I would like to begin by stating the obvious: some of you may remember me from another site. After all, it was an author's work here that led me there. I first bought Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney almost entirely by accident. I had bought a Full Metal Alchemist game, but my copy proved defective. I took it back and they had no replacement copies, so I looked around for something else I could buy with my store credit. I saw Ace Attorney sitting on the shelf, remembered hearing that it was very funny, and took a gamble. Little did I know that I had just hit the jackpot. Phoenix and I would soon become very good friends. I was 24. By the time I finished Trials and Tribulations, he had come to seem like a long-lost twin brother. I could've sworn I felt every pang as if it were my own, especially when Dahlia was involved. When the truth finally came out and Iris confessed her feelings on the witness stand, I well and truly rejoiced...and I wanted more. Oh, how I wanted it! I searched like a madman for hints about Phoenix's future and found none that satisfied. Finally my desperate search led me here, to Pen and Paper71. Her fiction soothed my aching heart and inspired me to take a crack at writing some myself. Unsurprisingly, my maiden project was a Phoenix-Iris piece. I attempted to portray their romance through correspondence, with Phoenix newly disbarred and Iris still in prison. Emboldened by the feedback, I made it into a series and soon began working on another piece, arguably more ambitious than the first. This one was Miles-Franziska themed. Both are as yet unfinished, but I fully intend to complete them. In the meantime, I have decided to copy my existing work on them and bring it here. Those who have read my fics before may notice that I took the liberty of doing some minor, 90% cosmetic editing. For ease of navigation, my fics are titled as follows:
