Things went from bad to worse during the search for Hudie. Takumi, Ami, and Kyoko were taken away by Kincaid and Blue Eyes had been brainwashed by Ice. Ben and his team fight desperately now as even more of their friends are on the line...

Ben and the group faced Ice and the brainwashed Blue Eyes' fully evolved Pokemon and Mega Level Digimon. "They certainly were ready for us…" Rand growled.

Lunick looked at Solana who was still laughing her head off stuck in the machine. "We need to help Solana! We don't have time for this!"

"Let's break through their ranks then!" Kellyn said. "Ben and I will take Ice!"

"Okay." Summer nodded. "I'll stop Blue Eyes."

"I'll help." Keisuke added. "I fought her before."

"Then we'll deal with the rest of the mob." Keith whispered. "Lunick, we'll form an opening for you. You save Solana."

"Got it."

"Let's go!" Arata said. "SkullMeremon!"

"Heavy Metal Fire!" Arata's Digimon blew blue fire at the enemy Digimon and Pokemon making them scatter. As the fighting broke out, Lunick sprinted towards the device holding Solana.

Ice spotted him. "Where do you think you're going? Glalie! Ice Beam!" His Pokemon inhaled and prepared to fire.

"Pachirisu! Spark!"

"Pahi!" Kellyn's Pokemon flew into it from the side and bounced over to Kellyn as he and Ben approached.

"Ice! Your sick games end here!" Kellyn declared.

"Think you can stop me?" the man smirked.

"We beat you at Mt. Layuda, why not?" Ben replied.

"Because this time I have a little surprise for you."

Summer and Keisuke stood in front of Blue Eyes. "Blue Eye!" Summer yelled. "You're being controlled by Ice! You've got to fight it!"

Blue Eyes stared at them through the purple visor over her eyes. "It's no good." Keisuke growled. "She's completely out of it."

Summer sighed. "I really don't want to hurt her…But I guess we have no choice!" MetalSeadramon and Blastoise roared at them. Summer got ready. "Staraptor! Latias!"

"MegaKabuterimon!"

As the fighting broke out Lunick hurried to the machine. "Solana!" He looked at the contraption to see if he could find a way to unlock it before turning to the terminal. He saw all kinds of buttons of shapes and sizes. He nervously looked at all of them before looking behind his shoulder to yell at Ice. "You couldn't have just labelled "emergency shutdown" on one stinking button?! Or painted it red or something at the very least?!"

Ice scoffed, not turning from his battle with Kellyn and Ben as his JumboGamemon shot at the dodging Latios while his Glalie spewed another Ice Beam at Swalot. "I suppose if I intended for my equipment to be operated by mediocre minds like yours."

"L-L-Lunick!" Solana stuttered between laughs. Tears were rolling down her face that was plastered with a forced smile. "Hur-r-r-r-ry! Plehehehehese! A-Ah! It's…starting to hurt…! Styler's...getting weaker!"

Lunick franticly looked around and pressed a button. "Uh, there! Did that do anything?"

"KYAAAAAAAAA!" Solana screamed. The metal bindings pulled on her limbs. "Not…helping…!"

"Hey, I'm trying my best here!" Lunick pressed the same button and the pulling stopped.

A pop was heard from Solana's Styler and now the socks no longer tickled but hurt. "Aiiiiiiiiie! M-make i-i-i-it sto-o-o-o-op!"

Lunick growled. "Ah, screw this. Time for the professional method! Minum! Plusle!"

"Pla, pla!"

"Mi, mi!" Lunick and Solana's Partner Pokemon jumped onto the terminal and started bouncing up and down.

"Ice Archery!" JumboGamemon shot an icicle at the Swallot. It fell over.

Latios charged towards Ice's Pokemon. "Glalie! Blizzard!" Ice ordered. It blew a storm of freezing wind and ice. Latios's wings froze and it slowly dropped to the ground. "Ha. That's the best the "legendary Latios can do? I- He was interrupted by a loud noise and turned around. "What in the world-HEY! Get those runt's off of my hard work!" He was about to step forward to stop them, when Pichu and Pachirisu zapped him. "GYAAAAAAAAAH!"

"How's it feel to be on the receiving end of the shocks?" Ben grinned.

Sparks flew from the terminal and Plusle and Minun jumped off as parts exploded. Lunick stepped back as it went haywire before the sounds stopped and the machine fizzled and emitted smoke.

"Ggggggh…AAAAAAH!" Solana yelped as the shocks died down and she hung her head low.

"Solana!" Lunick ran over to her. "Are you okay?!"

The girl panted for a bit before slowly looking up. "I've been better…But I'll be alright now." She smiled faintly. "Thanks, Lunick. And you too, Plusle. Minun. Though may I ask what part of that was "professional?"

Lunick grinned. "Hey, it worked on Gordor's Power Styler, didn't it?"

Solana laughed. "Fair enough. Perhaps Keisuke was right about our view of professionalism."

Lunick then looked at the metal bindings that Solana's hands and feet were trapped in and the ring around her midsection as he sighed. "Except with the device fried I have no idea how to open these stupid things."

Solana looked back and forth at her arms as she tried to pull them free to no avail. "Oh, great. You mean I'm stuck like this? Well at least I'm not getting shocked. Or tickled."

Nokia looked at her Digivice. "Think it's safe to let the knights out?"

"Not with this many enemies." Yuugo replied. "One misfired attack could do serious damage to this place. And if it floods, we're too far from the surface to get out before drowning."

Nokia clutched her fists. "What happened to Takumi, Ami and Kyoko?"

"Have faith!" Arata said. "They're survivors, and they've been through worse! And Kyoko is with them. They'll figure it out."

"I hope you're right…"

Takumi, Ami and Kyoko stared up and the ginormous Dewgong in front of them. "You've got to be kidding me…" Ami gulped. "That thing is as big as Arcadiamon or Exemon!"

Kincaid laughed. "Not so frightening, now are you? Once I wipe you from the face of this earth, I can put that shame back at the mansion behind me!"

"Takumi, Ami, get ready!" MagnaAngemon said.

"Right." Takumi nodded. "Kyoko, please get behind us!"

"Just try to stay calm." Kyoko instructed. "As you just mentioned, you handled giant enemies in the past."

"She's right." Ami nodded. "We beat a giant dragon with an oversized lance, a monster that could destroy a whole world and the mother of all Eaters, what's a circus seal? Angewomon!"

"Celestial Arrow!" Angewomon rose up and fired an arrow of light in Dewgong's face. It winced a bit before shooting a thin Ice Beam. Angewomon held her hands up in a cross formation, attempting to defend, but the attack pushed her right into the wall. Ice froze her from her shoulders to her waist, trapping her against it and encasing her arms in ice. "No…!" She pressed her feet against the wall and tried to push herself off of it.

"Angewomon!"

Next the Dewgong shot a burst of water at her. MagnaAngemon went in front of it. "Heaven's Gate!" He opened a hole that sucked up the attack.

"Oh? Creative." Kincaid admitted. He then took out an umbrella. "Then let's see you suck up this! Max Geyser!"

Dewgong took a deep breath and spat out a huge blast of water. It exploded in a torrent spraying everywhere. Kincaid turned his head away, holding his umbrella tightly. When he noticed the water level rise he spoke into his Cotrolvice. "Drain please." A small hole opened, up in the center of the dome and the water started to drain out. Takumi, Ami, Kyoko, MagnaAngemon and Angewomon were all on the ground soaking wet. The attack slightly thawed the ice around Angewomon, unsticking her from the wall.

Ami slowly pulled pushed herself up and spat out water. "*gap* *cough* *cough* That…sucked…"

"A-are you crazy?!" Takumi yelled. "Keep this up and you'll blow this place apart! We're already deep underwater!"

Kincaid closed his umbrella. "Oh, relax." Kincaid pointed down. "This place is carved under the hideout, into the seafloor. And the walls are heavily reinforced. We use it for training our grunts. It can take smacks from angry Steelix without suffering as much as a dent."

MagnaAngemon slowly got up. "Is that so? Takumi, we may not need to hold back down here."

Angewomon was on her knees. "We're not going to last long at this rate anyway…"

Takumi was still breathing heavily as yellow aura appeared around him. "You're right…we have no choice."

Ami rose to her feel with green aura forming around her. "Then let's go. Full power!"

MagnaAngemon nodded as Angweomon broke free from the ice around her arms.

DIGIVOLUTION

Takumi and Ami put their goggles on and held a hand forward. Their aura went into their gloved palms and fired at their Digimon. A shell of light formed around each of them.

"MagnaAngemon Digivolve to…" One shell exploded and out came an angle with blue and silver armor with a blue helmet and ten gold wings. "Seraphimon!"

"Angewomon Digivolve to…" The other shell burst and an angel with elegant green armor and ten gold wings with a helmet that resembled the head of a bird, bull, and lion. "Ophanimon!"

"New Mega Level Digimon?" Kincaid asked before looking at his Dynavice. "Seraphimon. Mega Level Vaccine. One of the Celestial Digimon tasked as the executer of their enlightened laws and the highest rank among all Angel Digimon. Ophanimon. Another Mega Level Vaccine and member of the Celestial Digimon as their loving and merciful side."

Takumi and Ami stood tall. "The others are waiting for us." Ami said. "Let's take this jerk down fast and find our friends!"

"Yeah." Takumi nodded. "We'll make this quick! Seraphimon!"

"Ophanimon!"

"Right!"

"Understood!" the two angels took for the air.

"Don't think you can look down on me this time!" Kincaid yelled. "Dewgong!" The Dynamax Pokemon shot another Ice Beam at Ophanimon. But this time Ami's Digimon was ready. She summoned a green shield onto her left arm and blocked the attack.

Seraphimon then flew to the left of the Pokemon's head. "Holy Light!" He threw a golden sphere at it, making it howl in pain and flinch.

Ophanimon held up her hand and a golden lance appeared in her grasp. It glowed as she pointed it at the Dewgong. "EDEN's Javelin!" It fired a laser at the Pokemon in the torso.

Seraphimon spread his arms and moved them in a circular motion as his hands started to glow. He brought his hands together and reeled them back. "Strike of The Seven Stars!" He threw seven powerful lights that exploded at them hit the Dewgong one by one. The Dewgong screeched as it slowly went down, hitting the ground with a loud thud before it glowed red and shrunk back down it tis original size.

"That's it, we did it!" Takumi said.

"The bigger they are the harder they fall, no?" Kyoko smiled. "Well done."

Kincaid chuckled with a sarcastic applause. "Yes, well done indeed. As powerful as Dynamax is, I suppose it could only do so much against experienced Digimon users such as yourselves."

"You don't seem too upset that you lost to us." Ami said. "Again. Maybe you're just used to loosing to kids by now?"

"Lost? You think this is over?" Kincaid held up his Dynavice. "It has only just begun." He put the gadget near his face. "Transfer more of my Pokemon." He then held it high above his head. Multiple small hatchets opened up on the walls around them. Three white lights shot out into the Dynavice before it glowed red again.

"What's he doing now?" Seraphimon asked.

A burst of red came out of the gadget. A Muk, a Serperior, and in the center of them a Gliscor all Dynamaxed and loomed over the Cyber Sleuths. "You must be joking…" Ophanimon muttered.

"Did you really think I wasn't prepared for this? Oh, and before you ask, no, this is not all of them. But I doubt you'll last long enough to see everything my entire collection."

Takumi cringed as he looked up. "This is going to get ugly…"

"Maybe, but we can't give up!" Ami said. "We have to fight through this mess and reunite with the others!"

"Ami's right." Kyoko said. "This is nothing new for you, you can win this fight and you know it!"

Takumi claimed his nerves. "You're right. Let's go!"

"Horn Buster!" MegaKabuterimon fired a gold blast from his horn at Blastoise. The Pokemon hunched over and blocked it with his durable shell. He then shot a Hydro Pump at the Digimon and knocked him over.

"River of Power!" MetalSeadramon fired a bright blue beam.

"Latias! Counter with Hyper Beam!" On Summer's order Latias shot a equally powerful attack at the opposing Digimon, intercepting it's move. "Staraptor, Arial Ace!" Summer's Partner Pokemon swooped in from underneath, striking MetalSeadramon's head from bellow, knocking it upward so his attack fire at the ceiling and Latias' nailed him in the head.

"Swallot, Sludge Bomb!"

"Latios! Luster Purge!"

Kellyn's Friend Pokemon and Ben's Guardian Sign Pokemon blasted Ice's JumboGamemon and Glalie, making them slide back. "Heh, heh. Not bad brats." Ice grinned. "As expected from you."

"You lost to me alone before." Kellyn said blankly. "What made you think you had any hope against the two of us?"

"Because this time…I have a ace in the hole." He held up his Controlvice. "Thanks to looking at the snoop Blue Eyes' modified Controlvice, I was able to take a little something my guys took from a museum in another region and install it into mine." His thumb pressed a button and a slot opened up, revealing a shining stone.

Ben's eyes widened. "What?! A Key Stone?!"

Kellyn clutched his fists. "Ice can use Mega Evolution?!"

"That's right!" Ice tapped the stone in his hand and a smaller stone in his Glalie's possession glowed. "Get ready for the storm!" A cross formed on both the Controlvice and Glalie. A shell formed around the Pokemon and it grew. It now had three horns and was half black, half white with an extended jaw. "Mega Glalie! This time I'll put you Rangers in the deep freeze!"

MegaKabuterimon charged into Blastoise and threw him into a wall. Latias and Staraptor slammed into MetalSeadramon.

"You're losing steam Blue Eyes." Ice input a command into his Controlvice. "Quit messing around and hit them with everything you've got already."

The hypnotised Blue Eyes took out her Megavice and pressed a button with her thumb. A Key Stone came out and she pressed it with her finger. It along with a stone in Blastoise's possession glowed purple. A shell enveloped Blastoise and as he emerged he had two small shells with cannons on his hands and instead of the twin cannons on his shoulders he had a massive one on his back.

"Her too?!" Kate gasped.

"Oh, that's right." Summer muttered. "Red Eyes said the spy gave him his Megavice. And that spy is Blue Eyes. I should have seen this coming…This'll be tough."

Keisuke looked at Blue Eyes. "Blue Eyes, stop this! You wanted to take responsibility for the actions of the Pokemon Pincher in Team One World, not join them! Ice enslaved you! Whatever that creepy visor is showing you, shut your eyes from it!"

"Pfft. Don't waste your breath kid." Ice smirked. "She's long gone. Same with the rest of your buddies with the weird blue jackets."

"Pot calling the kettle black." Kate muttered. "Or I suppose in this case blue."

"I refuse to believe that!" Keisuke said. "I know it's not too late to save them! And I will save them! I have to."

"Have to?" Ice asked. "Why are you so eager to risk your neck for someone else?"

Keisuke closed his eyes and reflected on his past. "Because there was one point…where Hudie was all I had. I owe them. And there's someone…someone important to me…who would want me to protect them. So, until the time comes when I see her again…I…" A bright blue aura glowed around him. "Huh?"

Everyone's eyes were on the glowing Keisuke. "What's going on now?" Lunick asked.

Keisuke looked at his hand. "This warmth…"

"Keisuke…I can feel it." MegaKabuterimon said. "Your determination…it's giving me power!"

"Keisuke, this means your Digimon can go Mega!" Nokia said.

Keisuke closed his eyes as he slid his visor over them. "Erika…lend me strength…"

DIGIVOLUTION

His aura went inside his visor and it turned blue. It then fired that light into MegaKabuterimon. "MegaKabuterimon Digivolve to…" A shell formed around him. It expanded and shined before bursting, bringing forth a golden beetle with four extended arms and wide wings. "HerculesKabuterimon!"

Keisuke smiled as he slid his goggles up. "HerculesKabuterimon…This takes me back."

"Look at the size of that thing!" Keith gapped. "The little bug grew up fast…"

Yuugo scanned it. "HerculesKabuterimon. It's body shines gold and it rushes thought the Digital World at supersonic speed. One of the greatest of insect Digimon."

"So what?" Ice scowled. "Insects can be squashed! And in case you haven't noticed bugs like you don't last long in the cold! I'll freeze every last one of you at absolute zero!"

"NEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEERD!" Nokia and Kate hollered.

"Started without me, huh?" A new voice alerted everyone. But before they found the owner, a Blaziken dove into Glalie, slamming his foot into it before bouncing off it and landing next to his partner.

Ben looked at the man near the door. "Red Eyes!"

"Sorry to keep you waiting." The man smiled. "Finding the entrance to their hideout was kinda annoying."

"Red Eyes?" Ice asked. "One of the other leaders of the disgraced Pokemon Pinchers? What are you doing here?"

"I was just going to come by and use you, runts for some light training." He then looked at Blue Eyes. "But now I'm more interested in getting my college back and then get back at the clowns that reduced her to a puppet."

Blue Eyes stared back at him. "Red…Eyes…"

"Hey, did you hear that?" Keisuke asked. "Is Blue Eyes finally starting to fight back?!"

"How annoying!" Ice growled.

Red Eyes walked over and put a hand on Ben's shoulder. "Sorry to do this to you, but can you keep the rest of the runts off my back for a bit? I'm gonna beat this second rate thug into the dirt. That'll surly break Blue Eyes free from his control."

"Okay." Ben nodded. "I'm fine with tagging out."

Gatsumon walked stood next to Red Eyes. "Appreciate you giving us a crack at the big shot! Well Red Eyes, ready to rock?!"

"Definitely. Here we go boys!" Red Eyes performed his pose and red aura erupted around him with Megavice in hand.

DIGIVOLUTION

His aura went into his Megavice and was fired into Gatsumon. "Gatsumon Digivolve to…" A shell surrounded Red Eyes' Digimon. Silhouette of Golemon and Volcanomon were seen through it before the shell broke and he emerged in his Mega form. "PileVolcamon!"

"Let's do this!" Red Eyes' Key Stone appeared from his Megavice and he tapped it. "Blaziken!" His Pokemon held up his Mega Stone and roared as he transformed into his Mega Evolved form.

Ice grunted as the flames heated the room. "So, there's someone else here who can use Mega Evolution…"

"And yet another person who's better at it then you are."

"What was that? You think you can best me? I was going to get my revenge on Kellyn first but, I think I'll start with you just to get the annoyance out of the way."

"Just try it Icey." Red Eyes grinned. "With these flames, I'll melt you down!"

"Oh please. Your flame is nothing but a candle in a storm. I'll blow out your pitiful flame!"

"Don't mistake an inferno for a candle fella. You might get burned!"

"Will you both cut the lame puns and get fighting already!?" Kate yelled.

"Killjoy." Red Eyes squinted.

Ice groaned. "She always was one of the most obnoxious Rangers I've ever met."

"Well then." Red Eyes cracked his knuckles. "Let's do this thing."

Kellyn moved next to him. "Let me help. I know haw to deal with Ice."

"Suit yourself. Just try not to get caught in the flames. Let's get em boys!"

"Right!" PileVolcamon and Blaziken charged.

"Destroy them!" Ice ordered. JumboGamemon and Glalie moved to intercept.

As Red Eyes and Ice started their battle, Ben moved to help Rand and Matayoshi fight a Dragomon and a Turtonator. "Are you sure we can trust this guy Ben?" Rand asked.

"Why not? He helped us before, didn't he?" Ben replied.

"He's not a Pincher anymore Rand." Matayoshi said. "Just a guy here to help his friend Blue Eyes."

Rand smiled. "You're right. At times like these we can't dwell on what happened in the past."

Keisuke and Summer faced Blue Eye, her MegaSeadramon and her Mega Blastoise. Summer looked sadly at the woman forced to fight them. "Blue Eyes…Even when we were enemies, I had respect for you. You cared for your team. You even put yourself in danger to save one of your subordinates. It hurts to see you end up like this because you wanted to help us." She pulled a neckless from under her shirt. "I don't want to hurt you…But if defeating you is the only way to free you then I owe it to you to do just that." She clutched the Key Stone in her hand as it glowed along with the Mega Stone Latias held. They flashed purple as a sphere enveloped Latias. She emerged in her Mega Evolved glory. "Keisuke, leave her Blastoise to me!"

"Okay." Keisuke nodded. "I'll take down her Digimon! HerculesKabuterimon!"

"Mental Charge Field!" Keisuke's Digimon howled as he and Latias glowed red. He then charged towards MetalSeadramon and grappled him in his four hands. After a bit of resistance, he lifted the giant sea serpent up and slammed him into the floor.

MetalSeadramon slithered away on the floor and got up once he had a good amount of distance and took aim. "Hydro Wave!"

"Gaia Element!" The two attacks temporarily collided until HerculesKabuterimon's pushed through and blasted MetalSeadramon.

"Blastoise…" Blue Eyes slowly pointed at Latias. "Ice Beam!" Her Pokemon's hand cannons shot twin freezing beams. Latias flew up and around, dodging the attack that left a trail of ice on the ceiling and walls.

"Zen Headbutt!" Summer ordered. Latias flew head first into Blastois, who slid back on his feet at first, wincing in pain. But he soon stopped and grabbed Latias by the head and spun her around a few times before throwing her up into the ceiling. "Latias!" Summer screamed as her Pokemon dropped and started to fall.

"Hydro…Pump!" Blue Eyes yelled. Blastoise roared as he leaned up and shot the cannon on his back. A violent torrent of water came towards the weakened Pokemon.

"Staraptor!" Summer's Partner Pokemon flew in and grabbed Latias and pulled her out of the way of the attack. Latias recovered as the bird flew her away from the Hydro Pump and together they divebombed the Blastoise. "Now! Close Combat! Mist Ball!" First Staraptor bombarded Blastoise with a furry of punched, giving him no chance to act as Latias charged up a sphere of mystic energy. As soon as Staraptor heard the shot fire he flew up and the orb collided with Blastios before exploding in a mysterious light. The Pokemon groaned before flopping over. In a flash he went out of her Mega Evolution.

"River of Power!" The controlled MegaSeadramon fired a blue beam from his face towards HerculesKabuterimon who was gliding towards him.

As the bug heard the shot he turned around while still moving towards his target. His thick durable wings acted as a shield, taking the blow with ease. He kept going and slammed his back into MegaSeadramon and kept goingl until he smashed him against the wall. As HerculesKabuterimon backed away, MetalSeadramon struggled to get back up. As he did, HerculesKabuterimon charged energy into his long horn. It glowed with golden energy. "Giga Blaster!" A blast far bigger and faster than his previous form's Horn Buster flew into Seadramon. He roared in pain as he was knocked back into his Rookie form Betamon.

As Keisuke and Summer were fighting, Blaziken rammed his foot into Glalie's face as it used Headbutt. And JumboGamemon was firing all his cannons at PileVolcamon who ran to the side, jumped and rolled to evade the assault. Once I stopped firing, he faced it and charged towards its head with a mighty leap. "Mach Rush!" Her rammed himself into the Digimon's face and it leaned back a bit, but instead of tipping over, it pushed back, launching PileVolcamon to the ground.

Glailie was knocked back but its damaged body started to heal. "Huh. So, your snowball heals automatically?" Red Eyes asked. "What a pain."

"Mega Glaile's ability is Expert Regenerator. It heals its wounds over time. Glaile, Ice Beam!"

"Blaziken, High Jump Kick!" As Glaile shot a frigid beam at Blaziken, it jumped high over the attack before descending towards the other Pokemon with his foot out. Glaile aimed upward and prepared to fire again.

"Pachirisu, Electro Ball!" Kellyn's Partner Pokemon shot a yellow sphere from his tail that flew into Glaile's face and zapped it out of its attack leaving it open for Blaziken to dropkick it into a wall.

Ice growled as Blaziken and Pachirisu charged at his Pokemon. "Blizzard!" His Glaile roared as it brought out a torrent of icy wind that stopped the Pokemon in their tracks.

"You plan to stop us with that?" Red Eyes grinned as his Blaziken stepped forward.

"I don't need to stop you. Just slow you down as Expert Regenerator kicks in."

Kellyn smirked. "You're optimistic. Swallot, Gastro Acid!" Kellyn's friend Pokemon spat a green liquid at the Glalie. After it was drenched in it, the Pokemon stopped healing.

"No!"

"That moves seals abilities away. No more regenerating."

Red Eyes patted Kellyn's shoulder. "Heh. Not bad kid. Now to smash this snow globe." Blaziken roared as he charged on through. "Blaze Kick!" Red Eyes ordered. His Pokemon's foot was alight with flame and he kicked Glalie so hard it flew into a wall, bounced off it, hitting the ceiling and then impacted right in front of Ice, startling him into falling over. His Pokemon lost its Mega Evolution.

"Now for the other one." Kellyn said looking at JumboGamemon who kicked PileVolcamon over before taking aim with its mouth cannon.

"Megatron Hydro Laser!" He fired a powerful blast. PileVolcamon barley had time to push himself off the floor and away from the attack.

As the Digimon took aim again, Kellyn picked up Pachirisu. "Get ready partner."

"Pachi!"

Kellyn threw Pachirisu towards JumboGamemon as it prepared to fire again. "Megatron-

"Discharge!"

"PaaaaaaaCHIIIIIIIIII!" Kellyn's Pokemon landed on JumboGamemon's head and burst with electricity. JumboGamemon roared in pain as it was shocked all over.

"Might want to move little guy!" PileVolcamon said, running towards them. "Time for the finisher!" He shot a meteor from his back and Pachirisu jumped off JumboGamemon as PileVolcamon jumped up and caught the rock and descended with it as it caught fire. "Volcanic Driver!" He came crashing down on the massive Digimon's head. JumboGamemon started disintegrating as the meteor smashed into him until all that was left were shards of its data.

Kellyn's Styler absorbed the data. "You've lost Ice. Again."

Ice growled as a sweet drop went down his head. Summer stormed over towards him. "Now tell us where you sent Ami and Takumi! And Ryuji and his team!"

"Blue Eyes!" Ice yelled. "Do something!"

Summer was unprepared as she was tackled from behind. "EEEEK! Ow! Hey!" After rolling on the floor Blue Eyes was on top of Summer, pinning the Ranger's arms together firmly against her back. Ice took the moment to withdraw his Glalie and make a run for it. Summer grunted as she looked up at the woman pressing her against the floor. "Blue Eyes…"

The woman displayed nothing on her face. Then she felt something on her shoulder. A warm, familiar hand. "Blue Eyes, that's enough."

"Red…Red…Eyes…?" The woman's voice was weak.

"The Pokemon Pinchers are done. The Rangers aren't our enemies anymore."

Blue Eyes slowly stood up, letting Summer go, who rolled over to look at her. "Nnnnng…AAAAAAAAAH!" Blue Eyes clutched her head as she screamed in agony.

"Blue Eyes, you have to fight it!" Summer yelled. "I know you're strong enough!"

"Ah…Agh!" Blue Eyes slowly gripped the sides of the visor over her head. "YAAAAAAAAAGH!" She forcefully pulled it off her face. Her eyes were bright purple, but they slowly returned to their original color. She dropped the visor and fell to her knees painting.

"Blue Eyes!" Red Eyes kneeled down and gripped her shoulders. "Can you hear me?"

"R…Red…Eyes…? Why are you…?"

"I heard the Rangers were storming this place to save their friends, so I thought I'd come help out. Didn't think I'd find you here."

Summer drew a few loops around Blue Eyes' Blastoise. He weakly groaned and opened his eyes. They were no longer glowing purple. Betamon opened his eyes too. "Ow…What just happened?"

"Are you okay now, Blue Eyes?" Keisuke asked.

"Yes…I'm sorry…I wanted to help…but I just caused trouble for you…"

"It's okay Blue Eyes." Summer smiled. "We know you didn't want this to happen."

Yuugo nudged Nokia. "Bring out the Royal Knights."

"Huh? But didn't you say-

"They might not have to do anything. With Ice gone, these grunts might bail if we intimidate them."

"Oh. Okay." Nokia whispered into her Digivice. "You guys got that? Scare the daylights out of theses punks."

Omnimon, UlforceVeedramon and Gallentmon came out, drawing their weapons. "Your leader has abandoned you." Omnimon said. "You know you stand no chance against us. Begone!"

One by one the members of Team One World ran off. "Glad that's over and done with." Lunick said before turning to his friend. "Now we just need to find out how to get you out of that thing."

"I hear you." Solana nodded before resuming her attempts to pull her limbs free from their mechanical restraints. "While I enjoyed the show, this is far from the comfiest seat in the house."

"Believe me, I know." Blue Eyes said as Red Eyes carried her over to them with one of her arms over his shoulders.

"I don't suppose you know how to make this thing let go?"

"If I did, I would have gotten myself out. What about the terminal it's linked to?"

"You mean that?" Lunick asked, pointing to the machine Plusle and Minum ruined.

"Let me have a look." Red Eyes set Blue Eyes into a sitting position before walking over to it. "Hmmm…"

"Should we leave it to him?" Ben whispered to Summer. "He could barely send us a wireless message."

"Well…"

"Let me take a look." Keisuke said. "I can hack inside and see if I can get access to-

"Hi-yah!" Without warning Red Eyes gave the machine a karate chop, that mad a loud bang when it was hit. After making a few weird noises the lights on it turned off. The bonds on Solana's hands, feet and hips opened up. She yelped as she suddenly fell with Lunick barley having enough time to catch her.

"…Or, you can do that." Keisuke muttered. "What's with this world and the barbaric methods?"

"You okay?" Lunick asked.

"Yeah." Solana looked at her depleted Styler. "My Styler's Energy is out though."

"Good thing that Nema kid gave me this." Red Eyes said pulling a device out of his pocket. "She called it the "Battery Flatty, something-or-another charger. Though your Stylers could use a recharge."

"That daughter of mine." Rand grinned. "Always thinking."

Red Eyes tossed the device to Solana. "Thanks." The Ranger said as she hooked it up to her Styler and recharged it."

"Now we need to find Takumi and Ami before we continue our search for Ryuji, Chitose and Yu." Ben said.

Red Eyes noticed Blue Eyes looked ready to pass out. He gently lifted her up in his arms. "You guys go. I'll get Blue Eyes out of here. PileVolcamon, Blaziken, get her Digimon and Pokemon for me."

"You got it." PileVolcamon replied as he lifted Blastoise onto his back. Blaziken returned to normal form before picking up Betamon.

"Thanks for the help Red Eyes." Ben said.

"Just find Takumi and your friends and give those One World jerks what they deserve, and we'll call it even." The man replied before carrying Blue Eyes out of the room.

"Shinning Laser!" Seraphimon and Ophanimon knocked out the Serperior. After it was defeated it returned to normal. Muk was already defeated. But the Dynamaxed Gliscor still loomed over them. Both angels were catching their breath.

"Last one!" Ami said. "Hang in there!"

"No." Takumi muttered. "Kincaid said there was more."

The man laughed. "Well at least one of you was paying attention." He held up his Dynavice. Next Dynamax Venomoth and Cacturne came out next.

"Is there no end to this…?" Seraphimon asked.

"No mater how many we defeat more keep coming…" Ophanimon said.

"Don't get discouraged!" Ami said. "We can win this! He can't keep it up forever!"

"And neither can you!" Kincaid said. "Attack!"

Gliscor roared as it slammed its hand into the ground, shaking the floor violently. Another punch send stoned flying everywhere.

"Ami!" Takumi stood in front of his sister as the rocks went flying their way. One of them hit him in the back of the head. Hard. He gasped before getting knocked to the floor unconscious. Ami was knocked of her feet and landed on her head. She was also knocked out.

"Takumi! Ami!" Both their Digimon flew towards them, leaving them both open for when Venomoth spewed a blob of purple gunk at them. It dragged both of them to the ground and trapped them to the floor with the sticky substance.

Cacturn stomped towards the unconscious twins. "Ami! Takumi!" Kyoko ran over to hem. "Wake up!"

Kincaid laughed as the Dynamax Pokemon stood in front of the three. "How precious. You can all perish together!" As Cacturn rose its foot over the three, Ophanimon and Seraphimon struggled to get free from the goop. "Goodbye Cyber Sleuths!"

Kyoko held Takumi and Ami close with her back against the foot descending towards them.

What happened next…It was all too fast for anyone to register. There was a long bang as a hole in the wall opened. Then something came in under Cacturn's foot. An impact was heard but Kyoko felt nothing. It was then when she looked behind her. Something or someone tall with black and gold armor and a white cape. It held up the humongous Pokemon's foot with one hand.

Kincaid dropped his grin. "Wh-what…?"

Kyoko's gaze was on the strange being. Something about them felt…familiar. "Who…?"

The armored figure pushed Cacturne's foot away, making it lose balance. It them rammed into its chest at alarming speed knocking it over. That's when Seraphimon got a good look at them. "Is that…?!"

Ophanimon was in awe. "It can't be…!"

The black figure set their sights on the Venomoth. With one swift punch, the Dynamaxed Pokemon went flying into a wall. Then it rammed Gliscor. Before it could crash into a wall, the armored, flying being grabbed it by the tail and with incredible strength swung the huge Pokemon around in circles before throwing it into Venomoth.

"I-Impossible!" Kincaid yelled. "What kind of power is that?! Cacturn, don't just sit there, do something!"

The Grass/Dark Type got up and stormed towards the floating creature who held out their hand and produced a glowing green sword. At lightning speed they dashed past the Pokemon. And then Cacturn collapsed, reverting to its normal size. As the being turned around the sword disappeared and a green circle appeared in front of its hand. Said circle shot powerful pellets of green energy at Venomoth and Gliscor. Some of them pelted the purple goop, trapping Seraphimon and Ophanimon, enabling them to pull free. One the smoke cleared Gliscor and Venomoth went back to normal.

"Send more Pokemon, now!" Kincaid yelled into his Dynavice. Multiple hatchets opened on the walls again. But before anything could be done the armored figure brandished their green sword and it extended in size allowing them to slice all the hatchets apart with one spin attack.

Kyoko was in shock. "That speed and power is beyond anything we've ever seen. What kind of Pokemon or Digimon is that?"

The creature's sword shrunk back down and it landed on the ground. Their red eyes stared right into Kincaid. Just looking at them gave the man cold shivers. He withdrew Gliscor and ran to the wall and started banging on it, screaming. "OPEN THIS DOOR NOW! LET ME OUT OF HERE!"

The wall opened up with a grunt of Team One World on the other side. "You finished them already? Great work boss, I-

Kincaid pushed past him and ran inside. "CLOSE IT! QUICK!"

"Huh?" the grunt looked inside and saw the capped warrior draw back their sword, ready to throw. "HOLY MOTHER OF MURKROW!" He pressed a button and the doorway slammed shut just before the blade stabbed into it.

The figure said nothing as they turned around and approached Kyoko and the others. It spoke to the Digimon first. "Are you two okay?"

"Y-yes." Ophanimon shakily replied. "Thanks to you…"

Kyoko was shocked the most, however. For shocked then she had ever been. This being spoke with what sounded like her voice.

"Takumi!" Seraphimon flew over to his partner. Ophanimon dashed to hers. "Are they alright?!"

Kyoko looked back at her assistants. "They're breathing. They're just knocked out."

"Thank heavens." Ophanimon said, slipping her hand under Ami's head, lifting it just off the cold hard floor. Seraphimon did the same for Takumi.

The newcomer stood in front of them and looked at the twins sleeping faces. "Heh. Look at them. They're sleeping peacefully even amidst a crisis. They haven't changed. It makes me happy."

Kyoko stared at the mysterious being that clearly was familiar with her assistants and their Digimon. "Just who are you?"

Then the character's gaze went to her. "Kyoko Kuremi…It has been a long time."

"Do I know you?"

Seraphimon sighed. "This is…rather awkward."

"I'll say." Ophanimon shook her head. "I don't even know where to begin."

The figure kneeled to Kyoko. "Rather then explaining everything to you…It may be easier to give these back to you." She gently pressed her finger against Kyoko's forehead. "The memories you and I once shared."

Kyoko's vision went white. She saw flashes, images and scenes happen right before her eyes. And she heard a voice. Her voice.

"You two have an interesting appearance…I am very curious."

"I'm Kyoko Kuremi. I'm just a humble detective."

"You are at the Kuremi Detective Agency, which has solved a number of rather bizarre cases, including cyber crimes."

"Digital bodies with real world characteristics. Let's call them "half-cyber bodies." Heh, heh!"

"From now on I'm going to call that ability of yours a "Connect Jump."

"Doggedly and with all your might, exhibit endurance like hard iron."

"It's decided. You should work here as my assistants."

"From this point forward, you are my assistants Cyber Sleuths."

"You're up my dear Watsons! Hehe! Proceed to EDEN, and start asking around."

"Something ventured, something gained."

"There's an old saying. "With skill comes luck."

"Maybe this is also the passion of youth at work."

"Great. Just when we're having a serious talk. At least use a ringtone that doesn't suck all the dramatic tension out of the room."

"I've revised my opinion of you a little, kid. You value your friends more then I though."

"Be extremely subtle, even to the point of formlessness," as the saying goes."

"I have no idea what you just said…But it was a very you response."

"Be proud of who you are."

"This marks the end of a long blank."

"Chose the future…" I will believe in that uncertain possibility!"

"I am like you…A Digimon who took a human host, and who acted as one of them."

"Looking back on it, I think I was destined to find this body…that of Kyoko Kuremi."

"No matter how powerful you may be, you cannot run from destiny."

"He'll hear you. How do I know? Because you two are his friends, right?"

"I exist to control the Royal Knights."

"What do you all think? What do you want me to do?"

"All right, let me ask you one last time. What are you going to do?"

"Judgment has passed! Human children bow to my will!"

"Go, Cyber Sleuths! Find the truth that only you can!"

"And now this case is finally closed."

"Its time for us to say goodbye, Takumi. Ami. My assistants. My companions…. my friends."

Kyoko was still on her knees as it finished. So many emotions swirled within her. Joy. Sadness. Excitement. The Digimon chuckled. "Remember now…partner? Do you remember that case that connected our destinies?"

Kyoko was still a bit shocked. But a smile came to her face. "Yes. I remember all of it. Ever since I heard it all from these two, I always wanted to meet you face to face."

The Digimon looked at Takumi. Their hand gently rested on his head. "It seems that you've done well in looking after them."

Kyoko smiled, ruffling Ami's hair. "They can be a bit of a handful. But I love how there's never a dull moment with them around."

"Mph…" Ami made a weak groggy sound.

"Ami! Are you okay?" Ophanimon asked.

Seraphimon noticed Takumi starting to stir. "Takumi, get a hold of yourself!"

The Digimon stood up straight. "Time to wake up Watsons. There's a case to solve."

Takumi and Ami slowly opened their eyes. "Ow." Ami groaned. "What was- She and her brother looked up and the armored Digimon watching them. "You're…!"

Takumi blinked. "Am I dreaming again?"

The Digimon laughed again. "You two always were deep sleepers. Good to see you again...My assistants."
