Blake x Ruby
Blake held no reservations in seeing Ruby as the leader of their team. As young as she is, she did a great job handling teamwork very well and she got along with Ruby easily enough.
Throughout their lives, they faced their own demons, Grimm and some of the villains threatening to destroy Remnant for their own. Ruby handled those well with a smile on her face as she charismatically told everyone not to give up.
But Blake knew that behind all that cheerfulness lies a girl turned young woman who is carrying the weight of leadership on her shoulders. She never did ask for assistance regarding her own problems despite helping her team with their own.
It ached Blake's heart to see Ruby stressed out and struggling by herself. She shared her concerns with Weiss and Yang and was surprised that they too are worried for Ruby's well-being. Blake tried to assure Ruby that she can share her problems with her team. Ruby accepted but she never did ask.
Blake planned on making Ruby take her mind off of her next plan as she called Ruby to meet her in their dorm. Weiss and Yang were away right now so Blake didn't have to worry about them interfering.
"Blake! I'm here! Is there anything you need?" Ruby asked cheerfully.
Blake smiled at her and walked to the younger woman as she cupped Ruby's cheek all the while running her fingers down to her chin. She circled around Ruby slowly like a predator sizing its prey all the while letting her hand run from Ruby's shoulder to the back of her neck and then her right shoulder.
By the time, she was face to face with Ruby. Ruby asked again. "Do you need something from me Blake?"
Blake smoothly answered. "I only need you here alone with me." Ruby tilted her head to the side but didn't question it.
Blake took Ruby's right hand and kissed her palm deeply, causing the redhead to blush. She then raised Ruby's palm to her face and analyzed it. She said. "You've been maintaining Crescent Rose haven't you, Ruby?" When Ruby nodded, she continued. "I suppose I can find another use for it."
Blake guided Ruby's hand to cup her cheek. After five seconds, she let go of Ruby's hand. Blake pulled Ruby closer to her until their bodies are touching and Blake embraced her. Ruby hugged back. She felt warm and safe while under Blake's embrace.
Blake always felt an instinct in her gut to protect Ruby, hold her close and keep her away from all the bad things the world brings but she is aware that Ruby is not a child and can take of herself. One thing she loved about Ruby's face is her innocence but a sign of maturity from the reality of this world.
But she's willing to do things, both as a friend and teammate, to make sure that Ruby is happy, safe and secure. Her Faunus side however wants to keep Ruby all to herself, away from Weiss and her sister Yang and KEEP.
Blake loves Ruby even as a Faunus. She wants to love her in any way. She wants to love her in every way.
Blake looked at Ruby and kissed her in the lips. Ruby was surprised but she didn't push her away.
Blake said hungrily. "I believe I want my next dinner for the night to be you, Ruby." She smirked at seeing Ruby blush.
Blake took Ruby's hand and guided her to the bed where she lay on top of Ruby. She said to Ruby. "I want you Ruby. I saw how you kept pushing on despite odds against you and your strength is one that I'll always admire. Besides Yang of course. Now, I'm aware that you're stressed so just lay back and let me do all the work."
"Okay." Ruby replied.
Blake kissed Ruby in the forehead then on the cheeks. She cupped Ruby's face and kissed her deeply in the mouth. Ruby kissed back and wrapped her arms around Blake's neck. Blake let go of the kiss and saw Ruby panting for air. She saw Ruby looking up at her.
Blake decided to ask right away. "Ruby, why hadn't you told any of us of your stress?"
Ruby felt guilty about it and answered. "I don't want to. Maybe I do but I don't know how to do it. I don't want shove my problems to you and I don't want to worry you guys about me."
Blake sighed and cupped Ruby's left breast. She did notice that while Yang's breasts are bigger, Ruby's are still perky looking. She said. "I didn't want to pry. Didn't want to force you to tell me -to us-. I did tell you earlier that you're free to share your burdens with us."
Ruby sighed while enjoying the feeling of Blake's hand on her breast. "I know."
Blake replied. "For now, just let me take care of you. Relax." She kissed Ruby's face while rubbing her hands on her breasts, Ruby moaned at the touch.
Ruby lifted herself up while kissing Blake and she felt the raven-haired woman kissed the side of her neck, making her moan.
Blake breathlessly said. "I love you Ruby and I want to be here for you no matter what. But if you want someone else, I will understand and I will support you however I can."
Ruby rested her head on Blake's shoulder. "Thanks Blake. I'll consider what you told me."
They both laid down on the bed and slept together. Ruby shivered a bit and Blake grabbed a nearby blanket and used it to cover Ruby to protect her from the cold blasting in from the open window.
She also wrapped an arm around Ruby and snuggled with her in their sleep.
