"So where is Glacier gonna stay?" Starla questioned as they all headed out of the garage, with Speedrick helping Glacier to drive.

"I can always stay at the garage," Glacier shrugged.

"No, no, no, Zoom, Chili and I are gonna occupy it, along with Watts and Gabby," Cobra told him. "Too crowded,"

"So where will Glacy and I stay then?" Speedrick raised an eyebrow.

"With the Blaze Family,"

"I AM NOT STAYING IN ONE BUILDING WITH HIM!" Pickle pointed at the male white truck.

"Yeah, it might get stabby," Crusher agreed.

"Then it looks like you and Glacier will be on boyfriend duty," Cobra chuckled.

"Well, Glacier would be safer with us," Blaze seemed to agree. "And it's better if AJ and I keep an eye on Speedrick, so he doesn't pull another trick like last time,"

"Argh, I hate it when you're right…" Crusher grumbled.

"But where would they stay?" Sparkle asked. "We only had the attic and the spare room,"

"Maybe the loft," Pickle cackled. "Or the basement, whichever works,"

"NOT THE BASEMENT!" Speedrick gagged with a wince. "THERE ARE RATS DOWN THERE!"

"The basement is admittingky larger than the loft," Blaze confessed.

"Ugh…" Speedrick grumbled. "I hate rats…"

"The basement it is," Glacier sighed.

"Will you be able to get used to it, rich boy?" Crusher huffed.

"Ha ha, funny," Glacier rolled his eyes.

"Lets just get home, so we can get the basement ready," Blaze told them.

"Oh yeah! We need to clean the basement and make sure that there aren't any rats down there," Phoenix agreed.

"Yes PLEASE!" Speedrick gagged.

"Mind helping us out, bro?" Blaze turned to Crusher.

"Yeah, alright," Crusher smiled and nodded.

"Seriously?" Glacier narrowed his eyes at them. "Blaze, you are aware that Crusher is only HALF by blood, right?"

"Yes, I'm aware," Blaze nodded.

"And I'm not related to them through any blood, but I'm still their brother," AJ pointed out. "What's your point?"

"But… why?" Glacier questioned. "Family is by blood, isn't it?"

"Dynama doesn't treat YOU like family now, does she?" Crusher challenged.

"Shut up." Glacier growled, glaring at him.

"That's enough, both of you." Flame scolded at them.

"Yes, Dad," Crusher sighed.

"Hey, you can't tell ME what to do." Glacier growled. "You're not my father,"

"I might not, but while you're staying in MY household, I want you to have good manners," Flame told the icy blue truck.

"Hmph, whatever," Glacier held onto Speedrick, who held him closer.

"Family is by the bond that connects us all," Blaze told him.

"How could you even bond with Crusher when he's done so much damage on you?" Glacier asked.

"Because everyone deserves second chances," AJ told him. "Even you and Speedrick,"

"Second chance, my ASS." Pickle snarled.

"Come in, Glacier, just… cooperate with them for the moment," Crusher urged.

"Psh," Glacier gave a huff. "Fine. But just a note that just because I'm going to help you, doesn't mean that I'm your brother."

"That's to no one's surprise," Crusher rolled his eyes.

"Come on," Blaze held onto the dark blue truck's tire and pulled on him. "The sooner we get to clean out the basement, the sooner they can move in, and you can just pretend like they never existed,"

"Good idea," Crusher sighed and nodded.

Libra narrowed her eyes through her binoculars as she watched the villains trio gather in the apartment Calvin had bought for them. She hissed.

"What are those three planning…?"

"Still got nothing, sister?" Tundra asked as he jumped and landed beside her on the roof.

"Nope, we need a better microphone," Libra sighed.

"But we don't have one…?"

"Exactly," Libra kept her binoculars. "Come on, let's get some good microphones, so we can get some good information about their plan,"

"And where exactly…?" Tundra raised an eyebrow. "Cobra is busy, and Zoom and Chili are little to no help,"

"We can make our own! Come on!"

With that, she grabbed Tundra and zoomed off.

"And that's the last of it!" Phoenix sighed in relief as they moved the last of the boxes from the basement to the loft.

"And the basement's all clean too!" Flame spoke, coming out all dusty with a broom.

"You guys should be able to sleep there together," Blaze told Speedrick and Glacier.

"Thanks, Blaze," Speedrick gave a smile.

"No problem," Blaze assured them before turning. "Dinner is soon, so make sure to meet up with us at the dining room. Come on, Sparkle, AJ, Crusher, Pickle, let's go get cleaned up,"

"Yeah, yeah, whatever," Glacier waved him off before driving inside the basement.

Speedrick followed after him and shut the door. Crusher watched as they did so before sighing. Blaze frowned.

"Something wrong, Crusher?"

"Nothing, it's just…" Crusher let out another sigh. "I like the effort Cobra is putting in all of… this, but this isn't going to help me and Glacier bond,"

"Do you think he believes that it might?" AJ asked.

"Maybe it will," Sparkle spoke. "After all, you managed to bond with us!"

"There's a difference," Crusher shook his head. "You've all only met me once, and I was bearable. I didn't hold as much hatred for you all as Glacier did for me,"

"Why do Glacier and Dynama hate you so badly?" AJ wondered.

"I… I'm not entirely sure," Crusher shrugged. "They usually say because I exist, or it's because I'm only half of their blood,"

"Well, by the looks of it, that does seem like the real reason…"

"I wish I could STRANGLE them right now." Pickle huffed.

"Woah, too violent there, Pickle," Blaze told him.

"Not violent enough, honestly," Pickle shrugged.

"Lets just go wash up for dinner," Crusher sighed.

"You need some more rest," Speedrick told him as he set the other down on the bed set up inside the basement. "You still look sore,"

"M'fine," Glacier sighed but laid down anyway. "Just… need a few minutes of shut eye…"

"No, you're not fine, I know how you act," Speedrick sighed and patted his back. "What's the matter?"

"Nothing…"

"Don't you 'nothing' me, Glacy, please," Speedrick frowned. "What's bumming you out?"

"Everything," Glacier admitted with a groan. "Whatever that Cobra guy is trying to do, it's not gonna work,"

"What do you think he's trying to do?"

"Trying to get me to bond with that excuse of a brother of mine." Glacier gritted his teeth.

"I don't understand why you don't like lightning boy," Speedrick said. "I mean, to me, he was hot to me and pretty easy to get attracted by any guy. I don't get why you hate him,"

"It's the fact that he was never a guy to begin with was the problem," Glacier hissed.

"Oh yeah, I heard that he was trans," Speedrick chuckled, turning away to get a pillow. "What about it?"

"… I hate having sisters," Glacier grumbled, cuddling himself up. "One is a psycho that barely cares for me and another is half of blood that I could barely call them a sibling,"

"Glacy…"

Speedrick turned back to talk to him but found the icy blue truck fast asleep. He sighed and cuddled up to the other to let him rest.
