I've seen my profile time over and time again... and I kept thinking there was something odd about it. Even now I have no idea what it was. Perhaps it was the perfect profile for the former me (?) but now it's time for a change! I'm an aspiring writer from a faraway land who is pretty much just starting out in fanfiction. I have been writing for a long time, though. Dedication and hard work are the best way to reach your goals, be it in writing or anything else! Even though I don't really like working that hard... but it's the truth regardless xD People often say reality surpasses fiction... this isn't right nor is it wrong. Fiction is simply a reality different than the one we're used to. The same applies for crack and canon. Crack is simply another canon in a different setting... as long as you work properly to make a crack story belieavable, that is. I'm currently in the process of writing Gladiator, my fanfiction masterpiece if I say so myself. Expect this story to span out for a very long time... and expect me to finish it eventually. It's really long already, but it's about to get even longer, since I've plotted out more story arcs than I can count. So sit tight and enjoy the ride! I'm also writing How They All Reacted, but that's in a bit of a hiatus seeing how Gladiator is consuming most of my attention at the moment. My all-time OTP is Sokkla: Sokka and Azula from Avatar: The Last Airbender. I've nigh sold my soul to these two at this point in time. If you ship Sokkla, you immediately score a point with me! I also ship: Sorato, Kalulu, Hisasoi, Ichiruki, Cololal (5666), Hitsukarin, Jisbon, Ryuki and a few other pairings I'll add if I manage to remember them. Did I mention my memory stinks? I guess that must be the reason why I write so much... it's the only way to make sure things won't stay lost inside my messy head. I use music to inspire my writing, seeing how, as I already said it, my mind is pretty much like a movie theatre. When I listen to the right songs, I immediately start watching music videos that go along with both the music and the story. Crazy? I doubt it. I'm sure a lot of people do the same thing! I'm not working as a Beta Reader at the moment because there are a few things going on in my life right now, and I can't get down to checking out stories while I'm still writing Gladiator too. I will gladly answer to any PMs I recieve requesting advice with plots or on how to handle characters, but I can't work as an actual Beta Reader at the moment. Hopefully I'll get back to it one day, but I can't do it right now. Sorry! You might be slightly confused regarding how the stories of The Reason's timeline are situated in a chronological order... you might not know which one to read next, so here you have the timeline in case you need it!
Yeah, about half of HTAR still hasn't been written, but the missing chapters aren't essential to understand the whole story. I consider fanfiction to be one of the last remnants of actual art because it's simply done for the enjoyment of the writer and its readers.
