Chapter 1: Best Girls' Night Ever
It was a beautiful Friday afternoon in the Peanuts Gang's Neighborhood, and Charlie Brown, Snoopy, and Heather were walking together with Heather holding the Barney doll in her hands.
"You sure you'll be alright staying with Lila for the night?" Charlie Brown asked his girlfriend.
"Sure will." Heather beamed. "We're gonna have a great time. We'll play games, eat snacks and even watch scary movies."
"Good. But anytime you get scared, call me." Charlie Brown said.
"Oh, don't worry about me honey." Heather smiled, kissing her boyfriend on the cheek, making him smile.
"Wow!" Charlie Brown smiled, hearts floating above his head.
Heather giggled while Snoopy rolled his eyes. "See you tomorrow!" Heather smiled before she and Snoopy made their way to Lila's house. She then knocked on the door and Lila answered.
"Hi Heather, hi Snoopy, hi Barney!" Lila smiled.
"Thanks for having us over!" Heather smiled as she and Snoopy stepped inside.
"Ready for our sleepover?" Lila asked.
"Of course!" Heather cheered.

Both girls and Snoopy laughed. "This is going to be fun!" Heather giggled. "Where's your parents?"
"Oh, they're working till late." Lila said. "So, what do you wanna do first? Play games or watch movies?"
"Do you got popcorn made?" Heather asked, to which Lila nodded. "Movies then!" Snoopy then fetched a bowl of popcorn for him and the girls.
"Which movie should we watch first?" Lila asked.
"How about 'It'?" Heather asked. "Violet lent it to me."
Lila gulped. "I don't know, Heather..."
"It's gonna be fine."
"How about we watch a movie we both know, first?" Lila asked.
"Fine..." Heather sighed. "Princess and the Frog, it is."
After watching the first movie, both girls then watched It, and Lila started shuddering. About halfway through, Lila covered her eyes, and Heather and Snoopy became concerned.
"Are you okay?" Heather asked.
"Not really." Lila admitted.
"It's just a movie. That clown can't hurt you." Heather assured.
Just then, Barney, who was sitting on the couch, came to amazing life. "BARNEY!" The girls happily exclaimed.
"Thank goodness you're here." Lila shuddered a little. "That clown is kinda scary."
"It's okay, Lila." Barney assured as she hugged her.
"I'll turn it off." Heather said as she turned the movie off.
"Thank you." Lila smiled.
"We're happy to see you, Barney." Heather smiled.
"Well I'm always happy to be around friends during such fun times!" Barney smiled.
"The sleepover's fun." Heather said.
"M-m-maybe we can do something else to get our minds off that movie." Lila suggested.
"Like what?" Heather asked.
"Well, since we just ate popcorn, why don't we..." Barney began.
"BRUSH OUR TEETH!" Heather and Lila smiled.
Snoopy grinned and grabbed his own red toothbrush. "Allons-y!" he thought.

Lila, Heather, and Barney giggled at that. After a while, both girls got dressed in their PJs.
"You look cute in those pink pajamas." Lila smiled.
"Thanks, and I love your bunny slippers." Heather smiled.
"Hop, hop, hop!" Lila giggled, as Bugs the bunny giggled at them "Oh right. I can't forget about Bugs."
Lila then fed her pet rabbit. "Here you go." Lila smiled as Heather stared out Lila's window. "What you looking at, Heather?"
"The stars. They're all pretty and bright." Heather smiled.
"They sure are." Lila said.
"Look! There's Polaris! Also known as the North Star." Heather said.
