It had been weeks since Azul Bug and Chat Berde had made their appearance. Every akuma attack that Hawkmoth had caused, they both stopped with ease. There were instances where Yojimbo would help and join the fight, but those were rare occasions, wanting Crusher and Pickle to take the spotlight for once in their lifetimes.

And of course, because Ezra wanted to film their adventures and do some school work done at the same time.

Crusher and Pickle, on the other hand, were growing tired as they weeks go by. Every battle was nothing like Ladybug and Chat Noir's. The battle was harsh, risky and rough. Thankfully, there had been no casualties for weeks, so they took that as a good sign.

To add to the list of responsibilities, Crusher had races to attend and cheat on (well, not when Ezra was in his driver's seat) and a restaurant to manage. Pickle had to cheer his best friend and magic shows to do during birthday parties and other entertainments.

After weeks of battle and responsibilities, the duo decided to have a little rest and relaxation... at the carnival.

"What's a Carnival?" Ezra asked as he sat on Crusher's head while they drove through the streets.

"You don't--? Oh right, to busy to go to a carnival, right," Crusher sighed and smiled. "A Carnival is a fun place we go to to relax and have fun. It's available during special occasions and most of the time during festivals... like today! It's the Fall Festival, so the Carnival's up and running,"

"Oh," Ezra's eyes lit up. "Will there be games?"

"Lots of them, yes," Crusher nodded.

"Ya-hoo! Can't wait then!" Ezra beamed. "I can't wait to get something for Zeb and the kids!" He then smirked at the dark blue truck. "Are YOU gonna get something for Pickle?~"

"N-No!" Crusher glared up at his brother, face burning. "I... I mean, he could win his own price easier than I can, s-so... yeah,"

"Oh! So you want HIM to win YOU a price?" Ezra teased with a giggle.

"N-NO, I--!"

"Hey, Ezra! Hey, Crusher!" Pickle greeted as he made their way to them. "What'cha guys talking about?"

"About the Carnival," Ezra shrugged, ignoring the glare Crusher was sending his way. "And the games... and the prices... oh, speaking of prices, P, if you were to get a price in the Carnival, will you give it to Crush?"

"Mitth'ezra'vanto--!"

"Well, yeah!" Pickle grinned and nodded. "Why wouldn't I give a price to my best friend?"

Crusher fell silent at that. Ezra did too before face-palming.

"By Lothal's Moons, there are two of them..."

"Hmm?" Pickle glanced at them, confused. "Was it something I said?"

"No..." Crusher shook his head before driving forward.

Pickle watched them take their leave, still confused. "Huh, wonder what's that all about,"

"I think I know," Plagg flew out from inside the green truck's trunk and went over to his holder's side. "Kitten, you DO know that your 'best friend' has a thing for you, right?"

"What? That's ridiculous, Plagg," Pickle chuckled. "He's just a friend,"

Plagg slapped his face, shaking his head. "Whatever you say, Kitten. Whatever you say..."

X

"Ez! Crush!" Darington waved over at his brothers as they entered the boardwalk to the Fall Festival Carnival. "You guys made it!"

"Hey, Darry!" Ezra hopped off of the dark blur truck and ran over to his brother. "So, where are the games?! AND THE FOOD?!?"

"Of COURSE that's your concern," Crusher grumbled.

"Oh, come on, Crusher, humor him for a while," Darington urged before taking his little brother into his tire and setting him on his head. "Let's go play some games!"

"Yippee!" Ezra cheered.

Crusher giggled as he followed after his brothers. They headed to a duck game, where Ezra got off to try it. He held the fishing pole over the rubber duckies and managed to get one.

"Yes!"

"Congratulations!" the carny truck spoke, taking the duck and flipping it over. "You got... a medium price!" He then motioned to the prices above. "Take your pick!"

"Ooh! Ooh!" Ezra pointed up. "I want that purple cat!"

"Reminds you of a certain someone, Ez?~" Darington playfully teased while Crusher snickered.

"Yep!" Ezra didn't bother to deny as he took the purple cat plushie and hugged it. "He looks exactly like my Zebby-boo!"

"Alright, alright," Crusher chuckled and drove forward. "Now, it's MY turn!"

He got the fishing pole and lowered it to catch a rubber ducky. Just as he was about to get one, however, a familiar horn echoed through the place. This made Ezra groan.

"Oh great, that sounds like—"

"Blaze!" Darington cheered as he turned to see the red truck arrive at the duck game with AJ and their family. "And this must be your family! Hi there!"

"Hi, Darington!" Sparkle greeted.

"Hey, Darington!" AJ waved at them. "Hi, Crusher! And hi, Ezra!"

"Hey..." Ezra grumbled, cuddling his plushie tighter with a glare.

"Hey there, Ezra!" Blaze greeted the boy. "This is my family! My Mom, My Dad and my little sister Sparkle!"

"Hello!" Blaze's Mom Phoenix grinned as she and Blaze's Dad Flame drove forward to greet the human. "Nice to meet you!"

"...likewise," Ezra gave a nod of acknowledgement, squeezing the plushie even more.

Crusher chuckled before turning back to concentrate on the game. Blaze came forward to try to, taking a fishing pole to try to catch a rubber ducky. The red truck was swift and quickly got a duck.

"Nice one, Blaze!" Sparkle cheered for her brother.

"Thanks, Sparkle!" Blaze smiled as the carny took the rubber ducky to flip it over.

"Congratulations!" the carny truck said, taking out a large hotdog plushie. "You get a Large Prize!"

"Nice one, kiddo!" Flame congratulated his son with a pat on the head.

The brothers glanced at the moment with a sigh, feeling nostalgic as they turned away to avoid the scene. Crusher took a deep breath and managed to get a rubber ducky.

"Ooh! Nice one, big bro!" Ezra beamed.

"What kind of prize is it??" Darington asked excitedly.

"Congratulations!" the carny spoke, taking the rubber ducky into his tires. "You get any price you want, and in any number you want it! A random picker!"

"YES!" Crusher jumped for joy. "Finally! Some good luck!" He glanced around the booth, and his eyes lit up at one of the plushies. "Ooh! Ooh! I want FOUR of those!"

"Coming right up!" The carny took the four medium plushies from where they hung as Pickle drove over to them.

"Hi, everyone!"

"Hey, Pickle!" Blaze greeted the green truck. "You planning to play?"

"Nah, I already played," Pickle shook his head.

"Wow!" Darington gasped as he was handed a medium, red cat plushie. "So cute!"

"Adorable!" Ezra hugged the medium, orange cat plushie. "Now my first one has a partner!"

"I know, I know," Crusher snorted and handed Pickle a blue cat plushie. "Here, Pickle,"

"D'aww, thanks, Crusher!" Pickle grinned and hugged the plushie. "You're such a good friend!"

Ezra groaned and slammed the plushies to his face. Darington tried to hold in his laughter and cover his giggles with the plushie. Crusher was unfazed, already used to it, and shrugged.

"Eh, it was no big deal,"

"Yeah it is!" Pickle said. "You're the best friend ever!"

"BY CSILLA AND LOTHAL'S MOONS, ASHLA, TAKE ME NOW!" Ezra yelled out before running out of the carnival Naruto style.

"What's wrong with him?" Blaze asked.

"N-Nothing..." Crusher mumbled, causing Darington to snicker and snort.

Sparkle looked confused, but before she could say anything, someone pulled on her hair, causing her to yelp in pain.

"Ah!"

"Sparkle!" Blaze and AJ rushed to her side before looking up to see two monster machine jerks smirking down at them.

"Who are you two boys?!" Phoenix demanded, also rushing to her daughter's aid.

"We know who they are." Darington growled, glaring daggers at the jerks. "Kevin and Steve, two of the most annoying trucks of all time."

"D'aww, that's an offensive thing to say, aye, shooting star?~" Steve, the dark yellow truck, smirked.

"It's not offensive if it's true." Crusher snarled, as did Pickle, who narrowed his eyes and glared at the duo.

"Well, I see that you two are still feisty, aye, lightning boy?~" Kevin, the grey truck, chuckled and drove closer to the dark blue truck, pushing the green truck down and away from them. "You know how much we get turned on with feistiness~"

"You two are mean!" Sparkle cried out, helping Pickle up.

"Says who? You, little girly-girl?" Steve mocked.

"Don't talk to my sister that way, you jerks." Blaze glared at the dark yellow truck. "And don't hurt any of my friends!"

"We don't take orders from goody-four-tires like you," Kevin shrugged before snatching a book from the ground and opening. "Oh, look what I found here. A family scrapbook,"

"That's MY family scrapbook!" Sparkle tried to reach out for the book, but the grey truck swatted her tire away.

"Give my daughter's scrapbook back!" Flame demanded.

"One date with these two should be a fair offer~" Steve grabbed Darington by the tire, as Kevin did with Crusher.

As they did, a bat smacked each of them both back and away from the brothers. Pickle hissed and gripped the bat tightly in his tires.

"TOUCH MY FRIENDS AGAIN, AND I'LL MAKE YOU BOTH EAT YOUR TIRES!"

"Then no deal!" Kevin roared out then he took the scrapbook with both tires and ripped it into pieces.

"NOOOO!" Sparkle wailed, tears rolling down her cheeks as she watched the scrapbook turn into shreds.

"HEY!" Blaze was growing angry as he drove forward to face the duo. "STOP THAT!"

"Make us, goody-four-tires!~" Steve challenged in a mocking tone.

Before they could do any further damage to the scrapbook, however, a heavy feeling dawned upon Crusher and Darington. They both were taken back in surprise until the same ability levitated Kevin and Steve onto the air.

"WHAT THE—?!" Kevin yelped, trying to get back to the ground but failing. "HEY!"

"LET US DOWN!" Steve screamed.

"Hmm, that's a difficult choice,"

The group turned to see Ezra stepping forward, both plushies under one of his arms as he raised the other. His expression looked pissed but strangely calm as he grinned.

"I mean, if I let you both down, I might as well not let any of you live," he spoke as he smirked. "I COULD just suffocate you both~ Your choice,"

"NO!" Kevin shook his head frantically, dropping the already-destroyed scrapbook from his tires. "WE'LL DO ANYTHING! JUST LET US GO, MAN!"

"Good to know." Ezra huffed before tossing the duo to the city, ignoring their screams as he dusted off his hands. "Those idiots..."

"Thanks, Ezra," Blaze smiled. "Any more, and I might have broken my morals,"

"Same here!" Pickle agreed.

"No problem, but... it looks like I'm a little too late," Ezra turned to Sparkle, who had driven over to her broken book. "I'm so sorry Sparkle,"

Sparkle was heavily crying already, so she couldn't respond. Instead, she took the book into her tires and drove out of the carnival.

"Sparkle!" Blaze called out to her as he followed after her. "Come back!"

"Oh no," Ezra winced. "Another victim for Hawkmoth... that's not good..."

X

"Ah yes," Hawkmoth smirked as he felt the despair from faraway. "A broken heart is the harshest emotion for a child to feel,"

He opened up his palm, and one of his white butterflies flew on it. He set his other hand on it gently, using his magic to fill with darkness before releasing the dark butterfly into the air.

"Fly away, my little akuma, and evilize that broken heart!"

The akuma flew towards Axle City and managed to find Sparkle driving off and crying endlessly. It immediately flew to her and entered her book, causing her to stop in her tracks as a butterfly-shaped glowing mask appeared on her face.

["Memory Keeper, I am Hawkmoth."] the villain spoke. ["No one but your family understand the importance of your scrapbook, along with the memories it saved. I will give you the power to remove the memories of anyone and everyone who will defy you and keep your family and friends safe from harm. All I ask for in return are the miraculous of Azul Bug and Chat Berde."]

Sparkle nodded. "Understood, Hawkmoth. I will make sure no one harms our family or our friends!" With that, she allowed the purple magic consume her.

X

Blaze watched in horror as his sister got akumatized. Now, he was facing a light yellow monster truck with white hair tied up in a bun and eyes as green as grass. The broken scrapbook in her tires was fixed, but it too had a change of color, and it was also empty.

"S-Sparkle...?"

"I am Sparkle no more!" the akuma declared with a smirk. "I am now Memory Keeper! But don't worry, brother, I will not harm you. In fact, I will keep you and our friends and family safe from all harm~"

She drove forward threateningly, book glowing orange. A passing truck noticed her and tried to drive away, but Memory Keeper targeted him and removed his memories in an instant, leaving his knocked out. Blaze gasped and drove backwards to get away from the being who was once his sister.

"Sparkle, please, this isn't you!" he tried to reach out for his sister. "Stop this!"

"Why would I stop, Blaze?" Memory Keeper laughed manically. "I'm here to keep our family safe! Isn't that what you do too?"

"Not like this!" Blaze shook his head.

"Oh well," Memory Keeper sighed and turned away. "We all do things differently, I suppose. Now, I have to erase more memories. Bye-bye!"

With that, she sped off, her book glowing orange as the other trucks screamed and ran away. Blaze hissed as he turned to head back to the carnival to warn the others.

X

"Oh boy," Ezra grimaced as he heard screaming from far away. "Another akuma,"

"What?!" Darington looked shocked. "But how?! And who?!"

"It's Sparkle!" They all turned to see Blaze zooming towards them. "She's been akumatized!"

"Oh no!" Phoenix gasped.

"Hawkmoth got to her?!" Flame growled. "How dare he?! She's just a child!"

"Actually, he has akumatized a baby before so... yeah," Ezra sighed and took out his phone. "Oh well, blog time!"

"Is that REALLY your biggest concern right now?" Crusher questioned.

"Alright, alright, safety first," Ezra huffed and kept his phone again. "We'll have to split up to make sure everyone's safe. Crusher, take East. Darry, take West and make sure the other racers are fine. Pickle, North. I'll stay with Blaze, AJ and their Fam and hide them from the akuma. Got it?"

"Yeah, got it," Crusher nodded and drove off.

"On it!" Pickle eagerly nodded and zipped off in the opposite direction.

"Stay safe, little brother," Darington told the teen.

"Pah-lease, when was I never safe?" Ezra pouted.

"I have a list, it's in alphabetical," the stunt truck deadpanned.

"Yeah, yeah," Ezra waved him off. "Just go, go! I can handle this!"

"Alright..." Darington winced. "Blaze, can you keep an eye on him...?"

"I will," Blaze gave a nod.

"Thanks, B!" Darington smiled then he drove off.

"Alright, lets go and hide!" Ezra ran off to lead the group. "This way!"

He led them to a booth that was knocked over to the side. They all went behind it, and Ezra took out his watch before pressing the gem in the middle. Suddenly, a portal opened up in front of them.

"Woah!" AJ gasped.

"You can make portals?!" Blaze's jaw dropped.

"Eh, something like that, but it's not for us," Ezra replied, embracing the plushies. "It's too risky if we went through, anyway. Akuma might follow,"

"Ezra?!" a gruff voice from inside the portal called out. "Ez, is that you?! Are you okay?! Do you need help???"

"Yeah, Zeb, it's me," Ezra answered with a nod. "Yes, I'm fine, but the city isn't. No, I don't need help, thanks, but I need you to talk this first," He threw the plushies into the portal. "They might unfocus me here. You can let the kids play with them too, if you want,"

"Alright, alright..." Zeb sighed. "Just... call me when you need me, alright, love?"

"Got it, love you," Ezra smiled and pressed the button again, causing the portal to disappear.

"You... have kids?" Blaze stared at the teen in surprise.

"How old are you, Ezra?" Phoenix asked.

"19, turning 20 next year," Ezra shrugged. "I married when I was 16 and had kids a few months later. It's no big deal,"

"No big deal?" Flame was taken back. "Ezra, you're still a teenager. And your husband sounds... older,"

"He's 49, so yeah, he's older, but hey, I chose him, so it's no big deal," Ezra grinned and took out his phone. "Now, enough about me! Let's just hide out and hope Azul Bug and Chat Berde show up to save us..."

X

"Tikki, SPOTS ON!"

With a sparkle of transformation, Azul Bug leapt from the alley way and towards the screaming. He stopped by a roof and watched as Memory Keeper took away more memories of the panicking monster trucks. As he did, familiar steps walked on the roof, and he didn't need to look back to know who it was.

"Yeesh, that's rough,"

"I know," Azul sighed and turned to face his partner. "From what I got, the akuma used to be Sparkle, Blaze's little sister,"

"Oh boy, guess using cataclysm on her is not an option," Chat Berde hissed.

"It's never an option on any victim," Azul rolled his eyes, turning away. "From what I can observe, the akuma's in the book. We'll need a plan to grab it without having OUR memories erased,"

"It would be a shame if our memories got erased," Berde sighed. "I'd never want to forget you, Bugaboo~"

"Oh, quit it with the nicknames already," Azul huffed and swung his yo-yo. "Let's go with Plan A; grab attempt!"

"Lead the way, M'lady!" Berde grinned.

Azul chuckled and swung his yo-yo off, followed by Berde using his baton as they confronted Memory Keeper. They landed behind her with a thud, causing her to turn to them with a growl.

"Azul Bug! Chat Berde!" she roared out. "I am Memory Keeper! Hand me your miraculous! Now!"

"Return the memories you stole first, Memory Keeper!" Azul demanded.

"Hmm... let me think about it..." Memory Keeper gave it a thought before smirking. "Nope!"

She swung her book towards them, the pages glowing bright orange as they jumped out of the way to avoid it. Berde veered left with his staff while Azul went right and attempted to grab the book with his yo-yo.

"Oh NO you don't!" Memory Keeper drove forward and pushed Azul down, snatching the book before he could get it. "It's MINE!"

"Azul!" Berde growled and swung his staff, hitting the akuma away from them before heading over to help Azul. "You alright?"

"M'fine," Azul winced at the pain as he stood up and dusted himself off. "Let's get out of here to start Plan B,"

"I've got you," Berde nodded and took him by the waist before using his staff to get away.

"You can't get away forever, Azul Bug, Chat Berde!" Memory Keeper screeched. "I WILL HAVE YOUR MIRACULOUSES AND YOUR MEMORIES!"

The heroes, however, paid no attention to her words as they swung off. They soon landed on a far away rooftop, and Berde set Azul down.

"You sure you're okay, Azul?"

"Just some bruises, but I'll be fine," Azul nodded and took out his yo-yo. "Now, time for Plan B," He swung his yo-yo around before tossing it up. "Lucky CHARM!"

Magical electric blue ladybugs flew out from his yo-yo before forming into a shape. It soon fell into his hands, and Azul found himself holding a black-spotted blue paper with a fox's tail drawn on it.

"What is it, Bugaboo?" Berde asked.

"I'm not sure..." Azul sighed. "But I know who does,"

X

"Blaze, we should do something to help," AJ said.

"Sure, go ahead," Ezra bluntly spoke. "It's not like you could get hurt and killed facing an akuma. TOTALLY not,"

"That's Sparkle out there!" Phoenix argued. "MY daughter! I will do anything to get her out from that akuma!"

"So would I to my daughter, but I know my limits," Ezra deadpanned, glancing over at his phone to take a good look at the attack.

"We can all help get everyone to safety!" Blaze cried out.

"Too risky, since the others are doing it already," Ezra told him. "Can't you fall just TRUST me on this?"

"How about Darington?" AJ asked.

"Yeah! What if HE gets hurt?!" Blaze hissed.

"Our dad's an admiral, our male mother's a commander and our uncle's a general," Ezra waved the issue off. "Darry will be fine. Trust me,"

"If you say so..." Blaze mumbled, but he couldn't help but exchange worry glances with AJ and his parents.

Suddenly, his watch blinked and flickered bright blue. He pressed it, and a portal opened from nearby. To the group's surprise, Azul Bug leapt out from the portal, a piece of paper in his hand as the portal vanished.

"Azul Bug!"

"Hello," Azul let out a sigh as he waved at them before turning to Ezra. "I'm gonna need help with something,"

"Your lucky that I barely have a secret identity," Ezra chuckled. "I mean, my face gave me away, but still, it's amazing how even red boi here didn't recognize me,"

"Wait, what...?" Blaze looked confused at the statement as the superhero stepped forward.

"Well, aren't we lucky?" Azul snickered before handing the paper over. "You know what this means?"

Ezra took the paper in his hand. His eyes lit up in surprise.

"Well, this should be fun," he grinned then he glanced up at his brother. "Go help Berde. I'll take care of this,"

"On it," Azul nodded, but before he could go, Ezra grabbed his wrist.

"Hang on there, Azul Bug," the teen told him with a frown. "I'LL get what you need, but YOU will have to do YOUR plan,"

"...oh, I... I see," Azul gulped but gave a nod before swinging away.

"Azul Bug needs help?" AJ questioned.

"Apparently so," Ezra let out a sigh before shrugging. "Oh well. Longg, BRING THE STORM!"

The group gasped as they watched the teen transform. Blaze and AJ's jaws dropped.

"YOU'RE YOJIMBO?!?"

"Seriously?" Yojimbo face-palmed. "Even PICKLE could recognize me, and he hasn't seen me in person since I was 8," He soon gripped on the paper before opening a portal with his watch. "Stay here, all of you. Nothing reckless and heroic until I get back,"

With that, he entered the portal before it could disappear.

X

"Still no word from Ezra?" Adrien asked as he sat down.

"No, nothing," Marinette sighed, keeping her phone.

"But it's been weeks, girl," Alya frowned. "So many things have happened here, yet we don't haven't heard a single WORD from him,"

"I'm worried too," Nino agreed. "It's not like him to suddenly... disappear on us, right?"

"If you want MY opinion, Ezra probably ghosted out on us," Chloe huffed, passing their desk.

"You know that he would never do that unless something came up," Alix defended with a frown.

"Then PLEASE explain what happened to him," Chloe crossed her arms.

Just as she spoke, a portal suddenly appeared in the middle of the classroom. Celine Bustier gasped, as did the students as Yojimbo appeared from the portal.

"Hello, classmates," he chuckled. "Did I interrupt classes?"

"Ezra!" Marinette jumped to her feet. "It's been weeks!"

"What happened?" Adrien asked as their friend handed a bunch of homework to Caline.

"Nothing much," Yojimbo replied before turning to them. "If I had time, I would tell you all everything, but at the moment, there's an akuma out there, and I need the fox miraculous,"

"My miraculous?" Alya was confused. "What happened with the ladybug and black cat miraculouses?"

"New wielders, more akumas," Yojimbo summarized, holding out his hand. "Now, miraculous,"

"There's a new Ladybug?" Marinette was surprised as Alya handed the fox necklace to the dragon miraculous wielder, along with the small box. "And a new Chat Noir?"

"Azul Bug and Chat Berde," Yojimbo answered with a nod. "Like I said, when I have more time later, I'll tell you all everything, but for now, I have to go,"

With that, he opened up another portal and slipped inside.

X

"Berde, on your left!"

"Got it!" Berde used his staff to deflect the shots.

"You can't escape so easily, Azul Bug and Chat Berde!" Memory Keeper cackled. "Your memories will be MINE! MINE! MINE! MWUHAHAHHAHA!"

Azul hissed and used his yo-yo to swing over to another building. He found one of the trucks cowering in fear as a blast was aiming to hit him.

"Move!" he threw his yo-yo around the truck and moved him out of the way.

"Thank you, Azul Bug!" the truck said before dashing off to get away.

Azul sighed in relief. He was about to turn and rejoin Berde when a voice called his attention.

"A close call, Huh?"

"Yojimbo!" Azul smiled and turned to see his brother jumping over to him. "So what did you need to get?"

"This," Yojimbo handed him the hexagon-shaped maroon box. "It's the miraculous of the fox,"

"The one of illusions?"

"The very one,"

"But why?" Azul frowned.

"You need help, and it looks like Tikki's hinting it," Yojimbo shrugged as his brother took the box. "It better be someone you can trust. The most trustworthy one you can think of,"

"Hmm..." Azul thought for a while. "Well, I'm DEFINITELY NOT risking Pickle in this..."

"Mm-hmm..." Yojimbo felt cold sweat roll down his forehead at that. Well, the Post-Reveal should be interesting...

"The next person I could think of is Darry, but hell no am I risking that," Azul shook his head.

"How about someone EVERYONE trusts," Yojimbo suggested. "Someone that is also a hero—"

"Oh no..." Azul gritted his teeth. "You are NOT thinking who I think you're thinking—"

"Okay, okay, you know that I do NOT trust that guy as much as you do, but think about it for a moment, Ani,"

"Argh, I hate it when you're right," Azul sighed and nodded. "but I'm still leading this operation!"

"Yeah, yeah, I'll go help Berde," Yojimbo chuckled. "Go get him, but DO NOT let anyone else see you, got it?"

"Right, right, secret identities, easy targets and whatnot..." Azul nodded and turned to swing away. "Wish me luck!"

"You're gonna need it," Yojimbo smiled as he watched his brother swing off.

X

"Alright, Darry, we'll be at the treehouse in a few minutes," Blaze hung up then turned to AJ and his parents. "Come on! Everyone who hasn't been victimized are at hiding Stripes's treehouse,"

"Alright!" AJ leapt onto Blaze's driver seat.

"Let's go!" Phoenix beamed before they all drove off.

Just as they zipped through Main Street, Azul landed in front of them with a thud. This caused them to skid to a halt.

"Azul Bug?" Flame's jaw dropped.

"Yes, that's me," Azul nodded. "This street is closed. Memory Keeper's just nearby, so go through this to get to the treehouse," He held out a watch similar to Ezra's and pressed a button, opening up a portal. "But hurry! We wouldn't want the akuma to catch up,"

"Thank you, Azul Bug," Phoenix have a grateful smile before she and Flame headed off.

AJ dismounted and ran after the duo. Blaze was just about to enter when the portal closed all of sudden.

"Woah!" he jumped back and turned to the superhero. "Azul Bug?"

"Don't worry," Azul assured him. "They're at the treehouse, along with the rest of the racers and the other trucks,"

"That's good," Blaze sighed in relief. "Then why not me?"

"I'm going to need your help," Azul took a deep breath and held out the miraculous box towards the red truck. "Blaze, I bestow upon you the miraculous of the fox. It will give you the power of illusions and make you the King of Illusions,"

"Woah..." Blaze took the miraculous box into his tires and opened it, causing a bright light to appear and float beside him. "Woah! Who are you?"

"I am Trixx, young fox," the little being spoke as the light ceased. "I am the Kwami of Illusions,"

"A kwami is what will give you your superpowers," Azul explained. "Once the job is done, you will return the miraculous to me. Can I count on you to do that?"

"You can count on me, Azul Bug!" Blaze nodded with determination as he set the box down and placed the fox necklace around his neck.

"Then all you have to say is; Trixx, Let's Pounce!" Trixx instructed.

"Alright!" Blaze grinned. "Trixx, LET'S POUNCE!"

X

"Argh!" Yojimbo growled. "Lightning dragon!"

Lightning and dark clouds erupted from his powers as they targeted Memory Keeper. Once the akuma was distracted, he grabbed onto Berde and jumped off onto a roof to catch their breaths.

"You doing okay there, Berde?"

"Y-Yeah," Berde sighed in relief before he looked around. "Where is Azul Bug?"

"He's coming, trust me," Yojimbo assured him with a smile. "And he's bringing help,"

"Help?"

"AZUL BUG! CHAT BERDE! YOJIMBO!" The duo turned to see Memory Keeper looking around, searching for the heroes with her book glowing as she smirked. "Come out, come out, wherever you are~"

"Drat." Yojimbo hissed. "We sure need help..."

"Berde! Yojimbo!"

"Bugaboo!" Berde beamed at the sight of his superhero partner as the other hopped onto the rooftop. "You're here!" He then noticed a new superhero coming up from behind the ladybug miraculous holder. "Woah, who's this?"

"Hi," the new superhero greeted with a smile and a wave. He had a red suit on with a yellow belt while he wore an orange cape that served like a fox tail. He had golden sleeves, yellow gloves, golden boots and a pair of long, fox ears sticking out of his fiery red hair. On his face was an orange and golden mask while around his neck was an orange fox tail necklace. "Nice to meet you! I'm B—"

"Superhero name, remember?" Azul interrupted, nudging him. "We can't reveal our secret identities to each other, or Hawkmoth might attack us when we're in our civilian forms,"

"Even if he's giving it away already..." Yojimbo murmured, staring at the fire pattern on the new superhero's shirt.

"...right," the fox miraculous holder grinned sheepishly then he thought for a while before smiling. "The name is Zoom Beamer, King of Illusions,"

"Oh," Berde nodded and smiled. "Nice to meet you, Zoom!"

"He'll be a necessity to my plan," Azul told his partner. "Come on!"

The group nodded and followed after the leader. Zoom Beamer gasped as he jumped across the rooftops.

"Wow!" he cried out. "This is so amazing!"

"Being a hero IS amazing, isn't it?!" Berde agreed.

"Very!" Zoom nodded as they all landed on a roof near Memory Keeper.

"Alright," Azul turned to them. "here's the plan. Berde, stay here and wait for the signal to use your Cataclysm. Yojimbo, head left to prepare a water trap. Zoom, you're with me,"

"Got it," Yojimbo nodded and hopped off.

"On it, M'Lady," Berde gave a bow and a smirk. "You can count on me!"

"Yeah, yeah," Azul rolled his eyes before he went to different rooftops, with Zoom following after him.

They soon made it to a roof, a little far from the rest of them. Azul leaned over and checked over their coordinates then he nodded and turned to Zoom.

"Now, use your flute to make an illusion," he instructed him.

"How do I know that the illusion I want will come out?" Zoom asked, lifting his golden flute from his belt.

"While you blow, you have to think clearly on what you want to make," Azul explained. "The illusion will appear in a magic ball. You'll have to toss it on the ground and yell 'Mirage' for it to appear,"

"Alright..." Zoom nodded and placed the flute to his lips.

"Oh, and another thing!" Azul spoke. "Once the illusion is out, you have to concentrate to keep it steady, so Memory Keeper doesn't suspect a thing,"

"Okay... but what illusion should I do?" Zoom questioned.

"An illusion that YOU know will distract your sister," Azul replied softly, spinning his yo-yo around. "I'll be ready to grab the book once she's distracted,"

"Okay, okay..." Zoom took a deep breath and closed his eyes, blowing into the flute and causing a bright red magic ball to appear at it's tip. He then opened his eyes and threw it down to the ground. "MIRAGE!"

As soon as the magic hit the ground, an illusion of Blaze appeared. Azul chuckled.

"Why did I expect that...?"

"How... How am I suppose to make it move?" Zoom questioned, already struggling to keep it steady.

"Concentrate and use your powers to animate the illusion," Azul told him. "Take it easy and slow,"

"Alright..." Zoom closed his eyes and concentrated.

The illusion of Blaze then began to drive towards Memory Keeper. The said akuma turned to the illusion and gasped.

"Brother!" she cried out, smirking as her book glowed intensively. "Come, and I'll keep you safe!"

"You can also make your illusion talk," Azul added, watching the scene unfold.

Zoom nodded and focused harder as he spoke through the illusion. {"Stop this, Sparkle! This isn't right!"}

"It will be!" Sparkle cackled and drove forward.

The illusion drove back towards the alley way as the akuma got closer. Azul leaned forward, holding his hand up to the fox miraculous holder.

"A little more... A little more... there, stop!"

Zoom grimaced as he caused the illusion to stop moving back. "W-What now?"

"Yell out, 'Reality' to dissolve the illusion," Azul told him.

"Okay," Zoom nodded before swinging his flute down. "REALITY!"

The illusion dissolved in an instant, leaving Memory Keeper shocked. Taking advantage of the shock, Azul held out a hand to the dragon miraculous holder.

"Now, Yojimbo!"

"WATER DRAGON!" Yojimbo released a cage made of water and set it on Memory Keeper.

"NO!" Memory Keeper wailed. "Release me, or else—!"

"I don't think so!" Azul swung his yo-yo down and grabbed the book from the akuma's tire. "Got it!" He then tossed it to the black cat miraculous holder. "Chat Berde! Your turn!"

"On it!" Berde nodded and held out his hand to catch the book. "CATACLYSM!"

By the touch of the black magic in his claws, the book disintegrated, and the purple butterfly flew out. Azul smirked at the sight of it.

"No more evil-doing for you, little akuma," he opened his yo-yo and swung it around. "Time to de-evilize!" He swung it to the akuma, and his yo-yo caught the purple butterfly, causing him to pull on the string and catching the yo-yo in his hand. "Gotcha!" He pressed the middle spot on his yo-yo, and it opened up to release the purified akuma. "Bye-bye, little butterfly,"

He kept his yo-yo and took out his lucky charm. He grinned and tossed it in the air.

"Miraculous AZUL BUG!"

With that, the electric blue ladybugs magically cured the city of it's destruction. All the trucks that lost their memories had recovered them, and the building were all fixed from the damage.

Meanwhile, Purple magic crumbled off of Memory Keeper, and in her place stood a weak and exhausted Sparkle. She fell on her tires, dizzy.

"Ooh, my head..." she muttered. "Wh-What happened...?"

"Don't worry," she looked up to see Zoom jump down in front of her and help her back up. "You're safe now,"

"Are you okay?" Azul asked, jumping down beside the fox miraculous holder as Berde and Yojimbo joined them on the ground.

"I... I'm fine," Sparkle smiled and nodded. "Thank you for saving me!"

"It's no problem," Azul returned the smile then he turned to the group. "Now, come on, everyone. Let's go,"

"Stay safe," Zoom told his sister then the group turned to follow after Azul Bug.

As soon as they were far, Azul stopped at a roof and turned to them. He grinned and held out a fist to them. The three shared his grin and held out their own.

"Pound it!"

They let out a laugh happily before Azul sighed and placed a hand on Zoom's shoulder.

"Come on, Zoom, let's go,"

"Wait, wait," Berde glanced at his partner in confusion. "where are you two going?"

"I need to get his miraculous back, and get him back with his group," Azul replied.

"Wait, so he's NOT permanent like us?" Berde frowned.

"No, he's not," Azul shook his head. "We can't risk too many superheroes out in the daylight. We can have the occasional ones, but not all the time. Hawkmoth might track him down and hurt his friends and family. We can't risk it,"

"But why not here then?" Berde asked.

"Secret identities, Berde," Azul told him. "We can't risk Hawkmoth finding out his identity and hurting him and his loved ones. Now, come on, Zoom,"

Zoom nodded and followed the ladybug miraculous holder. They hopped off and found their way back to the carnival. They went behind the empty booth to hide.

"Trixx, let's rest,"

A bright glow came from the fox superhero, and in his place was the red truck. Blaze handed the miraculous necklace back to Azul.

"Thank you for trusting me, Azul Bug," he said. "It was an honor to fight by your side,"

Azul froze at the statement for a moment before smiling and placing the necklace into the miraculous box. "The honor is mine, Blaze,"

"Blaze!" Sparkle drove over to his brother as soon as she saw him enter the treehouse and hugged him. "I'm so sorry, I—"

"Hey, it's okay," Blaze assured her with a smile. "It's not your fault,"

"It's the akuma that corrupted you," Phoenix told her daughter assuringly. "None of it is your fault,"

"Don't worry about it, kiddo," Flame grinned and ruffled his daughter's hair.

From aside, Crusher had driven into the treehouse. He drove to Ezra, who was sitting on Darington's head as they, along with Pickle, watched the Blaze Family reunite and comfort the orange truck.

"Hey, Crush," Ezra greeted. "Check it out,"

"Yeah, yeah, sweet family," Crusher chuckled.

"At least Sparkle's safe," Darington sighed in relief.

"Man, that Hawkmoth must be THAT low to akumatize a kid," Pickle shook his head.

"You have no idea," Ezra snorted as they continued to watch the reunion.
