The group made their way to the kingdom, with Varya leading them. They soon made it to arc leading to the village at the front of the palace.

"We just have to get through the village." Varya told them.

The group strode forward, moving through the village with ease. Some of the villagers, glanced at them and began to whisper, glancing back at them, mostly Crusher, repeatedly as they did so.

"Uh... guys? I don't know about this..." Crusher grimaced, uncomfortable.

"Stay toward the middle of the group. Crush, and you should be okay as long as no one sees you." Pickle suggested.

"Alright..."

Crusher moved to the middle, attempting to hide himself. The murmurs still echoed through the village as they passed through it.

"Let's hurry and get inside the palace."

"Let's go!"

They zoomed inside as quickly as they could. At the gate, however, they were met with the guards, which blocked their path.

"You! State your business!" one guard boomed.

"We, uh... would like to come inside, please," Crusher spoke.

"Only those with permission from the King may enter!" the other guard claimed.

"Or... the prince?" Blaze questioned with a smirk, making his paw glow to return Crusher to normal.

Crusher stared at him in disbelief but gulped and turned to face the guards, who all gasped in shock.

"Prince Crusher?!"

"Y-Yeah... it's me," Crusher nodded in confirmation. "I would like to see my father and my aunts, please."

"Are you sure it's wise?" one guard asked. "We would not want them to hurt you."

"I... I'm sure." Crusher gave a nod.

"All right, your highness."

"I'm sorry I had to reveal your true form, Crusher, but there was no other way," Blaze apologized.

"It's okay..." Crusher sighed as they walked through the gate. "A little heads up next time, tho?"

"Promise," Blaze smiled. "Oh! Better turn us back."

He flicked his tires, and they all transformed back to their normal forms.

"Hurry, we have to get to the the throne room!" Blaze claimed.

They headed off with a zoom, through the halls. They slowed down, however, when they saw the portraits of Acheron, Tabla and Randora all through the walls of the hall.

"Ugh... they're so self absorbed..." Pasha muttered.

"Let's keep going, guys." Blaze urged.

They soon reached the end of the hall, to the door leading to the throne room. Crusher took a deep breath as he approached the door.

"Here goes everything..."

He push opened the door, and the group entered the throne room. It was surprisingly empty, with only the crystal ball to be seen in the middle of the room.

"Well... that was ironic," Sparkle said.

"Ooh! Look at this pretty ball!" Feliks ran to the crystal ball.

"Feliks, no! It could trigger a trap!" Varya cried.

Feliks didn't listen, the crystal ball too mesmerizing as he touched the ball. Suddenly, the doors slammed shut and locked.

"Oh no..."

"Well, well..." the group looked around to find two females step forward. "look who's back..."

Feliks immediately darted back to his mother while Crusher scowled in annoyance.

"Aunt Tabla... Aunt Randora..."

"If it isn't the misfit lightning brat..." Pandora sneered.

"Agreed, sisters..." the king said as he entered. "Agreed..."

Crusher stiffened as he took a step back. "Father."

"Never thought you'd show up again, you pest. But now that you are... sisters! Spell formation!"

The three formed a circle around Crusher, raising their tires as they glowed. Suddenly, electric blue power surged from Crusher, and he screeched in pain.

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!"

"CRUSHER!!" the group gasped in horror.

"What do you think you're doing?!?" Blaze demanded.

"Taking the brat's magic and life force, sweet thing," Randora's voice dripped with bitterness. "And you all will be next if you don't can it!"

"Crusher! You have to fight them!" Pickle shrieked.

"I... I can't!" Crusher fought tears rolling down his cheeks. "They were always stronger! I can't do it! I couldn't save my mom, so how can I save myself?!"

"Crusher, I know you and your mom suffered so much under your dad and aunts' rule!" Blaze said as more magic began to slip away. "But think of your mom! What would she want you to do?"

"She... I..." Crusher hissed, trembling as he felt himself drain.

Blaze was right.

His mom wouldn't want him to give up like this.

Not now... not ever.

He had to turn the spell against them!

He shut his eyes, taking a shaky breath as he gathered up what was left of his magic. His eyes glowed a bright blue, much to the trio's shock.

"W-What?!" Acheron snarled. "That's... That's NOT POSSIBLE!!"

"You never knew what I was capable of, Father, because you never raised me right!" Crusher snapped, rising up off the floor. "You never gave me or my mom a chance at a happy life! But, now... it's time I show you WHO I REALLY AM!!!"

The magic surrounded him, returning back to him as his eyes glowed white now. Tabla and Randora hissed, struggling to take control of the spell.

"No... NO NO!!"
