After the whole tesseract mullarkey the group continued, only to be stopped by another commotion at the entrance – though this time one NOT involving the rag tag group of avengers.
"Hey you stop!" the commotion had started.
"Hey! No stop! This is requited accesses!"
"Someone stops her!"
The group couldn't see the person causing the chaos, only a flash of golden locks as they, whoever it was weaved in and out of the agents and security trying to block their path. As well as the flashed a breeze slowly wafted through the usually air-conned building, the scent of spring riding the air – of green grass, and newly bloomed flowers floating on the springtime breeze.
Cecilia paused her steps, a small smile growing on her face as the figure approached.
"My Mone" the blonde stopped before the black dressed lady.
"Little flower" Cecilia responded.
"Downton you know this chick?" questioned stark, staring with confusion at the two women, while halting the guards.
Cecilia didn't respond her attention on the maiden before her, "Eostre?" the voice of Thor muttered in disbelief. The women before them had golden blonde lock that fell in tassel's, a band of flowers wrapped around her head, woven into small plates fell down her black. Her skin a golden tan, yet features was a mirror image to the veiled covered face of the lady and her eyes were a vivid green – the different pecks of green floating in the hues, all the green hues you could associate with spring rolled into one. She wore pale tie-dyed dress that cut off just above her knees – with no shoes to be seen on her feet. If their lady had stepped out of the Victorina era then the stranger had stepped out of the 80s. If our lady was the night, the women before them was the sun.
"Brigid," she introduced herself with a small curtsy. "We felt the power, had to see the carnage– my moon" the women Brigid spoke airily, her voice soft yet had the same posh British accent with the tang of something else – something older.
"Bri, little flower, you will ruin my game" Cecilia couldn't help the pout on her voice as she stared at her younger sister.
"Sorry, you old crone! But you can't keep all the fun to yourself. You know I enjoy meeting old friends" Brigid laughed, her eyes glittering with unseen sunshine whilst winking at the two gods. Those eyes had widened with disbelief and recognition.
"who are you called an old crone" Cecilia chastised, "I am be older, but your just as old as my sister"
"Sister!" the collective gasp exclaimed.
"Now, what really brings you to this city?"
Brigid, let out an airily laugh rocking on her bare feet., "i should have known I couldn't fool you sister. Mone, Faina has flown the nest and learning to spread her wings before learning to fly. We are worried"
Ceclia nodded, deep in thought, "I shall visit to remind a birdy of her roots."
"They hoped you would for our scrying has been unsuccessful. She is bright in the arts, we do not wish for her to forget the ways" Brigid turned on her heels before pausing as if remembering something, "oh, and the raven flown to the sky's askes for herds and words. Pleasure to see you prince Thor, prince Loki"
Brigid turned on her heels, the spring time breeze intensifying.
"It cannot be!" Thor muttered finally breaking from his shook – taking a first step forward only to pause having completely lost sight of the blonde hippy who seems to vanished in thin air. "She called you Mone..." his voice drifted off, before taking a glance at the narrowed glaze of Loki.
"Questions for another time, I believe we have a launch to head to, no?" Cecilia spoke, ushering the group on with their quest. Internally she was sucking that Brigid had almost ruined her fun.
"But-"
"Dear princeling, now is not the time. We are on a time constraint. Shall we go"
"But the tessac-" started stark looking at the empty case with no blue glowing orb.
Cecilia let out a soft sigh, "I have its dearies, let's go the time for questions with be afterwards"
It was a quiet occasion, travelling to the park for the launch. Unasked question lingers above the heads of the avengers as shield made sure no one was present at the park. The point of the launch.
Thor held Loki's arm as he dragged him into the centre of the circle, the rest gathering round including a now de-hulkifed Bruce. Ceclia stayed outward of the circle head turned towards the flapping of wings – though she couldn't see the bird – she felt its beady eyes on her veiled form.
She brought out the tesseract from the shadows, the wisps of magic holding the glowing Cude away from her skin. The blue Cude just bringing back old memories from dead foes and family. silently she placed the Cude into the device Dr Selvig brought before standing next to the still subdued Loki, the man's graze flickering from her silent form to those around them a flickering of face flittering across his pale battered face – not that the lady noticed. But Nat did. The red-haired women Rasing an perfectly curved brow at the god actions.
Thor passed the handle to Loki while gripping the other one himself.
Just then she stepped forwards wrapping an arm around the closest elbow. The arm belonging to a surprised Loki. "My lady!" Thor exclaimed, in surprised. "We are here to bid you a dew"
"I'm afraid I have been called" she stated, feeling the talons of the bird landed on her shoulder.
"What! Wait some of us have question!?" protested an annoyed stark.
Thor stared at the large raven for a moment before nodded. "I see" he stated gravely.
It will be bright my dear... the voice of Loki echoed within the darkness of her mind
I see, you better not let go of me then... she sent back tightening the grip on his arm while drawing in her shadows to her form. Ignoring the protests of the other avengers not wanting to let the lady go pulled towards her as they had questions. Many, many questions Thor nodded twisting his handle. As he did so Loki shifted, his magic glowing green as he moved. The magician had sensed the shadowy magic around the lady – magic he hadn't originally noticed in their first meeting now stuck out like a sore thumb. He waited until her magic was completely draw to her before he used his own on her.
He moved pulling Cecilia (who was surprised by the uncharacteristic action of the god and the fact she was currently completely blind without the guide of her shadows) into his chest one chained hand holding her head against the leather armour so that the colours of the rainbow road wouldn't blind her while the other still held the tesseract device.
Cecilia couldn't help but stumble at the group of three landed on hard ground. Luckily Loki was still holding her to his chest or she would have fallen. The brightness of the bridge having affected her despite not viewing it with her physical eye.
"Prince Thor, Prince Loki pleasure to see you again and of course Lady Oakwood welcome to Asgard"
