun around, kicking the back of his right foot across the Putty's distorted and grotesque features, knocking him off his feet. Max then aimed his blade-blaster and shot the Putty to pieces.

"Your chances against the Power Rangers are still below one-point-zero percent, play-doh face," Max quipped.

Suddenly, the loud blast of a wall of laser energy rang out as it extended and hit the Blue Ranger in the back. Max screamed out as he felt the pain of the blast while careening forward. Sparks flew from where he was hit as the Blue Ranger crashed into and then rolled across the ground before eventually coming to a stop. Max groaned in pain but immediately started to push himself up onto his feet. The boy genius would only get to a knee before he heard the sound of whatever shot him approaching.

"Huh? What?" The Blue Ranger looked to see a Megatank rolling his way before stopping when they were about twenty feet apart. "I don't suppose you'd be willing to discuss this peacefully."

The Megatank responded only by opening up and charging its blaster.

"Guess not."

X.A.N.A.'s monster fired forth another wave of laser energy at the fallen Ranger.

"Whoa!" Max let out as he rolled away.

He then sprung back to his feet, aimed his blade-blaster, and started shooting at the Megatank. The metal ball instantly closed itself up and let the laser bolts bounce harmlessly off its outer hull. After six or seven shots, the Blue Ranger finally ceased fire.

"Guess that's not gonna work," Max said to himself. "Huh?"

Upon hearing a noise come from behind him, Max turned around. He got the surprise of a lifetime. A second Megatank was rolling at him.

"Oh, shit!"

Just as he was jumping to move out of the way, the Megatank crashed into the Blue Ranger, sending him rolling away as he exclaimed in pain. Max was panting heavily as he forced himself up to his feet. Again he only got to a knee before he heard the sound of the two Megatanks rolling his way. The Blue Ranger looked on either side of him and saw both metal balls rolling to crush him in between them.

"I am NOT gonna be the monkey in the middle!"

Quickly, Max jumped into the air higher than any human being should be able to jump. Now safely above the tanks, Max watched as the two orbs crashed into each other, the impact sending them both rolling away. The Blue Ranger then felt gravity forcing a grip on him as he fell back down to Earth. Upon landing, Max instantly realized he was still in between the Megatanks. He looked and saw them both opening up as they began to charge their laser blasters.

"Oh, no," Max let out.

"HIYAH!"

Max looked to see Adrien, the Black Ranger jumping in as he landed on top of one of the Megatanks. It rolled back for a bit, but Adrien never lost his footing. He stayed on the Megatank until its X.A.N.A. eye was looking up at him. Then, the Black Ranger instantly fired his blade-blaster into the eye before executing a massive jumping frontflip as the Megatank burst into pieces behind him.

When Adrien landed, he ended up right next to Max, who he grabbed before rolling out of the way of the other Megatank's blast.

"Thanks a lot, Adrien. I owe you one," Max said as the two Rangers stood up.

"You owe me two, but who's counting?" Adrien said.

"It would seem some of these X.A.N.A. monsters are less susceptible to our blade-blasters' influence than others," Max went on.

"If that means some of these guys are harder to take down, I gotta agree with you," Adrien responded. "Some of these guys you can just blast away no problem."

Suddenly, several laser bolts were flying all around the Blue and Black Rangers. They turned to see a squad of ten Kankrelats heading their way. Instantly, the two Rangers took aim and started shooting back. Every target they hit instantly exploded into pieces.

"Like, these little guys are no problem," Adrien said.

The two Rangers then heard the sound of rolling metal behind them. They turned and looked to see the Megatank as it opened up and charged its blasters. Both Rangers instantly jumped in different directions, avoiding the blast.

"Now, guys like these, you have to be more dead accurate with," Adrien said. "You gotta shoot them directly in that target logo thing they all have on them. That's an instant one-shot kill."

"Affirmative," Max agreed.

"Such a stupid glaring weak spot, though," Adrien said. "I'm glad we never fought a monster with such an easily exploitable weakness."

Adrien then heard the babbling of a Putty coming from his left. He looked and saw the clay being running at him. The Patroller took a swipe at the Black Ranger with his sword hand. The Black Ranger ducked the intended strike and let the Putty Patroller go running past him. The Putty then turned to attack Adrien again, only to have the Black Ranger kick his foot back into his clay foe's chest. Then Adrien turned around and shot the Putty full of laser energy, blasting him to pieces before striking a quick battle pose.

The Black Ranger was not out of the woods yet, for seven more Putties ran at him.

"AYE-YAH!" Adrien let out as he ran to meet the Putties coming his way.

One with a club hand tried to land a punch, only for Adrien to dodge to the side and then swing his leg up into the Putty's midsection. He then kicked his left foot out to the side, catching another golem-like being in the chest. The Black Ranger then aimed his blade-blaster and took a shot, getting the Putty on his left in the face. Adrien then backflipped away as a Putty tried kicking out his foot, only to look and see Adrien was no longer there.

"Made you look," Adrien said as he landed safely away before shooting three of the Putties he was facing.

As they fell to pieces, Adrien ran at another Putty before leaping into the air to successfully land a tornado kick across his chosen target's face, knocking him to the concrete ground.

"This is gonna be a LONG day!" The Black Ranger exclaimed before striking a pose.

Meanwhile, Marinette was dealing with quite a few Putties of her own. They had surrounded her and were each taking turns trying to attack the Pink Ranger. Kicks, punches, clubbing blows with their rounded hands, and swipes of their sword hands were all utilized. The Pink Ranger relied heavily on the physically enhancing power of her Ranger suit. She ducked, dodged, rolled across the ground, spun away, flipped, and even twirled through the air. Marinette put on an amazing acrobatic and parkour-esque display to avoid everything the Putties threw at her.

However, at a certain point, the Pink Ranger decided she was tired of being on defense. "Time to take the initiative and go on offense."

To that end, Marinette jumped up high and executed a massive backflip. Once she landed, the Pink Ranger ran at the Putties, who had been so stunned by her display that they froze in place. When they turned around, the Pink Ranger went to town on them, swinging her blade-blaster about. Each hit caused a series of sparks to ignite across the exteriors of the Patrollers.

The Pink Ranger then ran up to a Putty and pushed her foot up on her foe's own knee. This elevated Marinette before she kicked her other foot into the back of the Patroller's head. This sent the Putty sprawling forward as he rolled across the ground. Then, when Marinette landed on her feet, she spun around and hit a wheel kick across the side of another Putty's face. She quickly followed up by striking the Putty several times with her blade-blaster, slicing it into several sparking pieces.

Suddenly, a very powerful blast of laser energy hit Marinette in the side. This sent her flying a few feet as she screamed in pain, and sparks flew from where she was hit. The Pink Ranger crashed into the ground in a smoking heap. Despite this, though, Marinette instantly started pushing herself up on her feet. As she did so, Marinette heard several mechanical sounds heading her way. It was like the legs of a heavy machine carrying it in her direction. The Pink Ranger lifted her head and saw the source of these sounds.

"Oh, that's not good."

Standing before the Pink Ranger were three Krabs, all of whom had their sights set on her. The trio of X.A.N.A. monsters charged up their laser blasters, and each fired a shot at Marinette. Instantly, the Pink Ranger leaped high into the air, ascending to gravity-defying lengths before she safely landed behind the Krabs.

"I don't usually care for seafood, but in your guys' case, I'll make an exception," Marinette quipped.

The Krabs all turned around just as Marinette fired her blade-blaster at them. Every bolt she shot hit the Krabs and left black scorch marks on the shell. However, none of them seemed to be enough to drop the large creatures. Instead, they powered through it and returned fire, shooting several charged laser blasts at the Pink Ranger. A few hit the ground around Marinette, causing small explosive bursts while a few other bolts directly hit their intended target. These ignited bursts of sparks as Marinette exclaimed in pain and fell onto her back.

Just when it seemed like the Pink Ranger was on the ropes, and as the Krabs closed in, Marinette kicked up her legs, the force of which lifted her body off the ground. Marinette landed safely on her feet before leaping up and then twirling through the air.

"KIYAH!" Marinette let out as she twirled over the Krabs while shooting at them.

Every shot successfully hit the Krabs, but it was the ones that hit the X.A.N.A. eyes on the top of their shells that did the trick. Instantly, all three Krabs burst into explosive pieces as Marinette landed in front of the explosions while striking a battle pose.

"Who likes their Krab well done?" Marinette asked as she turned around to admire her handy work.

Just then, a volley of laser fire came flying at her from the right. Marinette turned and looked to see several Bloks heading her way.

"Haven't played with blocks in a while. Wonder what the extreme edition here is like. Only one way to find out. HIYAH!"

Marinette jumped high into the air and aimed her blade-blaster at the group of Bloks. What she was not counting on, however, was a previously unseen Blok coming up from behind her. Not only did that happen, but when Marinette leaped into the air, it fired a freezing beam up after her. The Pink Ranger was only able to let out half a yelp before she was covered in ice. Gravity then took its hold back on the Power Ranger and pulled Marinette down to Earth. The resulting crash smashed apart all the ice that covered the Pink Ranger, leaving her laying on the ground in a heap. This allowed the Bloks to surround the prone fallen Ranger to prepare for a final assault.

What they did not expect, though, was the Yellow Ranger running in behind them and stabbing several Bloks in their X.A.N.A. eye weak spots. Half the bunch exploded into pieces while the other half turned and started shooting at Chloé, who ducked and dodged every shot fired at her. She even twirled back through the air before executing a successful series of backflips away from the smaller X.A.N.A. monsters. Chloé finished her last backflip with a superhero landing pose before looking up at the Bloks.

"Back off of my friend, you blockheads!" the Yellow Ranger exclaimed.

Chloé then set her blade-blaster into its gun configuration and shot at the Bloks, who returned fire. The Yellow Ranger easily dodged their shots, whereas the squares on tiny spider legs were not so lucky. Every single one of the Bloks took a hit that made them explode into pieces.

With them out of the way, the Yellow Ranger ran up to her fallen comrade in pink. "Are you okay, Marinette?"

"Yeah, I think so," Marinette said as she started pushing herself up to her feet.

"Good," Chloé said as she helped pull the Pink Ranger up.

"Thanks for saving my ass back there, Chloé," Marinette said. "Is it weird I'm still getting used to that?"

"I mean, I am too, sort of," Chloé said. "But it's like I keep saying, despite what obvious differences we have, we got a job to do. ... And... you are still technically my friend... Plus, that ass is too cute for me not to save."

"What?" Marinette asked as she tilted her head to the side.

"What? Isn't that what girl friends do?...Hetoral girl friends, that is. Don't they complement each other on their asses?"

"You've been watching magic girl anime with Adrien again, haven't you?" Marinette asked.

"NO! ... Yes... Look, it's not important!" Chloé rambled. "Now, it seems like these X.A.N.A. monsters have a big weak spot out in the open."

"Yeah, the eye. That's their Achilles heel. I found that out with the Krabs."

"Well, don't you just feel special?"

Suddenly, a small, glowing, disc-shaped object came flying by across both Rangers' chests. The collision ignited a series of painful sparks that made both female Power Rangers leap back uncontrollably before falling to the ground.

"Are you okay, Chloé?" Marinette said with a groan.

"I'll live... in pain... What the hell was that?"

As the two girls sat up, they spotted the disc object coming back and followed its path...which landed it directly in Mayura's hand. The villainess smirked as she walked over to the girls. After a few steps, Mayura stopped and put a hand on her hip. The white glow of the object faded and revealed it to be Mayura's fan.

"Oh, that bitch," Chloé said in outrage.

"Dido," Marinette concurred as the two Rangers got up.

"Looks like we'll have to show her what girl power really looks like!" Chloé exclaimed.

"Ooh, how I quiver with fear," Mayura said mockingly.

"HIYAH!" both Rangers exclaimed as they struck a battle pose.

They then both ran at Mayura while also shooting at her with their blade-blasters. The villainous Miraculous holder held her fan in front of her as it began to glow once more. Mayura moved her fan to successfully block every single shot fired at her until the Rangers were right up in her face. Chloé and Marinette then went for dual side kicks. However, Mayura brought up her hands and caught their feet before using her deceptive strength to shove them both back.

The Rangers fell and then rolled across the ground but instantly got right back up to their feet. They switched their blade-blasters to their short sword configuration before running at Mayura, who patiently let them two Power Rangers come to her. What happened next was a flurry of attacks from the Pink and Yellow Rangers aimed at Mayura. This included many kicks, punches, sword swipes, and even elbow strikes, all thrown in a series of combinations meant to strike at Mayura and take her down.

What happened instead was that the evil Miraculous holder ducked, dodged to the side, and brought up her fan to block all these attacks thrown at her. At one point, she raised her fan, catching both Rangers' blades in it before ducking under their raised hands and standing up behind them. Mayura then jumped and kicked them both in the back. This sent the two Power Rangers sprawling forth across the concrete ground.

"All right, Power geeks! This has been fun, but it's time to end it!" Mayura proclaimed.

Her fan lit up before she tossed it forth, sending the glowing object spinning like a frisbee. The fan spun across both Rangers' chests, igniting bursts of sparks as the two girls exclaimed in pain and fell to the ground. The fan ended up spinning back to Mayura, who caught it in her hand.

"All too easy," Mayura said.

"HIYAH!"

Mayura's eyes widened in surprise as she turned to her left and saw the Red Ranger flying through the air at her, a foot stretched out in front of her body. The villainess could not move before Alya's flying side kick successfully hit her right in the chest. Mayura exclaimed in both surprise and pain as she was sent flying back and rolling away. Alya stood proud as she struck a quick battle pose.

"You think you're so tough? Take me on," Alya said fearlessly.

"With pleasure!" Mayura shouted before throwing her fan at the Red Ranger.

Alya easily blocked the glowing, spinning object with her blade-blaster and shoved it back with all her might. Aelita caught her fan as she growled and glowered in frustration and hate.

"Hey, what can I say? Not really a fan," Alya quipped.

Mayura screeched as she ran at the Red Ranger, who responded in kind. Both super-powered girls brought up their weapons and swung them into each other. The two struggled against each other as they pressed their weapons together. Alya was the first to break the standoff by slipping her left hand down and punching it into Aelita's side three times. Each punch garnered a groan or yelp of pain, the last sound being cut off by Alya driving her right knee into Mayura's midsection. The Red Ranger then turned away from Mayura as she grabbed the villain's arm. Then, with a loud martial arts scream, Alya judo tossed Mayura over her shoulder. Aelita flew for a bit before she hit the ground and rolled a few more feet away.

Surprisingly, though, Mayura was already beginning to get back up, even though it was clear she was in pain. More was coming her way, for halfway up, Aelita looked and saw the Red Ranger running at her. The villainess tried to properly brace and prepare herself, but she was not ready for it when Alya came at her with a huge jump kick that landed right on her chin.

Mayura was knocked right back down, lying prone in the middle of the ground. Alya extended her blade-blaster down, pointing the tip of its blade at her throat.

"You've been outmatched. Surrender."

"Never!" Mayura exclaimed defiantly.

"Then I have no choice!" Alya said.

She let out a battle cry as she raised her blade-blaster. She knew more than likely that Mayura's uniform probably did not protect her the way the Rangers' did. Nor was her flesh as tough as that of Rita's monsters.

Before she could land the killing blow, though, an electrical current of green energy flew forth and hit the Red Ranger right in the chest. Alya screamed as she flew back a few feet before crashing into the ground. The fallen Red Ranger groaned as she rolled to her side and started pushing herself up. At the same time, she looked to see the Green Ranger landing in front of the fallen Mayura as she got back to her feet. The leader of the Power Rangers saw in the evil Ranger's hands two weapons; the Dragon Dagger and the Sword of Darkness. Alya knew they were both powerful weapons, the influences of which reached even further than they might look at first. The dagger could be used to call upon the Dragonzord whenever the Green Ranger chose. As for the Sword of Darkness, it strengthened Rita's influence over the mind of whoever held it. Thus she could control them better.

"So, you decided to finally quit being a bitch watching on the sidelines, huh?" Alya asked.

"I was picking my spot, you impotent pest," the Green Ranger retorted. "Part of fighting is knowing when to bide your time and wait for the right moment to strike. But I'm not surprised, though, that a little girl doesn't understand things like this. Clearly, larger ideas and battle strategies such as these exceed your thought process."

"And yet the team led by me still consistently kicks your collective asses on a regular basis," Alya said defiantly as she stood tall.

"Not this time!" Gabriel exclaimed.

Both Rangers kiyahed as they struck quick battle poses before running at each other. They swung their weapons forth at the same time. Sparks flew from where both Rangers were hit. Although they both came to a stop, neither of them fell despite their pain. Instead, Alya and Gabriel turned and ran up to one another before swinging their weapons forth again. The Red Ranger's short sword collided with the Green Ranger's Sword of Darkness. Then Gabriel thrust his Dragon Dagger forth into Alya's chest. She cried out in pain as sparks ignited from where she was struck.

Gabriel followed up with a swift front kick into Alya's midsection, followed by a high roundhouse to her helmet-covered head. Finally, the Green Ranger attacked with a high wheel kick to the back of her head. Alya went sprawling forth and rolling across the ground. She started getting back to her feet almost immediately after.

"I'd admire your tenacity if it weren't so annoying and getting in the way of our plans," Gabriel let out. "Now, it's time to finish you!"

The Green Ranger brought up his Dragon Dagger to his helmet's mouthguard and started to play a familiar tune on it. Usually, this would summon the Dragonzord. This time, however, it instead made the blade of the dagger glow green. After three or four times playing the tune, Gabriel Agreste raised his Sword of Darkness above his head and then placed the blade of the Dragon Dagger over it. After running the dagger across his sword, the Green Ranger held the two glowing weapons together in an X shape.

He then lowered the weapons and pointed them forth at Alya, who had been running at the Green Ranger, trying to get to him before he could do what he was attempting. A wave of green energy flew forth from the weapons of the Green Ranger. They hit Alya, making explosive bursts ignite all across her body. The Red Ranger was sent flying up into the air before slamming down into the cold, unforgiving concrete.

Meanwhile, Adrien, the Black Ranger, had leaped high into the air. This jump sent him sailing over the top of a Krab. He fired his blade-blaster forth into the X.A.N.A. monster's eye target, the burning bolts instantly making the Krab burst into pieces. When Adrien landed, his ears picked up the sounds of Alya's battle with the Green Ranger. He had just enough time to watch the leader of the Power Rangers get blasted off her feet by the Green Ranger's mighty energy attack.

"Oh, no! Hold on, Alya! I'm coming!" Adrien exclaimed.

He ran towards the Green Ranger as he raised his blade-blaster to shoot at the evil being that he did not realize was secretly his father.

At the same time, Max, the Blue Ranger, had aimed his blade-blaster upward and shot at a Hornet. He ended up grazing one of its wings, sending it off course and crashing into another Hornet, making them both fall from the sky and crash to the ground.

Before he could celebrate, Max heard the sound of laser fire and turned to see Adrien running and shooting at the Green Ranger. "Right behind you, Adrien!" Max screamed out as he jumped through the air before landing right next to the Black Ranger.

"Welcome to the party," Adrien said.

"Thanks for the invitation!" the Blue Ranger replied.

Both Power Rangers started shooting at the Green Ranger, who blocked each shot fired at him. He got some assistants in the form of Mayura, who landed right next to him and lifted her glowing fan to block more laser bolts from the two Rangers shooting at them.

"Typical boys," she said. "Always quick to draw but never a good shot."

"Hey!" Adrien and Max both exclaimed at the same time.

Suddenly the monstrous battle cry of Goldar filled the air. The Black and Blue Rangers turned too late to see the golden warrior leaping between them as he swung his sword forth, hitting them both across the body. Both Rangers screamed as sparks ignited from where they were hit before they flew back. Goldar landed a short distance away before turning around to face the Rangers. Then he swung his sword about and struck a quick battle pose.

"Prepare to feel the wrath of Rita Repulsa!" the gravely-voiced alien proclaimed.

As Max and Adrien got to their feet, Goldar pointed his sword forth as golden energy bolts escaped from the blade. The beams instantly knocked both Rangers back down in an explosive force. Goldar then stabbed his sword towards the ground, the act of which made a trail of small explosive bursts travel towards the Rangers. Adrien and Max had just gotten back to their feet again when the explosive trail reached them, making them both fly away in a blast as they cried out in pain. At this, Goldar cackled in delight.

"Quit picking on our friends, you bully!" Marinette's voice rang out.

Goldar turned to see her and Chloé sailing through the air in his direction, their blade-blasters raised high in their short sword configuration. At this, the golden armored monster merely growled as he raised his sword, blocking the smaller blades of the Rangers as they landed in front of him. Rita's third in command then used his superior strength to shove the Rangers' weapons back before charging forth as he swung his sword across Chloé's body. The resulting explosive burst made her scream in pain, although she did not fall.

Goldar instantly turned around and swung his sword down on Marinette's shoulder before slicing the blade across her abdomen. More sparks flew as the Pink Ranger screamed out in agony. Then Goldar spotted the Yellow Ranger charging at him from his right and kicked out his foot into her midsection. The golden monster then executed a high jump kick into Marinette's face.

As this was all playing out, Adrien and Max had gotten back to their feet, albeit while very groggy on them. Goldar saw this out of the corner of his eye and kicked his foot back behind him into Adrien's chest, knocking him into Max.

The Green Ranger and Mayura soon joined in as the two villains extended their weapons forth. The Green Ranger's Sword of Darkness and Dragon Dagger were held together in an X shape, releasing many green electrical currents. Meanwhile, Mayura's fan was glowing and shooting forth several feathers like they were some sort of rapid-fire darts. The combination of attacks hit every one of the Power Rangers surrounding Goldar. The resulting explosions dropped them to the ground.

Goldar looked on at his cohorts in furious anger. "I had it under control! You could have hit me, you fools!"

"So what?" Green Ranger and Mayura said together.

At this, Goldar looked on as he growled.

"Ohh, looks like we've upset your pet monkey," Mayura said. "Or is he some sort of werewolf? Or maybe a griffon? What the hell is he?"

"Who cares?" Gabriel responded.

Suddenly, multiple laser bolts hit the ground around the two villains, catching them off guard. Mayura and the Green Ranger collided with each other after jumping in surprise.

"Watch where you're going!" Gabriel shouted.

"Back at you, you asshole in spandex!"

"This is NOT spandex!"

Suddenly more laser bolts were shot from behind, making the two villains jump again.

"HAI!" Alya's voice rang out.

The Red Ranger ran up from behind before leaping at the villains, her blade-blaster in one hand and her Tyrannosaurus Power Sword in the other. As Alya sailed past the villains, she slashed her sword across the Green Ranger's golden shield on his chest. Sparks burst from where the evil Ranger was hit as he fell to the ground. At the same time, as soon as Alya landed on her feet, the leader of the Power Rangers turned to Mayura and then jumped into the air for a large jumping spin kick. Mayura ducked the kick, but Alya caught her by surprise by flicking her bent leg out, kicking her foot up into the villain's face. As Aelita fell to the ground, Alya spun up onto her feet and struck a quick battle pose.

It was at that point, Goldar's voice rang out in a battle call. The Red Ranger turned to see the golden armored warrior coming her way. Alya ran at Goldar as both warriors swung their swords forth, the two blades colliding several times. So hard did the two combatants fight that their swords started to sparks each time they struck together. Still, neither warrior gave each other any headway in the fight as they stood their ground.

That is until their blades collided high above their heads. Alya held her blade in place, forcing Goldar to do the same. At least until the leader of the Power Rangers pointed her blade-blaster-which was in its gun configuration-at Goldar's body.

"Huh?!" Goldar let out when he saw this.

"See ya!" Alya exclaimed as she opened fire.

Goldar screamed as he was sent flying back from the pain of the laser shots he took.

The Red Ranger struck a battle pose before running to her falling comrades as they started pushing themselves up onto their feet. "You guys okay?"

Before anyone could answer, a series of purple energy orbs flew across the Power Rangers, each one causing an explosion. The orbs igniting at once caused all five Rangers to fall to the ground in pain. It was then that Baturkon jumped in, revealing himself as the source of the orbs.

"Now you will deal with me, Power Rangers! Let's see if you can handle a being with the power of two forces of evil combined within his blackened soul!"

Wasting no more words, Baturkon ran forth, his sword stretched out in front of him at the Power Rangers as they rose to their feet. First, Baturkon swung his sword down Alya's front, followed by an outward horizontal slash that took the Red Ranger off her feet. The bat demon then charged at Chloé, thrusting the tip of his blade into her chest, taking her back down. Baturkon then twirled towards Marinette, swinging his sword outward in the process and hitting the Pink Ranger as she fell and screamed in pain. Next was the Black Ranger as Baturkon ran up and got Adrien in the chest with a huge jump kick before swinging his sword down upon his younger foe. Finally, Baturkon shot a large purple energy orb from his mouth that struck Max, the resulting explosion taking the Blue Ranger off his feet.

Baturkon cackled sinsterly. "You fools are finished. You're no match for me, and you're clearly spent from your futile efforts up to this point. I hope you all are prepared to finally receive your eternal rewards when you face the flames of Hell!"

The monster then raised his sword high as its blade astoundingly grew in width, making it all the thicker. Then, from the tip of the blade, a series of purple electrical waves flew all about the area, dancing across the fallen Power Rangers' bodies as they cried out in agony. Explosions filled the air as the Green Ranger, Mayura, and Goldar looked on and cackled in wicked delight.

"Ow! Careful, Ulrich, you almost got my fingers that time!"

"Then clearly you're holding it wrong, Jeremy! I'm not supposed to be able to even get at your fingers!"

Ulrich and Jeremy were busy with a game of air hockey. Sissi was cheering her boyfriend on after having gotten back from playing a round of whack-a-mole. Jeremy might have liked to tell everyone it was a fiercely fought contest. However, in actuality, Ulrich had him eight to one. Even then, Jeremy was starting to wonder if Ulrich did not just give him that one goal scored out of pity.

"Hey there, my fellow punks and brats," Odd said as he and Yumi came over. Everyone looked at Odd upon hearing his greeting. "What? That's what Jim calls us all the time!"

"Not me. I'm a doll," Sissi argued.

"Oh, brother. Jim just doesn't know you like I know. Or like WE know you. Come on. Somebody back me up on this. Ulrich won't because he's blinded by Sissi the Teenage Witch's wicked curse."

"Shut up, Odd," Ulrich said sternly.

This distraction cost Ulrich, for Jeremy knocked the puck across the air hockey table. It easily slid into the goal the brown-haired boy was supposed to protect. Ulrich looked on in surprise while Sissi looked on in worry and disappointment.

"Oh, no!" Sissi exclaimed. "Don't worry about it, Ulrich dear. You'll get that one back."

"Nevertheless, the score is now eight to TWO!" Jeremy let out proudly.

"Well done, Jeremy. Great job," Kaalki's voice rang out.

Jeremy looked down to his computer bag and saw the Kwami of the horse Miraculous peeking her head out and smiling up at him supportively.

"I've got winners," Yumi called.

"See you next round then, Yumi," Ulrich said confidently.

"We'll see about that, Stern," Jeremy said competitively.

"Hey, did you hear?" a boy nearby questioned.

"Yeah, bro," another confirmed. "The Power Rangers are getting creamed by a big force of monsters at the plaza."

At this, the secret Miraculous Heroes turned and listened more closely.

"Dude, that's totally rad. Maybe now we won't have to put up with their bullshit anymore, and these fucking monsters will finally piss off somewhere else."

"I really hope so. My dad and I agree that we're sick of their crap causing us all problems with these monsters. The damages, the lives lost, all of it."

"How can you guys say that when all the Power Rangers have ever done is try to protect us?" a girl chimed in.

"Want to go trash that Power Rangers pinball machine in celebration?" one of the boys asked, totally ignoring the girl's question.

"Totally," the other boy agreed. "It'll be right at home in the junkyard where that Sailor V arcade we trashed last week is collecting rust.

"Here's hoping these new monsters take out the Miraculous assholes next," a third boy added.

Odd and Sissi growled in anger at that last statement.

"Whoa, really? The Power Rangers are on the ropes?" Yumi asked.

"Sounds like it," Ulrich confirmed.

"That's a bit unusual to hear but not impossible, I suppose," Jeremy said. "Still, with how often the Power Rangers managed to take down these huge forces of monsters on their own in the past, I'd still call this a surprising development."

"There's always more fish in the sea," Ulrich said.

"And every dog does eventually have its day...Cliche as it might sound," Yumi said.

"Punk ass kids," Odd grumbled as he turned away and crossed his arms.

"I know. The absolute worst," Sissi agreed as she did the same.

"Wait, are you two agreeing on something?" Yumi asked in surprise.

Odd and Sissi looked on with surprised faces. "NO!" they both exclaimed.

The other Miraculous holders looked on for a bit, feeling a bit awkward and uneasy.

"Anyways...do...d-do you all think we should...you know, try to do something to help?" Yumi asked.

"What do you mean?" Sissi asked.

"Well...I'm saying that...maybe we should go help the Power Rangers," Yumi let out. "I mean, we are superheroes just like them after all. Shouldn't we be prepared to step up when the Rangers can't for whatever reason?"

"Aahhh, forget those goons," Odd said. "They're just a bunch of hotshots who played off like they were big time and then got in over their heads. Why should we help? Especially when so many of our LOVELY FELLOW PARASIANS clearly don't want heroes like us around?"

"You didn't seriously just say that did you, Odd?" Ulrich said.

"What? Am I the only one who feels like it isn't our problem?" Odd asked.

"Actually, part of me agrees with you, Odd," Plagg said from within Jeremy's laptop bag. "We're built to fight a whole different kind of monster than the Power Rangers do."

"Still, we should at least be some form of backup," Tikki argued.

Jeremy then lifted his laptop bag, which held all the Kwamis within its confines in addition to his actual computer. The boy genius held it up to his abdomen so everyone could hear the Kwamis speak.

"We could give the monsters more targets to hit," Tikki said. "That way, less focus will be on the Power Rangers. We'll divide their forces and hopefully allow the Rangers enough time to recuperate and do what they do best against these kinds of monsters."

"I still don't see why we should stick our necks out for those goofs," Odd said. "All those dumb poses and martial arts cries they let out all the time. It's so silly."

Odd then started to make exaggerated noises and poses to emphasize his point.

"You're all Miraculous Heroes," Tikki said a little more firmly. "It's your duty to help and protect those who need you WHEN they need you. Right now, the Power Rangers need help, and the people of Paris need protection. Regardless of if they want it or not."

Before anyone could say anything else, the kids and their Kwamis disappeared in a flash of light.

As suddenly as the Miraculous wielders were engulfed in light, it seemed to fade and dissipate just as fast. While the freak occurrence had surprised all the Miraculous holders and their Kwamis, the new surroundings they found themselves in were all the more stunning.

"What the hell is this?" Ulrich let out as he and the others looked around.

"What just happened?" Yumi let out.

"Did we just get beamed up?" Odd asked. "Was someone trying to phone home and accidentally phoned us instead? Because this looks like a set straight out of Battlestar."

"Or Doctor Who," Sissi said. Everyone then turned and looked at her in surprise, which she quickly took notice of. "What?"

"HA! I told you I would be able to lock onto the Miraculous Heroes and teleport them here without anything going wrong, you filthy human invention!"

The Miraculous wielders all gasped as they turned to see a small green alien berating an even smaller floating robot of some sort.

"Oh...my...God," Jeremy let out.

The alien and the robot then turned and looked at the stunned group of children, the former shoving the latter aside before raising his fists up. "My name is ZIM! But if you insignificant little earthlings wish to view me as your God, I will not deny you. Besides, it just feeds my ego."

As the short Irken beamed with delight, the kids looked all the more confused.

"Uhh... Take us to your leader?" Yumi let out.

"Is... Is all of this yours? Zim, was it?" Jeremy asked. Rather than wait for an answer, he walked over to one of the many control consoles that looked far more technologically advanced than he could have dreamed of. "This place is magnificent. Look at all of this. It really is like sci-fi come to life."

"You can say that again," Ulrich let out.

"It really is like sci-fi come to life," Odd said.

This enticed a glare from Ulrich, which only made Odd smile with delight.

"Seriously, though, all of this makes that supercomputer I found at that old factory look like an apple computer from the early 90s," Jeremy went on.

"Hey, hey, hey, hey!" Zim exclaimed as he ran between the kids and the console they were at before stretching out his arms and legs. "No touchy! NO TOUCH! Haven't you kids ever been to a museum? Or looked at a cute lady you don't know? Well, the rules are the same here! You can look, but you CANNOT TOUCH!"

"Okay, okay! Jeeze, sorry," Jeremy let out. "I just wanted to take a peek."

"No peeking!" Zim hissed.

"Aww, why not?" Odd asked. "This one has Galaga on it."

"STOP TOUCHING IT!" Zim exclaimed as he ran over. "Don't ruin my high score!"

Zim rammed into Odd, knocking him to the side, and looked at the screen on the console, which read, "NEW HIGH SCORE!"

"YOU'RE LYING!" Zim screamed out in anger. "YOU LIE! YOU LIIIEEE!"

"I'm really sorry about him," the floating robot said. "The name's Markov."

"Oh, well, it's a pleasure to meet you, Markov," Sissi said with a small curtsey. "Are you one of...Zim's inventions?"

"Oh, goodness no," Markov said. "Zim didn't even invent any of the stuff in the command center here. In fact, none of it is even his because he's not in charge here."

"Silence, useless floating robot!" Zim exclaimed.

"Enough, Zim!" a thunderous voice announced, filling up the whole area and making everyone jump.

They all turned to the direction the voice originated from, and what the Miraculous Heroes saw nearly made them turn pale as death. It appeared to be a giant floating head in some sort of tube of light that slightly warped the facial features of said head.

"Uh-oh," Sissi let out with a hint of fear.

"Welcome, humans," the floating head went on. "Do not be afraid. We mean you no harm."

"Oh, really? ... Well... that's certainly good to know, " Yumi said.

"So, who are you?" Ulrich asked.

"Like, what are you?" Sissi questioned further.

"It's Zordon," Tikki's voice announced. Everyone turned to see all the Kwami rise from Jeremy's computer bag. "The powerful wizard of Eltar trapped in a time warp by the wicked empress of evil, Rita Repulsa."

"Welcome, Kwamis," Zordon went on. "You seem to be well informed."

"Oh, many of the ancient forces of good are well aware of the legendary Zordon," Pollen interjected.

"The details of your ancient battles against the forces of evil are well documented," Longg added on.

"It's all a matter of knowing where such archives lay," Kaalki said.

"And boy, they were not easy to find," Plagg concluded.

"Whoa, whoa, whoa. Hold on. Hold on here!" Jeremy let out. "Are you all saying you all knew about this place and didn't tell us?"

"Well... not about this place exactly," Plagg said. "Like we knew who Zordon was."

"And we knew he was most likely the source to the origins of the Power Rangers," Tikki went on.

"Specifically, the ones who are currently fighting for their lives," Longg said.

"WHAT?!" the Miraculous wielders said before looking up at Zordon.

"You mean, you created the Power Rangers?!" Odd let out in disbelief.

"That is... a loaded question, Odd," Zordon answered. "For simplicity's sake, I will say yes. It was I who gave the current team of Power Rangers here on Earth their powers."

All of the kids looked on in stunned disbelief. It was as if they had just discovered the world was round for the first time. They looked to one another, still conveying the same surprise.

"Wait, wait, wait! If you created the Power Rangers...then...why?" Jeremy asked.

"It's quite simple, Jeremy," Zordon said. "When I learned of Rita's re-awakening here on Earth, I knew the world would need more protectors. There would have to be more heroes to stand against the already massive forces of evil building up across the planet. So, I had Zim teleport to us the five most qualified teenagers to become the Power Rangers."

"How did you know they were the most qualified?" Yumi asked.

"And how did you know Jeremy and my's names?" Odd asked.

"Do you know all our names?" Sissi asked.

"I know many things, Elizabeth Delmas," Zordon said.

At her real name being used, Sissi growled in frustration. "If you're really all-knowing, you should know I hate that name which is why I call myself-"

"Sissi," Zordon finished with a chuckle. "My apologies. That was merely a demonstration of how far my depths of knowledge can reach. But now I'm afraid the time for games and explaining backstories must cease. I'm sure by now you all know why I brought you here."

"We know all about it," Ulrich said.

"The Power Rangers are on the ropes," Jeremy continued. "Rita's sent down more monsters than they can deal with on their own."

"So you teleported us here so you could ask us to bail them out," Odd said.

"That's actually what we were discussing doing when you teleported us here," Yumi said.

"That is correct for the most part," Zordon confirmed. "It is not just Rita's forces, however, that the Power Rangers are dealing with. They have joined forces with an evil you are all very familiar with."

"Huh?" the Miraculous Wielders and their Kwamis let out.

"Look behind you at the viewing globe," Zordon went on.

Looking a bit confused and uncertain, the Miraculous Heroes and their Kwamis did as instructed. They turned away from Zordon, walked towards the back of the command center, and found the globe of which the leader of the Power Rangers spoke. Instantly they saw what Zordon meant by familiar evil. They watched as Mayura, several X.A.N.A. monsters, and the forces of Rita Repulsa surrounded the fallen Power Rangers.

"As you can see, X.A.N.A.'s forces have joined with Rita's under the evil A.I.'s orders," Zordon said. "The monster at the center of it, Baturkon, is one of Rita's monsters. He was also infused with the power of a senti-monster by the amuck of Mayura. With its power increased many times over and with all the reinforcements at his aid, it's only a matter of time before the Power Rangers are no more.

"I'm making a personal plea to you, the Miraculous wielders, to not let this happen. I'm appealing to the good-hearted heroes in you to please step in and help save the Power Rangers, all of Paris, and perhaps the world."

"Zordon... it's not even a question," Yumi said.

Everyone was horrified to their very cores by what they had seen as they turned back to Zordon.

"We're going down there, and we're gonna help the Power Rangers take those filthy slimeballs DOWN!" Ulrich said.

"Even if X.A.N.A. and Mayura weren't involved, we would help," Jeremy said.

"Because it's our duty as Miraculous wielders to stand against the forces of evil and protect all that's good," Odd said. "Even if sometimes we're a bit too thick-headed to realize it at first."

"Then it's settled. We've got some Miraculous work to do," Sissi said.

"Ooh, well-spoken, my queen," Pollen complimented.

"I'm so proud of all of you, guys," Tikki said with the utmost sincerity.

"Hey, I just realized something," Longg said.

"Way ahead of you, Longg," Jeremy said. "If we can find the object Mayura infused the amuck with-"

"I could destroy it with my cataclysm attack," Odd interjected.

"And BOOM, one de-powered monster on a silver platter!" Plagg exclaimed.

"It'll certainly make things easier," Yumi said. "But remember, nothing about this will truly be easy either way. This will be our biggest challenge to date."

"But it's something we still have to do," Sissi said. "No matter how intimidating it might be... And believe me, I'm shaking in my shoes right now."

"We know, Sissi, we can see," Odd said. "But it's only easy to tell because we all are too."

The two friends exchanged a rare smile before Sissi turned away and put her arms around Ulrich, who then did the same as he kissed his girlfriend.

"You all have my personal thanks, Miraculous wielders," Zordon said. "One last thing before Zim teleports you down to the battlefield. The amuck was infused with Baturkon's sword he wields in his hand. Destroy the blade, and all the senti-monster power within him will be eliminated as you'd planned."

"Thanks for the heads up, Zordon. Good looking out," Odd said.

"You all ready?" Yumi asked. The kids and the Kwamis all nodded their heads, to which Yumi did the same before taking a deep breath. "Tikki... SPOTS ON!"

"Plagg, CLAWS OUT!" Odd exclaimed.

"Longg, BRING THE STORM!" Ulrich announced.

"Kaalki, FULL GALLOP!" Jeremy shouted.

"Pollen, BUZZ ON!" Sissi let out.

With that, the Kwamis were all absorbed into their respective Miraculous, which the kids all wore on their person. Then, in a flash of light, standing before Zordon, Zim, and Markov were the Miraculous Heroes, Ladybug, Cat Noir, Rijin, Pegasus, and Queen Bee. After getting over the stunning sight of the Miraculous Heroes' transformation, the tiny Irken shook his head about and quickly prepared to teleport the group out of the command center.

"No need, Zim," Yumi said.

"We have our own transportation now," Odd elaborated.

"I'll open a portal above the battlefield," Jeremy said. "We'll come in from above and take them by surprise."

"Sounds like a plan," Ulrich said as the others agreed.

"Please save our friends, Miraculous Heroes," Markov pleaded.

The Miraculous wielders all offered a smile and thumbs up.

"Good luck, Miraculous ones. May the power protect you," Zordon offered.

"Thanks, Zordon," Sissi said. "Don't worry. We'll get the Power Rangers out of their current...funk."

"And we'll do it MIRACULOUSLY," Odd said with a wink and a smile.

As everyone else groaned, Jeremy, now under the guise of the Miraculous Hero, Pegasus, moved his arms about as a ring of glowing energy formed around his right wrist. "VOYAGE!"

Pegasus then extended his fist forward, sending the ring of energy flying forth. It expanded as it transformed into a portal.

"Alright, everybody," Ladybug said.

"Hero time," Cat Noir said with a nervous hint.

With that, the Miraculous Heroes quickly jumped through the portal, which then disappeared behind them.

"Do you think they have a shot?" Markov asked.

"How should I know?" Zim asked.

"It is my belief they were given their Miraculous for a reason," Zordon went on. "I'm inclined to believe that reason will help them work together with the Power Rangers to defeat these dark forces."

"Oh, I hope you're right, Zordon," Markov said worriedly. "I hope you're right."

"BANZAI!" Cat Noir exclaimed loudly.

Ladybug and Queen Bee wasted no words as they swung forth their respective yo-yo and spinning top while they and the other Miraculous fell upon the battlefield. At the same time, Mayura, the Green Ranger, and Goldar turned and looked up. Mayura found herself getting smacked in the face by Queen Bee's spinning top. Meanwhile, the Green Ranger was hit so hard in the chest by Ladybug's yo-yo, it made sparks fly from where he was struck as the evil Ranger was sent falling onto his back.

Goldar brought up his sword to protect him from Rijin's katana as he swung it down at the evil being. However, this left him open to Cat Noir's claws, which he slashed across Goldar's exterior. The gold warrior cried out as sparks ignited across where he was hit before Rijin jumped up and spin kicked his foot into Goldar's chest, sending him rolling away.

Now all on the ground, the Miraculous Heroes stormed forth. Ladybug spotted the Green Ranger getting back to his feet. She ran up and jumped onto the Green Ranger's shoulders, wrapping her legs around his neck. Then Ladybug flipped backward, pulling the Green Ranger forth with her legs and sending him tumbling away.

Meanwhile, Queen Bee charged forth and threw a series of swift punches first into Mayura's midsection and then at her face. However, Mayura got her hands up to protect her features. What she did not protect herself from was Pegasus's boomerang flying in from behind. It ended up smacking her in the back of the head. The evil Miraculous holder stumbled towards Sissi, who grabbed her and drove a knee into her gut. Then Queen Bee wrapped her legs around one of Aelita's and tripped her up, making her fall on her face. Queen Bee then sprung up to her feet and smiled over at Jeremy as his boomerang flew back into his hand.

"Thanks for the assist, Pegasus," Sissi said with a wave.

The sunglasses-wearing Miraculous Hero merely replied with a thumbs up.

At the same time, Rijin and Cat Noir ran for Baturkon, who was too distracted with zapping and blasting the fallen Power Rangers to see what was happening around him. However, the two Miraculous Heroes were cut off by a large squad of Putties and Krabs.

"Oh, look, new friends!" Odd exclaimed.

"I see some familiar faces too," Ulrich said in a brooding voice.

"Aww, why you do this, Krabs?" Cat Noir quipped. "Why you making new friends behind our backs? Are we not good enough for you anymore? Do you have any idea how much that hurts us? Look, you even made Rijin use his Batman voice."

The Krabs took the opportunity to fire upon the two Miraculous wielders, who each jumped in separate directions. Rijin instantly found himself surrounded by Putties, who charged him. The holder of the dragon Miraculous responded by spinning around with his katana outstretched. It sliced through every Putty it touched, dropping them to the ground in a heap of rubble. From there, Rijin ran at several Putties and sliced through them like it was nothing.

It was then that several Hornets flew in from above and began spraying boiling acid at the Miraculous Hero, who quickly jumped up high and then backflipped away. The Hornets began firing at Rijin, who blocked each laser bolt shot at him with his katana. Some of the bolts actually even flew back and hit either the Hornet who shot it or one close by.

"Hey, you walking seafood platters! Over here!" Cat Noir exclaimed.

The monsters of X.A.N.A. had turned their full attention on the black-clad superhero, just as Odd had intended. He leaped about with his stainless steel boi-staff extended out in his hand. Occasionally, he would stop and hold it up to deflect a shot fired at him, sending it back in the direction it came from. After several shots fired, Cat Noir finally used his staff to pole vault himself at the Krabs and landed on top of one. Instantly, Cat Noir thrust the end of his staff down into the Krab's shell, hitting it right in its X.A.N.A. eye. Cat Noir jumped away before the Krab burst into pieces.

Cat Noir landed right next to Rijin. "Did you miss me?"

"With every bullet so far," Rijin quipped.

"So young. So angry. Use that on the real Batman over there," Cat Noir said as he pointed at Baturkon.

Rijin nodded his head while Cat Noir held his staff out in front of him.

"A little lift, sir?"

Wasting no words, Rijin ran towards Cat Noir before leaping up onto his fellow Miraculous wielder's staff. Then, with all of his strength, Cat Noir shoved the pole above his head, lifting Rijin high into the air. He then sailed several feet as he raised his katana in preparation to strike.

Suddenly, one of Pegasus's portals opened, and out from it came Queen Bee who fell in formation next to Rijin. The romantically linked Miraculous Heroes looked over to each other for just a moment and smiled. They then turned their full attention back on Baturkon.

"Hey, ugly!" Queen Bee shouted.

The bat demon instantly ceased laughing and turned towards the Miraculous Heroes, looking on in confusion. What Baturkon saw was Rijin's blade swinging down on him while Queen Bee's spinning top came flying into his face. The impact of both weapons ignited bursts of sparks as Baturkon flailed about in surprise and pain, although it was not enough to take him off his feet.

At that moment, Ladybug came swinging in by her yo-yo with Cat Noir having wrapped his arms around his beloved. The cat-themed hero stole a quick kiss from Yumi before letting go and pulling out his staff. With that, Cat Noir smacked Baturkon with his weapon while, at the same time, Ladybug gave the demon a nice hard kick. Once more, sparks flew as Baturkon stumbled back all the further but still did not fall.

Finally, a portal opened up between the two romantically linked couples as Pegasus stepped forth and swung his boomerang at Baturkon. At this, the demon swung his sword forth, smacking the boomerang away back at its source. Jeremy caught his weapon and then jumped forth. He twirled through the air before landing and throwing his boomerang once more. This time it hit Baturkon dead in the face, igniting sparks as the amuck-infused monster finally fell onto his back. Pegasus's boomerang flew back towards the horse Miraculous wielder, who held his hand up and caught the weapon before smirking.

"Great job, everybody," Ladybug said. She then turned to the fallen Power Rangers. "Now, let's check on them."

Everyone agreed, then all five Miraculous Heroes ran over to the Power Rangers. All of them were on the ground groaning in agony as smoke rose from where they had been struck by Baturkon's energy attacks. Surprisingly, though, every one of the fallen heroes was still trying to push themselves back onto their feet. It was like they had this warrior's spirit that told them to keep fighting and never get up. Or at least that's how the Miraculous Heroes took it as they bent down to the Power Rangers' sides to examine and aid them. This was because the Miraculous Heroes felt that same kind of spirit flowing within themselves. At that moment, they recognized it in the Power Rangers.

"Red Ranger, you okay?" Ladybug asked as she gently lifted the lead Ranger's head into her lap.

"You alright, Rangers?" Queen Bee asked with sincere concern.

"Hey, wake up, Black! Pink and Yellow are having a mud wrestling match over you!" Cat Noir said. The other Miraculous Heroes looked to their cohort, who just smiled sheepishly. "If that doesn't wake him up, nothing will."

There was a groan from the Black Ranger at that moment as he slowly sat up of his own will.

"HA! See? I told ya!"

"God, what's that irritating sound?" the Black Ranger asked.

"WHAT?!" Cat Noir let out.

Adrien then turned to Odd and pointed as he said, "Got ya."

Cat Noir and the other Miraculous Heroes looked on for a bit before the cat-themed crime-fighter busted out laughing.

"Good one," Odd admitted.

"Ugh, what's going on? Where are we?" the Yellow Ranger asked as she looked around.

"You're in the plaza fighting monsters, girlfriend," Queen Bee informed as she extended a helping hand.

Chloé looked up for a moment as she tilted her head to the side. Ultimately, the Yellow Ranger chose to accept her fellow hero's hand as Queen Bee helped her onto her feet. From there, Ladybug helped the Red Ranger get back up, Pegasus helped the Blue Ranger up, and Rijin helped the Pink Ranger to her feet as well.

"Hey, I know you guys," Marinette said from behind her helmet. "You're the Miraculous Heroes."

"What gave us away?" Ulrich asked jokingly.

"So, Zordon finally got through to you?" Alya asked.

"Yes," Ladybug said with a nod of her head.

"He teleported us to your command center just after we found out what was happening here," Pegasus explained.

"Now we're here to help you stop these goons and send them back to the ooze puddle they crawled out of," Cat Noir said boldly.

"Well, it's a good thing you guys came when you did," the Black Ranger said. "Who knows what would've happened?"

"I calculated our chances at success being less than ten percent had we continued on like we did," Max said as he stood up.

"I calculated the same based on what I saw in the viewing globe," Pegasus admitted. He then shrugged. "Sorry, Rangers."

"It's okay," Alya said. "That doesn't matter now. What DOES matter is that we've still got some monsters to stop."

Suddenly there was a loud growl, making everyone turn to see Baturkon sit up. As he started rising to his feet, it was then that Goldar, Mayura, and the Green Ranger came falling from the sky, landing safely at the bat demon's side. Soon after, all the Putties and X.A.N.A. monsters they had left gathered to the villains' sides as well.

"And judging by the looks of it, it's gonna take all of us working together," Ladybug said.

"Affirmative," Max concurred.

"So, what do you say, Power Rangers? You ready to go another round?" Rijin asked.

"Just try to keep up with us, rookies," Chloé said proudly.

"Power Weapons, activate," the Power Rangers said in unison.

In a flash of red, blue, yellow, black, and pink lights, the Power Rangers' signature weapons appeared in their hands. There was the Tyrannosaurus Power Sword of the Red Ranger. Next came the Mastodon Power Axe of the Black Ranger. Then there was the Pterodactyl Power Bow of the Pink Ranger. The Triceratops Power Lance of the Blue Ranger appeared next. Finally, there were the Sabertooth Tiger Power Daggers of the Yellow Ranger.

"POWER RANGERS!" the group of teen heroes exclaimed as they struck a pose with their weapons.

"Do they seriously need to pose every five seconds like that?" Cat Noir asked.

"Odd, shush," Ladybug whispered.

"Don't use my government name in public," Cat Noir whispered back in irritation.

"It doesn't matter!" Mayura proclaimed. "Even with five more heroes added to your cause, you're still outmatched."

"Our numbers are far greater than yours, as is our power," the Green Ranger declared.

"You little brats are no match for battle-hardened warriors like myself," Goldar said.

"You do-gooders are history," Baturkon declared.

"Just like we planned it," Mayura said. "That's right. We wanted you all here at once so we could dispose of you all at the same time. Why don't you just give up and make it easy on yourselves?"

"Yeah, like that's ever gonna happen," Alya said.

"We didn't become the heroes we are now by just giving in when the chips are down," Ladybug said.

"Back off, scum bags," Adrien warned.

"The good guys are here," Cat Noir declared.

"We don't back down from villains like you," Marinette asserted.

"Not when there's too much at stake like innocent civilian lives," Rijin added on.

"We protect the good and vanquish the bad," Max continued.

"We keep you from polluting the world with your evil," Pegasus kept going.

"So long as we still got breath in us, the world will be safe from you," Chloé said.

"And... you all just stink," Queen Bee wrapped up. This caused the others to look at her. "What? You guys already said everything else!"

"I've heard enough of this!" the Green Ranger declared.

"I agree. It's time to end this," Mayura said.

"ATTACK!" Baturkon exclaimed as he raised his sword into the air.

With that, the group of villains and their henchmen ran towards the heroes. In turn, the Power Rangers and Miraculous Heroes ran fearlessly towards their opposition to finally finish this fight.

Among the skirmish, Alya and Rijin found themselves side by side. They were swinging their blades about, cutting down Putties, Kankrelats, Bloks, Hornets, and even Megatanks. Their assault culminated in the two blade-wielding heroes jumping high into the air before landing on the shell of a Krab and thrusting their weapons into its X.A.N.A. eye. As the Red Ranger and Rijin jumped off and the monster exploded behind them, the two heroes found themselves face to face with Goldar.

"You fools are finished!" the gold-clad warrior declared as he raised his sword.

"We'll see about that, Goldie Locks," Rijin declared.

"It's not likely, though!" the Red Ranger added on.

With that, Goldar ran at the heroes, who responded in kind. Goldar swung at both of them, but Rijin managed to duck the monster's sword while Alya just blocked it with her own. Raijin then charged forth and jumped up as he kicked his foot in Goldar's shoulder, knocking him back. Alya then rushed forth, her sword outstretched in front of her before swinging it in an outwardly horizontal way across Goldar's midsection, making sparks ignite.

While this pained Goldar, he fought through it and charged at Alya, kicking her in the chest and hitting her with two large swings of his sword. As the Red Ranger reeled from the spark-inducing blows she took, Rijin came up from behind and swung his katana down Goldar's back. The monster of gold roared in pain before turning and bringing his sword up to block another swipe from Rijin's blade. Goldar then smacked his head into Rijin's, dazing the Miraculous Hero. This allowed the gold alien warrior to spin about, kicking one of his massive feet across Rijin's face and knocking him off his feet.

Goldar was looming over the fallen Miraculous Hero, having raised his sword to stab down into Rijin and finish him off. That was when the Red Ranger's form flew up high into the air behind the monster. Alya screamed out as she fell back down to Earth, swinging her sword down across Goldar's form in the process. As Goldar turned and stumbled from the blow, Rijin kicked his feet out into the back of the monster's knees, making him drop onto them.

Rijin then kicked his legs up and jumped back onto his feet.

"You alright, Rijin?" the Red Ranger asked.

"Totally. Let's finish this jackass!"

"Hell yeah!"

With that, Alya swung her knee into Goldar's face at the exact same time Rijin kicked him in the swoll of his back. Goldar moaned out as he tried to get back on his feet. The leader of the Power Rangers and the swordsman of the Miraculous Heroes then spun about before swinging their blades across Goldar's body. Sparks flew as Goldar cried out and fell to the ground while the two heroes struck a quick battle pose.

"HIYAH!" they both exclaimed.

"Okay, I get the posing now," Rijin said.

At the same time, Adrien and Cat Noir had also been tearing through the opposition. Cat Noir smacked several Putties, Hornets, Kankrelats, and Bloks away with his staff while occasionally scratching at them with the cat-like claws on his gloves. The Black Ranger kept charging through the opposition with strong swings of his mighty Power Axe. No matter what the evil hench-creatures around the heroes did, they could not land the single blow on the duo. They were nearly untouchable.

Cat Noir did all sorts of crazy high jumps and some low ones that required him to get down on all fours and pounce like his namesake animal. There were also other times where he would use his staff to pole vault into the air away from an attacking foe. Whatever Odd did, he was swift and agile, never once letting up. No one could touch him, for Cat Noir was too swift on his feet, vicious with his claws, and hard-hitting with his staff.

The Black Ranger, while not quite as agile, could still move quickly in his own right. He ducked, spun, jumped, ran, rolled, and flipped all about, avoiding all the attacks he could. All the while Adrien continued swinging his Power Axe about, connecting with most of his intended strikes. He even cut two different Megatanks in half at their very center before they burst into flames.

As Adrien stood tall, Cat Noir landed right next to him.

"You guys probably should have led with those weapons," Cat Noir said. "They're pretty badass."

"Yeah, they are," the Black Ranger agreed.

"Well, either way, things seem to be looking up."

"You can say that again, Cat."

Suddenly several beams and electrical charges that were green in color hit the ground in front of the two heroes in black. The resulting explosion sent them both flying back off their feet. After that, both Cat Noir and the Black Ranger slowly started to stand back up. They both looked and saw that the Green Ranger was running towards them with his Sword of Darkness and Dragon Dagger held out. This sight made Odd and Adrien scramble up on their feet faster to be ready for the incoming fight.

For Adrien, he was not fast enough. The evil Ranger, who was secretly his father, slashed his sword down the Black Ranger's chest before swinging his dagger into the hero's shoulder. From there, the Green Ranger swung both his weapons across the Black Ranger's body with quick and fluent motions. It was as though he were actually holding one weapon in two hands. His movements were just so natural. Gabriel's strikes proved as effective as they looked, for Adrien fell to the ground in a burst of sparks.

"COWABUNGA!"

Cat Noir pole-vaulted into the fray, kicking his feet into the Green Ranger's body and sending him rolling away.

"You alright, Black Ranger?" Odd asked after he landed safely on his feet.

"Never better," Adrien groaned through a painfully strained voice.

"That's the spirit. Here, let me help you," Cat Noir said as he took one of Adrien's hands.

At that moment, Gabriel kicked his feet up into the air. The momentum carried his body off the ground as he landed safely on his feet and struck a quick battle pose.

"You foolish children don't know what you're up against!" the Green Ranger declared.

"And you, apparently, don't know that the Power Rangers are supposed to be the good guys," Cat Noir chided back.

"Nope. Didn't get the memo at all," Adrien agreed.

"Unless he did but just ignored it because he SUCKS!" Odd kept chiding.

Gabriel growled before bringing his Dragon Dagger to the mouthguard of his helmet. From there, he started to play the flute's regular set of notes. Instead of calling the Dragonzord, it made the diamond shape on the front of his shield glow green. Several diamond-shaped energy bolts flew from Gabriel's shield at the two heroes. Cat Noir and the Black Ranger jumped to the side, avoiding the first set of blasts. Adrien then rolled forward while Odd got down on all fours and leaped forth at the Green Ranger. Adrien ran next to Cat Noir for a bit, the latter having his claws outstretched while the former leaped forth with his Power Axe raised.

The Green Ranger raised his sword to block his son's weapon and tried to aim his Dragon Dagger up at Cat Noir. Adrien grabbed his wrist, though, which allowed Cat Noir to land safely behind the Green Ranger and slash his claws down the villain's back. Several explosive bursts ignited as Gabriel cried out in anguish.

"Jeeze! Do you guys always spark when you get hit?" Cat Noir asked.

"It's our suits," Adrien explained. "When we're morphed, it generates an energy field that keeps our costumes from tearing up. It also keeps us from getting cut or bleeding or anything. The alternative still hurts like a bitch, but-"

At that moment, the Green Ranger leaped between the heroes, kicking both his feet out and hitting Cat Noir and the Black Ranger in the face. Gabriel growled as he landed on his feet and then swung one into Cat Noir's side before kicking the other up into his face. The evil Ranger then spun around, kicking the back of his foot across Cat Noir's face and taking him off his feet.

Suddenly, the Black Ranger ran in and swung his Power Axe all across the Green Ranger's back, making many sparks ignite. Finally, Adrien twirled around the Green Ranger until they were face to face. The Black Ranger then jumped up, smacking his knee into his foe's helmeted face. When he landed, Adrien switched his Power Axe to canon mode. He then took aim, shooting Gabriel in the gut. At the same time, Cat Noir leaped in and ended up smacking his steel staff across the Green Ranger's helmet. The Green Ranger cried out as he was sent flying back and then rolling across the way while the two heroes that took him down posed in victory.

Meanwhile, Ladybug had been navigating through the sea of monsters, taking down any that got in her way. One such particular moment included her flinging her yo-yo out into the face of a Putty coming her way, instantly knocking him off his feet.

"Ha!" the powerful Miraculous Hero boasted. She then looked and saw two more Putties coming her way. "Oh, so you guys want some too?"

Ladybug then looked around and realized more Putties had gathered all around her as well. "Oops...Uh-oh. Uhh...Wait! Wait!"

All the Putties stopped in place, some tilting their heads in confusion.

"Check this out," Ladybug said. She then lowered her yo-yo from her string and made it travel across the ground as the Putties all watched it transpire. "Walking the dog. That's pretty good, huh?"

Ladybug then pulled her yo-yo back up into her hand. "And then... AROUND THE WORLD!"

The Miraculous Hero ducked to a knee as she swung her magical weapon around her in a perfect circle, smashing through the heads of the stone foot soldiers of Rita in the process. Ladybug then stood up tall as she smiled while examining her handy work. This nearly led to a Hornet attacking her from behind. Luckily, a glowing pink arrow of energy blasted right through the flying X.A.N.A. monster. The resulting explosion made Yumi jump in surprise before she turned and saw what happened. She then looked around and spotted the Pink Ranger walking over proudly as she held her Power Bow over her shoulder.

"Thanks for having my back, Pink," Yumi said in appreciation.

"It was nothing," Marinette said. "We good guys gotta stick together. Or good girls in this case."

"That's what's up," Ladybug said with a smile.

"Look out!" the Pink Ranger said as she aimed her bow.

"Dido!" Ladybug said as she whipped her yo-yo forth.

Marinette shot five energy arrows in a row hitting three Bloks, one Megatank, and a Krab. Meanwhile, Ladybug's yo-yo smacked right into a Putty at the head of a whole squad. The impact sent the Patroller back into the rest of his troops, knocking them all off their feet. The two feminine heroes turned to each other and nodded their heads.

"That's how it's done!" Marinette said.

"Couldn't have said it better myself," Ladybug agreed.

Suddenly, several purple glowing feathers sprayed out across the area where the two heroines were standing. The resulting explosive bursts nearly made them fall to their knees, but the Pink Ranger and Ladybug quickly recovered.

"You okay?" Ladybug asked.

"No problem," Marinette said.

The two then looked up and saw Mayura falling towards them screaming as she swung her fan down. Ladybug and the Pink Ranger dodged to the side as Mayura landed. The holder of the Peacock Miraculous then stood up and charged at Ladybug as she swung her fan about. The Miraculous Hero ducked and dodged every swing of Aelita's fan. At some point, she even started swinging her open palms forth, blocking the intended blows of the villainess and swatting her fan away. Ladybug went on like this for a bit before eventually jumping backward for a double flip that allowed her to land safely away.

Marinette aimed with her Power Bow and shot forth an energy arrow. However, Mayura heard the projectile coming and spun around, swinging her glowing fan right through the arrow, making it dissipate into nothing. Mayura then pointed her fan forth, sending several feathers at Marinette. The Pink Ranger tried ducking and dodging them all and even blocked a few with her Power Bow. Eventually, however, they overwhelmed Marinette, and she could no longer block them. The feathers hit all across her body, igniting sparks until Marinette was dropped to the ground.

Ladybug cried out as she ran forth and jumped into the air. Mayura turned and jumped to the side just as Ladybug's extended foot went flying past the villainess. When Yumi landed, she turned and charged at Mayura as she began swinging her fists at the evil being. Aelita ducked every blow thrown at her before she started swinging her fan at Ladybug once more. The heroine caught the wrist of the hand Mayura was holding her fan in before smacking her head against the villainess'. Aelita stumbled, having been dazed by the headbutt before Ladybug sprung up, smacking her knee into her foe's face. Finally, Ladybug dropped onto her back, pulling Mayura by her wrists before kicking her feet up into the villainess's midsection. Ladybug used her leg strength and Mayura's momentum to push the holder of the Peacock Miraculous over her head.

Mayura screamed as she was sent flying forth before crashing and then rolling across the ground. When she came to a halt, Mayura laid where she fell for several seconds. Letting out a few weak groans of pain, Aelita slowly rose to her feet before turning to see Ladybug walking towards her.

"I'm gonna kill you...you bitch," Mayura said through gritted teeth.

She then wiped away a bit of blood on the side of her mouth before taking a battle stance, fan held in preparation to attack.

"Alley-oop!" the Pink Ranger's voice called out.

Marinette came sliding on her knees from behind Mayura, her Power Bow outstretched in front of her. The weapon struck the back of the villainess's knees as the Pinke Ranger slid between her legs. Mayura screamed out as her legs were knocked out from under her, and she fell onto her back. Immediately, Mayura rolled onto her front and started pushing herself up. Marinette beat her, though, in getting up on her feet. The Pink Ranger then grabbed hold of Mayura as she drove her knee into the villainess's gut, followed by an elbow into the middle of her back. Mayura fell to the ground but instantly tried getting back up again. Seeing that her attack was not good enough, Marinette lifted her leg. The Pink Ranger held her leg up with her hand for a second before letting go, allowing her foot to swing down into the swoll of Mayura's back. The evil-doer screamed out as she fell to the ground.

Then the Pink Ranger did several backflips in the direction of Ladybug, not stopping until she was right next to the Miraculous Hero.

"Not bad," Ladybug said.

"Back at ya!" Marinette exclaimed.

The two heroines then shared a quick fist bump before turning back to Mayura. She was just getting back to her feet as she turned to face her foes, stumbling and struggling to stay standing all the while. Ladybug responded by swinging forth her magical weapon that took on the form of a yo-yo. The object flew forth, smacking into Mayura's face, instantly knocking her off her feet as she practically twisted and flipped in the air before landing ass over.

Elsewhere, Max and Pegasus were surrounded by what was left of the ever-dwindling numbers of Putty Patrollers and X.A.N.A. monsters. The two heroes were facing away from each other, covering different sections of the ring of monsters around them. The opposition slowly closed in on the Blue Ranger and Miraculous Hero as they stood fearlessly with their weapons raised and ready for attack. However, they were both trying to think of a way out of their current predicament. Then it came to them at the same time.

"I've got it!" the two heroes said.

They then turned their heads and looked at each other.

"Any chance you were thinking the same thing I was?" Pegasus asked.

"The chances seem both slim and actually rather likely at the same time," Max said. "It's hard to calculate the chances honestly and even harder to explain what I mean."

"Oh, I already get what you mean. Do you trust me, Blue?" Pegasus said.

"One-hundred percent," Max assured his new friend.

"Then... here we go," Pegasus said.

The monsters all came charging at the two heroes, the X.A.N.A. monsters firing what energy projectiles they had at their disposal. It was just at that same moment that Pegasus started waving his hands about.

"VOYAGE!" the Miraculous Hero called out.

From his fist shot a wave of energy that opened a portal underneath Pegasus himself and the Blue Ranger, which they both fell through. All the blasts shot at the heroes either collided with one another or hit unintended targets in the monsters' ranks. A bunch of the monsters and Putties all collided with one another as well, being unable to stop their charge in time.

It was then that Max and Jeremy reappeared safely outside the twisted anarchy the latter had caused with his portal.

"It worked!" the two heroes said in unison.

They then looked at each other and slapped a high five.

"You really were thinking what I was thinking, weren't you, Blue?" Pegasus asked.

"Affirmative," Max confirmed. "Given the single-tracked minds of our opponents and the estimated amount of time it takes for you to open a portal-"

"Those two factors equaled a more than ninety-one-point-seven percent chance the plan would work," Pegasus finished up.

The two slapped another high five before turning their attention to the monsters. They both struck a quick battle pose before running into the fray. Max spun and swung his Power Lance around, cutting down Putties and X.A.N.A. monsters, making them all burst into pieces. At the same time, Pegasus took down Putties with some well-swung punches and kicks.

Most of the time, though, he kept randomly throwing his boomerang about at monsters. However, the throws were not so random. Pegasus could perfectly calculate where his boomerang would end up when he tossed it. Thus, the weapon would almost always hit its intended target. It only missed every once in a while. Mostly it was because an intended target might have moved just a bit too far out of its range at the last second.

Still, both heroes were highly effective in their assaults as they pressed on, fighting back every foe that came their way. Pegasus seemed more suited to throwing his boomerang or occasionally opening a portal underneath his foe's feet. While he was suited for more ranged combat, Max was clearly better suited for close-quarters-melee. With him still swinging and spinning his Power Lance as expertly as could be, it did not take him long to plow through the monsters around him.

Once all the Putties and X.A.N.A. monsters around them were slain, both the Blue Ranger and Pegasus stood in place as they struck a quick battle pose. The two then looked around to make sure they had cleared away all their opposition. As soon as they saw that the coast was clear, they looked at each other and exchanged a fist bump.

"Teamwork, partner," Max said happily.

"You said it," Jeremy concurred enthusiastically.

In another section of the plaza, there were still a few stray Putties and Hornets lurking about. They had their sights set on two particular superheroines clad in yellow. Unafraid by this, though, Queen Bee and the Yellow Ranger charged forth to meet their foes head-on. Chloé swung forth her Power Daggers, slicing through every Putty that came her way. At the same time, Sissi swung forth her magic Miraculous weapon that took on the form of a spinning top. While Chloé was busy taking down the Putties, Queen Bee was focused on the Hornets overhead.

"Silly, stingers," Sissi said playfully. "Can't believe I have to keep teaching you this lesson. I'm Queen Bee, so BOW DOWN AND WORSHIP ME!"

"HIYAH! TAKE THIS, CLAY FACES!" the Yellow Ranger exclaimed as she swung her daggers about.

Chloé spotted three Putties far away. Rather than run to them, she decided to speed things up even further. In actuality, the Yellow Ranger really wanted to show off to Queen Bee when she leaped high into the air and practically flew at the trio of Patrollers. It was almost as if she were being led towards them on a wired harness. Once Chloé was close enough, she started kicking her legs forth. Her feet danced across the top of the Putties' heads as she practically hung in midair, openly defying the laws of physics.

After about eight or nine kicks, the Putties stumbled away as Chloé backflipped safely onto her feet. The Yellow Ranger then struck a quick battle pose before running at the three henchmen of Rita. First, Chloé executed a perfect spin kick on the nearest Putty before spinning towards the next and swinging one of her Power Daggers down across his body. The third Putty ran at Chloé, but she thrust her other Power Dagger right into his chest. She then jumped up and swung both weapons down across his body, shattering him to pieces. Then Chloé spun around and did the same thing to the Putty closest to her. Finally, the Yellow Ranger turned to the Putty she had kicked before and jumped at him while swinging her powerful weapons down upon the evil being. The Putty Patroller was smashed to pieces in a sea of sparks and smoking rubble.

"And that's how it's done Ranger-style!" Chloé boasted.

Suddenly, Queen Bee swung her spinning top forth in the Yellow Ranger's direction. This caught Chloé off guard as she jumped and yelped in surprise. However, she soon found the magical weapon was heading not at her but high above her. The mayor's daughter then turned and looked up to see several Hornets had aimed at her. In an instant, though, they were smashed to pieces by the spinning top of the bee-themed Miraculous Hero.

Chloé turned to Queen Bee and found her smiling smugly as her weapon returned to her hand. "Perhaps you should learn to watch your back better, Yellow Ranger."

This made Chloé growl in irritation before she suddenly threw one of her Power Daggers.

Queen Bee jumped in surprise. "What are you doing?!"

However, the weapon flew upward and hit a stray Hornet right in its X.A.N.A. eye. Queen Bee turned just in time to see the monster explode as the Power Dagger twirled forth back into the Yellow Ranger's hand. When the Miraculous Hero turned back to Chloé, she seemed to have a smug tone about her stance as she put her hands on her hips. Sissi could take a good guess that whoever this girl was, she was smiling just as smugly behind her helmet.

"Maybe you should get better about watching YOUR back, so I don't have to, Ms. Bee-thing," Chloé boasted.

"You know what? Shut up," Sissi said bluntly.

She still found herself smiling as she could not help but respect the Yellow Ranger. The kind of energy Chloé gave off to Queen Bee almost made her swear the feeling was mutual.

"You did good, Bee," Chloé said begrudgingly.

"You too, Yellow," Queen Bee replied.

Their moment was interrupted, however, when Baturkon's growling roar rang out. The two heroines turned and saw the demon himself aiming his sword at them as it started to glow purple.

"Heads up!" Chloé cried.

"Dido!" Queen Bee shouted.

The Yellow Ranger and Queen Bee jumped in different directions as what looked like large electrical currents flew at them from the blade of Baturkon. The energy waves made the ground they hit burst in a mighty explosion.

"I'm tired of fooling around with you filthy do-gooders!" Baturkon exclaimed. "I'm gonna rip you apart piece by piece!"

The bat demon's horns started to glow as laser waves shot from them. Baturkon aimed them across the plaza at Chloé and Queen Bee, who desperately ran from them. Luckily, the laser blasts would eventually run out of juice just as the two heroines were reunited with the rest of their respective teams. They had all jumped, flipped, and ran to Queen Bee and the Yellow Ranger's sides, reuniting both the Power Rangers and the Miraculous Heroes.

"Is everybody alright?" Alya asked.

"Except for the honking headache I'm gonna have after this, I'm just peachy," Cat Noir said.

"Let's rephrase that. Can you still fight?" Rijin asked.

Everyone assured him they could.

"Okay, looks like we've taken care of everything else," Ladybug said. "The Putties and monsters are all accounted for."

"Those gold and green goons and Mayura won't be asking for more anytime soon either," Cat Noir boasted.

"That just leaves this guy to deal with," Marinette said.

"There isn't by chance a hope he'll be easier to deal with now that we're together, is there?" Adrien asked sheepishly. "Because he was a massive handful before."

Almost as if in reply, Baturkon fired a large, purple energy orb from his mouth at the two teams of heroes. The orb then broke off into several smaller projectiles. Instantly, the Power Rangers stepped in front, using themselves as human shields to protect the Miraculous Heroes. The resulting explosions against their hides knocked the Rangers on their backs. Instantly the Miraculous Heroes did what they could to try and help the Power Rangers back up.

"You guys okay?" Pegasus asked.

"Hey, no problem," Alya said in a pain-filled and strained voice.

"Just another day at the office," Max said in the same cadence.

"Die! Die! Die!" Baturkon shouted as he ran forth at the bunch of heroes.

"Oh, boy, here comes the ouch," Cat Noir announced.

The heroes jumped out of the way of the amuck-powered bat demon's sword as he swung it about. Everyone too close to the monster ducked and dodged it as they spread out around him and formed a ring.

"We gotta distract him and wear him down enough so Cat Noir can get close to him!" Pegasus said.

"You know what he means, right, Kitty?" Ladybug asked.

"Oh, I most certainly do, milady," Cat Noir said with a confident smile.

The two heroes flashed each other a quick, romance-filled smile before turning their attention back to Baturkon.

"You all got it?!" Ladybug asked.

"RIGHT!" everyone else said.

"Then let's take this turkey down!" Alya said.

"Morphenominal!" Sissi exclaimed.

"Hey, that's our word!" Chloé exclaimed.

"But she said it so good," Adrien protested.

Baturkon screamed in frustration as he charged forth at the Black Ranger. Adrien then jumped back, executing a wide double backflip before landing safely away from his evil foe. This caused Baturkon to exclaim in fury. So blind with rage was the bat demon that he did not realize that Alya, Ladybug, Marinette, Queen Bee, and Chloé came up from behind him on all sides. The five superheroines jumped up and came at Baturkon with five consecutive flying side kicks.

As Baturkon was knocked all around by the strikes, Adrien jumped forth at the monster, covering the same amount of distance he had with his backflip. Actually, the black-clad Power Ranger would leap even further forth as he raised his Power Axe and swung it down across Baturkon's hide. Adrien followed up with several more strikes of his Power Axe as the monster cried out from the sparks that ignited all over where he had been struck. Rather than keep taking the assault, though, Baturkon refused to give in and fought back. He kicked one of his large feet into the Black Ranger's gut before swinging his sword all about, striking Adrien several times with it. The Black Ranger would cry out in pain as he fell to the ground from the assault he just took.

However, there was no rest for Baturkon. The monster was soon met with a high kick to his chest from Ladybug and a high kick from behind by Alya at the same time. Baturkon responded with a backhanded smack across Ladybug's face, knocking her away. Then he quickly spun around, swinging his sword down upon Alya before following up with a swipe of his claws from his free hand.

Suddenly, Baturkon felt something strike the back of his head so hard that sparks ignited. He looked back to see Queen Bee's spinning top returning to her hand as she smirked.

"I'm gonna get you for that, you sorry excuse for a bumblebee!" Baturkon shouted.

"Get this first, creep!" Marinette's voice shouted.

Baturkon turned to see a pink energy arrow flying at him. The projectile struck him in the chest, igniting an explosive burst of sparks that made him stumble back. While this hurt, it was not enough to stop Baturkon, who looked ahead to see Marinette, the Pink Ranger standing by posing with her Power Bow. At this sight, the bat demon screamed in anger. Several needle-like energy bolts shot out of his eyes at the Pink Ranger. She tried to jump high and avoid them, but Baturkon had it scouted as he aimed his sword up. It shot forth a large bolt of energy that struck Marinette and knocked her out of the sky. She hit the ground with a sickening thud, making Baturkon cackle in delight.

He was cut off by Queen Bee's spinning top and Ladybug's yo-yo smacking into his chest and face at the same time. Baturkon cried out as sparks ignited all over his person, causing even more pain. Still, the monster did not fall, despite struggling to keep his footing as the two Miraculous Heroes ran at him. Ladybug and Queen Bee went for punches at the same time. However, Baturkon was able to pull off a surprising display of agility when he jumped over the two Miraculous Heroes and rolled safely out of harm's way. The roll ended in Baturkon springing up onto his feet and turning as he swung his sword outward, sending a wave of energy at the two fearless warriors. They yelped and jumped up out of the beam's way, but this left them open to Baturkon using his wings to fly up at the girls and spin around, kicking his foot across their faces. As the two Miraculous Heroes crashed into the ground, Baturkon landed behind them with a superhero landing.

As Baturkon was getting up, he was suddenly struck by Pegasus's boomerang flying across his face. The pain and surprise actually knocked the bat demon off his feet as he started kicking and rolling around in shock. After the embarrassing display, Baturkon started to get up to his feet. However, Alya and Max ran in from different sides, swinging their respective Power Weapons across his hide. Pegasus watched this with a smirk. He also held his hand up, waiting until the moment when his boomerang returned.

"Hey!" Chloé's voice shouted. Baturkon groaned as he turned to see the Yellow Ranger standing by him. "Nobody treats my friends that way!"

"Shut up!" Baturkon said as he swung his sword at Chloé.

She ducked and rolled out of the way before springing up to her feet. Then the Yellow Ranger flew at Baturkon with a jump kick to the face. She followed up and swung her Power Daggers all across Baturkon's body. Every single blow hit the monster hard, but still, he fought back as he thrust his sword forth, stabbing it into Chloé's chest. The Yellow Ranger exclaimed as the resulting burst of sparks from the blow knocked her away.

Suddenly, the Blue Ranger and Cat Noir jumped in and smacked Baturkon with their stainless steel boi-staff and Power Lance at the same time. The dual attacks knocked Baturkon back a few stumbling steps.

"HIYAH!" Cat Noir and Max exclaimed at the same time as they posed.

"Hi, and low!" Max exclaimed.

"I like the way you think!" Cat Noir said.

With that, Cat Noir jumped up and spun around, kicking the back of his foot into Baturkon's face. At the same time, Max ducked low and spun forth, sweeping his foot across the monster's legs, knocking them out from under him. As Baturkon crashed onto his back, the two heroes stood tall and nodded to each other. They then jumped up and twirled in the air before falling down on either side of the bat demon while driving their elbows into his chest at the same time.

"Ha, ha! Gotcha!" Max proclaimed.

Baturkon's body disintegrated into a shadowy blot that traveled across the ground away from the heroes.

"Oh, come on! How many powers can this guy have?!" Cat Noir asked.

"Well, according to my calculations-" Max began to say.

"That was a rhetorical question!" Odd let out in frustration.

Baturkon's physical form remerged as he screamed and shot forth multiple energy bolts from his sword at the two heroes. Max and Cat Noir took several of them and fell to the ground in pain, the latter feeling it far more than the former.

"I can do this all day! You don't have a hope in Hell of stopping me!" Baturkon exclaimed.

Suddenly a sharp pain went down his spine as he heard and felt sparks fly from his back. As the bat demon screamed in pain, he turned to see Rijin there as he swung his katana across Baturkon's hide.

"You sure about that?" Rijin asked.

The monster growled as he raised his sword only to have the Red Ranger run in and swing her Power Sword up into Baturkon's face. A burst of sparks ignited across the bat's features as he stumbled back. Despite this, he was able to raise his sword and block every swipe and swing Alya and Ulrich took at him afterward. At one point, they both swung their swords high to bring them down on Baturkon. However, the half senti-monster raised his sword and blocked those of his opponents. The combatants found themselves at an impasse as they seemed stuck in that position pushing their weapons up against one another.

It almost seemed like they would be stuck that way for a while...until Pegasus's boomerang once again came flying at Baturkon, hitting the monster in the back of the head. As Baturkon yelped in pain, his knees buckled, and he dropped to one. At this, Alya and Rijin spun around before swinging their swords down upon Baturkon, who screamed in pain. They then looked to Pegasus as he caught his boomerang. He smiled and nodded to Ulrich and the Red Ranger, who responded in kind.

From there, it was as if Pandora's Box was unleashed upon Baturkon, for the whole of the Power Rangers and Miraculous Heroes ran forth at the monster.

Alya Struck Baturkon with her Power Sword.

Ladybud swung her yo-yo at the bat demon.

Adrien chopped at him with his Power Axe.

Cat Noir thrust the end of his staff into the monster's face.

Marinette shot an energy arrow at the evil being.

Rijin swung his katana across Baturkon's hide.

Max swung forth his Power Lance at Baturkon.

Pegasus ran up and swung his boomerang.

Chloé ran in and swung her Power Daggers.

Finally, Queen Bee hit Baturkon with her spinning top.

The bat demon took every single one of these strikes, and they all hurt him to no end. Altogether, the pain was almost too much for Baturkon to take. Almost was the keyword, though, for as much as they all hurt, they also infuriated him so. His rage was boiling over to a point where he could not contain himself. Finally, it was all too much, and Baturkon screamed out as he unleashed every single type of energy attack he had previously. All at once, the projectiles flew at the heroes, making an explosion that knocked them all around and sent them sprawling everywhere as they cried out in pain.

And just like that, all the heroes were down, some not even conscious. Even worse, they seemed like they could be near death, particularly the Miraculous Heroes. Meanwhile, Baturkon was slowly rising to his feet, looking as though he had thousands of pounds on his back. Everything he had gone through and what he put into that last attack had taken its toll on the monster. He could barely move at all, let alone stand. Still, he saw through the flames he made what his last attack had done. He spotted all the fallen heroes and observed them for several moments as he struggled to stand.

Finally, the evil being began to cackle, despite sounding strained in doing so. "You see?! I am the ultimate warrior! I cannot be defeated! Not even by the likes of all you! I am superior! I am more powerful! I am greatness!"

As Baturkon boasted, though, his voice was drowned out by another that spoke to the fallen heroes. A very familiar voice. A voice that came from deep within.

'Power Rangers! Miraculous wielders! You must not let this evil being best you! The forces of good must not fall this day!'

'Z- Zordon?'

'Yes, Red Ranger, I am here.'

'H- How?' Adrien's voice rang out.

'Wh- Where are we?' Sissi asked.

'I-I can't see...but I can everything at the same time,' Jeremy let out.

'I feel nothing but everything at once,' Marinette went on.

'Those beings," Zordon explained, 'who are pure of heart and fight for goodwill always be connected through cosmic forces beyond our understanding, be it through the Morphin' Grid or so on. That connection must not be lost today. Because if it is, that means the innocent will fall victim to the forces of evil. That is why you all must rise up and continue to the fight.'

'But how can we?!' Yumi asked. 'We hit him with everything we had, and he still keeps coming! How can we defeat such a powerful monster?!'

'Ladybug, do not despair. You, as Miraculous wielders, still have assets at your disposal you have not yet accessed. With the knowledge I give you now, please use it wisely and continue the struggle against the forces of darkness. Search within yourselves, young heroes. Evil cannot win. You are stronger than you know. Your best fight is still inside you. It is time to let it all out.'

'Yes... I understand now,' Yumi said without speaking.

'WE ALL DO!' the other heroes proclaimed.

In what felt like a flash, the heroes all opened their eyes. Then they started to rise on their feet despite the agonizing amount of pain they were in. Because of said agony, they were a bit slow getting up, for every move they made hurt them. Still, they were given enough time to rise because Baturkon was utterly stunned by the sight he saw. Even after giving this bunch of heroes every energy blast he had at his disposal all at once, they still managed to get back up again. Baturkon was at a complete loss at what he saw.

"Impossible...Im-Impossible! How can you all still even be alive?!"

"Just goes to show...you shouldn't count us out," Adrien said.

"If you do, then you got ten young heroes," Cat Noir began.

"Ready to get back up again," Ladybug furthered.

"And kick your evil butt!" Alya finished as she brought up a fist.

"YEAH!" the rest of the heroes said.

"Alright, you all know what you've got to do?!" Ladybug asked.

"Affirmative," Max said.

The others all agreed at the same time.

"Then keep him busy, guys, while we bring them together!" Alya said as she held out her Power Sword.

The other Power Rangers all ran up to their leader and touched their weapons to each other.

"POWER AXE!" Adrien let out as he adjusted his weapon into its canon mode and tossed it upward.

"POWER BOW!" Marinette let out as she tossed up her weapon, which combined with Adrien's.

"POWER DAGGERS!" Chloé exclaimed as she threw up her weapons, which combined with the others.

"POWER LANCE!" Max said as he pulled his weapon into two pieces and threw them up to combine with the others.

"POWER SWORD!" Alya shouted.

Rather than throw up her weapon, she jumped up, grabbed the incomplete apparatus, and then placed her sword on top of it. Then the Red Ranger slowly lowered back down to Earth. She held in her hands was the completed weapon known as the Power Blaster. Soon the rest of her team was by her side and ready to help her use the weapon.

"POWER RANGERS!' the team proclaimed in unison.

Meanwhile, as this was going on, the Miraculous team ran up and surrounded Baturkon. The beast growled as he looked around at the color costumed heroes.

"I'll have your hearts in my hands!" Baturkon angrily exclaimed.

"Come and get them, Guano Man!" Rijin let out defiantly.

Baturkon cried out as he ran at Rijin, who ducked a swing of the monster's sword before responding in kind with his katana. At the same time, Pegasus swung his boomerang, which hit Baturkon right in the back of his head, making him scream out in pain as sparks flew.

'Zordon said to look deep within myself and trust the instincts of my Miraculous,' Yumi thought to herself. 'Welp, here it goes, I guess.'

So with that, Yumi did the first thing she felt it within her to do. "LUCKY CHARM!" Ladybug exclaimed as she raised her yo-yo into the sky.

It began to spin and glow as several heart-shaped energy spheres formed and came together around the Miraculous weapon. They then began to take shape as the yo-yo lowered back into Ladybug's hands while the gathering of energy turned into a shape. Said object then fell into Ladybug's outstretched hand. When she brought it down to see what it was, the reveal was so surprising that it actually made Ladybug double take.

"What?! A bra?!" Specifically, it was a red bra with black spots all over it. "Um... I'm sorry, but what the actual fuck?!"

'All is not as it seems with the Lucky Charm, Ladybug,' Zordon's voice said in her head. 'Again, trust in the Miraculous. Let it guide you.'

Ladybug still looked confused but nodded her head nonetheless as she began to look around. Instantly she saw things begin to flash in a red and black glow. First was the bra, then Baturkon, then only his head, followed by Cat Noir, and finally, Queen Bee. Instantly, Ladybug knew what she had to do.

With her plan set, Ladybug ran up to Baturkon so she could put everything into action. She jumped over Rijin and Baturkon, who were still dueling swords, and landed behind the demon. Ladybug then quickly swung her yo-yo forth and wrapped it around Baturkon's neck, and pulled him back towards her. This sudden attack from behind left the bat monster open to several strikes from Rijin's katana, all of which drew sparks as Baturkon screamed. At the same time, Ladybug jumped on Baturkon's back and pulled the bra over his face, blinding him.

"Cat Noir, it's time!" Ladybug shouted.

"Alright!" Cat Noir said as he raised his right paw to the sky. "CATACLYSM!"

An orb of black energy formed in Cat Noir's opened, outstretched hand before he closed his fist around it. Odd then ran a few steps before jumping the rest of the way as he extended his hand out, making it collide with Baturkon's sword. Instantly, the black energy absorbed into the large blade and consumed it before disintegrating the weapon into nothing.

"No!" Mayura exclaimed, having watched everything play out from the side with the Green Ranger and Goldar.

"Errgh! This team-up was a stupid idea! I'm out of here!" Goldar proclaimed.

He then disappeared in a flash of golden flames.

Baturkon fell as he felt his power decreased significantly. His armor disappeared as he painfully transformed. Soon he was reverted into the appearance he had before being endowed with the energy of the amuck.

"No... NO!" Baturkon screamed as he fell to a knee.

"Queen Bee!" Ladybug shouted.

"Say no more!" Sissi confirmed. "VENOM!"

She raised her spinning top forth as it began to glow, and the point at the bottom extended. Queen Bee then rushed forth and stabbed the end of her spinning top into the side of Baturkon's arm.

"I think it's about time you had your shots!" Queen Bee quipped.

"Ow! That hurt!" Baturkon shouted. "You cursed goodie goods! I'll get you for this! I can still-"

Suddenly, Baturkon realized he could no longer move at all. Panic and even fear began to fill the once-mighty bat demon as he tried desperately to move but could not get himself to do so at all.

"Yes!" the Miraculous Heroes said in unison.

"It worked! It actually worked!" Ladybug said.

"Yeah, you really came through with that bra," Cat Noir said with a snicker.

Ladybug rolled her eyes before looking to see the Power Rangers coming their way. "You guys want a turn playing with him?" the Miraculous heroine asked.

"We thought you'd never ask," Alya said.

"He's all yours," Pegasus offered.

The Miraculous Heroes then got out of the way as the Power Rangers aimed Baturkon with the Power Blaster. Ladybug also grabbed the bra from Baturkon's face, feeling as though she would need it later. The monster's face conveyed great worry and horror as he groaned and tried desperately to move.

"Let's do it, guys!" Alya said.

"RIGHT!" the other Rangers said in agreement.

"FIRE!" all five Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers shouted as they held the weapon, and Alya pulled the trigger.

Five beams of great power shot forth from the Power Blaster. They all combined into one massive blast that hit Baturkon and instantly made him burst into flames. The fire quickly dissipated to reveal there was nothing left of the once-mighty monster. Such a sight enticed whoops and cheers of victory. The Power Rangers and the Miraculous Heroes gathered around to celebrate. They all exchanged high fives and took the time to tell one another how great they were. This included them as two separate hero teams, as individuals heroes in general, and how they worked as a cohesive unit. All around, there was a good feeling amongst the bunch of superheroes.

The same could not be said for Mayura and the Green Ranger, who stood by, looking almost catatonic. They had watched all that transpired after they were soundly defeated by the members of both teams working together. The Green Ranger and Mayura had hoped that Baturkon would succeed where they had failed. Seeing that this was not the case, both could barely believe it. They were having a hard time keeping in the anger boiling inside them as their bodies trembled in rage and hatred.

"I'm afraid this working relationship we had going is no longer worth pursuing to X.A.N.A.," Aelita finally said as she looked to the evil Ranger. She then shrugged. "Can't win them all, I guess. Take care, Mr. Agreste. Hope this defeat didn't make as green as your spandex."

With that, Mayura, who was far angrier than she let on, disappeared into a shadowy blot, which then flew away. This left only Gabriel, who looked on hatefully at the heroes as he continued to tremble in anger. Finally, he raised his head to the sky and screamed out as a wave of green energy consumed him and teleported him back to Rita's palace. He was certain he would hear an ear full about the headache she got from this defeat.

"You know, you Power Rangers are pretty alright," Cat Noir said.

"You're not so bad yourselves," Marinette responded. "You really are...miraculous. Guess the name wasn't as ego-driven as I thought."

"I get why you'd be thinking that, though," Rijin said.

"We all do," Ladybug said. "But we also get why you are the MIGHTY Morphin' Power Rangers, too."

"Yeah, we are pretty great," Chloé said.

"But so are you guys," Alya added as she extended her hand. "You all proved that you really are great heroes and truly worthy of taking on the cause against the forces of darkness."

"Thanks," Ladybug said as she accepted the Red Ranger's hand and shook it. "That means a lot hearing that from a team who's been at this... a bit longer."

"It feels good knowing Paris has another good team of heroes to watch over it," Adrien said.

"Even if these peons here are ungrateful about it," Chloé said.

"I hear that," Queen Bee concurred.

"Remember that we're doing this because it's right," Alya said.

"Not for the recognition," Ladybug agreed.

Everyone else agreed too, albeit some were begrudging.

"You know, besides being near death at the end, it was actually pretty fun teaming up with you guys," Cat Noir said. "Maybe we could do it again sometime."

"I'd calculate that those odds are incredibly high," Max said.

"My math would agree with yours, Blue Ranger," Pegasus concurred.

Suddenly, a beeping noise rang out.

"What's that?" Marinette asked.

The Miraculous Heroes all gasped.

"Uhh, we've gotta go!" Ladybug said.

The other Miraculous Heroes agreed before they said their goodbyes, turned, and began to run off. Pegasus opened a portal for them as they ran into it, leaving some confused Power Rangers to standby and wave. However, Ladybug then soon ran back out again.

"Oops! I almost forgot!" Yumi said. She then raised her hand that held the bra. "MIRACULOUS LADYBUG!"

Everyone watched as the bra levitated into the air before it dissipated into a large swarm of magical ladybugs. The swarm then flew across the way, repairing all the damage done to the plaza. The Power Rangers watched in awe and wonder until everything was fixed, and the ladybugs soon faded away. All of them then turned back to see a smiling Ladybug wave at them before running back into the portal, which then completely disappeared.

"So...that was certainly something," Max said.

The others all agreed.

"I hope that second team-up comes soon," Alya said.

"Yeah, they seemed really nice," Marinette agreed.

"And that Queen Bee is kind of cute," Adrien said.

The Black Ranger then found himself getting elbowed in his sides by Chloé and Marinette. "Ow!" Adrien proclaimed as he looked at the two girls. They merely crossed their arms and turned away. "What?! WHAT?!"

Alya and Max just laughed as the Power Rangers then teleported back to the command center.

"My, my, that was certainly interesting," Clockwork let out.

The ghostly master of time had been floating by, watching the whole scenario play out in the plaza. He had to admit, not once was he bored watching all that had transpired. If he were in a seat, Clockwork would have been on the edge of it the whole time.

"They almost lost it there," Clockwork said. "But these youngsters still displayed the same courage, tenacity, and drive that made them the heroes they are in the main timeline. This was a truly impressive display...but now, time to find the next show."

With that, Clockwork used his magic scythe to cut a hole in the space-time continuum and head off for the next interesting deviation in this timeline he could find.
