Meanwhile, Bruno was exhausted from walking as he finally made it to the tower.

"Made it... finally..." He slumped against the wall to catch his breath before straightening himself up. "Now, time for me to 'save' the prince and become a big hero—"

Suddenly, Blaze's horn echoed through, and Bruno growled as he turned around to see them heading towards him and towards the tower.

"WHAT?!" He bellowed. "How did they get past my jaguars?!" He then spotted the unicorns beside them and hissed. "Unicorns... ugh..."

"Don't worry, my child," Bruno looked up to see his mother flying above him on her broom. "I will make sure that NO ONE steals your moment to shine,"

Silla waved her wand and conjured up rose thorns from below, causing them to rise and block the tower. She then used one to open the door and get Bruno inside just as the others came to the tower, causing them to skid their tires the moment they saw her.

"Oh no... this is just like Sleeping Beauty!" Sparkle said. "A tower covered by rose thorns with a sleeping... victim inside under a spell!"

"And as much I love fairy tales, that's my best friend trapped in there!" Pickle exclaimed. "What do we do, Sir Blaze?!"

"Time to slice through these thorns!" Blaze took out his sword and proceeded to cut through the thorns.

"I will NOT let you claim victory that easily…" Silla snarled and waved her wand to conjure up more rose thorns from the ground. "You will NEVER save the prince now! MWUHAHAHAHAHAHA!"

"What prince are they still talking about?" Sparkle scratched her head, confused.

"Doesn't matter. We can all get through this if we work together!" Blaze declared. "Everyone, your swords!"

Everyone nodded and took out their swords before proceeding to slash away the thorns. After a while, they managed to slash away the ones at the door.

"Everyone in! Quick!"

They all dashed inside as quickly as they can, shutting the door behind them. They then looked up and gasped at the long, winding ramp going up towards the top of the tower.

"Woah…" Flame gasped. "That's a long way up,"

"Let's go!" Pickle dashed forward.

"Pickle, wait up!" Blaze followed after him, as well as the others as they zoomed up towards the top of the tower.

When they made it to top, however, they were met with a bitter surprise.

"Too little, too late, squires!" Bruno mocked.

"Bruno!" Blaze held out his sword. "Where's Crusher?!"

"What did you do to him?!" Pickle demanded.

"Nothing yet," Bruno smirked. "but alas, I made it to the tower first, so the prince is mine! All mine!"

"Can you tell us who the prince is already?" Sparkle asked.

"Oh, aren't you all a bunch of fools?" Bruno cackled. "Coming to the tower, and you don't even know who you're rescuing! Pathetic!"

"We're rescuing Crusher, not a prince," AJ said.

"Mm-hmm, are you sure about that?" Bruno crossed his arms and motioned to the one laying on the bed.

It was human male, hair colored in rainbow as he slept peacefully with both hands on his chest. His clothes were as colorful as his hair as he held a rose in between his hands.

"Who is that?" AJ asked.

"It's the Rainbow Prince," the unicorns gasped.

"MY Rainbow Prince," Bruno bragged. "the one that had been missing for years from this kingdom,"

"Guys, you know about this Rainbow Prince?" Blaze asked.

"He was the prince of our land that had gone missing for years," Violet explained. "No one but the royal family knew of the reason, so we don't know how he ended up here,"

"Or where Crusher is!" Pickle glanced around worriedly. "If the Rainbow Prince then where's my prince— er, my best friend?!"

It was then that Blaze realized something.

"Guys... the prince is sleeping... and so is Crusher. So... what if Crusher IS the Rainbow Prince?!"

Everyone took in what he said.

It made sense. All of it made sense.

No one else but Crusher was taken by the vines earlier and placed into the tower. And he had been sleeping already.

Crusher WAS the Rainbow Prince.

Bruno, on the other hand, rolled his eyes in boredom.

"Of course he was, you idiots." he huffed. "Even I could see that from a mile away. Why do you think I want him?"

"Doesn't matter. What does matter is that we free him from the sleeping spell!" Sparkle declared. "But... how?"

"Aw, so pathetic," Bruno mocked. "You idiots don't even know how to wake up a sleeping prince! Pathetic!"

Pickle ignored him and glanced down at his sleeping best friend as they all tried to think.

This adventure had all been like a fairy tale. Knights, witches, rose thorns, sleeping princes…

…so what if he woke Crusher up like in a fairy tale? It wouldn't hurt, now, would it?

He took a deep breath and approached the sleeping prince on the bed. Blaze turned to him, confused.

"What are you doing?"

"I… I wanna try something…" Pickle said as he leaned down.

Gently, he pressed his lips against the prince's before pulling away. There was a moment of silence before a burst of light came from Crusher.

"Woah!" Everyone was taken back as the light engulfed him and faded away.

Suddenly, a groan escaped his lips as he slowly fluttered his eyes open.

"Wha... what...?" He slowly got up and rubbed his eyes. "What happened…? Where am I…?"

"Easy, Crusher-- you're safe now," Blaze said.

"Blaze…?" Crusher glanced up at them. "Pickle? Wh-What happened? Where are we? And… are you all knights?"

"It's a long story," Pickle giggled. "But at least you're okay!"

"I… I guess— wait, why am I human??" Crusher glanced down at himself in shock.

"We… don't know either," Pickle shrugged. "Maybe—"

"NO!" Bruno snarled.

He pointed his wand towards the group with a growl. The group exchanged worried glances while Crusher looks confused.

"Uh, guys, who's this?"

"We don't have time to explain," AJ said. "We have to get outta this thing!"

"Come on, Prince Crusher!" Pickle scooped up his best friend into his tires.

"Prince? Wha--?"

"You will NOT get away that easily!" there was a poof of smoke, and Silla soon stood beside Bruno, wand out as well.

"Oh brother... what now?" Sparkle asked. "We can't deal with two witches!"

"Wait, witches?!" Crusher was really confused now. "What the hell is going on?! Who are these witches, and why did Pickle call me a prince?!"

"Crusher, I promise, we'll explain later!" Red promised. "Just let us get rid of these guys!"

Silla snickered and used her wand to grab Sparkle and pull her towards them.

"Hey!! HELP!!!"

"SPARKLE!" Blaze gasped.

"Let our daughter go!" Phoenix demanded.

"Hmmm... no!" Bruno snickered, wand aimed to the orange truck.

"If you want your daughter back, hand us the prince!" Silla demanded.

"NEVER!" Pickle growled, his grip on his best friend tightening.

"I have an idea, Crusher, but you need to trust me on this," Violet whispered.

"Alright," Crusher sighed and nodded.

"You may question me about this later, but I want you to stick out your hand and think that you want Sparkle to float back over here."

Crusher raised an eyebrow. "That's it?"

"There's more. Trust me."

"Alright…" Crusher took a deep breath and stuck out his hand, concentrating hard.

Little by little, Sparkle had began to move from the witches' grip and started to slowly float up. And as she giggled happily, she made it back to her family, while Silla and Bruno stared in shock.

"This... this is impossible!" Silla muttered.

"Hooray!" Sparkle cheered, hugging her mom and dad. "I'm free!"

"How did that happen?" Blaze wondered.

"Each member of the royal family has magical powers," Indigo explained. "And Crusher, you can use them to defeat the witches!"

"Woah," Crusher looked at his hands in amazement. "What else can other powers can I do?!"

"Test it out, Crusher!" Pickle encouraged.

"Oh NO you don't!" Bruno snarled, lifting his wand towards them.

"Well... if I wanted to punish someone for kidnapping me... I'd wanna do this!!"

Crusher flicked his hands around, and rainbow magic flew out from them before making their way towards the witches. The mother and son tried to escape, but the magic surrounded little by little and turning them into stone.

"NOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!"
