I am doing 20 cards this time. I am looking for an artist for my cards. I do have some design ideas for some but for the ones that I don't a design for that is up to you. Thanks to Dannyrockon122 and Argonaut986 for some help on these cards and Argonaut986 for giving the idea to create 11-15. BTW the "Dragonic Prophet" cards I created are Dual monster types. Meaning they are both Dragons and Spellcasters.


1. Number C98: Antitopian Ray

You can also Xyz Summon this card by using a "Number 98: Antitopian" you control as material. (Transfer its materials to this card.) Your opponent cannot target this card with card effects. If this card would be destroyed by battle; detach one Xyz Material; negate it's destruction and increase this card's ATK and DEF by half of the opponent's monster's DEF until the End Phase of your opponent's next turn.

●Once per turn you can detach 1 material from this card: The turn you activate this effect this card can attack your opponent's monsters a number of times equal to the number of your banished "Phantom Knights" cards.

●When your opponent activates a monster effect (Quick Effect): You can detach 1 material from this card; negate the activation, and if you do, destroy that card.

9. Dragonic Prophet Havoc

Pendulum Effect: When a "Dragonic Prophet" monster is destroyed (by battle or card effect); Inflict 200 points of damage to your opponent's Life Points and increase your Life Points by 200 points; then draw one card.

Monster effect: If this face-up card is targeted for an attack; neglect the attack and end the Battle Phase then place this card in your Pendulum zone. You can only activate this effect twice per Duel.

10. Dragonic Prophet of Tempest

Pendulum Effect: Once per turn: You can target 1 face-up monster your opponent controls and 1 face-up "Dragonic Prophet" monster you control; halve the opponent's monster's original ATK until the end of this turn and your "Dragonic Prophet" monster gains that lost ATK (even if this card leaves the field).

Monster effect: If this card is in the GY and you have a "Dragonic Prophet" Pendulum Monster in one of your scales place this card in the other scale.

Equip only to "Spirit Detective Yu" The equipped monster gains 300 ATK. Once per turn while this card is equipped to "Spirit Detective Yu" you can destroy one face up Spell/Trap card on the field.

Once per turn you can banish this card and one DARK Xyz Monster from your GY and add "Phantom Knights" cards from your banished zone to your hand equal to the DARK Xyz Monster's rank. You can only activate one effect of "Phantom Kuriboh" once per turn.

This card can attack every monster your opponent controls (one attack on each monster per Battle Phase). This card cannot attack your opponent directly.

Must Special Summoned (from your Extra Deck) by banishing one "Dark Fusion" card and three or more "Evil HERO" monsters from GY. The original ATK/DEF of this card each become equal to the number of "Evil Hero" cards banished to summon this card x 1,000. This card can't attack your opponent directly. If this card is destroyed (by battle or card effect) return all cards in your banished zone back to your Deck and draw until you have five cards in your hand.

Appearance: Adam Warlock With a black version of Mordred's helmet, Artoria Pendragon Alter (Saber)'s gauntlets and has the infinity symbol colored in a evil looking gold color on the chest.

20. Evil Signal

Normal Trap

When a monster you control is destroyed by battle and sent to the Graveyard: Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower "Evil HERO" monster from your Deck or GY. When a "Evil HERO" monster you control is about to be destroyed (by battle or card effect) you can banish this card from your GY and prevent it's destruction.
