Authors Note: I'll be adding some additional Dinosaurs in this story, three of each element.
Disclaimer: I don't own Dinosaur King or it's characters. But I do own Katelyn.
Dinosaurs were a species that dominated the Earth 140 million years ago.
They lived in every part of the planet. The land, the sky and even the sea.
However, their reign came to an end when a huge asteroid crashed into the Earth and wiped them all out.
Despite this, the Dinosaurs' bones remained and showed us what they looked like during their time on our world.
But, what if they never went extinct at all?

In the area of Sanjo City, which was located in Japan, a lone medium-sized house that had a neat garden was resting near the main city.
Inside one of it's rooms was a twelve year old girl working on her homework. She had long brown hair that reached the top of her back and purple eyes. She wore a bright-green shirt that had a Sunflower image on it, a green skirt with white checkerboard lines, a red headband, a pair of green slip-on shoes and long white socks. This girl was called Katelyn Smith. But her friends just call her Kate.
Katelyn's room had a bedsheet with a T-Rex image on it, a Dinosaur poster and a collection of plastic Dinosaur figures, meaning she was a big Dinosaur fan. It also had a Baseball flag on the wall and some Baseball equipment that was located inside a big Duffel Bag, which means she played for a Junior Baseball Team.
After finishing her homework, Katelyn stood up from her chair, grabbed her backpack and placed it inside.
"Well, that's done and out of the way." Katelyn said to herself. "I think I'll get something to drink, now."
Katelyn placed her bag on her bed and went downstairs, where she was greeted by her parents, Chris and Emma.
Chris had neatly combed black hair and yellow eyes. He wore a light-blue business shirt, light-blue toruses, black socks and a pair of smart brown shoes.
Emma had brown hair just like her daughter, but she kept it tied in a bun. She wore a red blouse, black jeans, white socks with robin pictures on them and a pair of red and black trainers.
Both Chris and Emma noticed their daughter walking down the steps and heading towards the fridge.
"Hi there, darling." Emma greeted kindly.
"Did you get your homework done?" Chris asked.
"I sure did." Katelyn replied.
"That's nice to here." Emma said.
"I'm sure your teacher's gonna be very impressed, Katelyn." Chris told his daughter.
"Thanks, dad." Katelyn said with a smile.
Katelyn got a glass of orange juice and sat down at the table.
Then, the brown haired girl overheard her parents talking at the living room.
"Do you think she knows about what happened three days ago?" Emma asked.
"You mean a T-rex appearing from the ocean and a Triceratops battling it later on?" Chris asked in response.
Katelyn stopped drinking and listened more carefully.
"I'm sure it's just some funny story." Chris said.
"What about that news report about a Spinosaurus showing up in Egypt?" Emma questioned.
"Well, it seemed a bit real." Chris admitted.
"Let's just keep it between us and hopefully Katelyn won't find out." Emma said.
"Sure thing." Chris agreed.
Katelyn was silent for a moment. To be honest, she did hear about a Triceratops fighting a Tyrannosaurus Rex at the park, and she saw the news saying that a Spinosaurus appeared out of nowhere in Egypt.
Deciding to think about it another time, Katelyn shook her head and went back to the table.

Later, Katelyn was seen outside in the garden, watering all of the flowers that were there.
She then let out a sigh and remembered the conversation her parents had.
"I wish I could've been at the park when it happened." Katelyn thought. "I've always wanted to see a Dinosaur in real life. But, I doubt it's gonna happen anytime soon."
As she was lost in her thoughts, a small flash of light coming from a nearby tree snapped Katelyn back into reality.
She turned her head towards where she saw the flash and saw that it was gone.
"What was that?" Katelyn asked as she turned off the hose and placed it on the ground. "Maybe I should take a look."
Katelyn then walked up to the tree and started looking for whatever made that small light.
Just when it looked like nothing was there, Katelyn noticed a small crater behind the tree and gasped when she saw something in the of it.
It appeared to be some kind of stone that was slightly shaped like a triangle, but instead of having pointy edges, it had smooth and round edges. Another noticeable feature about the stone was that it had three colourful gems in the center part. One red, one blue and one yellow.
Katelyn kneeled down and took a closer look at the stone.
"What.. is this?" She asked silently. "I've never seen a stone like this at all."
Katelyn slowly reached her hand out to the stone and picked it up so she could examine it some more.
Then, she noticed a small chip-like device contacted to one of the smooth edges.
"Weird. I wonder what this is for." Katelyn said in curiosity as she touched the device with her finger.
Suddenly, Katelyn found herself surrounded by a rainbow-coloured aura that caused her to stand up and get startled.
The aura then faded away and Katelyn stared at herself in shock.
"Okay, what the heck was that?" Katelyn asked in complete astonishment. "I… think I should tell mom and dad."
Katelyn turned around and walked towards her house, but she suddenly tripped up on something and fell face flat into the ground.
"Ugh! Are you kidding me?!" Katelyn questioned in annoyance. "This day's just getting ridiculous, now!"
Katelyn looked behind herself to see what she tripped on and saw a strange-looking capsule that was shaped like an egg.
"An… egg?" Katelyn asked as she raised one of her eyebrows. "How did this get in my garden?"
Katelyn picked up the capsule and heard something inside when she gave it a shake.
Curious, she grabbed the top part of the capsule and it came off when she pulled on it, revealing six cards inside.
"Cards?" Katelyn questioned as she grabbed the three that had grey outlines on them and saw images that she recognised on them.
They were Dinosaurs.
"Aren't these Dinosaurs. And these other three cards look kinda different." Katelyn said quietly as she looked at the cards with orange outlines.
Katelyn didn't know why, but she felt like the stone she had and these cards were somehow connected.
"Perhaps the stone and these cards are supposed to go together for some reason?" Katelyn guessed and she put the grey-outlined cards and the stone together.
But then, the cards glowed red, blue and purple respectively and began growing bigger and bigger.
Katelyn gasped in shock before she quickly hid behind a bush and watched what was happing in front of her.
When the glows faded away, three actual Dinosaurs stood in the garden.
The first Dinosaur was a bipedal theropod that was in the same family of Dinosaurs as a Tyrannosaurus. It had two short arms, razor sharp teeth and two small crests on it's head near the eyes. It's underbelly and bottom snout were coloured orange, it's back had dark-blue patterns that when from it's head to it's tail, and the rest of it's body was a more lighter blue. This was a Gorgosaurs.
The second Dinosaur was another carnivore that belonged to a group called Spinosaurs. It was a bit small and it's mouth resembled that of a crocodile's. It's underbelly, hands and bottom jaw was coloured light-blue and the rest of it's body was mostly grey. It had a really thin back with wide light-blue stripes on it. Finally, there was a bright-red sail-like fin located on it's forehead. This was an Irritator.
And finally, the third Dinosaur was a herbivore related to the Stegosaurus. It was mainly coloured bright orange and had some long Crimson patterns on it's back, head, tail and sides. It's most noticeable features were the huge spikes on it's back. The ones on it's neck were quite small, but the ones on it's back and tail were way more bigger. It's sides also had a huge and long spike each. This was a Kentrosaurus.
The three Dinosaurs all roared to signal their appearance before they all looked around the garden.
"What the heck?!" Katelyn thought, getting a bit freaked out at the moment.
Katelyn quickly hid inside the bush to avoid being seen.
She looked to her right and saw the Gorgosaurus' jaw nearby and opened up, revealing a collection of deadly teeth that made Katelyn shiver in fear.
Meanwhile, the Kentrosaurus looked over the fence that surrounded the garden saw the rest of the city and decided to go explore it in curiosity.
The Stegosaur turned it's head to the Gorgosaurus and Irritator before roaring at them and directing both Carnivores to the city.
They both nodded in response and the Irritator smashed straight through the fence with it's head, which was heard by Katelyn.
"What was that?" The girl asked as she peeked her head out from the bush and saw the Gorgosaurs, Irritator and Kentrosaurus run towards the city.
Katelyn then crawled out of the bush and looked at the direction where the Dinosaurs went.
"Did.. real live Dinosaurs just… appear in my own garden and… run away?" Katelyn asked in absolute awe and shock, still trying to process what just happened right now.
Katelyn shook her head and gently slapped herself on the cheeks before looking at the stone that made the Dinosaurs appear in the first place.
"If this thing made them come out of those cards, then maybe it can turn them back!" Katelyn theorised. "I've gotta stop them before they damage the whole city!"
And just like that, Katelyn ran out of the garden and followed the Dinosaurs into the city, determined to stop what she caused.
Chris and Emma walked and outside and looked around for their daughter.
"Kate, what was that noise?" Chris asked.
"Did you break accidentally the fence while practicing Baseball again?" Emma questioned with a frown.
Both of them gasped when they saw the destroyed fence and Dinosaur footprints that were left in their own garden.
"Honey… do you think…?" Emma started to ask.
"Looks like it." Chris nodded in response.

Elsewhere, on an island in the middle of the Pacific Ocean, an old man with a white beard, a single long line of hair, woolly eyebrows and a lab coat was looking up at a huge screen from inside the island.
The screen was showing a map of the globe and currently, three small red dots was blinking on Japan.
"Oh! This is quite a surprise!" The old man said with a grin. "Three Dinosaurs in one place! I must have them! Ursula! Zander! And Ed! Get in here!"
"Coming, Dr Z!" Three different voices called out.
Three people, two men and a woman to be specific, then ran into the room and stood before the old man, who's name was Dr Z.
The woman had green hair and was wearing a red jumpsuit with a hole that revealed her navel, a burgundy-coloured cloak, pink gloves that left her fingers exposed, red high heels, and a choker that had a weird-looking A symbol on it. Her name was Ursula
The first man was quite tall and had a pair of shades and smooth black hair with two long strands sticking up. His clothing consisted of a simple dark-brown jacket, an A symbol on his left shoulder, and and a light-red T-shirt. He was called Zander.
And last but not least, the second man was short and a bit fat and had short blue hair and a slightly red nose. He wore overalls, and a brown T-Shirt with a big A symbol on it. This was Ed.
These people were known as the Alpha Gang, a group who's goal was to gather Dinosaurs and build a Dino empire for their leader, Dr Z.
"So, what's the mission today, sir?" Ursula asked while standing tall.
"I need all of you to go and round up three Dinosaurs that have appeared in the exact same location." Dr Z explained.
"Wait, three Dinosaurs?" Zander asked in surprise.
"There's never been three Dinosaurs appearing at the same time." Ed admitted before taping on his head. "Maybe the Alpha Scanner's busted or something?"
"It's not busted, you buffoon!" Dr Z snapped, making Ed wince. "My technology is never wrong! Now get going and bring me back those cards! And make sure those brats don't beat you this time!"
"Yes, doctor!" Ursula saluted. "We won't fail this important mission! Now, where's Terry, Spiny and Tank?"
Right after Ursula finished talking, three Chibi-looking Dinosaurs charged straight into the room and chased each other around.
The first one was a T-Rex that was mainly red, but also had a slightly white underbelly and two yellow stripes on it's size.
The second was a Spinosaurus that was purple on the top, and white on the bottom. It also had a purple sail or fin with blue stripes on it's back.
The third and last one was a Saichania with small yellow spikes on it's back and the sides of it's head. It's back was coloured purple and it's underbelly was the same colour as the Tyrannosaurus and Spinosaurus' and it had a powerful club at the end of it's tail.
These three were named Terry, Spiny and Tank, the Alpha Gang's signature Dinosaurs.
All three Alpha Dinos continued running wildly until they crashed right into the Alpha Trio, creating a huge pile.
"I think we found them." Zander mumbled in pain.
"Good." Ursula groaned as she blacked out.

At the same time, at a house located up the road in Sanjo City, an 11 year old boy named Max Taylor was in his backyard and tossing a ball at a creature named Chomp, who resemble a Triceratops.
Max had spiky brown hair and purple eyes. He was wearing a red sleeveless t-shirt with a yellow hood, orange jeans, red sneakers, red fingerless gloves on his hands, a black fanny pack around his stomach with a Dinosaur tooth on it, and a visor on his head with a glass shade and a pair of horns that resembled a Triceratops'.
Chomp was mainly yellow with orange parts of the top of his thrill, a line of orange on his back and a orange-coloured diamond shape on his forehead. His most noticeable feature was the three horns on his head, two long ones on his upper head, and one more on his nose.
"Here it comes, Chomp!" Max called out. "Go get it!"
He tossed a small red rubber ball at Chomp and the miniature Triceratops caught it in his mouth.
"Way to go, buddy!" Max remarked proudly. "Now, bring it back here!"
Unfortunately, Chomp didn't hear him and popped the ball when he bit into it, causing it to deflate.
"Aw man." Max groaned in annoyance as he picked up the deflated ball. "I guess that's it, then."
"Maybe from now on, you'll think twice before playing catch with a Dinosaur that loves biting on stuff." Max's friend, Rex Owen, told him.
Rex was the same age as Max and had short Blonde hair and blue eyes. He wore a blue jacket over a white t-shirt, white jeans, and blue sneakers. He also had a Dinosaur tooth just like Max, except he wore it around his neck.
Beside him was another miniature Dinosaur that was called a Carnotaurus. It was blue with a lighter blue underbelly, small yellow horns on it's head, spikes going down from it's head to it's tail, and a two long yellow streams on his sides. This was Rex's partner, Ace.
"Gee, thanks for the reminder, Rex." Max said sarcastically.
"Hey, what'd you expect Chomp was gonna do?" Rex asked.
"Give me back the ball and continue playing with me?" Max questioned.
"You know what happens when he gets something in his mouth." Rex reminded him.
"Well, excuse me for wanting to spend some fun time with him." Max retorted with his eyes closed and arms crossed.
Before Rex could respond, a voice called out to them.
"Boys! You've gotta get over here!" The voice shouted.
Max and Rex instantly recognised the voice and ran inside the house, with Chomp and Ace following behind them.
When the boys reached the living room, they saw Max's father, Palaeontologist Dr Spike Taylor, standing in front of the TV.
"What's the matter, dad?" Max asked.
"Take a look at what's on the news!" Spike said while pointing at the television.
"What's on it?" Rex asked.
He, Max, Chomp and Ace looked at the TV and gasped when they saw what was on it.
The news showed the Gorgosaurs that appeared in Katelyn's garden exploring the city before letting out a roar.
The Irritator and the Kentrosaurus were shown to be behind the first Predator and were stomping and tackling any kind of car that was in their way.
"I can't believe it!" Max exclaimed in disbelief. "There's three Dinosaurs!"
"A Gorgosaurs, an Irritator and a Kentrosaurus!" Rex identified.
"Breaking news. Three real live Dinosaurs have just appeared out of nowhere in our City today." The Anchorwoman on the news said. "And they're all causing panic and damage wherever they go."
"They're in our city?!" Max asked, shocked.
"Rawr?" Chomp said while tilting his head in confusion.
"You kids should head to the D-Lab, right away!" Spike told Max and Rex.
"Got it, dad!" Max nodded. "We'll make sure to Zoe on the way there!"
"Come on!" Rex stated.
The boys and their Dinosaurs ran out the door and left the house.

A bunch of people screamed and ran away as the Gorgosaurus, Irritator and Kentrosaurus continued roaming around the city and causing major damage.
The Gorgosaurs saw a lamppost nearby and figured it was food.
It took a bite into the lamppost, but immediately spat it out when it found out that it tasted horrible.
Just then, the Gorgosaurs heard barking coming from behind and saw a dog giving it a bunch of angry barks.
The dog was then scared of when the Gorgosaurs gave it a much louder angry roar.
Meanwhile, the Irritator continued roaming until it laid it's eyes on a fish shop.
Feeling really hungry for some fish, the Irritator popped it's head into the shop and ate all the fish it could find.
When it had it's fill, the Irritator left the shop and continued it's sight seeing.
As for the Kentrosaurus, it was strolling down the streets until it felt something tugging on it's tail.
Looking behind, it saw that the spikes in it's tail were jammed inside a car.
The Kentrosaurus then pulled with all of it's might and managed to get it's tail free before following after the Gorgosaurus and Irritator.
Unknown to the three Dinosaurs, Katelyn was secretly following them from the alleyway.
"I've gotta get close enough to them if I wanna stop them from wrecking the whole city." Katelyn told herself before she continued pursuing them.

In the sky above Sanjo City, the Alpha Gang Trio were riding in a dark-blue jet that had an A symbol on it's nose.
"Now, if I were a pack of Dinosaurs, where would I want to hide?" Ursula asked as she, Zander and Ed searched for the Dinosaurs they were sent to capture.
"How about under a rock?" Ed guessed.
"Dinosaurs are too big for hiding in rocks, genius." Ursula told him.
"Then how about in the middle of the streets?" Zander asked as he pointed below them.
Ursula and Ed looked down and saw the Gorgosaurs, Irritator and Kentrosaurus in the city.
"Jackpot!" Ursula cheered. "Now let's get down there and capture them!"
"Roger that!" Zander and Ed replied.
The jet then lowered down and blocked the streets, causing the Gorgosaurs to halt.
Katelyn saw this and gasped.
"Where'd that thing come from?" She asked.
The jet's hud opened and Ursula stood up.
"Sorry, but your tour of the city is finished." Ursula said with a smirk as she pulled out a strange device called an Alpha Scanner, which had two small yellow horns and an A symbol on the back.
"Terry, take that Dinosaur down!"
A fiery background appeared and Terry was standing in the middle of it. Just then, the ground beneath him erupted and his transformation began. First, his legs grew much bigger with fire, his tail became longer, and his teeth grew much more shaper. The Tyrannosaurus' eyes flashed with fire in them before he spun around and let out a gigantic roar.
Terry landed on the ground and roared at his opponent.
The sky also turned multi-colourful and the rest of the planet's colour darkened a bit.
In the alleyway, Katelyn was in complete shock when she saw the T-Rex and what had changed.
"An actual T-Rex?! And what happened to the sky?!" She questioned in total awe. "I really wish there was someone to explain this to me!"
The Gorgosaurs roared in defiance at it's opponent before charging at Terry, while the Irritator and Kentrosaurus stayed back and watched the battle.

Meanwhile, at a laboratory in the hills called the D-Lab, Max, Rex, Chomp and Ace ran inside the main control room and saw a blonde-haired woman in a lab coat named Reese.
"Reese, did you hear about the news?!" Max asked.
"Yes, I did." Reese answered while typing in some coordinates. "Those Dinosaurs have caused all train rides to the main city unavailable. You're going to have to transport there."
"Got it." Rex nodded.
"Hey guys! I got your message and came as soon as I could!" A new voice called out.
The others turned and saw Reese's younger sister, Zoe Drake, and her Dinosaur Partner, Paris the Parasaurolophus.
Zoe was a 13 year old girl with pink hair that was styled in pigtails and purple eyes. She was wearing a black t-shirt over a red and yellow vest that exposed her midriff, shorts that were the same colour as her vest, yellow and green sneakers, and a pair of goggles that doubled as cameras.
Paris was coloured light green on the top and white on the bottom, a cream-yellow nose and crest that was blue on the back, and a blue sail on her back.
"Good timing, Zoe!" Max remarked.
"We need all the backup we can get if we wanna take down these Dinosaurs." Rex told Zoe. "Are you up for it?"
"I sure am!" Zoe said confidently. "Are you ready, too, Paris?"
Paris roared softly in response.
"Then let's go!" Max stated as he and the other ran onto a small pad nearby.
"Good luck." Reese said.
The D-Team then brought out a device each. They each had a handle, many buttons, a screen, a knob on the back, and a slot that each had different symbols on them. Max's slot had a lightning symbol, Rex's slot had a Wind symbol, and Zoe's slot had a Grass symbol.
They each pressed a button on their devices and became engulfed in rainbow-coloured energy before disappearing.

Katelyn watched in silence as Terry and the Gorgosaurus snapped their jaws at each other and kept on avoiding them.
The Gorgosaurus managed to get an opening when he ducked and avoided another chomp from Terry before tackling him into a building.
Seeing his opponent making another charge attack, Terry stopped the Gorgosaurs in it's tracks by pressing his foot against it's head and shoving it away.
The T-Rex then smacked the Gorgosaurus in the face twice with his tail and gave him a powerful Headbutt, causing the smaller theropod to roar in pain.
Before the Gorgosaurs could retaliate, Terry grabbed it by the neck with his jaws and threw him down onto the streets.
Katelyn gasped in horror and covered her mouth with her hands.
"Poor Gorgosaurs!" She said worriedly.
Terry began walking over to the Gorgosaurs, who was too weak to get back up, and prepared to finish it off.
Katelyn couldn't bare to watch the Gorgosaurus get hurt again and clenched her fist in frustration.
"Guess I've got no choice!" She groaned before running up to the Dinosaurs.
The A Trio looked down at the fight and felt like they were going to win.
"Looks like victory's in our hands, again!" Ursula said in triumph.
"As soon as the Gorgosaurus is carded, we'll grab those other two Dinosaurs and head back home for a celebration!" Zander announced.
"I bet we'll be getting an all you can eat buffet!" Ed said happily while rubbing his stomach.
"Hey!" The Alpha Gang and Terry looked down and saw Katelyn standing in front of the Gorgosaurs and holding her arms out protectively. "Leave this Dinosaur alone, you jerks!"
The Gorgosaurs saw this and was surprised that a human was actually defending it.
Nearby, the Irritator and Kentrosaurus were watching the scene unfold before they both looked at each other and nodded.
"Stay out of our business, brat!" Ursula snapped. "That Dinosaur belongs to us, so move it or get eaten!"
Terry roared at Katelyn threateningly, causing the Brunette girl to flinch a little.
But, before the Tyrannosaurus could bring his teeth down, the Irritator and Kentrosaurus jumped over the Gorgosaurus and bashed him away.
The Alpha Gang screamed in terror as Terry flew right towards the jet they were riding in.
"Quick! Eject us!" Ursula quickly ordered
"Ejecting!" Zander and Ed stated as they both pressed and button the their's and Ursula's seats flew out of the Jet.
Terry then landed straight onto the jet and smashed dit into a million pieces.
The Gorgosaurus was able to stand back up and gave a roar of thanks to the Irritator and Kentrosaurus.
"Thanks a lot, you two!" Katelyn said gratefully. "Come on! We need to get outta here!"
Katelyn ran off into the alleyway, with the three Dinosaurs following behind.
Ursula, Zander and Ed slowly floated down to the ground as parachutes ejected from the back of their seats.
"So much for our ride home." Ursula muttered in annoyance, looking down at the scrap heap that used to be the jet they flew in.
"Lucky it was just a rental, Huh?" Ed asked, trying to lighten up the mood.
"Lucky for you, it was on my credit card!" Zander retorted.
Right after they landed and when Terry got back up, a big rainbow flash appeared on the streets and when it vanished, the D-Team stood right there.
"Looks like we made it." Max said while looking around the city.
"Yeah, but now we need to find the Dinosaurs." Rex told him.
"Um… I think one just found us." Zoe said nervously while pointing upwards.
Max and Rex followed the Pinkette's gaze and saw Terry snarling at them.
"Tyrannosaurus!" Max exclaimed.
Chomp, Ace and Paris growled angrily at their foe.
"Then that means only one thing!" Rex growled.
"Well, look who's finally arrived." The D-Team noticed the Alpha standing next to Terry's leg. "Nice to see you squirts again."
"Great, the Old Lady!" Zoe said in annoyance.
Ursula gained a tick mark when she heard those last two words.
"How many times do I have to tell you, brat?!" Ursula shouted at the top of her lungs. "I'm not an Old Lady!"
"Chill out, Ursula!" Ed told her and he and Zander kept her restrained.
"Let's just attack them and get back to finding those other Dinosaurs!" Zander added.
Ursula flicked them off and calmed down.
"Alright then." Ursula sighed before looking up at Terry. "Now Terry, take care of those brats!"
Terry roared in response before glaring down at the D-Team.
"Let's get 'em, guys!" Max stated.
"Right!" Rex and Zoe replied before they used their Dino Holders and called their Dinosaurs to them.
Chomp, Ace and Paris appeared as cards in their respective partners' hands before the kids slid them through the slots on their Holders.
"Dino Slash! Triceratops, roar!"
"Dino Slash! Carnotaurus, blow them away!"
"Dino Slash! Spring up, Parasaurolophus!"
The three miniature Dinosaurs began transforming into their larger forms. In a Lightning background, Chomp spun around in the air before electricity made all four of his legs grow. Then, his horns got much more longer. His eyes flashed and he spun around again before roaring, ending his transformation.
As for Ace, he twirled around in a wind background before a powerful gust of air made his legs bigger. All the spikes on his back grew as well until they reached his head and his small horns got slight bigger. Ace's eyes then flashed out some wind before he backflipped and roared.
Finally, Paris was shown spinning around the air in a nature-like background. Her legs grew from a burst of grass and her crest became longer when it flashed green. Her eyes let out a green glow before she stood on two legs and roared.
With all three transformations complete, the D-Team's Dinos landed next to each other and roared at Terry.
"I think Terry's a bit outnumbered, here." Ed said nervously.
"Then maybe one of you should call out Spiny and help him out!" Ursula replied with a glare.
"Oh, right!" Zander realised as he brought out his own Alpha Scanner and Spiny's Dinosaur Card. "Why didn't we just call him and Tank out, earlier?"
Zander slid the Card through the Alpha Scanner's slot and Spiny's began transforming. He spun around in a watery background and his legs grew larger in a bunch of water. His back sail also got bigger and he turned around before his eyes flashed out some water and he roared.
Spiny landed next to Terry and glared at his opponents.
"Looks like our trouble just went up by one more!" Zoe admitted.
"It doesn't matter!" Max replied, confident that he and his friends will still win. "We can still beat these clowns! Take it to 'em, Chomp!"
Chomp let out a huge roar before he, Ace and Paris charged at Terry and Spiny.

Meanwhile, in a dark part of the alleyway, Katelyn stopped to catch her breath and laid back against a wall.
"I think we managed to loose them." Katelyn signed in relief before she looked up at the Dinosaurs she escaped with. "I think we can rest here, now."
The Gorgosaurus, Irritator and Kentrosaurus each gave soft roars in response.
Katelyn giggled happily.
"I bet you three are wondering why I protected you back there?" She assumed. "Well, it's because I really like Dinosaurs. They're cool, have amazing features, and are just full of mysteries."
Katelyn then stood up and walked towards the Dinosaurs before holding her hand out to them.
"I really think you three are amazing. I wanna keep you safe, no matter what." Katelyn said with a kind smile. "So, will you all let me be your friend?"
The three Dinosaurs put a lot of thought into this. They may have just met Katelyn, but she seemed really nice and trustworthy.
The Gorgosaurs decided to step forward and bent down to Katelyn.
The Brunette closed her eyes and waited for whatever was gonna happen, until she felt something scaly on her hand.
Opening her eyes, Katelyn saw the Gorgosaurus gently pressing it's snout against her hand.
That was when the Irritator and Kentrosaurus walked up and gave Katelyn and friendly lick each, causing her to laugh.
"I guess that means you do wanna be friends with me!" Katelyn said in happiness.
All three Dinosaurs gave roars of agreement.
Suddenly, a loud bang was heard from the streets, much to Katelyn's surprise.
"What in the world was that?!" She questioned. "Let's go see!"
Katelyn ran back towards the streets, causing the Gorgosaurs, Irritator and Kentrosaurus to follow her.
When they all arrived, they saw the D-Team's Dinos battling the Alpha Gang's Dinos.
Terry bit down on Chomp's thrill, but the Triceratops managed to shake him off and bash the Fire Dinosaur and have Paris slam him away with her tail.
Rex brought out a Orange-lined card that had a Wind Symbol on it.
"Cyclone!" Rex said as he swiped the card in his Dino Holder's slot.
Ace glowed brightly and roared as a tornado flew down onto him.
The wind around him then formed into some kind of barrier and he ran up to Spiny from behind before grabbing his tail with his jaw and throwing him into a building.
"Nice job, Ace!" Rex remarked.
"Alright Chomp, time to finish this!" Max stated as he pulled out his own Move Card. "Electric Charge!"
Thunder clouds formed above Chomp and lighting struck right down onto him.
But, instead of harming him, Chomp gained a powerful electric boost and roared loudly.
"Wow!" Katelyn gasped in amazement until she noticed Max, Rex and Zoe and gained a curious look. "Haven't I seen those three from school?"
Chomp charged straight at Terry and Spiny, but the Alpha Gang wasn't worried at all.
"We knew you'd do that." Ursula said smugly. "Zander, execute the trap!"
"Roger!" Zander replied as he got out a Water Move Card. "Time for Shockwave!"
Spiny glowed blue and summoned a collection of water before he shot a bunch of tendrils and immobilised Chomp with them.
"Oh no!" Max exclaimed.
"Chomp can't move at all!" Zoe said fearfully.
"And there's more where that came from! Volcano Burst!" Ursula shouted as she activated a Fire Move Card.
Fire formed inside Terry's mouth and he swiped his head around, causing a huge flame to burst from bellow Chomp that sent him flying and crashing into the ground.
"Chomp!" Max called out, worried for his partner's health.
Katelyn only watched in horror.
"I can't what just happened!" She exclaimed before looking at the Alpha Gang hatefully. "Those big crooks!"
Katelyn then looked up at the Gorgosaurs, Irritator and Kentrosaurus.
"We can't just stand here and let them get hurt!" Katelyn said sternly. "That Triceratops, Carnotaurus and Parasaurolophus need help! And that help had gotta be us!"
Her Dinosaur friends looked at the D-Team's Dinosaurs before they all nodded at Katelyn, making her smile in response.
Back on the battlefield, Terry bashed Paris with his head, while Spiny grabbed Ace by the throat with his massive jaw before tossing him away.
Both Ace and Paris landed beside Chomp, who was feeling quite week.
Seeing their opportunity, Terry and Spiny advanced towards their foes and got ready to land the finishing blows.
"Alright! This has to be the luckiest day of our lives!" Ursula said in delight. "First, we get to capture the brats' Dinosaurs, and then we get those other three Dinosaurs! With any more luck, Dr Z will promote us!"
"Yeah!" Zander and Ed cheered.
"No!" Max, Rex and Zoe yelled in despair as they felt like this was the end for their partners.
But then, before Terry and Spiny could finish the Chomp, Ace and Paris off, The Gorgosaurs, Irritator and Kentrosaurus ran out of the alleyway and roared at the Alpha Gang Dinos before tackling both of them from behind and sending them falling onto the ground.
"What?!" The Alpha Gang Trio questioned in shock.
"It's the Gorgosaurus, Irritator and Kentrosaurus!" Rex exclaimed.
"Where'd those three come from?!" Max asked.
That was Katelyn showed up and stood beside the D-Team.
"Don't worry! We wanna help!" She assured. "I'm Katelyn, by the way!"
"Uh, nice to meet you, Katelyn." Max said awkwardly.
"So, you and those Dinosaurs wanna help us?" Zoe asked.
"That's right!" Katelyn answered.
Terry and Spiny got back up and glared at the newcomers.
"Great! Just when we were about to win, that meddling new brat drops by and ruins it!" Ursula complained.
"But she did do us a favour by bringing those new Dinosaurs back to us." Ed pointed out.
Ursula calmed down and realised Ed was right.
"Well what do you know? You're actually right!" She admitted. "Now then, take them all down, Terry!"
"You too, Spiny!" Zander added.
Terry and Spiny both gave out a roar before charging straight towards Katelyn's Dinosaurs.
After helping up the D-Team's Dinos, the three new Dinosaurs and their new allies charged back at their foes.
Chomp and Terry were engaged in a headlock, until the Gorgosaurus bit down on the Tyrannosaurus' tail and pulled him back, allowing Chomp to strike him with his horns.
Ace and the Irritator used their amazing speed to avoid all of Spiny's attacks and jumped on top of his back before stomping on him continuously.
Paris then tackled Spiny away, but the Spinosaurus shook it off and charged at the Grass Dinosaur, only to be smacked in the face by the Kentrosaurus' spiky tail.
Just then, Max noticed three Special Move Cards sticking out of Katelyn's pocket.
"Hey, are those Move Cards in your pocket?" Max asked.
Katelyn looked back and pulled out the Cards from her pocket.
"You mean these?" Katelyn asked the Brunette Boy.
"Yeah!" Max answerd. "Have you got some kind of stone with you, as well?"
"I do." Katelyn realised as she showed the D-Team the stone she got earlier. "What do you want me to do with it?"
"Swipe the cards on that nob!" Max told her. "It should let your Dinosaurs use a special attack, each.
Katelyn looked at both the cards and her stone before she made her decision.
"Okay then!" Katelyn said before reeling her hand back. "Here goes!"
She swiped the cards on the knob and caused the Gorgosaurus, Irritator and Kentrosaurus to glow red, blue and purple respectively, blinding the other Dinosaurs in the process.
The Gorgosaurs formed fire in it's mouth and charged at Terry before biting on his neck and spinning him around, with the flames causing some extra damage. Terry was then thrown into a building really hard and collapsed to the floor.
Meanwhile, the Irritator roared and shot out a stream of water from beneath it's feet before it crashed into the ground and formed into three sharp-looking spears that impaled Spiny, making him roar in pain and fall down.
As Terry and Spiny tried getting back up, the Kentrosaurus' tail glowed and formed purple static before it shot thousands of purple spikes. Terry and Spiny didn't have any time to react and were struck by the deadly spikes and, having lost all of their energy, returned back to cards.
After they were defeated, the sky returned to normal and the planet's colour went back to the way it was before.
"Hey! They just triple teamed us with Blazing Spin Attack, Aqua Javelin and Spike Arrows!" Ed exclaimed as he and Zander quickly caught the cards.
"That's totally unfair!" Ursula shouted. "Why didn't we just use our Move Cards, first?!"
"Because we already used them on the brat's Dinosaur." Zander reminded.
"Oh." Ursula said, deadpanned.
Just then, the Alpha Gang heard something growling at them and saw the D-Team's Dinosaurs and Katelyn's Dinosaurs glaring down at them, making them scream in terror.
"I think you guys should start running, now." Max told them with a grin.
The Alpha Gang didn't need to be told twice and ran away in the blink of an eye.
"Come on, boys! It's better to be pummelled by Dr Z instead of being eaten alive!" Ursula shirked.
"Sounds good to me!" Zander agreed.
"I'm not a good meal, anyway!" Ed said.
"See ya later, Old Lady!" Katelyn said mockingly.
"You little devil!" Ursula yelled from the other side of the city. "You're gonna regret making enemies with me!"
The D-Team laughed hardly before Katelyn turned around and faced them.
"So, do these three Dinosaurs belong to you?" She asked as she pointed at Chomp, Ace and Paris.
"Yep. They're our partners." Rex answered.
"Wait a minute, haven't we seen you before at our school?" Max asked she started to recognise Katelyn a bit.
"Yeah. I've seen you three hang out with each other, as well." Katelyn replied.
"Oh yeah! I remember now!" Zoe realised. "Your in our school's Junior Baseball team!"
"I can't believe you managed to find a stone and summon three Dinosaurs with it!" Rex admitted.
"Well, I guess it was just luck." Katelyn said with her hand behind her head.
"Probably." Max said. "Anyway, thanks for helping us out, Katelyn."
"Actually, my friends just like calling me Kate." Katelyn told him.
"Oh. Well, Kate, it's nice to meet ya." Max said with a smile. "I'm Max. And these are my friends, Rex and Zoe."
"Hi." Rex and Zoe greeted.
"And these three are called Chomp, Ace and Paris." Max introduced as he looked at his team's Dinos.
Chomp and Ace gave Katelyn a friendly roar, while Paris nuzzled with her.
"It's really nice to meet all of you." Katelyn said kindly.
The Gorgosaurus, Irritator and Kentrosaurus approached the D-Team's Dinos and gave them friendly growls.
Later, after explaining the situation with the Dinosaurs that were scattered all over the world and that the Alpha Gang was trying to capture them for unknown reasons, Max, Rex and Zoe recalled their Dinosaur partners and swiped their cards through the slots on their Dino Holders upwards, turning all of them into their Chibi forms.
When Katelyn called her Dinosaurs back, she wondered if she could do the same.
"Maybe if I…" Katelyn started as she slide all three cards in the opposite direction and made them reappear in their own Chibi forms.
"Yep. You guys are way more cuter like this." Katelyn said with a sweet smile.
Chomp and Paris started running around with the Gorgosaurus and Kentrosaurus, while Ace walked up to the Irritator and gave a friendly smile, only for the Water Dinosaur to turn away snobbishly.
"I'm guessing that Irritator's a girl, then." Zoe said with a nervous smile.
"Probably." Max replied.
Katelyn bent down to her Dinosaurs.
"Now then, if you three are gonna live with me, then you all need names." Katelyn told them before looking at the Gorgosaurus. "Since you get pretty fired up when battling, I'll call you Blaze."
The Gorgosaurus, now named Blaze, smiled happily, liking his new name.
"As for you, you're both an Irritator and a girl." Katelyn said to the Irritator. "So how about I name you… Iris?"
The Irritator thought of this for a moment before she gave an approving nod.
"And finally, I'll name you Thorn." Katelyn told the Kentrosaurus. "Since you've got some really big spikes that look like thorns."
The Kentrosaurus, who was now called Thorn, gave a soft growl in response.
"Those names are pretty cool to me." Max commented.
"Thanks. Hey, I was wondering if I can ask you guys something." Katelyn admitted.
"What is it?" Zoe asked.
Katelyn took a deep breath before letting it out.
"Can I please join you guys?" Katelyn asked, much to the D-Team's confusion. "After seeing how horrible those Alpha Gang people are and that the Dinosaurs are lost and alone on the planet, I wanna do whatever I can to help them out. So, will you three let me join you?"
Max, Rex and Zoe looked at each other for a while before smiling finally coming to a decision.
"Of course!" Max confirmed.
"You can help us out." Rex said kindly.
"Besides, you've got Blaze, Iris and Thorn with you." Zoe reminded. "So that means you've got three times the Dino power."
Katelyn smiled brightly after hearing this.
"Thanks so much, you guys!" She said cheerfully. "I promise to do my best!"
Iris and Thorn jumped on Katelyn's shoulders, while Blaze sat himself on the Brunette girl's head.
"But, if you wanna officially join us, you'll need to have this." Max said as he showed her a badge of the symbol he made for the D-Team.
"What's that?" Katelyn asked.
"It's a badge that shows you're part of the D-Team." Zoe explained.
"Starting today, you're our newest member." Rex announced.
"Wow! Thanks, guys! This is best day ever!" Katelyn remarked as she accepted the badge and placed it in her pocket.
Then, Blaze, Iris and Thorn started nuzzling Katelyn's face, causing their new partner to giggle.

At the D-Lab, Reese walked up to Katelyn and gave her a Dino Holder that had the same three colourful circles that were on her stone located on the slot area.
"Here's your new Dino Holder, Katelyn." Reese said.
"Thanks a lot, Reese." Katelyn said kindly as she held the Dino Holder in her hand.
"It'll take some time for you to learn how it works, but you should get the hang of it eventually if you read the Manual." Reese explained as she gave Katelyn a book loaded with pages. "Most of the pages are blank, so you won't have to do much reading."
"Got it." Katelyn nodded.
As Chomp, Ace, Paris, Blaze, Iris and Thorn entertained each other, Max, Rex, Zoe and Spike watched Katelyn check out her Dino Holder nearby.
"I bet Kate's gonna have a great time working with us." Max said.
"She seems good enough to handle battling Dinosaurs." Rex commented.
"I just hope she can make our battle against the Alpha Gang way more easier." Zoe replied.
"With a little tutoring and some getting used to, I'm sure she'll be an expert in no time." Spike assured.
"You said it, dad." Max said in agreement.
Things were certainly going to be much more interesting and exciting now that Katelyn was part of the D-Team and that she had her own Dinosaur Partners with her.
