I just joined and I am from Germany where I live and grew up. Even though most my fanfics are written in English I am very sorry about mistakes. Since the series are originally in English and most people speak that language I don't want to write them in German (:

What else? I am 19 years old and... I am absolutely, madly in love with Remus John Lupin!!!! I think he is one of the strongest charakters in the Harry Potter series - bitten by a werewolf when he was FIVE, running crazy to find a cure, always being humiliated as the beast he never wanted to be, having some happy years in Hogwarts, only to lose two of his only friends to death just a few years afterwards (or he thinks so anyway), the other gone to Azkaban, for killing one of them, plus the other consequences of war. Meeting Sirius again, just to lose him again two years after.

After all everybody would have understood if he wouldn't fight in that war again, but of course he does and finally, after losing all of his best friends, he dies (even though we don't know how).

We can learn from him - no matter what happens in your life... try not to let yourself turn bitter. (:

What pairings I like? Basically anything with Remus and the other marauders, even though I am not a huge fan of SS/RL... it's just... too much I guess... Especially RL/HP/SB is one of my favourite parings, love it with Alpha!Remus ;P

Except from that... don't read much het... but some are pretty good...
