I can blame my journey here on this site and pretty much all my paths of life changing with one little Broadway show known as Newsies. I adore Broadway, I love cats, and I enjoy mostly fictional stories and have a soft-spot for sci-fi (both shows, movies, and books).

All of the fandoms I’m involved in/have been involved in have always had me constantly covering a range of media devices: books, t.v. shows/cartoons, movies, musicals, podcasts, and video games. Chances are that was pretty noticeable from the get-go.

I'm 19 and I spent most of my high school career dancing and writing instead of having a social life. I go to college in NYC, so all I can promise is minor one-shots on here for a while. Most of my pieces end up on Ao3 nowadays: my username is RaggsEnriches. Currently I'm working on one giant Dirk Gently related fanfic that has yet to be published anywhere, and also writing HP one-shots for competition forums.

Whatever you find in my collection of stories, I hope it satisfies you. I'm fond of angst, so there's a lot of that to be found here, but occasionally you might find one purely positive story (doubtful) hidden somewhere here.

Current Announcements Regarding Works/Business

- Despite working on that giant fic that I mentioned above, my time on this specific site is currently being spent releasing the occasional one-shot for forum competitions I'm involved in. That's where most of my attention will be for the coming months here, while on Ao3 I occasionally publish a one-shot or two for other fandoms - most specifically Charite at War. (I'm also currently considering publishing a collection of my favorite one-shots I've written recently for Harry Potter on there).

- I'm currently active in the QLFC. My feelings as a whole about certain aspects of the HP franchise are increasingly negative, and once I complete the season with the Quidditch League I've decided I'm likely going to retire from writing for it for the most part. I'd like to make it clear that I don't condone TERFs or their belief systems. While I'm frequently a person who attempts to separate the art from the artist, and understands that fandom and author are very separate entities, Rowling's transphobia is something I refuse to stand idly by and attempt to ignore anymore, or continue to make disclaimers about how much I dislike her in my stories. The continued attacks on the transgender community and her blatant ignorance are not reconcilable, and I do not want to be perceived as someone who is contributing to a fandom where there are likely, unfortunately, plenty of people who agree with her. I also feel as though most fandom spaces related to HP aren't actually willing to discuss her transphobia, making it impossible to say anything anywhere for fear of transphobes becoming angry. There are few places where anyone actively acknowledges the fact that the artist is a terrible human being, and as someone who tries to acknowledge faults in the things she loves, this has only proven to me that I need to step out of the fandom.

Most of what I write is out of typical HP "canon", most of it's LGBT relationships, as you'll find; and I will not be removing any of my HP related fics from this site or Ao3, I simply won't be producing much more for it.
