In regards to the Watching Avengers Infinity War/A Warning From the future sequel:

(I'm going to keep this up until I've posted the last chapter)

So. Uh, hi. Clearly I'm still here. For the record, I have been active on FFN for the past year, it's just hard to post updates on my progress without some sort of message board. Unless, of course, there is something like that and I've just completely missed it in the last 3(?) years I've been on this site.

Anyway.

The sequel to WAIW is underway. When I finished writing WAIW, I had an idea for the sequel that would have gone for about 7 chapters. As I started writing, I got more ideas for it, which in turn would have increased the chapter length to 15 chapters. Not a lot, I know, but with my past writing style, it would have been a struggle. And it was. I got about 1 and a half chapters into writing it before hitting a roadblock and I didn't want to continue writing it. So I left it for many months and I haven't gone back to it. It wasn't until May 31st 2020 (I think. It was definitely near the end of May) when I realised why I've had such a major Writer's Block.

Despite stopping writing the sequel, I promised myself that I wouldn't start posting another fanfic until the WAIW sequel had at least one chapter uploaded. In May, I got an idea for a lengthy(-ish) Star Wars fanfic and I knew I would have to plan it extensively to know exactly what I wanted to write etc.

So basically, it took me just over a year for me to realise that I actually have to plan my stories.

(Also, it's back to being 7 chapters, possibly 8.)

I have planned out the sequel in its entirety and was 100% ready to start writing it in June, probably even starting to upload it here as well. Unfortunately, June was also the month that ALL my teachers decided to collectively go "Let's give all these students Very Important Assignments To Do!", with 4 out of 7 going "And they can do it during the school holidays because they have so much time!". One of those subjects is actually related to the career I would like to go into after high school so I want to do really well in it.

That is a fact that I am VERY annoyed about, especially since I've got ideas for 4-5 more fanfics since then, one of them being a revamp of a series I wrote a few years ago.

The earliest I think I'll be publishing the WAIW sequel is August. Late July is also a possibility, but don't get your hopes up. Then there's the fact that I've got practise exams at some point but given the state of everything right now, I don't know when those will be.

I'm really sorry for all of this :( Some of it's out of my control and the other stuff is my fault. I'll do my best to publish it soon, but I really don't know.
