Alrighty! First things first: there are two authors on this account (well, an author and an editor), Ryan and Alice, also known as Zork and Porp. We're twins born on May the second, and Ryan is the younger twin by 15 minutes! Both of our hair is currently dyed a very bright magenta (no mater how many people say it's pink, it is magenta) so we rather stand out of an average crowd! Which is useful, because I swear I lose Alice every fifteen minutes (which is very coincidental, now that I think about it, considering Alice is fifteen minutes older.)

As the younger twin and editor of our account, I, Ryan, also known as Zork, am in charge of general housekeeping of the account and interacting with others, because Alice doesn't like people. Alice's old account, UnorthodoxDream, has officially been abandoned, aside from her personal reading and reviewing, and all of her stories will be posted here from now on. The reason? We felt like it. Now, a few words from Alice~

Hey guys, sorry for moving suddenly. I wanted a fresh start because my old account was feeling claustrophobic. Since I've bugged Zork Dork into being my editor permanently, my work will be, if nothing else, more consistent. We're both terrible with grammar and stuff, so that won't improve much (Zork Dork is just as lazy as I am, make no mistake he'll glance over the text as quickly as I do), but Ryan is hyper and capable of bugging me into working. So yeah. More stuff, less time, better quality (maybe).

So, despite the lack of regular readers, I thought I should explain our absence lately. Alice and I have been going through some tough times. Our father is moving out of state, so we're living full-time with our mother, which is a very big change for us. We haven't lived in only one house since we were eight. So aside from typical moving stresses, we've also been adapting to a new life style and dealing with some unpleasant things we've been avoiding. Alice was readmitted to therapy and I had my medication dosage almost doubled. Alice and I have also begun a new school year since we last updated, and Alice has been admitted to the local community college on a duel credit program, and she's been struggling with it. I myself have been dealing with some interpersonal issues. We've both been under a lot of stress and I think Alice has only written for a total of 30 minutes in months. So, I guess I should say I'm sorry, but honestly I'm not. We're working on getting ourselves together, and until we do, updates will be sporadic at best.
