Anyway. Don't know if you check profiles at all on ff, but if so: holy shit? Thank you so much for somehow still finding/liking Thread of Despair literally 5-6 (6!!!!) Years later. You all are wild. It gets roughly like 100 visitors a month still? How the hell do you guys find it.

As you've probably realised it's not going to update, hence why I'm typing this junk in here rather than baiting you all with a "new chapter", but its kinda surreal to see so many people still enjoying it. So, thank you. I really didn't like the writing for ToD at the time, and there's a bunch of mistakes in there that I have to laugh at now, but there something really nice about how many people vibed with it anyway. I had my passion/confidence regarding writing burnt out of me by uni, but you people finding/enjoying this indulgent fic I banged out in high school helped me remember how much I enjoy it when I'm not drowning in my own perfectionism. ToD sure as hell isn't perfect, but I had fun. I think that's all you need sometimes.

This has gotten terribly sappy for something that boils down to me writing an edgy AU, but hey. Thank you so, so much for reading.
