Sorry for the wait, but there was a lot of explaining to do about Rita Loud, and it was hard not to just tell you everything. I hope you'll enjoye this chapter as much as I loved writting it. Chapter 4

Rita was lying in her bed, a photo of her younger self smiling, as she stood next to Zed, who was carrying a 4 years old Leni in his arms. Lori, 5 years old, was holding the hands of both Rita and Zed, smiling eyes closed. That night, Lynn Sr had taken the others to visit his folks. She let a single tear fall on it as she recalled the worst part of this night, when Zed had left her.

12 years ago, just before Zed was sent to his final test, guarding the Megafauna, she was the only person that he wanted to see. That night, they had made love, they talked until dawn. "I wish that this feeling of peace would last forever." she said, he asked her to explain, and she simply stated, "Look, everything is in...harmony. Yes that's it, as the sun is slowly rising, nobody is planning on how to outshine, to rule over someone else. I remember my mother talking about how she dreamt of a balanced world, where peace would be provided by sacrifices and on and on blah blah blah. I don't give a fuck about it. All I want is to be finally free to live, to love. Never forget Zed, the true peace is within a perfect harmony that can only be reached when righteous persons are granted liberty."

Rita then looked at another one, where she was pregnant, Zed had an arm around her, as she looked up to him, smiling. Leni was laughing, sitting on the shoulders of her dad, while Lori was hugging her dad, smiling. At the moment that this photo was taken, Zed had already 'evolved', she was the first one that he had searched for. And it was that night that she should have listened to her heart.

Rita was 7 months pregnant, Lori and Leni had gone to bed, being tired. Zed looked at Rita's belly. "I heard about the will of...Lynn, to have a huge family, but damn Rita, Lynn Jr is what, 2 years old ? Plus you already have 5 kids." She giggled and kissed his cheek, she said "First, I only have three daughters with Lynn, second, you were the one taking care of Lori, even Leni." Zed smiled, thinking about them. "I miss them so much." he said. "And Zed, this little guy ? He will have white hair, just like you." Does it mean that?" Rita laughed, being the happiest woman on Earth. " Zed, we're expecting a little boy." She took his hand."You can join me here you know." she said. Zed looked at the horizon, "No, not yet. I found my purpose." He said, "I didn't forget about your dream." he said, "What dream ?" Rita didn't like where the conversation was going. "Harmony." Zed gently put a hand on her cheek, "I will grant the entire Universe True Harmony, for our kids." Something broke inside Rita's mind. "No… I thought that after the test, we would be together. Reunited as a family !" Rita struggled to hold her tears. Zed looks at the star filled void. "I can't. Earth is Lori and Leni's home. If I just stay here, people thirsty for what I have, will come here, and they will not hesitate to use you, them, even the little guy here," he said, touching Rita's belly, "They will not hesitate to hurt all of you just to reach me. You, Lori, Leni and this Junior, you're all that I have. I can't live without you. I promise, I promise Rita, that I will do everything to protect you. I love you." he said. Rita cried, not able to hold on anymore. She sensed that Zed himself wasn't sure of his decision. In fact, it would have only taken one insistence of Rita for Zed to rest here. But that iced cold shower made her think of her other daughters. And so, she said, "Promise to come back alive to me. I love you too." she cried too much to see the pain, and little disappointment in Zed's eyes. "I promise." he said, they kissed, before he disappeared in a puddle made of Shadows and dark cosmic matter.

Since that night, he tried to respect her wish, to make her dream come true. No one listened, the events of his rebirth were known by everyone, and he was seen as a failure, nothing. Until he found the key. There are no more righteous persons, as they were all lost in the search for Balance, a lie brought by the Kinkou. It stated that the key to Peace and Order in the Universe was that everything was kept at the right place. Even if it means that it would be the same people that will suffer, since in the end, when Perfect Balance will be reached, Choices would be erased, meaning that your destiny will not exist anymore, you will lose the control of your fate. And so when the High Priestess Irelia of Ionian, the planet where he killed the Megafauna, laughed asking, "And what will you do if we don't listen to you?" The words escaped his mouth like a massive wind. "You'll never get to know." That day, Zed had made his first victim, in the name of Harmony. That day, the entire Universe talked about the monster known as the Galaxy Slayer, Zed. That day, at the moment that she heard the news Rita had known that Zed had changed, and for her, that she lost him to the Darkness.

Rita buried her face in her pillow, crying loudly while she crushed the photo in her hand. "Why...why did I put this stupid idea in his mind." She said, blaming herself. "Rita I… Hey why are you…" Lynn spotted the photo. He took it, his hand was shaking, shocked by what he saw. Rita looked at him, trying to recompose herself. "Lynn, we need to talk." she said with a shaky voice. As she explained herself, Lynn was boiling. Rita didn't know at the time, but this would lead to a chain reaction, bringing death and misery. And to make it worse, Lori had heard it all.

Lincoln was sitting in front, next to Girl Jordan. It's not that class was boring, the white haired boy didn't get any sleep last night, as Fiona was at home, and still is. The poor girl was too scared to properly mourn the loss of her friends. Lincoln let out a loud sigh, he was still shaken by what he saw. It's been a week. And as this wasn't enough, his parents began to fight for what ? All he heard was that Lori and Leni were actually his steps-sisters. He let his head rest on his desk, completely exhausted. "Loud ! Pay attention!", but the class ended. Lincoln got out of the class after he had lazily gathered his things, he walked away with the same lack of energy. Jordan joined his side, putting a hand on his shoulder. As Lincoln faced her, the brown haired girl just hugged him. Lincoln felt at ease, too much at ease. Tears dropped on Jordan's shoulder. "Just cry for now. We'll talk when you want."

"I want to talk NOW !" said an angry Lynn Sr. Rita was tired, she thought that saying the truth would, at least, put an end to this fight. But Lynn Sr only heard what he wanted, meaning what his mind was fearing… He could lose his wife. Even if he already knew about Lori and Leni, it was still hard to accept. And as it wasn't enough, this morning Rita dropped the final blow. But that one ? He couldn't accept it,believe it, he was fighting it. Lori, Leni even how her wife was feeling right now, it could and had been shared with the whole family, by Rita herself, but this ? No. It stayed between the Loud parents. "STOP! JUST FUCKIN' STOP!" Rita begged her husband. "Tell you what… I, I'll give you another one." she said softly, tears in her eyes. Lynn Sr locked the door. But he just layed next to her. "You don't need to. I'm sorry. It's just, I know. I knew the rules when I asked you to marry me. I'm sorry." Rita looked at him. "Please forgive me. Let me give you another one…" Lynn kissed her, "No, it's okay. I love you." And he got up, not waiting for Rita's answer. "I love you too." she whispered, letting her pants and panties fall on the ground, she lied on her stomach, as Lynn got his way with her, being rough, he didn't care of Rita's tears, as she whispered "Sorry Zed." crying since she was, again, manipulated in forced sex with her 'husband'. Years of waiting, struggling to not lose hope, had made her mind submissive to the one that was with her, since her mind was like, absent. Her soul had disappeared at the same time that Zed disappeared. Unknown to them, there, quietly lying in the vent, Lucy had heard and seen it all. "Edwin, I think that the time has come, Silence will finally be gifted to this world." she whispered, smiling at the thought of what this will bring. "I'll finally be able to make my dream come true." She quickly got out of the vent, summoning her Raven form, she teleported away, her wings wrapping her whole body.

She reapered in the backyard of her old house, stretching her wings, she took flight, searching for Zed. She easily found him, standing in front of a beautiful blue house . "Master, what you feared has been proven true. Rita, she's weak, broken by Lynn." "Changing the story a little can't hurt." she taught. Zed was thinking, and then a young woman, who we recognize as Ms DiMartino, opened the door, "You're one of Lincoln's sisters aren't you ?" she asked "Yes, I'm Lucy, I'm here to deliver a message." she said in her monotonous voice, "Can we come inside ?" Ms DiMartino "Okay…" Lucy and Carol made their way to the kitchen with Selena. Zed just walked in the living room, finding a little bar, he took a glass and poured some whiskey in it. He took a small sip, as he heard Selena scream in pain. "We just want you to be Carol's dinner." Ms DiMartino didn't have time to respond as Carol jumped on her, biting her neck. minutes later, the door opened, Zed walked in with his glass, tossing the bottle to Carol. His sister drank the liquor like a baby drink his milk. Lucy was licking blood on a plate and the two Ora entities finished their drink. The three disappeared as the door closed.

It's been two weeks now, Fiona was standing in front of 4 coffins. The coffins were decorated with white and red roses with the photos of Becky, Whitney, Dana and Belle. Sid was here too, holding the hand of Fiona. "Lincoln shouldn't be…" Sid couldn't finish her sentence as Lincoln walked in, Jordan and Clyde by his side. "I promise, we will avenge you. I'll make sure of it." he said to 4 young girls. The coffins were barely filled with anything. It was safe to say that it was empty, as they weren't even open. "Thank you." whispered Fiona. Hours after, the 4 now friends walked outside the cemetery, Jordan was holding the arm of Lincoln, as Clyde and Sid were each on one side of Fiona. "I'll talk to mom, you can't be on your own Fiona, it would be best if you were next to us." said Lincoln, "You sure it's a good idea ? I don't want to be a burden." Sid took her hand, "You won't. Lincoln and his sister can protect you, if that monster comes back. And I'll be the guardian angel of your parents." she said. "Okay. Again, thank you."

Carol, Lucy and their master had found refuge in a simple suburban house. How ? Let's just say that Carol had a wide grin when she let Lucy and Zed in the house. As the girls were training in the backyard, Zed was sitting on his knees. Being soothed by a shy breeze, he thought about what happened last week. Even if it was gentle, Rita had rejected him.

Zed stood in the backyard, as Leni was giving him a kiss on his cheek, "We promise girls, we will come back and this time, you and us will grant this world true Harmony, walking the path of eternity." said Zed, hugging his daughters. "Girls, let me talk to your father for a bit." Lori looked at her father, he nodded, so she hugged him one more time and walked inside. As for Leni, it was more complicated. So putting a finger on the middle of her forehead, he traced an imaginary line all the way down her nose. And she fell asleep. "So, what did you want to talk about ?" Rita looked down. "Is-is it true ? Did you do all does, awful things for the sake of Harmony ?" Rita asked, tears in her eyes. "The Templars, the Demaxian Empire, the Syndicate...This was just the beginning. I tried, I truly tried Rita. But they treated me like a monster." Rita slapped him. "I fucking waited for you all this time ! Lori is almost an adult, and Leni ! Oh Leni became so fragile the day you didn't show up !" She slapped him again, "You let Lori fall apart, you dig a hole in Leni's little heart…" Zed looked at Leni, as she was still sleeping in his arms. "Daddy is here now, I'll take care of…." But Rita didn't let him finish. "Quiet ! You were absent for so long, that...That...Lynn is the one that raised them, the one that they call dad." she said. "Rita…" Leni woke up, in her bed, as Zed reapered next to Rita. "You made your choice. Now it's my turn to make one. And I choose to be the consequences of your words."

Zed opened his eyes, letting the memory go back to the deepest part of his soul, as he repeated one of his mantras, "Only the worthy will survive." And he stood up. He had made it all for her, but she ended up choosing, falling for the weak Lynn Sr and his pathetic way to ensure his control over her, such at his disguised rape. So be it. "Order!" he shouted. Carol stopped Lucy's training. "The time has come, the plan has changed, Earth would be granted Harmony." Zed stood up, letting the Ora wrapping his being in his armor. As he lifted his hand, a huge curved blade appeared on top of it.

The Morning Star, a magnificent spaceship, built like a boat that would had fuck the Beattle submarine, was approaching Earth as fast as he could. "We will be able to walk on Earth in 2 days. Make it 3, if the lockdown around Earth space area is still on full lock-up." said Jinx, listening to some KISS, she doesn't really remember how she lent a hand on it, but she completely loved it since. Annoying further her friend/adopted brother Malphite as the song Lick It Up was blasting in the entire cockpit. But hey, it wasn't like he didn't like the song, no, Jinx listened to her music as loud as a certain Loud girl we all love. And no, they don't know each other...yet.

It was as if everyone was in sync that night. As Zed was training, fighting both Lucy and Carol, Rita was again being fucked by her husband, crying out of pain, as her heart felt stabbed each time Lynn entered her womanhood. She felt as if, no. For her, she was betraying Zed. And Zed wasn't really training, for Lucy yes, but Carol knew. Zed was feeling betrayed by Rita. He was venting out his anger, and a feeling that he thought he had forgotten, jealousy.

Sona was praying, hoping that this God that Earth talked so much about would listen to her. "Please, let me join my son in time."

Lori was lying on her bed, dressed as Captain Marvel. Actually, Bobby had called her Miss Marvelous, but she thought that being called Miss wasn't that cool, so Lincoln came up with the name Captain Marvel. And since then it was her alias. Tonight however, she was far from being marvelous, her hair undone, make-up ruined as she was silently crying. Zed was alive, he remembered where she lived, he even talked to her, calling her his little star like before. He said that he would comeback, tonight to finally reunite with her and Leni. "That's it… Lynn was right, you abandoned us." and she cried again.

Leni was walking in the street, shivering from the cold breeze of the night. "I don't care about what mom said, I know that daddy is here, somewhere, I can feel it." She was walking for two and a half already. As she crossed a road, she found herself in the street where Zed had chosen to rest. There was a light, getting a little closer, Leni saw that it was a little convenient store. She entered, buying a bottle of water and a bag of chips. Walking outside, Leni sighs, she barely made a few steps that a hand firmly grabbed her.

"Now, be a good girl, and scream of pleasure for me." said the voice of an old teenager. He wasn't that tall, but there was no doubt that he was working out. Leni was freezed by fear. And she was completely absent, glassy-eyed as the guy undressed her. As soon as she felt his hand on her goods, she screamed, loudly, so loudly and suddenly that the guy stopped for a moment.

"DADDY !" Zed heard Leni's voice. Closing his eyes, he used the shadow to find her, before disappearing in a smokescreen of shadows.

"It's the first time that I hear someone call me like that, but ok, Daddy will fuck that little ass of…" the dark haired boy couldn't finish his sentence as he felt something stabbed his chest from the back. "No, Daddy will kill you for what you dared to do." With a swift and fast movement, Zed cut the guy's chest in half, along with his head. Zed gently grabbed Leni's hand. As soon as the girl saw the face of her father, she jumped in his arms, crying.

It was already 1 am, Lori was still wide awake. When her phone displayed 1:06 am, she received a call from Bobby. She was quick to answer the phone. "Lori ?" The blonde smiled hearing his voice. "Hi boo-boo-bear !" "Oh babe, I'm so sorry I couldn't call you before, even now I don't have much time. You...you were right. Our dad, I mean, my dad and Mr Loud knows each other. I found some shady files about something called 'Darkin Sword' in my dad's belongings. Plus, remember those girls that disappeared ? Two of them have joined our little expedition. I already sent you a copy of the files and infos plus photos of the girls. Babe, something big is about to happen, like, world ending kind of things." Lori took seconds to swallow every word. "What about the project between them involving your sister and Lisa ?" She heard Bobby sighed, "That's why those girls were sent here !" Lori could hear a girl scream to death. " Bobby ! What was that !" "Sorry babe, got to go !" and he hung up. Lori didn't have time to drop her phone as Leni texted her 3 words. Three words that would change everything.

Daddy is here.

"Now I hope to be promoted but at the same time, you know, it scares me." said Leni, as she walked next to Zed, holding his hand like the little girl she was still inside. "Why ? You said it yourself, it was awesome to be the funager. And Miguel and Fiona, will support you." respond Zed. Leni looks away, thinking about it. "Daddy ?" Zed noted the changes in Leni's behavior. He knew what was to come. "Yes Leni ?" he stopped walking as Leni let go of his hand, she put her right hand in her left arm, looking down, eyes filled with sadness. "I don't want you to go. Don't get me wrong, Lynn Sr and all my other siblings are not mean to me, but, only Lori and Lincoln doesn't treat me as if I was a useless stupid girl. And this boy that...that tried too…" Leni cried softly. Zed came, and hugged her. "We will protect you, daughter. As our love for you is greater than the infinity of the Universe." Zed looked into her eyes, "We…" Zed was struggling inside, but then, for a moment, his eyes were brown, he took control of himself. "I love you Leni." he said. As the Ora surrounded him once more. "The time has come, we will grant Earth true Harmony. And we want you at our side." Leni was shocked. How many times did she wish, along with Lori, to be by her dad's side, and today, today her father gave her that chance. So without any doubt or hesitation, she took his hand. As soon as she felt reconnected with her father, something happened, her hair grew noticeably longer, the tips being now a burning orange, her eyes were shining a vibrant green, as little lightning arcs were produced in the corner of her eyes. Lori came at the same time. She immediately attacked Zed, and even Lori, with golden energy shots. Zed took all, protecting Leni, in a reflex, Leni threw green orbs of energy at Lori. "Do not touch dad !" she shouted, Lori put her feet on the ground, her eyes turning back to their beautiful ocean blue. She recognized Leni's voice, and it was only now that she saw that it was indeed: "Leni ? Wow." She was speechless. "Hey Lori look at me, I can fight, I've got powers too now ! Look, look pew pew !" she made little guns with her fingers, sending little orbs at a car nearby, destroying it. "Oopsie." she said, reverting to the Leni we all know. And just like that, they shared a hug, as Zed put a hand on their backs. "Lori, Zed struggled like when he talked to Leni, I'm here to stay, I missed you two too much. It is time. We will show the Earth its true potential, We will…" Zed looked at his daughters, as Lori finished his sentence. "We will bring true Harmony." Leni threw a fist in the air, "Together !" Zed smiled, "We got to go, someone is waiting for you." and the sisters followed their father.

Lincoln kicked Sid in the jaw, before Sid jumped in front of him, trying to punch him, but she felt her face connecting with his knee. "You rely too much on your speed Sid, stop going in blindly." Si nodded, this time, she threw a punch, but stopped halfway and she shot a web ball in Lincoln's face, blinding him, she then roundhouse kicked him, jumped and made a two feet kick in his chest. Lincoln jumped back on his feet, at the same time that Rita came in the backyard, clapping. "Wow, now you really remind me of myself and your da...granddad." she said. For a moment she wished Zed was here, training his son, but she had made a choice. "Nice work you two." Sid smiled, scratching the back of her head. "Don't really have a choice if we want to find Lucy."

And they will find her soon enough.

"How much time for the procedure to be completed ?" asked Lynn Sr, Lisa took a look at her tablet, "As the data stated during tests, Lynn Jr would be the first one to emerge, her years of sport addiction is finally paying off for science. Luna will not have any problems too, although I can really predict when she will be ready. But I can say that it will be a matter of days." Lynn nodded, but soon enough, he saw that Luan was missing from her bed. "Is Luan still in the basement ?" Lisa replaced her glasses. "Sorry, but the tests reveal that Luan has a condition that makes the process unstable, there's a risk that she will be another Carol if u get what I mean." Lynn and Lisa get out of Luna's room, passing by Lori's and Leni's room, he saw that the two were missing. "We don't have enough time. Get the process to finish as fast as possible." And Lynn walked downstairs.

Two months after.

"Yay ! I won again !" celebrated Leni, she was wearing her Starfire suit that she made as soon as Zed had bought a new clothing making set. Lori was slowly getting up, letting out a frustrated groan. "Don't worry Little Light, you've already perfect in my eyes. I'm proud of you two." Zed said. Raven came into the garden, "Why did Luc...Raven join again ?" asked Lori, a little jealous that Lucy got to be the first chosen by her father. "Your step-sister was actually the one who chose us to be her Master," said Zed. "In a way, she's the daughter that I never had." said Carol, as she came from the house. "Zed, our little 4-eyed friend's experiment is finally over. Lynn's brats were granted Ora, well it's a synthetic version based on your children's blood but still." Zed let the Ora armor surround him, "They were granted Ora, but they're still pathetic." Zed turns around, facing his Order, his odd family. "Two months ago, I told you that Earth was ready for Harmony. Spread through all Royal Woods, hunt the weak, only the worthy will survive."

Raven spread her wings, and took flight, along with Lori as Captain Marvel and Leni as Starfire. Carol let Ora change her into a Lioness hybrid, running off. "As for us, we got a visit to do." And Zed took off.

"Must answer the Call, must answer the Call, must answer the Call…" repeated over and over Luan. Lynn Sr arrived with a sandwich and a bottle of soda for his daughter, Luan didn't acknowledge him, still repeating the same words over and over again. "Luan, are you alright ?" asked Lynn, too worried to even be shocked by his daughter's strage state. "Father," she said, with a creepy smile on her face, like a doll, "It's a pleasure to see you, oh but look at that, you bring me lunch and real one at that." Lynn looked closely at her, there was a huge scar on her left eye, both of her arms were covered in cuts. Behind her, the mirror that used to be on top of the little bathroom sink, was shattered. "What ? oh, oh you saw that, pretty cool huh ? You know, it's been so long since I last saw everyone, especially Lincoln. A while since I felt any breeze, any sunlight. You should have seen me after every attempt that I made to just break that damn glass cage with my head." Luan then grabbed Mister Coconut, "But today I feel changed, better ! And you know why ? 'Cause today,'' And Luan hit the glass with Mr Coconut, shattering the puppet as the glass seemed weakened. "Today I can finally use that head !" and she headbutted the glass, shattering it. Lynn tried to grab her, but she used a handmade glass knife to slash his hand. She didn't waste any time, rushing out of the basement.

Lori, Leni and Lucy were floating high in the sky above their city. "Raven, spread death amongst the unworthy, have no mercy." ordered Lori, Lucy nodded, and she let herself fall from the sky. "Starfire," Leni cut Lori short, "I want to help dad with Harmony." she said, her eyes burning with green fire. "Okay, do it." And Leni flew away. Lori then flew to the outskirts of the city. She lowered herself, floating only a foot from the ground, and shot a powerful beam from her hands, destroying the road, creating a ditch, she then flew to the north of the city, destroying the bridge. 2 hours after, Lori had successfully sealed off Royal Woods. She smiled hearing choppers coming from Great Lake city.

"Lucy ? What happened to you ?" asked Emliy, a classmate of Lucy. "Trial has been done for Earth. Sadly, it was decided that you and your whole family are unworthy." Raven summoned two black orbs and threw them at her ex-friend, killing her. She then flew out of the house, and burned it to ashes with black lightning. As she looked around, only one house was still untouched. "A block of 27 houses, and only one has a worthy family within it. Sigh." She lowered herself to the ground, just to be joined by Haiku and Persephone. They were out of breath. "Lucy ? Is that you ?" asked Haiku, but she didn't catch her attention. Instead, Raven was staring at Persephone. She saw it all. In the eyes of the tall and slim brunette, she saw obedience, loyalty. Persephone kneeled in front of Raven. "Luce, what's going on ?" Said Haiku. "I was enlightened. Silence will soon surround this world, as I found the key for it." Persephone heard something, a word being whispered by the wind. "Harmony." she said almost in a whisper. "What ? Luce, stop that nonsense. Harmony isn't a word that our soul can…" Raven slapped her. "Silence is within Harmony. This world will be finally erased, only the worthy will be singing as those that are weak will be forever silenced." Lucy was about to strangle Haiku, but she slowly unwrapped her fingers from the girl's throat. Lucy looked at Persephone. "I-I…please." Lucy rearranged her hair, showing her cold purple eyes. Persephone let her umbrella fall on the ground. "I'm sorry." she said, as she grabbed Haiku's throat. Tears fell on her dress as Persephone took the life of her friend. After a moment that felt like eternity, Haiku's body fell on the ground, lifeless. Persephone fell on her knee. Persephone looked at the corpse, and as she was about to put a hand on it, Carol came from nowhere and snached it, devouring the flesh and everything from it. Persephone let out a scream of pure terror. She almost died from a heart attack as a hand gently grabbed her shoulder. "Dear child, fear not. My pupil freed you from this world blind foolishness. We have granted you True Harmony." Persephone slowly gets up, looking at Zed. "Wh-what now ?" Zed opens his arms. "We are now walking our path to eternity." And he let her hug him, "Let those tears of guilt fall, you're not alone, not anymore." Zed let her go, as he disappeared, making his way toward his rendezvous. "Persephone, join me. Think about it, all your deepest desires will be fulfilled." said Lucy. "What's the price ?" asked Persephone, with a new found strength in her voice. Lucy giggled, "Clever girl." Lucy got closer to the tall gothic girl, and whispered in her ear, "Surrender and kneel in front of Master Zed."

Fiona was at Sid's house, she was resting, lying in her bed. She woke up like, 2 hours ago, but she was finally able to sleep, and she had a lot to catch up on. As a smile appeared on her face, her eyes shot open as she heard a voice.
