Today is Akko's birthday! … But unfortunately most of her friends have left Luna Nova for summer vacation and Akko's feeling a little bit lonely. Luckily, Diana's still here, and that is definitely a problem that she can fix!

All Akko wanted was to do something huge for Diana's birthday. All Diana wanted was to share a moment with Akko. However, things rarely ever go as planned, especially when Akko was involved... but these two always find a way eventually... right?

Bernadette Cavendish was a wonderful witch, a blessing to all who knew her. Unfortunately, she had passed all too soon. Every year since then, the Cavendish family would visit her grave to keep her memory, and every year Diana couldn't help but feel more and more alone. This year, however, Diana had someone she wished to have with her, hoping things would be different. (Dianakko)

Both Diana and Akko planned to use this opportunity to finally tell the other how they felt about each other. The problem?
