With the final rescue operation of Unit-01's pilot concluded, NERV find themselves with a very different returnee.

Asuka has to study abroad and spend time away from Shinji, but he has plans to surprise her for Christmas.

Shinji, Asuka, Rei, and Kaworu are gifted with strange abilities pertaining to music. By the same aliens that sent out Adam and Lilith. With these powers, they could possibly rewrite their fate. And destroy the Angels, without destroying their own world.

Crossover AU with Bleach. Units 03 and 04 are completed ahead of schedule, without Unit-04 suffering disaster. Nerv requests the new units to reinforce their defense efforts as new Angels are appearing, but now in greater numbers. He boards the Galaxy class starship the USS Tokyo, captained by Misato Katsuragi, completely unaware of the fate that awaits him... Set in the Star Trek Universe.

Shinji Ikari said goodbye to All of Evangelion, and that world was no more. But now time has passed and the world is ever changing, even without the seeds of the First Ancestral Race, Man still attempts to better himself. Come Mana Kirishima and the T•RIDEN•T. a Rebuild(t) world with an Iron Maiden. Spoilers for 3.0 1.0 Ending if you haven't seen it.

With a past she can't forget and her future little more than an aftermath extended, the former Evangelion pilot Asuka Langley Soryu drifts into adulthood in a world she helped save for everyone but herself. Shinji Ikari reaches a realization and makes his decision.

Misato buys Shinji a journal as a moving-in gift, hoping it will help him confront his fears. What follows is a window into his mind as he learns to understand and come to terms with his feelings better. (Also available on Archive of Our Own)

During dinner conversation, it turns out that Shinji met someone when he ran away.

Shinji and Asuka's story is over. The world will soon forget about them. They must also forget everything about each other to be able to move on. But as the old saying goes: "You can erase someone from your mind. Getting them out of your heart is another story". An homage to the extensive LAS/Asushin lore and romance in canon and in fan works - from past, present and the future.

Before her contact experiment, Yui Ikari left a lot of letters and video recordings for her son Shinji. She forced Gendo to promise to take care of him, and he found himself unable to say no. 10 years later, the angels have arrived and she is waiting inside Unit-01's core for her son to return.

NGE x Castlevania: Cute and perky Hikari was always a fan of flowers, but one dark day she found herself in the crossfire of supernatural forces, and found her connection to such beauty take a dark turn. As she struggles to come to terms with herself, the darkness coming for her won't wait. Rated M for violence and adult situations.

Asuka isn't very happy about this arrangement, but if it means that Misato can shut up about her "Movie Making Skills!", then Asuka is fine... or at least that's what she thinks at first. (Crackfic. Probably isn't funny though.)
