First off, can I just put the disclaimer in here so I don't need to keep writing it at the beginning of my stories? Kay. Thanks. I don't own anything that in any way, shape, or form relates to Supernatural. I do own the DVD's and the brain that I claim to have, which comes up with these stories. That's it, though. Awesome, now that's done with.

Start with the basics, I guess: My name's Liane (said like LeeAnn, just spelled weird). My pen name las2217 is just a combination of my initials (Liane A. Shrek) and my husband and I's birthdates. As of when I'm writing this (Jan. 2017), I am 29 years old. My husband and I have been married since mid-2013 and we have 2 adorable children together. A girl born in Dec. 2011 and a boy born in Aug. 2013. I spent almost 10 years in the Army (Military Police) right after high school and spent 2008-2009 in that lovely sandpit called Iraq. I also spent 6 years as a State Corrections Officer. Some of those years are overlapping, of course. I'm only this tiny 5'2", 110 pounds soaking wet girl, so I love seeing some of the crazy looks when I tell people that. The only reason I bring them up here is to warn you that, while I do honestly try to control my language, there are going to be times when I say "screw it" and let it out. I can come up with some pretty colorful stuff, so I figured I'd make that warning.

I am completely, utterly, and in all ways obsessed with Supernatural, obviously. I converted my husband to a Supernatural lover shortly after we met. So much so that our daughter is Cassie (who we call Cass), our son is Jared, and one of our dogs is Sammy...yeah, I'm an idiot. :D

I'm a huge animal lover. I have two dogs, an Australian Shepherd/Border Collie mix and a Siberian Husky. I'm in the process of obtaining a PTSD service dog, so we'll be adding one more dog to our brood within the next few months. I also have three horses, all of them Thoroughbreds rescued off the racetrack. My profile picture is my horse, Gunner. I'll also be adding to our herd of horses this year. A pony for the kids and a big jumper for me (I have my eye on a 17.2hh Thoroughbred gelding. Fingers crossed!)

The boys' Always Keep Fighting, Love Yourself First, etc. campaigns are very important to me. I struggle very seriously with PTSD from my deployment. Which in turn causes extreme depression and anxiety. The fact that the boys are so dedicated to helping people, and Jared's strength in talking about his struggles with depression are so uplifting to anyone going through things like that. I can honestly say that I would not be here if it weren't for the combination of support from my husband, the amazing Supernatural family, and Jensen, Jared, and Misha's constant reminders to stay strong. If you get a chance to help them support those campaigns, please consider it.

Ummmm...well, other than that I'm a boring person. I should also mention that I am completely, utterly, and in all ways incapable of containing my word counts. Not even in my profile, apparently. Some of my stories can get a little out of control with the word counts, so long chapters/stories are the norm for me. The last chapter I wrote topped 11,000 words I think, so yeah.

I always love to hear from people on how you like (or dislike) my stories. Even harsh criticism is welcome, as I consider it a way to help me improve for next time. Thanks for reading! Love you all!
