Upon arriving at the mansion grounds, Kincaid revealed his program to brainwash members of Team One World into obedient slaves and his intention to do the same to Kellyn, Kate, and Rythmi. Enraged by his cruelty, Takumi and Ami snapped and engaged him and his forces while the rest of the team sneak into the mansion. The team split up and Rand, Ben and Keith found Kellyn. Now they must rescue Kate and Rythmi before they become puppets for Team One World.
Summer took her team to the left side of the mansion. Soon the path branched to the north and the west. "Which way should we go?" Yuuko asked.
"I say we split up." Solana said. "We got a bigger group anyway."
"If you say so." Lunick nodded. "We'll keep going forward."
"Then we'll go to the left." Yuuko said.
"That leads to Amun's library." Summer said as Lunick and Solana went ahead.
"The library…" Blue Eyes pondered. "I wonder if Amun knew anything about Giratina or the other legendary Pokemon Team One World are looking for."
"Good question." Summer replied. "That would explain what they're doing here."
"If that is the case, I imagine it's too late to stop them from finding what they want." Yuuko said. "They've clearly been here for quite some time."
"Maybe, but it's not too late to save our friends! Come on!" Summer lead them into the room on the left and into the old library. They went down the hidden stairs and into the large room.
"Nobody's here." Yuuko said.
"Huh. You'd think this place would be perfect for hiding." Summer said. "Maybe they thought it was too obvious."
"Hold on…" Blue Eyes looked around. She kept her head up and walked towards a bookshelf.
"What is it?" Yuuko asked.
Blue Eyes looked at the shelf. It was slightly crooked. She went to the far end and noticed something behind it. A button. "Well, well…" She pressed it. They heard a click.
"Well?" Summer asked as she walked to the middle of the room. "Is something supposed to HAAAAAAAPPEEEEEEEEEN!" Without warning a hole opened up in the floor right under her feet and she fell.
"Summer?!" Blue Eyes and Yuuko ran up to the hole. "Tch...No choice…"
"Blue Eyes, wait-
"Look out bellow!" Ignoring Yuuko the woman jumped in. Summer was just regaining her bearings and getting up off the metal floor before Blue Eyes landed on her.
"OW!"
"Sorry…" Blue Eyes got off of Summer and helped her up. Staraptor flew down.
"Honestly." Yuuko sighed as she descended more carefully. "Did you not see this ladder?"
"…Maybe."
Summer groaned as she dusted herself off and looked around. They were in an underground tunnel of some sort. Metal walls, ceiling and floor around them. "Where are we?"
"A wide open area…" Yuuko let ShineGreymon out of her Digivice. "How deep is this place?"
"Something is not right here." Blue Eyes said, looking ahead.
"Huh? What do you mean?" Summer asked.
"No way Amun could have built all of this on his own. Especially not back in his day."
"She's right." Yuuko nodded. "Team One World must have built this. But when did they start on this to have it complete now?"
"Amazing…" Summer said. "Well, we can gawk over it later. We need to find Kate and the others!"
They hurried down the halls as fast as they could. The metal clomping of their feet slamming onto the floor echoing. "Stop." Yuuko said.
"What's wrong Yuuko?" Summer asked.
"Just walking is making too much noise. Blue Eyes, we'll ride on ShineGreymon and Summer can ride her Starptor."
"I see." Blue Eyes nodded. "So, they don't yeah our footsteps echo in the halls. Good idea." They mounted their flying partners and took off.
Lavana smirked at the helpless position Kate and Rythmi were in. Both girls were still tied, only now they were dangling upside down by their tied feet. Both were exhausted. Once they were underground Lavana ordered the grunts she had carrying them to put them down and forced them to hop their way to their destination. At first Kate and Rythmi had no intention of complying, but then Lavana started pinching their cheeks until the starting hopping down the long hallways into the room they were in now. She took out Rythmi's gag but left Kate's in.
"Well? Ready to swear allegiance to us?"
Rythmi took a moment to catch her breath before glaring at Lavana. "Never. You'll have better luck brainwashing me rather then trying to get me to willingly join you…"
"Oh, come on! If I do that, you'll just be a mindless doll with no sense of respect! That's boring! Besides, if I can get someone affiliated with the Rangers to join us without having to do that, the boss will praise me lots and lots!"
Kate groaned into her gag.
"Oh, hush up brat. I'm just going to humiliate you while you can still feel embarrassed. Then you'll be my personal servant." Lavana walked over to Kate and grabbed her face with her hand, squishing her cheeks. "Humiliating me at that volcano while I was trying to get the Red Gem, and again on Altru Tower." She stood up and wrapped an arm around Kate's waist and walked around in circles, spinning her in place and twisting the rope tied to her feet. "My rep might never be the same because of you." After walking a few laps around Kate she let her go and the rope started to untwist on it's own. Lavana laughed as Kate muttered and stuttered into her gag while she was spun repeatedly at a rapid rate. She then looked at Rythmi. "I was gonna leave you alone once you agreed to work for us, but you just want to do things the hard way, huh?"
"W-what are you going to do to us?" Rythmi shuddered. "Shocks? Dunk us in water?"
"Worse." Lavana grinned as she snapped her fingers. Two female One World members came in each holding something.
"No…" Rythmi's eyes widened before she started struggling again, desperate to get free. "Not that! Please anything but that!"
Kate started twisting and turning while grunting into her gag. The grunts got closer to the girls with the objects held out…
Summer's head perked up. "Do you hear that?"
"Hear what?" Yuuko asked.
"It almost sounds like a scream…Kate! Rythmi!"
"Follow it!" Blue Eyes said. "We should be close. And one of them is a Ranger. I'm sure they can tough it out a bit longer."
"You don't know that! Who knows what horrendous torture they could be going through! Socks? Drowning? Or maybe even…!"
"Ha, ha, ha, ha! S-stop! Stop it!" Rythmi begged through laughter. Kate made a bunch of whimpering and laughing sounds in her gag as she was subjected to the same torture as her. The grunts rolled their shirts up just enough to expose their midriffs and were now being brushed by the feathers in the goon's hands.
Lavana simply smiled as she watched this continue for five minutes. "Stop." Her grunts let Kate and Rythmi go and dangle upside down gasping for air. Lavana lowered herself so she was eye level with Kate taking satisfaction with the Ranger's red and flustered face. She grabbed Kate by the hips and started spinning her again. Kate squirmed as she did so. She was still dizzy from last time. "How's it feel to be humiliated like that? What's the most embarrassing part for you little girl? Getting captured tied up and gagged like a damsel in distress? Being dressed up like a doll? Being forced to hop around like a Buneary? Getting spun in place on that rope like a crazed Spinda? Or having to laugh loud enough to drown out an Exploud?"
Kate only continued to breath deeply through her nose.
"Oh, right. You're gagged. Not that talking to you is any less of a waste of time without it."
"Then do us both a favor and shut up already!" Kate yelled in her head.
Then Lavana stopped turning her and watched her spin. When Kate stopped she groaned in a daze. Lavana then turned to Rythmi. "Well? Ready to give in now?"
Rythmi couldn't speak with how heavy her breathing is. She just shook her head.
"Yeash you're annoyingly stubborn! Well fine! I was only going to do this to the Ranger, but I guess you'll both need the extra punishment! Bring in the heavy artillery girls!"
"Yes, Commander!" The female grunts took out two of the Tangrowths that were used the capture of Kate Rythmi and Kellyn earlier. The grunts then untied the ropes tied around the bindings on Rythmi and Kate's ankles so they could get them down to the floor while keeping all the ropes restraining them where they were.
"This'll lower your defences a bit." Lavana grinned. "Tangrowth, use Tickle!" The long arms of the Pokemon extended and wrapped around the girls, lifting them up and dragging them over to them. Vines extended from the Pokemons' bodies and started their assault.
"NOHOHOHOHOHOH! AH HA, HA, HA, HA!" Rythmi was already shedding tears from laughing so hard. As was Kate but all her laughter was muffled squeals. Both girls flailed around helplessly, but the ropes binding them were too tight and the Tangrowths' grip was too strong.
"Stop right there!" Everyone turned around to see Summer barge in with Yuuko and Blue Eyes close behind. "Kate! Rythmi!"
Lavana pulled up her Controlvice and summoned her Goldramon and a new Pokemon. One with an orange body on four legs with blue circles on the side. "Ugh. Now?! I was just getting to the best part! And how is it Kincaid couldn't keep a bunch of brats out?! To think I used to take orders from him…How'd you even find that switch?!"
"Easy." Blue Eyes grinned as she and Yuuko climbed down. "That bookshelf reeked of perfume. You know, a proper girl knows how much is enough. You overdo it. Compensating for something?"
Lavana glanced at her. "Aren't you Blue Eyes of the Pokemon Pinchers? Why are you working with the Rangers?"
"That's for me to know."
"Fine then." Lavana pointed at Rythmi and Kate who were held just above her. "Just put your pets away. Or these two pay for it." Her Goldramon held its claws out toward Kate.
"You cowards!" ShineGreymon glared.
"Oooh, one of the mutts has an attitude. Put a leash on that puppy! I won't say it again!"
Yuuko glared as she sent her Digimon into her Digivice. Summer sent her Staraptor into her Styler.
"Good. Now put those toys on the ground nice and slow. And then hands behind your backs. You too Blue Eyes!"
Blue Eyes growled as she put her hands together behind her back. Yuuko and Summer put their Digivice and Styler on the floor before they did the same.
"That's what I thought. Now we're going to be on our merry way out and none of you are going to stop us, got it?"
"Uh Commander?" One of the grunts asked. "Why don't we take them prisoner as well?"
"Shut up! Who gives the orders here?!"
"S-sorry!"
Lavana then thought for a moment. "Hey, I just got a great idea! Why don't we take these three snoops with us! The boss will be so proud!"
"…Sure Commander…great idea…"
Blue Eyes squinted at Summer and Yuuko. "Is this dolt for real?" She didn't get a reply before Tangrowth vines wound behind them and wrapped around their wrists, ankles and midsections and they were pulled over.
"Now then, why don't we pay the boss a visit together? Oh, but first, I wonder if any of you are ticklish too! Tangrowth, Tickle!"
The vines that were previously tormenting Kate and Rythmi started brushing against, Blue Eyes, Summer and Yuuko's midsections, sides, armpits and behind the knees.
Summer tried to pull her limbs free. "What are you…Heh, heh, heh! C-cut that out!"
Blue Eyes was grunting with a goofy smile on her face, fighting the urge to laugh. Yuuko held her breath, fighting the ticklish sensation herself. It didn't help when Summer burst into full blown laughter.
"Dark Roar!" Two black spheres came flying in and slammed into the Tangrowth, making all of their prisoners. Yuuko, Summer and Blue Eyes came down first landing on their feet. The tied up Rythmi and Kate however screamed as they were accidently thrown when the Tangrowth were hit. Fortunately, they were both caught before they hit the ground.
Rythmi opened her eyes and found herself in Kellyn's arms. "Are you okay, Rythmi?"
The Opporator's face went an even deeper red. "Kellyn!"
Keith put Kate down gently and removed her gag. "Kate, don't worry, you're safe now."
The girl Ranger gasped. "Thanks…That seriously sucked…So light-headed..."
"Yuuko, Summer, heads up!" Arata tossed Yuuko's Digivice and Summer's Styler to their owners, who caught them and let ShineGreymon and Staraptor out.
Rand looked at the woman in pink. "So, you're one of Team One World's Commanders! Lavana!"
"Oh, come on!" Lavana growled. "All of our prisoners taken just like that?! That surprise attack was playing dirty too!"
"Said the woman who used hostages to capture us." Summer retorted.
Ben ran over to her. "Sorry to keep you waiting Summer. You alright?"
"I'm fine now." Summer took a moment to regain composure before she scanned Lavana's new Pokemon. "Camerupt. Fire/Ground Type Pokemon. It lives in volcanoes and the humps on it's back erupt when angered."
Blue Eyes got out her Megavice. Betamon and Blastoise came out. "Fitting for someone who's such a hot head. I think it's time someone cooled her off."
Betamon bounced forward. "Blue Eyes! Should I go all out?"
"By all means, do just that." Blue Eyes grinned as a bright turquoise aura glowed around her while she performed her signature pose. A word displayed on the screen of her Megavice.
DIGIVOLUTION
The aura was sucked into her gadget and fired at Betamon. A turquoise shell formed around him. "Betamon Double Warp Digivolve to…" Silhouettes of Seadramon and then MegaSeadramon were seen before he burst out of the shell as an even bigger Seadramon. One of gold and silver metal with silver hair. "MetalSeadramon!"
"So that's Blue Eye's new Digimon." Arata said.
Yuuko scanned it. "MetalSeadramon, Mega Level Data Type. Its whole body is covered in Chromedigizoit and has the fastest speed among aquatic Digimon."
Keith and Kellyn untied Kate and Rythmi. First thing the girls did with their free arms was tuck their shirts back in. "Man, I feel stiff everywhere." Kate groaned. "Being tied up like that for so long bites."
"I noticed." Kellyn replied.
Keith handed Kate her Styler. "Ready to get some payback?"
"You know it." the Ranger grinned. Her Starly flew over to her. "Partner! Glad you're okay!" she smiled, petting the bird.
Three more One World Grunts came in "There they are! Get em!"
Kellyn and Keith turned to the Tangrowth. "Ready pal?" Keith asked.
Kellyn nodded as they aimed their Stylers with their Partner Pokemon at their side. "Just like our last day at Ranger School."
"Let's mix things up a little." Arata grinned as he held up his Digivice. "Can't have the Rangers and Blue Eyes hog the spotlight."
Yuuko took out her Digivice. "I agree."
"Darkdramon! Slide Evolution! Puppetmon!" Arata's Digimon transformed into a puppet with a red had and blue overalls holding a hammer.
"ShineGreymon! Slide Evolution! Megidramon!" Yuuko's turned into a red and white dragon with a long tail instead of legs.
"Puppetmon. Mega Level Virus Type." Ben said as he scanned Arata's Digimon. Built from the body of a cursed Cherrymon and while it appears like a marionette it can move on its own."
Summer scanned the other. "Megidramon. Mega Level Virus. One of the Four Great Dragons."
Kate put her Styler back on her wrist and walked towards Lavana. "Payback time."
Blue Eyes stepped in. "I'm joining you."
"Not without me you're not." Summer added.
"The rest of us will take the small fry." Rand said. Summer nodded.
"Alright Lavana." Kate said. "Time to give you another humiliating helping of defeat!" She and Summer aimed their Stylers at the Camerupt.
"Capture on!" They fired at the Pokemon. But they could only draw a few loops before the Pokemon let lose an Earthquake, that knocked Blue Eyes and Both Rangers off their feet.
Goldramon tried to rush towards them while they were down, but MetalSeadramon rammed into it and tackled it to the ground. Goldramon grabbed the Digimon and threw him into a wall.
"Staraptor, Arial Ace!"
"You too Starly!"
"Saint Knuckle!" Lavana's Digimon punched both of the birds hard enough to knock them into the ground.
Summer looked around. This room was very large. Perhaps it was safe… "Okay, you wanna play rough? Time for my new secret weapon!" She drew a sign with her Styler. "Go, Guardian Sign! Zapdos, come forth!"
A blast of electricity rose up from the sign she drew. In a flash of white the legendary bird rose up and screeched, while cloaked with lightning. "T-that's the legendary Zapdos!" Lavana shivered.
"Amazing…" Blue Eyes looked at the majestic Pokemon. You can summon even Zapdos now…"
"But Zapdos is an Electric Type." Lavana smirked. "Legendary or not its attacks are usless against me Ground Type Camerupt!"
Summer grinned. "Oh yeah? Zapdos? Agility." Zapdos howled as it glowed. "Kate let's go! Staraptor!"
"Got it!" Kate nodded. "Starly, time to take flight!"
Both of the Partner Pokemon and Zapdos flew off at incredible speed. "Wh-what the…?!" Lavana looked around as they dashed in multiple directions around her. "Too fast! Ugh…getting dizzy just watching…"
"Then let's call it payback for making me dizzy earlier!" Kate pouted. "Arial Ace!" The birds rammed into Camerupt and Goldramon repeatedly, landing multiple blows.
"Why you…! Camerupt! Eruption!" Lavana's Pokemon roared as it shot fiery rocks from its back. Staraptor and Starly had to avoid them while moving, making them easier to keep track of. "There! Goldramon!"
"God Flame!" Lavana's Digimon shot a golden fire towards them.
"Blastoise, Hydro Pump!" Blue Eyes ordered. Her Pokemon countered the attack with a blast from his two cannons. The blasts collided, neither side loosing ground.
"Camerupt, Lava Plume!" Lavana's Pokemon bent forward as much as it could and fired a fiery blaze that boosted Goldramon's attack.
"MetalSeadramon, now!"
"Attack Break Field!" Blue Eyes' Digimon roared and both Camerupt and Goldramon's attacks were weakened. "River of Power!" The cannon on his face shot a bright blue beam that combined with Blastoise's Hydro Pump. The attacks pushed forward and slammed into Goldramon.
"Summer!"
"Got it! Zapdos, Thunder!" The legendary Pokemon screeched as it electrocuted Goldramon. The enemy Digimon exploded into pieces and went into Summer's Styler.
Lavana was in shock. "My Digimon! How?!"
"One down, one to go." Blue Eyes said.
Kate and Summer pointed at the Camerupt. "Brave Bird!" Both their Partner Pokemon charged into it.
"Sky Attack!" Summer ordered.
Zapdor glowed white and charged at the Pokemon at full speed, knocking it over. One it was on the ground, Lavana trembled with clutched teeth. "You've gotta be kidding me…"
"Puppet Pummel!" Arata's Digimon swung his hammer into a Machoke so hard it knocked the Pokemon into a wall, knocking it out.
"Megiddo Flame!" Yuuko's let lose a burst of fire that destroyed two Woodmon at the same time.
At the same time Ben and Rand captured two Kadabra. Kellyn and Keith tamed both the Tangrowth, who were now leaving. Keith whipped his forehead. "Phew! Well, that's that."
Megidramon glared at Team One World. "Get out of my sight. Or you're getting burned next."
The goons screamed as they ran away. Everyone then turned to Lavana. "You're all alone." Rand said. "We're taking you in. Any objections Blue Eyes?"
The woman shrugged. "Can't say I care either way. Do what you want with this third-rate villain."
"Fine by me!" Kate glared at Lavana. "Maybe we can see how she likes being tied up and left dangling upside down and spun around! After we make her hop all the way back to base!"
Lavana shuddered as she backed up. "H-hey now, let's not get nasty here…It's outright cowardly to do anything savage to a defenseless lady."
"You're hardly one to talk." Rythmi retorted.
Lavana withdrew her unconscious Pokemon and pulled something out of her pocket. "Meh. Good point."
"Look out!" Yuuko said as Lavana threw the object. It exploded in a flash of white.
"Argh!" Keith groaned. They could hear a Z.Z. Flyer starting up. "Not again!"
Just outside the room Lunick and Solana hard the flashbang go off and ran down the halls towards them. Just as the doorway was in sight Lavana dashed out of the room on her Z.Z. Flyer and blaze past them down the hall they came from. The Rangers stopped when they saw her. "Was that one of Team One Worlds goons?" Lunick asked.
"Summer!" Solana hurried inside. Lunick followed. The others were regaining their sight. "What happened?!"
"Dang it!" Ben growled. "She got away! Again!"
"It's alright Ben." Rand said. "What's important is that we found our friends safe and sound."
Lunick ran up to them. "Kellyn! Kate! Rythmi! Are you okay?!"
"More or less." Kate sighed. "My pride's bruised but other then that I'm okay."
"Then that's all that matters. Mission Clear gang!" The Rangers in the group posed.
"Sorry for causing you guys so much trouble." Kellyn said.
"Hey, no worries." Keith smiled. "You and Kate helped me out of a pinch, so I say we're even. But uh…why are you guys wearing your school cloths?"
"Not by choice, thank you very much." Rythmi sighed.
"Heh…Gotta say…it brings back memories."
Kellyn smiled. "Yeah…the day we met. The day we became classmates."
Kate nodded. "Remember our vow at the Pledge Stone?"
Rythmi giggled. "We sure have come a long way since then. Hey, Kellyn, are you okay? I got worried when they separated you from us."
"I'm fine. I was more worried what Lavana wanted with you two."
"M-me as well?" Rythmi pointed to herself nervously.
"What do you mean? Of course, I was worried about you too. I rely on you. You're important to me."
Kate watched Rythmi blush. "Oooooh! Ya hear that Rythmi? Sounds like you got a special place in my bro's heart!"
Rythmi backed away with her face flaring red. "KATE!"
"Huh? What are you talking about now?" Kellyn asked his sister with a blank stare.
Kate sighed. "Man, I finally get a chance to poke fun of you and you have to take all the fun out of it by being denser than a Rampardos's skull!"
Keith, Ben, Summer, Lunick, Solana, and Rand laughed at the increasingly confused Kellyn. "I'm just glad we made it in time." Yuuko said. "Kincaid told us he was planning to make you his pawns. He already did that to his own men."
"You saw him?" Kate asked. "Where's that jerk now?"
Everyone looked at each other. "Let's just say he's got problems of his own right now." Arata muttered.
"What was with those two anyway?" Blue Eyes asked. "I've never seen Takumi or Ami like that…"
Lunick turned to Ben. "It seemed like you knew what was happening."
"Well…not exactly. All I know is that this is the third time it happened."
"I hope Kyoko can do something about them." Arata said.
"If they'll listen to anyone, it'll be her." Yuuko said. "Let's have faith."
Blue Eyes turned for the door. "Well, I better get going. If One World losses contact with me for too long, it'll look suspicious."
"Just be careful." Solana said. "If they find out…"
"Don't worry. I know what I'm doing. I'll contact you again if I learn anything. See ya." With that she left.
"Hey, where's Ryuji and his team?" Rand asked. "Are they still upstairs?"
"That's a long time to be up there." Arata said. "Did something happen?"
"We better go check on them." Ben said. Everyone nodded.
