"Here we are, Swoops!" Blaze told his friend as they hovered over a grass plain in between two farmhouses. "You can land right here!"
"You got it!" Swoops nodded and hovered down.
He slowly made his way to the grass plain. Below, Grammy had come out of her farmhouse and waved over to greet them.
"Over here, dears!"
"Grammy!" Crusher returned the wave with a beaming smile.
Swoops landed with a slight thud. The pair didn't care and only beamed as they touched the ground. Crusher immediately jumped out and met his Grammy's tires. Blaze smiled and headed down before turning to the helicopter.
"Thanks, Swoops, we appreciate the help,"
"Anytime!" Swoops assured them as he hovered back up. "See you both around!"
As soon as he gone, Blaze turned to see Crusher chatting with his Grammy. He approached them as Grammy smiled and turned to him.
"Well, now that you both are here, come, let me take you to your new home,"
She led them to the other farmhouse. It was a little bit of a wreck, with the boards broken and the door and windows needing some repairs.
"Well, it could use some work," Blaze chuckled. "but we can work with this, right?"
"Yep," Crusher nodded.
"I'll get the tools!" Grammy offered and headed over to her farmhouse.
"How about we head inside to see what else would need fixing?" Crusher asked.
"Good idea," Blaze smiled. "Come on,"
They headed through the broken door and headed inside. The inside looked worse than the outside, with many bugs crawling out of the broken parts of the house. There was a ramp that led to the top floor, where the rooms were. The rooms were no better, though, and it looked as if they were about to collapse in a second.
"O~kay, this place is... not suitable for living in," Crusher shook his head.
"I know, but we can work with this, right?" Blaze placed a tire on his shoulder.
"RIght," Crusher smiled and nodded.
"Dears, I'm back!" the duo turned to see Grammy enter with a bunch of tools. "Come on! Lte's make this place as good as new,"

"BLAZE AND CRUSHER ARE GONE?!"
The racers looked horrified at the news that were spreading, thanks to the Blaze Family panicking and crying out in worry. Only Darington and Zeg were unfazed, the stunt truck loooking smug while Zeg only shook his head at them. Pickle snorted and wanted to laugh at their reaction.
"How did this happen?!" Stripes yelled.
"You fellas said that they were at home!" Starla growled at the other two.
"Oh, we did?" Darington grinned. "Well, we did say that they WERE at home. Never said that they stayed at home,"
"But why?!" Watts cried out.
"You guys are idiots," Pickle rolled his eyes and drove over. "You guys thought that you could hurt Crusher and attempt to kill him and not have Blaze do something about it? That's so stupid that even DARRY can sense it,"
"Yowch," Darington frowned.
"No offense, hon, but it's true," Pickle giggled and turned. "Well, at least now that they're gone, things would be almost back to normal. NO cheater... NO hero... all normal. Isn't that nice?"
"Wait, wait," AJ dismounted from Stripes's driver seat. "Do you guys... know where they are?"
"We may or may not," Pickle shrugged before smirking. "And don't you DARE think that you can beat it out of us,"
"Yeah," Zeg agreed. "Police watching toxic friends,"
"Don't you all forget about it," Darington ended with a grin then they all turned to leave.
"Argh!" Gabby hissed. "Why is it SO hard to seperate them? Doesn't see Blaze see Crusher how WE see him?"
"I know a way we can get him to see reason..." AJ sighed and took out his phone. "but... I'm gonna have to make an important call..."

"And that... should... do it!" Crusher turned the wrench one last time. "There!"
"Nice job, Crusher!" Blaze beamed as he came to him, covered in paint. "One room's already painted and secured too!"
"Great job to you both!" Grammy grinned as she came over with two glasses of lemonade. "Here, have these to refresh yourselves!"
"Thanks, Grammy!" the pair beamed as they each took a glass.
"I'll be back with some snacks then we'll get back to work!" Grammy chuckled and zoomed over to her farmhouse.
Crusher smiled and sipped on his lemonade. Blaze set his paint can down and drank his lemonade as well.
"Well, I guess this is taking longer than we both hoped for, huh?"
"Yep," Crusher agreed. "but we can do this, right?"
"Definitely," Blaze kissed his cheek. "We can do this together,"
Crusher nodded and smiled but as his boyfriend turned away, his smile faltered. He sighed and glanced down at his glass. His sigh reached the other, making him turn to him.
"Something wrong?"
"It's just..." Crusher let out another sigh. "Blaze, you're doing all this because of me. I... I can't believe you sacrificed everything you've built in Axle City just to have a life with me,"
"Why can't you?" Blaze drove closer. "I told you that I'd do anything to help you and keep you safe from the toxics,"
"Yes, but I... I've separated you from your friends and family," Crusher began to sob. "I've broken your friendship with AJ... your family bond... I... I don't deserve to be with you,"
"Crusher, don't say that," Blaze wiped his tears. "You mean so much to me. I love you so much that I'd give you the whole world just to be with you,"
Crusher blinked over at him before smiling. "Well, then you're REALLY commiting to this? Because you are MY whole world,"
"Oh, you..." Blaze giggled and nuzzled with him. "And you are mine,"
