ALLEY

AND

SWEEP QUEENS MAID CAFÉ

Toga was currently sitting on a couch in the living room of The Maid Hero Sweep Queen after Izuku failed to pickpocket her. At first she looked at her a with contempt but faded after a few seconds when Toga dropped her knives and she pulled her face in close. For some reason this hero decided to look me directly in the eyes as if she was looking for something. She was not sure how much time had passed, but eventually she let her go and dragged both her and Izuku to her café. They were asked theirs names and responded with Himiko and Izuku, not giving their last names. That was how she found the two of them in their current situation, Sweep Queen made a call from the kitchen staying out of ear shot but keeping us in sight.

She was loathing this girl before her, using this child as a distraction to distract her while she attacked. Most likely he was a run away like she probably was and she took advantage of his naiveté. However when she looked into her eyes she saw worry in them, not for her though, it was directed to the boy under her foot. So then, she does care about the kid, that means he was probably trying to be helpful to her by pulling his own weight. Still though, why try to take care of him herself instead of bringing him to some random orphanage. They did not look that similar, but with the age gap it is possible they could be mistaken for siblings. In fact it was not at all uncommon for one child to look exactly like one parent but nothing like the other. So their appearance could still mean that they are blood siblings, if so then what did their parents do to them to make them like this?

As she asked herself that question she used the opportunity to look into the girls eyes. Eraser was right when he told her all those years ago that you can tell a lot about a person by looking at their eyes. Once the girl dropped her knives she put her broom aside and pulled her face in by her chin, closer to hers. Behind the confusion and worry she could see a fair amount of pain and mental trauma, looks like she will need help. Now that she knew what she was dealing with she let her go, helped the boy up and started pulling them.

"Follow me, we will go to my home for now and talk about this." She said pulling them along with her. Once they got near the café she had released she forgotten to ask them something important. "So what are your names?" asking them as she needed to have Nezu look them up for her. However they responded with only what she assumed was their first names and stayed quiet. When she got back to her café they went upstairs to her attached apartment, where she sat them down in the living room.

Making sure she was out of ear shot from them but making sure to keep them in sight she pulled her phone out. She began making the call to Nezu cellphone rather than his UA line as this was something she did not want the hero commission safety board to know. After a few rings and Nezu answered back asking her why she was calling him on his cellphone. "As you know I was tracking down that so called succubus and came across a young girl who matches the description of the one that went missing a year ago, and a boy with green hair who matches the other blood quirk user case." She said waiting for his response as she heard him sip his cup of tea.

Nezu was doing some paperwork when his cellphone suddenly rang, as such he stopped what he was doing to answer it. There was very few people who had his cellphone number as it was only used when heroes he trusted had something important to tell him. It may look like he was paranoid but in reality, it was quite necessary for him as the hero safety commission board had the UA office line with tapped. Well, his line anyway, but whenever he removed it, they would always deny that they had anything to do with it. They kept secrets from him and in return he kept secrets from them as Nezu knew how corrupt they were. Even now he was trying his best to help hawks by getting dirt on them, but they kept his information locked away air tight.

In fact last year there were two cases in particular they were interested in terms of missing children. The first of them was the Toga case, they were highly interested in getting the daughter into their custody. Her transformation quirk would be useful for when they needed her to get information for them. The other child was called Izuku Midoriya, his quirk was like Aizawa quirk but instead of looking he had to consume blood. Aizawa refused to work for them and did everything he could to defy them without breaking any rules that could give them cause to suspend his license. They were always looking for more pawns to manipulate for their own ends, as such Nezu lied to the police. While he gave them false information, he kept the actual stuff and secretly searched for them as best he could.

However his efforts were beginning to seem fruitless until Sweep Queen had just told him about the children she found. She had found both children, thank god neither was picked up by the Hero Commission Safety Board. Them being together was quite the twist of fate though, together they managed to survive until he found them. He took a quick sip of his tea, before responding to a nervous sounding Sweep Queen on the other end of the call. "I will be there with Aizawa shortly, remember to keep finding them a secret." He said hanging up the call.

Quickly dealing Aizawa he got a response within a few rings and was glad to hear the groggy voice of the underground hero. "Aizawa those two children that the Hero Commission Safety Board were after were found by Sweep Queen." Nezu said getting an energetic response from him to say the least.

Aizawa was napping in the teacher lounge when suddenly his phone went off, as very few people had his number he knew it was important. Nezu had called him to tell him that Cheri had found the two kids that those bastards were looking for. Now that they had them they could prevent another hawk situation from occurring. He also felt a special kinship with the boy as the Hero Commission Safety Board had tried to force him to listen to them. However their usual threats do not work on him like the other heroes they are use to pushing around.

They once tried to threaten to reveal to the public his father was a criminal to try and ruin his career. So what? He did not care for popularity and hated the press so it would make him happy if they left him alone from now on. They tried to threaten to have his hero license taken away. However he made sure to always stay just barely within the rules, as such they had no grounds to take it from him.

They tried to find evidence on dirty deeds he might have done, but he had done none to speak of. The worst he did was dislocate a captured villains spine in the hospital, however they allow Endeavor to get away with killing a few villains. As such they could not punish him without punishing the number two hero, something that would cause public disarray and make them look bad to their superiors for not keeping the top ten heroes in check. Technically they did not ever did, but they could never admit that openly by punishing Endeavour, so they turned a blind eye to him.

"I will meet you downstairs and drive us to her place." Aizawa said getting out of his sleeping bag. He packed it up and grabbed a pair of car keys from the little ring on the cabinets for the vehicles. Nezu made sure we had five cars downstairs in case of an emergency and they needed to hurry to the scene. Once Nezu got in the car with him he floored it and made like a mad man, turning on his sirens. Until Nezu told him to calm down and drive normally, listening to Nezu advice he did just that.

Sweep Queen was relieved they were coming to help and set her phone down asking them to come into the kitchen. Once they sat down she took out some sweet ice tea she made yesterday and poured a glass for each of them. Izuku face lit up like a sky full of fireworks as he sipped it before trying to chug the rest of it. Himiko was quietly sipping while giving shy gentle smile, but the look in her eyes was that of caution. Given the lives they lives so far it was not insulting to see her be on her guard right now. As it seemed she has been looking after this boy for more or less the total of a year, it was better she was like this. Especially with those bastards on their trail, the filthy Hero Commission Safety Board was worse for them than most villains. Hell, most villains would probably be more sympathetic to them because of their quirks. (SHE HAD NO IDEA HOW SPOT ON SHE WAS WITH THIS THOUGHT)

The silence from the two of them was getting awkward so the pro hero decided to break it. "So how are you liking you ice tea so far?" She asked them getting a 'YEAH!' from Izuku and a shrug from Himiko getting her only halfway to her goal. But it was better than nothing, even so she tried again with them using a different tactic.

"Are you two hungry by any chance?" Sweep Queen said getting an answer in the form of two grumbling tummies. Izuku was bright red at this looking away sheepishly, Himiko just scoffed trying to keep up a tough appearance. So she made them some French toast and that was when Shota and Nezu finally came in.

Himiko Toga was confused to say the least as just about fifteen minutes or so ago Izuku and her tried to commit robbery as well as murder. Yet this hero who was supposed to end up their victim, ended up showing them an abnormal amount of kindness. She told us to come into the kitchen where she poured us some ice tea. As soon as Izuku drank it, he had looked like he just drank pure happiness, so much so he began chugging it. She took a sip also and felt like she managed to hold her pokerface well, enough to fool the hero at least. Granted she had to admit, this was delicious and trying to surprise the smile it gave her was like torture.

When she did not give the same over the top response like Izuku did when they were asked about the taste of the ice tea. The hero clearly was not happy with her answer, so she decided to bring up food, causing both her and Izuku stomachs to growl. They had not eaten anything for breakfast today as they had run out of money and food. As such they were planning to pickpocket someone but Izuku ended up targeting a hero of all people. But then she made us french toast, something I had only seen my parents eat, but never ate it myself. Then out of nowhere a mouse/bear/thing and a clearly sleep deprived man with an oversized scarf came in and let them finish eating.

After they were done eating they went to the next room over where Izuku asked the mouse/bear/thing if he could touch their paws. What was he thinking! However to her surprise the creature gave him permission and just smiled as Izuku wasted no time. Then he asked them quite a serious question, so serious, that she found herself breaking down crying by the end of it. Asking through her crying fit in a broken speech, if she was allowed to be happy after all she had done.

Nezu had walked in to see the two children he had been looking for were not worse for wear. In fact they were sitting there in front of him happily eating french toast and drinking ice tea. If the look on the boys face was any indication, they must have just barely been getting by. After the two of them were done eating they all went to the other room where they sat down. They boy had asked him if he could feel his paws so he held his hand open for him to do so. He was use to getting this kind of reaction from children the first time he meets them, as tedious as it has become already.

Nezu decided to go slowly with his questions as he figures they do not trust them all that much. It makes sense, even with Sweep Queen act of kindness they have been through quite a bit for children as young as them. He was quite glad they had such good survival instincts, otherwise he would have to worry more about the Hero Commission Safety Board.

"Since I already know your full names, do you mind telling me what you have been doing this past year?" he said getting a stomach turning story. This girl was pushed so far back against the wall that she had to kill fifty people just so that the two of them could get by day to day. When he heard about the street kids who taught her how to pick pocket and the pawn shop owner he was quite happy. Thanks to them, even if it was through criminal actions, they managed to help her stay alive, if the time ever comes he should thank them.

Then she broke down and began sobbing trying to gets gulps of air here and there to speak at some point. "Is… (Hic) someone like… (Hic) me allowed to… (Hic) be happy?" She asked them all. Nezu was for once out of words for the first time in his entire life not knowing what to say to her. She knew what she did was wrong, but because of those actions and the horrible opinions of others she now questioned if she was allowed to be happy. Was happiness beyond her reach? Nezu was unable to say anything as the logical side of him said to tell her no. While the emotional/traumatized side of him wanted to pull her in for a hug and tell her it was going to be okay. Then for the first time since Oboro death, if what Midnight and Present Mic told him were true, Aizawa did something they never expected to see again.

Shota Aizawa as far as Eraserhead was concerned died that day Oboro did not come out of the building before it fell. Once that happened his emotions were locked away and he was able to once again focus on his hero training. Once he graduated he went to immediately becoming an underground hero, and cutting all emotional connection with Mic and Midnight. He even kept as much distance as he could from Cheri so that way none of them would be hurt if he ever died in the line of duty.

However they refused to stay away from him, despite how rude and condescending he tried being to them. They always took it as a joke, or him being 'too serious' about his job to ever laugh with them. When he became a teacher they tried even harder to try and socialize with the man intent on cutting himself off from the rest of the world as emotionally as possible. But now stood a girl before and a phrase he heard from his old teacher Gran Torino resounded in the back of his head. 'A true hero not only saves others lives, but their hearts as well' is what she said when he was younger. As much as his teacher acknowledged this important ability he admitted it was beyond him to learn it.

Without thinking any further, as soon as she asked him if she was allowed to be happy, he got up. Hugging her, a thing he has not done in years, not since he solely became Eraserhead. "No matter what you have done, all people have a right to live lives that will make them happy." Aizawa said as her sobbing began to stop. She stopped sobbing loudly and quietly wept into his chest as he held her close for what was a few minutes, even though it felt like an hour. Izuku joined the hug after failing to keep his tears in check, Aizawa embraced him as well. After a few minutes he asked them something that he suspected only Himiko knew the answer to. "Later tonight, can you show us where the bodies are?" He asked her getting her agree to take him and Nezu there once it was nightfall outside.

Sweep Queen was shocked to say the least, she has not Shota anywhere near that emotional in years. As much as she wanted to run over and hug all three of them, she had things to do now. Getting herself together she started a bath for them as they have not properly bathed for the past year. They were apparently getting by with wiping themselves down with rags doused in clean water from bottles they filled at water fountains in the park.

That night she slept with Izuku, while Aizawa and Nezu left with Toga to see the bodies. A fire broke out in a building that night and the blaze was luckily contained by the building leaving it in chawed collapsed remains. Rather than lucky to most people, she knew it was actually a controlled fire from Nezu so as to destroy any and all DNA evidence. The next morning she awoke to the sight of Shota holding her while patting her head as they fell asleep. If her hair was black then Himiko and him would pass easily for a father comforting his daughter after a breakdown. Nezu was of course up earlier than them and enjoying some tea while watching the burning building story on the news.

Aizawa was right beside Toga with Nezu on his shoulder as they walked for about twenty-five to thirty minutes to the building. Nezu had checked and it was an old building owned by the city that now, that was soon to be slated for demolition. So there would be no problem in burning this whole building down if need be, and it definitely was. There was DNA left everywhere by her that she did not realize she was leaving behind.

After they went and gathered the needed materials and confirming the fifty bodies she had down there. She remembered their names so checking if they truly were villains was easy. It seemed she felt so guilty about killing them that she unintentionally remembered their names after tossing their ids in the pile. Either that or she had learn of them by remembering their faces on the news, as such designating them as possible targets.

After they all woke up, she made them a hardy breakfast as the two children needed it. They did not mind having her officially adopting them while they used Shota last name at the school when they attend. For Izuku it was decided he would be home schooled for now, as he was still at more risk than Toga. Unlike her who could create a disguise on the fly he could not do any such thing to hide in public like she could. That being said, she would be home schooled till she was old enough to start at UA hero course.

After they had Hound Dog speak to the two of them, off the record of course, he suggested to introduce Himiko to people her own age. Apparently Izuku was still too young and too shaken still to safely play with other kids his own age. So she decided to introduce Himiko to her pupil, Yuga Aoyama, as they were the same age. She also trained both how to move gracefully as well as swiftly, by having them work in her maid café. However they had no male server uniforms, so she had Yuga dressed as one of the maids, for both her own amusement and the amusement of her other employees.

The joke was on them in the end though, he was the most popular maid as well as referred to as the most beautiful lady among them. It hurt their pride to say the least, when Himiko started working and wearing the uniform it was put on a bit wrong. She insisted on doing her own hair, which resulted in it being two messy buns, and the uniform sleeves were not tied on properly at her shoulders. This caused them to fall down to her elbow loosely since she was able to tie that part fine. None of us thought the customers would like it, but apparently a clumsy looking maid was quite popular to them.

That was the second time our pride as women was crushed by a child not even fifteen years old. Granted the second time was unintentional but it still stung to be outdone by an amateur in what they considered their art. She always got the cutest maid hand signs we all came up with mixed up with one another, but the customers just encouraged her to try harder.

Himiko Toga, or for the next few years Himiko Aizawa she felt a little awkward thinking of having to tell her future classmates that he was her dad. But at the same time it made her happy to think about him acknowledging her as his daughter. Then there was the hero Sweep Queen, despite them attacking her randomly, she had welcomed them into her home. Both her and Eraserhead gave Himiko and Izuku shoulders to cry on, food, a home, and most of all, a chance at a happy future.

One day Swee- her mom had introduced her to her pupil a young boy her age named Yuga Aoyama. He was so cheerful and energetic, it was a bit strange how he seemed to be posing unconsciously, but she was the last person to judge someone as weird. In fact she enjoyed hanging out with him and talking about fashion, she even ended up discovering something big about them. Aoyama was bisexual but kept it from his parents, apparently since he was about ten years old, afraid of what they might think. Also he was quite accepting of her quirk as well. It did not frighten him in the slightest, in fact he said that he would make her so fabulous that no matter what Doppel-chan did, her good would always outshine it. Oh yeah and him proudly walking around the shop in a maid outfit tricking the guys into thinking he was a girl was hilarious.

Yuga Aoyama was always looked at as odd, no one at school like to talk to him, as much it hurt it made sense. Despite being a guy he was always in the, know how about women's fashion trends. Which the girls were not comfortable talking with him about, while the guys looked at disgusted because of it. One day he was being beaten up by some delinquents his male classmates paid to attack him. When suddenly the pro hero Sweep Queen saved him and after talking to him, made him her pupil.

Then about a year later she finally introduced him to her daughter, why had she not done so sooner? In any case that question was answered as she told him how and why she was her adopted daughter. He was also told to never tell this information to anyone as it could put Himiko in danger.

The day came when he met her, and was a bit surprised, her hair was a lighter, almost paler version of his masters hair. It was tied into two buns on either side of her head, and she had cat like eyes, they were spited like a cats. Their colour was like a pot filled with melted gold, and someone sprinkled in just a little bit of mud on the top of it. They could be described as deep to say the least, he had to be careful not to get lost in thoughts trying to read the emotions she hid behind them.

Once he started to talk to her it was clear she was similar to him, when it came to socializing that is. Neither seemed to use words to communicate, they both preferred to let their actions speak for themselves. He confided in her like his master, and just like his master, she accepted it whole heartedly. He was overjoyed to have friend his own age for the first time in… well she was his first friend his own age ever. The other maids were nice, but the youngest was eighteen years of so there was a bit of an age gap between them.

Himiko in her maid uniform was adorable how she clearly tried her hardest to put it on by herself. The customers also thought the same as they always gave her encouragement to try harder. But I could tell… the enjoyed the clumsy maid look all too well to hope she improves in those fields anytime soon. He had a hard time not agreeing with them, but sincerely wanted her to improve herself.
