UPDATE 07/05/17 - GUYS I'm so sorry but I got really ill irl and wasn't able to finish the chapter on time. Expect a release before the end of the month now :( I promise you it'll be worth it!!

UPDATE 17/04/17 - I actually am still working on EWTRTW loool I know it's been like a year and a bit since I released a chapter. I'm really sorry, real life has gotten SUPER in the way recently especially in these past few months. I can't say for certain the exact date I'll be releasing a new chapter, but I'm hoping for early May 2017 if I can help it :)

STORY COMMENTARY :

I don't really like staying static; so I experiment a lot. So ideally with each new fic you should find something new. See below for exactly what each one offers. I try to explore a lot of themes; but the main two seem to be fatherhood and children. I will be branching out into horror and mystery soon too. I also really want to do one where the main character undergoes serious negative change; a la Breaking Bad. But one fanfic at a time :)

CASSIE'S BIG ADVENTURE - My first fic to be published to FanFiction (but not my first written fic). The idea was to make a character that didn't necessarily forgo any change herself, but changed all the people around her. She therefore had to be wide-eyed, perceptive and open. The idea was that she would change her environment; as opposed to her environment changing her. Also my first stab at dark comedy. Inspirations for this were Hunter x Hunter, In Bruges, Seven Psychopaths and Kick-ass.

DADDY DAY CARE - This is the first real story to focus on themes of fatherhood and responsibility specifically. I wrote this story because I love the idea of being a dad, and I think Dante is such a goldmine of a character to turn into a dad figure. Inspirations for this in particular were the FanFiction 'Like Father Like Son', Despicable me, The Last of Us and my distate for DINO.

EVERYBODY WANTS TO RULE THE WORLD - The major theme in this story needed to be revolution; and particularly a study in the divide between lower class and upper class and just how much the upper class takes advantage of the lower class. I used Victorian Era London, but anything would have worked where there was a clear upper and lower class. This was most inspired by V for Vendetta; but also draws inspirations from the Great Escape, the Hunger Games and the Batman comics as well as all the fluff fanfictions I've ever read on FanFiction (even though I can't really class this as fluff). Definitely my most ambitious project.

WE CELEBRATE AS WE INNOVATE - A one-shot for the WA 10 years challenge. The idea was to make an enthralling dialogue that didn't necessarily have any purpose but was still entertaining to read all the way through until the end when you realise what's really happening, and then when you read it back the messages have changed and you click on to what's being said more like 'oh so that's why he said that' xD.

There will be more stories on the way over the coming months but I don't want to put too much on my plate so I will finish these three first.
