Been a while since I updated my profile, last time was 2010 and many thing have changed or have become irrelevant to post on the profile itself (if you ask me).

Anyway on other fora etc. I am also know as Waffletoaster or simply just KarumA.
I write mainly to improve my English but also because I like to write silly stories that perhaps others will like also.
I do not care much about hits or reviews, they are not my main motivation but letting out your imagination and being able to put something to words is to me very satisfying and perhaps makes me proud even.

I am a very creative person with various interests and use my creativity daily not just to make a living but also to relax and to blow off steam.
It is something that helped me through rough patches in my life and eventually became something that I actually use for others and now I make a living with it (which I never expected TBH).

I have plenty of stories as a whole and many of them have stranded not just cause of lack of inspiration but also because of my own incompetence in grammar and plot. Some of the stories are quite old by now and years later while rereading them I sometimes cringe at what I thought was perhaps very good. This doesn't mean that I have forgotten about writing or the stories that have many followers and chapters but it means that I need time to figure things out and perhaps get myself back on that same cloud I was on when I loved the series I was writing it for. It isn't easy to simply pick up something without feeling the same love and without knowing the same details of the show itself.

I decided not to give up on stories or writing on its own but I am taking time which I didn't do before and what I see happening plenty of times. However I realized over the years that the stories I really, REALLY enjoy are those written not weekly but those of which the writer took their time to work out script, grammar and story. It is something I admire and something I want to learn which is why I decided not to hasten my writing but to create something complete rather than half assed.

Current active stories :

Currently from time to time I make a new chapter concerning Gundam Seed Sublimity.
It isn't my first Seed storyline but I was very unhappy with the other story I wrote: Memories Of A Dream, which ended up with an entire block and hardly any proper romantic build up. I decided to take some of the things I liked about it and to create something that made more sense to me and before starting I decided I wanted everythign on paper first in terms of direction, character build ups, outlining the plot and what comes after. It will take me a while to actually write the damn thing but for perhaps the first time it feels like I know how to approach the process itself and I actually want to finish it because there is so little attention and love for the main couple I support.

Over the past years I have written multiple drafts for other stories but never got to actually writing them out as a whole. I have a great idea for a Devil May Cry story (the right Devil May Cry that is!) but it is very long and the storytelling will be quite complicated to work out because I want to create a certain theme and express not something lovery dovey. It certainly is on my to do list whenever this one finishes.

There is not much else to add I'm afraid. I hope you enjoy the stories I have written or that you enjoy those that I am working on right now.
I know the older stories have bad English and grammar, I keep them around for motivation and much like sketching I don't believe in throwing things out because there are always bits and pieces among the rubble that inspire me. It is also a nice showcase to see how much I improved over the years (I have been writing for over about 15 years now) .
