 Author has written 32 stories for Kick-Ass, Kingsman: The Secret Service, Terminator, Stargate: Atlantis, Star Wars, Gotham, and Arrow. Okay. Be warned this profile may be boring and it will have no content rating. Continue reading at your own risk – you have been warned! I am British and live in Scotland. I have five kids, two of which are now adults (at least, they think they are; I have other ideas on that subject). My reason for being here? My eldest son is a big fan of Kick-Ass/Kick-Ass 2 and an enormous fan of a certain actress who stars in each movie and I will admit to being a fan as well. Yes, I have seen Let Me In, too. In addition, my eldest daughter has a remarkably similar, explosive attitude to Mindy/Hit Girl – she would rather use her fists first and every time I hear Bad Reputation by Joan Jett, I am reminded of her. I am a senior computer engineer and other than that have a very boring list of interests, which I will not go into here (I do not write anything depressing – at least not intentionally). I am not a writer; however, I thought that I would like to have a go at creating something worthwhile. I currently have thirty-one published stories, so far (although I have deleted one story: Shadow Storm), as of June 2020, and I have at least two or three more stories that never quite got as far as the publishing stage. I hope that my stories are improving as time goes on. My original stories: Sleep Tight and Insane have been updated (as of April 2015). I made some mistakes in Solitude, where the characters went a little weird in their relationships, but I have corrected these oversights and learned from my mistakes. Forsaken has, I hope, not suffered from some of the mistakes that my earlier stories suffered with and is hopefully going from strength to strength and seems to be getting most of my attention at the moment, not to mention producing several offshoot stories! Please note that, as mentioned previously, I am British so my spelling and grammar may seem strange to some. I do try, where I can, to use the correct American Vernacular, but forgive me if I have used words that may seem strange. Having read a lot of American Fiction I hopefully am using the correct words and phrases in the correct places. Please let me know if I have made mistakes, so I can correct them, especially as Kick-Ass is based in America. I am happy to receive any reviews and feedback which can identify faults and help me improve my stories. I am always grateful to readers and other authors who send Private Messages with ideas, suggestions, and corrections, or even queries about why I write what I write. I always try to respond to messages and reviews, as these help to ensure that I am keeping on the right track and not making a complete mess of things! I also must give credit for my initial inspiration to write Fan Fiction to other writers, but primarily Makokam who has some of the best Kick-Ass Fan Fiction anywhere specifically the major story: Precocious Crush. I can only pray that I will one day improve to their standards. As of February 2015, I have started adding a story for Kingsman: The Secret Service, which is both an amazing film, as well as a brilliant comic! As of June 2015, I have begun my very first crossover story: The Gotham Vigilantes, which is a cross-over between Kick-Ass and Gotham. The story forms part of my Forsaken Universe. As of July 2015, I have begun a story based on the Terminator: Genisys movie. We will see where that goes! As of August 2015, I have begun a Stargate/Kick-Ass Crossover. Should be fun! As of September 2015, I have started a spin-off story in Gotham, with Batman and Catwoman, based on the Forsaken Universe and running in parallel with the main Forsaken storyline. As of November 2015, I have started a story that will consist of individual ‘one-shots’. The first chapter of that story has also influenced another story that stands alone from all other storylines. January 2016 has led to a burst of creativity and the release of three new stories including a Star Wars Crossover! A new story has been added, as of May 2016, which extends my Forsaken Universe: The Fusion Ultimatum. Another new story! Hoods appeared in mid-August 2016. Two stories at once! Why do I do this to myself – Predator and Vengeance are up as of September 2016. Vengeance is a result of a few requests from readers to extend existing characters. Creatures of the Night was added in March 2017 and is also a part my Forsaken Universe. Fusion: Los Angeles debuted in 2018 and spread the Forsaken Universe to the west coast of America with some new characters and foes. The Trials of Kick-Ass and Hit Girl continues to field chapters which do not really fit in anywhere else or are deemed too dark to feature within the main storylines. Early 2019 saw the appearance of A Predator Forgotten, laying down the backstory for several characters and adding more detail to various scenes from The Fusion Ultimatum as viewed through the eyes of other characters. As of 2020 (and a good chunk of 2019), I have been working on my next big Forsaken Universe story and it has finally come to fruition! Due to be published from August 1st, 2020 will be Vigilante Fallout. This story arc will cover many months and bring together every part of my Forsaken Universe into a single story. We bring together the Americans, the British, the French, and the Canadians as we follow them across the planet. I am trying to reduce the number of stories I write and some offshoots have never been published, instead, the storylines are being wrapped up into my two main stories: Forsaken and Vengeance, both of which are my biggest stories to date and taking up most of my time. Some of my stories tend to have characters from Movies and TV. Though they are not strictly crossovers, I try to keep the characters as they were in their respective worlds. Currently, you will find recurring characters from Chicago PD, Chicago Fire, Chicago Med, JAG, NCIS and Stargate: SG-1 and Stargate: Atlantis, as well as some others, including Gotham.
