A.N. Hey guys, Blue Tagg here with the fifteenth chapter. Sorry for the delay, got a bit of a procrastination problem. Here the groups will agree on something.

Also, it has been one year now since the story was first released.

Enjoy

The Officers were shocked after hearing about the origin of the turtles and the Kraang, and what led them to coming to Zootopia.

"And that was how we came to Zootopia," Mikey said.

"How long have you guys been here for?" Nick asked.

"Only six days so far," Leo explained.

"So, let me ask you guys," Bogo asked them. "Was it you who took down the criminals at the mall a few days ago?"

"Yes, it was us," Leo confirmed.

"Because the bomb was made of Kraang parts?" Leving asked.

"I take it you two told them about our little discussion at the warehouse," Raph asked Nick and Judy.

"Well, not just told. I also recorded our conversation at the warehouse," Judy admitted.

"So, do you still have the bomb with you?" Leving asked.

"It's right here," Donnie pointed towards some parts on a desk. "I've already disassembled it. It looks like it was mixed with normal bomb technology."

"This is definitely Dennis Tasmin's handywork," Werrel said as he looked at the device with a scowl.

"Dennis Tasmin?" Mikey asked.

"Australian Arms-dealer, tends to steal technology and reconstruct them into weapons and sell them on the Black Market," Werrel explained.

"The Dennis Tasmin, you don't think he was the one who raided the Kraang Lab the other day?" Leo pointed out.

"Well, that does make sense since evidence point out to him," Leving suggested.

"Okay, so besides the bomb, why did you save the hostages?" Bogo asked.

"Because those mammals were in danger," Leo told them. "Do we need another reason?"

"Well, forgive me if I'm a bit apprehensive about trusting a bunch of mask-wearing vigilantes," Bogo pointed out.

"Hey, we wear these masks to live up to a tradition!" Raph countered. "Our father's tradition."

"You mean some giant rat who hid his son's away from his world?" Bogo said.

"Master Splinter was the greatest ninja master there ever was. And he did it for our protection till we were ready," Leo defended his Master.

"Wait, was?" Nick asked, which caused the turtles to look down a bit.

"Master Splinter is… no longer with us," Leo said, which caused the others to get give them sympathy.

"I'm sorry about you're farther," Nick sympathised, knowing the feeling about losing a father.

Just then, Nick's phone went off and he answered it.

"Hey Jacob," Nick asked into the phone, as the person on the other side talked. "…" "What you got?" "…" "Is this new Arms-Dealer Australian?" "…" "Do you know where he is?" "…" "Okay, just keep and ear out in case you find something," "…" "What else is there?" "…" "A new group? Do you know anything about them?" "…" "Okay then, try to keep ears out on anything you find, and we'll do some research on our end." "…" "Very well, thank you again for the info." Nick then hung up.

"Was that one of your informants, Wilde?" Bogo asked.

"Yes, he confirms that Dennis Tasmin is in the city, but doesn't know where," Nick explained. "But, that's not all. He reported that there's this strange group who're setting up shop in Zootopia."

"Any clue on who they are?" Leving asked.

"Nothing so far, but he's keeping an ear out," Nick explained.

"We'll worry about that when we come to it, but right now I think we should discuss what happens from here," Werrel suggested. "Like what can we do to help Officer Hopps."

"I can still make the Retro-Mutagen from the Mutagen you have," Donnie explained. "But, making it would take 6 to ten…"

"Hours?" Nick asked.

"Days," Donnie continued.

"Days!?" Nick and Judy exclaimed.

"I'm afraid so," Donnie said. "And before it took at least three months to make."

"I can't let anyone I know see me like this," Judy exclaimed. "Especially my parents."

"Well, on the bright side, this makes what happened in the 'Antler-Handler case', not look so bad now," Nick said trying to cheer her up a bit, which gave Judy an annoyed look instead.

"I thought we agreed, to never, speak of that, again," Judy declared with a hint of annoyance.

"Ooh, what happened?" Mikey asked.

"That is classified information!" Judy told Mikey.

"There's also a matter that the Kraang are still looking for you," Raph pointed out.

"Don't worry Hopps. We'll protect you," Bogo assured her, much to her dismay.

"I'm afraid that won't cut it, not with the Kraang, especially since they have a tracker for mutants," Leo pointed out. "Listen, I advise that staying down here for a while would be the safest option."

"What!" The mammals said.

"You probably don't like it, I get it," Leo said to her. "But the Kraang are being relentless with these mutations. And they probably won't rest till you're found. Down here is the only place they can't find you."

"Leo's right. They won't be able to detect you down here because of the thick layer between down here and the surface, and the GPS Jammers," Donnie explained, holding a circle device that looked like it was from an old disc player.

"GPS Jammers?" Leving asked with interest.

"We've had a problem of a JPS threatening our location once, so I designed special jammers and placed them in different directions of the sewers. So, no GPS or tracker can ever find this place," Donnie explained.

Agent Werrel activated his Retina-Hardware.

"He's right, I'm not getting a GPS Location down here," Werrel said.

Dr Leving then took a look at the device.

"Maybe Judy doesn't need to stay down here to keep the tracker from finding her," Leving suggested, which caught everyone's attention. "Maybe I can remodify this by recalibrating it to work on a single target…"

Donnie then realised what he was saying and joined in.

"And rewiring it so it can deal with being moved around all the time…"

"That should be enough to protect her from the Kraang's mutant tracker!" The both finished simultaneously. They then shook hands/paw before slapping together then doing a fist bump, then pointed at each other. "SIENCE!"

The others looked at them, with Raph making a fake cough.

"(Cough) Nerds," Raph said behind his cough.

"I think we should get back to what's going to happen now," Bogo pointed out.

"Might I make a suggestion," Leving spoke up. "We're currently facing the Kraang, and the turtles have faced them for years. So maybe we should compare notes?"

"Yes, but I prefer to do it in an office, and not a lair sewer," Bogo said.

"Gee, offence taken," Raph sarcastically said.

"All right Raph," Leo said to his brother before turning to the Chief. "We'll co-operate with you guys."

"Okay then," Bogo said. "But we'll meet tomorrow afternoon at one pm. At the ZPD Precinct one."

"Well, we're not used to being out in public," Raph pointed out. "As in, we still don't want other people to know we exist."

"I'm pretty sure the officers would've told the others by now," Nick inquired.

"I'll inform the other Officers to be aware of your arrival," Bogo informed them. "And I'll give them strict instructions to not reveal anything to anyone."

"Very well," Leo declared as he held his hand out, which Bogo shook.

A.N. And that was the fifteenth chapter folks. The turtles and ZPD have agreed to another discussion, with Leving and Donnie already becoming good buddies.

Also, I was intending on having the Kraang at the end of this chapter, but decided you all waited long enough.

So, there will be more chatting coming up, hope you enjoy that.

Till next time.
