Que the Rasputin TikTok over Chloé entering in her new suit. Please enjoy!

The second Chloé looked at herself in the window of a nearby shop, she knew that this was it. This was her suit. This wasn't just Queen Bee. This was Chloé. She looked at herself and instead of feeling like a little girl playing dress up to fit in with Ladybug and Chat Noir, she felt like a real hero. This suit had nothing akin to her idol's. It was all hers. This suit, this new hero, this was who she was.

Chloé went into that battle ready and she was positive that she was going to take this akuma down and finish her mission. She got the civilian to safety and then moved to face the akuma. She barely even felt herself thinking, she was just moving, letting instinct take over and just doing what she felt. She barely even gave her enemy a chance to defend himself. And if he got the upper hand, she would quickly take it back. Chloé knew he was no match for her. But that didn't mean anything if she couldn't figure out where the akuma was hidden.

She knew that using her venom now would be an even worse idea. She had to figure out where that akuma was.

Chloé was deep in thought as she dodged another hit from the akuma. She got her top out from the belt around her waist and slung it towards him. It got wrapped around his legs and Chloé wasted no time in using all her strength to lift him up off the ground and swing him around her in circles. She could feel a bead of sweat dripping down her forehead as she struggled to keep the momentum. Damn this akuma was heavy, even for her. As she squinted at the akuma swinging a fair distance away from her, she noticed something when he swung in front of the sun.

When he was in the light, she could see that he became transparent, like the white he was made of was just some sort of energy and nothing really solid. But that wasn't what caught her eye.

There was something in him.

Chloé made sure her grip on the string of the top was secure before launching herself up into the air, the akuma trailing after her like the tail of a comet. She jumped over a large beam that was right in the sunlight. She swung around it multiple times, making sure that the akuma was strung up tightly. She landed on the ground in front of him, string still firmly in her hand.

She gazed up at him, squinting to try and see what it was that was in his chest cavity. She stepped closer, reaching out to see if she could part the white matter to get a better glimpse. The slower she moved her hand, the more the energy molded around it, letting her hand sink deeper into his stomach. Chloé finally got a good look at what was in there.

A yellow ranunculus. One that Chloé was very familiar with. As soon as the akuma started squirming, she could feel his body growing solid again. She stepped back quickly, her hand zipping away, leaving solid matter in its place. She looked down at where the face of the akuma should have been. One that she knew she would have recognized if it was there.

"It's you! I'm so, so sorry! This is my fault! I didn't mean to hurt you, I swear!"

Chloé didn't know why this one akuma was getting to her so much. Whenever anyone else was akumatized because of her, she brushed it off, treated it like a joke and kept on being mean old Chloé. But this time, the twinge of guilt in her chest was very, very apparent and she didn't even try to stop it.

"This isn't really that much like me but I'll help you. I swear!"

"Stop talking crazy you Bee Bitch and give me your miraculous," the akuma snapped loudly. Chloé aimed her gaze back at the flower in the middle of his chest cavity. That was where the akuma was. She had no doubt about it. She knew what she had to do.

"Venom," Chloé shouted. Her top disappeared, dropping the akuma to the ground and it instead became her stinger on her hand, ready to immobilize her opponent so she could reach in there and take the flower out. She stepped forward, ready to sting the akuma.

"Not so fast!"

Chloé turned sharply to see Hawkmoth in front of her. He grabbed her hand and turned it in on herself, stinging her own stomach. She felt her entire being freeze and no matter how hard she tried, she couldn't move.

"Good job, Bug," he growled as he reached into her hair and yanked out her miraculous. "Or should I say Chloé Bourgeois!"

She couldn't hear anyone around her have any sort of reaction. She looked around to see that the crowds of people were gone. No one would know. As soon as the miraculous was gone, her body fell limp onto the ground, before she could stand and do anything though, she was kicked down by the akuma.

"Excellent work, Infini," Hawkmoth complemented. Chloé watched as Pollen came floating down from the miraculous to land in front of her immobilized holder.

"My Queen," she mumbled weakly.

"Pollen, I'm sorry," Chloé whispered back. She reached for the kwami, wanting to pull her in close and make her safe. Before she could even lay a hand on the kwami, Infini stomped down on her hand and Hawkmoth pressed his foot down onto Pollen's body, causing the little bug to scream out. He dragged her across the steel floor towards him.

Chloé winced as she heard the whimpers coming from her kwami. Hawkmoth reached down and picked up the goddess, holding her tightly, causing more whimpers.

"Chloé..." Pollen muttered. He squeezed the bee extra tight and then threw her down on the ground, putting the end of his cane on her body.

Chloé could tell her kwami was not moving. She felt rage and hatred surge in her and she looked up at Hawkmoth with the most evil glare she could muster.

"Gabriel, when I get my hands on you!"

"Aww. You'll what? Fight me? With what?"

He snapped and then Mayura landed on the Eiffel Tower behind him, holding Nino's backpack in her hand.

"No," Chloé yelled.

"Finally! I have all the miraculous! I can do anything! Finally with the power I hold, I will be unstoppable. It's all thanks to you, Chloé Bourgeois. Because you wanted to play hero, you played right into my hands."

Hawkmoth bent down and pinched Chloé's chin between his fingers before slapping her lightly.

"Infini. Leave Bourgeois here. Destroy the tower."

Chloé was left helpless as a cage of white surrounded her. She was left helpless as Hawkmoth picked up Pollen and walked away with the Miracle Box. And she was left helpless as the Eiffel Tower came crumbling down around her, leaving her in nothing but black.

Chloé opened her eyes. Darkness. She looked around. Darkness.

She was surrounded by rubble on all sides of her. She assumed that it hadn't crushed her because of the cage she was left in that seemed to be gone now. Any moment the piles of steel and rock could crush her. And she was left alone in the darkness and silence to think about what she had done.

Chloé could tell she had regained control of her body. She sat up slowly, feeling empty.

She had failed. It was all her fault.

Hawkmoth was going to take over the world and do whatever he wanted. Chloé had been the last line of defense, she had been the last defense. Ladybug had counted on her. She was supposed to save the day. Instead she was going to die here in the rubble and she would have to see Ladybug and Chat Noir on the other side.

Chloé wondered what Hawkmoth was going to do. What would happen to her parents, to Sabrina, to all of Paris. Was he going to rain down fire and brimstone? Was he going to do what he wished and then leave everyone alone? Maybe, after she died, she wouldn't have to wait long before she saw everyone again.

She had let everyone down.

Chloé pulled her knees up to her chest and began sobbing into them.

"I-I'm sorry," she whispered to herself. "I'm sorry Infini, that I let you get akumatized. I'm sorry that I don't even know your name. I'm sorry Kim that I was always so mean to you when you told me about your feelings. It wasn't my place. I'm sorry Max that I always called you a nerd. Mylene and Ivan, I'm sorry that I always made fun of you two. You guys are perfect for each other. Juleka and Rose, I'm sorry that I called you lame. You two are some of the sweetest people I know. Daddy, Mommy, I'm...I'm sorry that you got shackled with me as a daughter. You must be pretty disappointed right now."

Every word broke Chloé a little bit more and with every sob, she just closed in tighter on herself.

"Sabrina, you have always been the best friend to me. I'm sorry that I treat you like shit. Nino and Alya I'm sorry for everything I say about you. You guys are really cool and I always wanted to hang out with you... A-Adrien. I'm so sorry for how I've treated you our whole lives. You mean more to me than you will ever now. I'm so sorry I couldn't bring you back."

Chloé brought her hands to her chest. She didn't know if she could go on.

"M-Mari-Marinette. Marinette, I'm- I'm-"

She couldn't continue. She collapsed in on herself, hiding her face in her knees. Her sobs were shaking her body, she couldn't talk and she could barely breathe. She hid her face so deep into her knees that it took her a few seconds to realize that the darkness was beginning to lighten. She could feel the light piercing through her eyelids and she looked up slowly.

She couldn't pinpoint the exact location of the red light at first, it was too dim. But then it grew brighter and brighter. Chloé reached into her pocket and pulled out something red and glowing. Two somethings. She wiped her eyes as she watched the ball of red light surrounding the earrings grow bigger and bigger, her own eyes widening as it did.

Eventually, the brightness was too much and she had to look away as she was bathed in the warm, red light.
