PEN NAME: follow your star; taken from the fourteenth Pokémon movie. I've always loved the songs from Pokémon.

ABOUT ME: You can call me Lyra. I'm a fifteen-year-old girl that's a dreamer and a wanderlust. I love reading, particularly about adventure and fantasy. I love drowning myself in my imagination. I make believe that the character's world is real.

I didn't care about Pokémon before; not really. Until that day I got bored and asked my dad to buy a bunch of CD's of the episodes, I immediately fell in love with it. The Pokémon look adorable and epic [except maybe for those few that look sort of disturbing] and I especially love the friendship and the lessons you pick up along the way. The bonds they have with Pokémon bring me to tears, more often than once. It made me learn so much about friendship, about courage and about life. I never expected to learn so much.

I've always wished we lived in a world similar to that of theirs. Their world is so beautiful, full of excitement and adventure. I love it.

NOTE: I suck at updating, I know. I'm sorry. I feel bad. I swear that I do try to write but inspiration just isn't here. But I'm not going to abandon a story I started, and I do plan on finishing it. I originally planned to update weekly but it's pretty clear that's not going to happen. Of course, I can always continue on, but then the chapter would feel . . . forced, somehow. And I don't want that. So instead, I'm waiting for inspiration to strike before continuing. Sometimes, I look back at the reviews and remind myself that there are actually people out there who appreciate my writing, and that's enough to make me want to finish the next chapter as fast as I can. Again, I'm sorry. I'll try my best to make the rest of the story worth the wait.
