"C-Crusher…?"

The hovering soon ceased, and Crusher was laid down on the ground beside him. Blaze was confused.

"But, I-- I don't understand! I thought if I chose for Crusher to stay, Dynama would have to stay too! How is he here?"

[Because it is your reward, guardian, for the good heart you displayed despite what you know that you will lose.] the lake responded.

"But… if he's here then… what about Dynama…?" Blaze hissed.

The lake didn't respond. Instead, a dragon of darkness suddenly appeared above them. Blaze gasped, but then gritted his teeth. He grabbed Crusher and moved out of the way as the dragon fell to the ground. The dragon form vanished into Dynama's truck form.

Blaze took a deep breath and prepared to run as Dynama began to wake up with a groan. She hissed and glanced around.

"W-What happened…? W-Where am I…?"

"You... you..." Blaze hissed.

Dynama turned to him. She tilted her head at him, feeling his rage.

"Do… Do I know you…?"

"Wait... huh? You... you don't know who I am?" Blaze looked surprised.

"Should I???" Dynama scratched her head.

"I'm Blaze... Crusher's husband?"

"Your who's who now?" Dynama sighed. "I honestly don't know who you are or who this Crusher is," She then stared down at herself. "Uh… who am I, exactly…?"

Blaze's eyes widened. What was going on?!

[Calm, young Dynama, that is your name.] the lake spoke, causing the fuchsia truck to jump.

"Who the what said that?!" she shrieked out.

"Lake of Wonders, what's going on?" Blaze asked.

[The curse had damaged her memory, especially once ressurected.] the lake replied. [But do not worry, only Crusher's memories remain in tact.]

"Phew..." Blaze sighed in relief.

"Curse? What curse?" Dynama sighed. "Please tell me what's going on…"

Before Blaze could answer, a groan came from the dark blue truck, and Blaze gasped as he watched the other slowly get up.

"Crusher...?"

"B-B…?" Crusher rubbed his eyes and gasped to see his husband in front of him. "BLAZE!"

"CRUSHER!!"

The two lovers embraced each other as much as they could. Both were crying tears of joy as they did.

"I was so scared I would never see you again!" Crusher wept. "But... what happened?"

"I… the Lake of Wonders… it… it brought you back," Blaze replied, his own tears rolling down his cheeks. "It brought you back when I thought I had to give you up…"

"D'aww, you two are cute!" Dynama awed, catching their attentions.

"Dynama!" Crusher yelped, attempting to hide behind his husband.

"Hello! Do you know my name too?" Dynama scratched her head. "Wow, lucky. I'm the only one who can't remember who I am. Sad,"

"Hey... why is she acting so nice? And... doesn't know me?" Crusher turned to the other for an explanation.

"The curse removed her memories when the lake resurrected her too because your deaths were linked through the curse," Blaze explained.

"I... guess that makes sense..."

"So… is anyone gonna explain me anything or would I have to figure things out myself?" Dynama asked.

"Well... it might take us some time," Blaze admitted. "Why don't we hop in the lake and you can see for yourself?"

"BLAZE!" Roarian's voice echoed from outside. "WHERE HAVE YOU GONE?!"

[It seemed explanations must have another time.] the lake told them. [You all must take your leave now. Farewell.]

"Thank you..." Blaze said bowing. "For everything."

[You are welcome, and good luck.]

With that, the lake ceased it's glow and motioned the group to the exit. They all headed out just in time to see Roarian land in front of the cave.

"Blaze! There you--"

Roarian stopped mid-sentence, however, the moment he laid eyes on the others with him.

"Hey, Roarian," Crusher smiled.

"C-Crusher…?" Roarian's jaw dropped.

"Yeah... it's me." Crusher nodded.

"But… But how?! We… We watched you… you…"

"Long story, but we'll explain everything-- promise," Blaze spoke up. "Now... there's someone else..."

"Ooh! A flying lion!" Dynama gasped. "Cool!"

Roarian was taken back. "Dynama! She... doesn't remember?"

"Aw man, how come EVERYONE knows me but I don't?!" Dynama whined.

"We'll explain later, Dynama." Blaze turned toward Roarian, but instead of bowing like before, he bolted up and cuddled close to the lion. "I'm so sorry..."

"What is there to apologize for, my friend?" Roarian asked, wrapping a wing around him comfortingly.

"For screaming and bolting off like I did... it wasn't right to any of you. After Crusher... passed on temporarily, I felt so lost and alone... and I didn't even think about how any of you were feeling. I'm so sorry..."

"There, there, Blaze, it is alright," Roarian assured him. "We were all hurt by the death, but as his husband, we understood how devastated you were than the rest of us,"

"So... you all forgive me...?"

"Of course we do." Roarian nodded with a smile.

Crusher smiled before making his way to them. As he did, he heard a a thud, and he turned to find Dynama laying on her back, facing the sky.

"Ooh, look at the pretty pink sky!" she giggled.

"It is gonna take me a while to get used to this..." Crusher sighed and face-palmed.

Suddenly, a dragon's roar echoed through the place. Everyone looked up to see an ice dragon flying his way to towards them.

"Ooh, a dragon!" Dynama's eyes widened in amazement.

"Wait, is that…?" Crusher gasped. "Glacier!"

"Glace-who now?" Dynama turned to him, confused. "Who's that?"

"Our brother." Crusher replied.

"Ooh, I have a dragon brother?! And we're siblings?!" Dynama gasped. "THIS DAY IS SO COOL!"

"You all can turn into dragons, you know," Blaze shrugged.

"WE CAN?! AWESOME!" Dynama squealed.

"Blaaaze, I don't think I'll get used to this…" Crusher hissed.

Blaze laughed as Glacier landed on the ground in front of them, Speedrick on his back. The icy dragon faded into his truck form as he glanced around.

"Roarian! There you are! Did you find—"

His eyes widened as he stopped himself mid-sentence the moment his eyes met Crusher's. The dark blue truck waved at the other with a smile.

"Hey, big bro,"

"Crusher!" Glacier wrapped his tires around the other and hugged him as much as he could. "YOU'RE ALIVE!"

"Yeah, I am," Crusher chuckled and returned the hug. "I missed you too, Glacier,"

"Missed you so MUCH!" Glacier held him tighter. "NEVER die on me ever again!"

"No promises," Crusher laughed.

"Hello!" Dynama greeted.

"What in what?! Dynama?!" Speedrick yelled out. "What is SHE doing here??"

"Dont worry, guys, her memory is long gone, so she doesn't remember any of us," Blaze assured them.

"Yeah, we can explain the rest later," Crusher nodded. "For now, how about we just go home? I miss the kids!"

"Great idea," Blaze smiled and gave a nod. "Let's go home,"
