Pairing: Tony/Natasha

Authors Note: I wanted to do something since Black Widow is coming out in a few days. I hope everyone enjoys, this will be a multi chapter story. I hope you all enjoy because I'm probably won't be posting anything new until at least September 1st.
Chapter 1: Mrs. Stark?
After the Avengers saved the people from actually being murdered from a falling city thanks to Ultron. When they were all on the ground again, Tony lifted his face mask and walked over to his wife who was waiting for him with a smile on her face. They were hanging out in a spot that their was nobody around.
The other six Avengers surrounded them but neither one of them cared. They knew that Clint and Vision knew about their secret. "Tony, I could kill you right now but I decided not to since you're okay." Natasha looked up at her husband
Bruce, Thor and Cap were confused, and Wanda figured it out. She kept it to herself because she knew they were married and the others not including Clint and Vision, didn't know. She found out when she played with their minds. Clint and Vision had smiles on their faces.
"I know darling, but I'm okay. We're okay Mrs. Stark." Tony teased slightly by calling her by her married name. He leaned into kiss her lips softly as she wrapped her arms around his neck.
"Mrs. Stark? I don't understand... when did that happen?" Cap asked the couple as Tony pulled away for air.
Tony and Natasha both smile at each other. "After she came home from her mission with you in DC." Tony spoke up holding her close to his armored body.
"So you guys got engaged after the whole Hydra thing?" Cap asked, still not understanding everything
"No, we got engaged before the Hydra thing. I asked her to marry me the day before our house in Malibu got blown up. She thought I was dead, but I was in Tennessee thanks to Jarvis. I got in contact with Fury and told him to keep her safe and that I would call when I was on my way back to a safe house. Fury informed her that I was still alive."
"He means my house was the safe house they used." Clint spoke up and Natasha nodded
"If your family knew about them being married then why didn't your kids reference Tony as uncle Tony, like they call Nat aunty Nat?" Cap asked the archer
"Right after Ultron attacked the Avengers compound, I called my wife and told her everything. Especially that none of you knew that they were married, nor did you know that I was. They knew that I was married, Nat knew before Tony anyway. You also didn't know that I have children, Nat and Tony don't have any." Clint looked over at the couple, he saw Tony smile but not for the reason he thought. He was smiling because Nat decided to grab his ass from his armor.
"Actually you're wrong Bird Brain." Tony called out
Everyone gasps and Nat shook her head as she did need to tell him something but she'll let him have the floor for right now
"We have two children, Dumb-E and Butterfingers. I created them right after I created Jarvis." Tony smiled at the group, and then looked at his wife "Isn't that right, baby?"
She bit her lip and nodded before it was her turn to speak "As you all know that my husband loves to have the floor. I need to tell you all something myself, hell my husband doesn't even know."
"I don't know what, Nat?" Tony asked wanting to know what Nat was talking about
She turned to him and smirked when she was holding his hand. She gained her attention back to the group "I would like to announce to just this group of people for right now. Since I know that Tony would want to have a press conference about us being married anyway, so that we don't have to hide our rings anymore. I think we should, but anyway this should wait before we announce it to the press. Anyway, I'm pregnant." She turned her head to see her husband's reaction.
Tony looked at her smiling "How long, darling?" He asked looking at her flat abdomen that was currently carrying his child.
"I'm five weeks, I should go see the doctor after we leave to see if baby Stark is okay." Tony had a huge smile on his face when she called the baby, baby Stark. He wrapped his arms around her again and kissed her lips softly.
"Oh lord, like the world needs a mini Tony Stark running around." Barton said, teasing them as they finished their kiss.
Natasha looked over at Clint and smiled at her best friend and then back to her husband.
To ignore Clint's comment he decided to respond to his wife "Yes you should. Can I come to the appointment with you?" Tony asked shyly
Natasha shook her head "You don't need to ask me Tony. I'm having your child, of course I want you to be there at every appointment." She smiles softly
Tony had a huge smile on his face knowing that his wife would want him at every appointment. He knew that she was a private person and he respected that. Of course the whole world still doesn't know that they're married, but they do know that they're together romantically. Well Bruce stays out of the media and everything to do with it. He had a feeling that Tony had a thing for Natasha but he wouldn't never made the move if he knew that they were married.
Thor and Wanda smiled. Bruce was still confused as hell on everything that happened. "Wait, can I ask Natasha something?" Bruce asked still looking at the couple
Natasha broke out of her husband's embrace and walked over to Bruce "Yes, anything Bruce you know that."
"Back at Barton's house, why did you wait to get a shower after me when everyone used up the hot water? Why didn't you get in the shower with Tony since he's your husband." Bruce asked feeling a blush creep onto his face.
"Well we try not to shower together for obvious reasons, especially when Barton's kids were around. We also don't like to scar the team for life, nor a member's children. I was being undercover, I didn't mean to have that kiss but it was apart of my cover. I'm sorry, if I stirred you the wrong way. I'm completely happy with Tony and this little one." she pointed to her abdomen.
Bruce nods softly even though he was dissapointed it was offical that he would never be able to date Natasha now.
Tony looked at his wife "Wait, you kissed Bruce?" Tony asked confused
Nat faced her husband "Yes, but it didn't mean anything. I would never cheat on you. I hope you know that."
Bruce looked at Tony with a worried look on his face. "You don't have to worry anymore. I'm sorry Natasha that I put you and Tony in a difficult situation." He looked at Nat before he looked at Tony "Do you forgive me?"
Tony looked back "It's fine Bruce, Natasha and I were undercover. You didn't know, well now you do. So if you try to make an attempt with my wife now, you'll be in deep shit." Tony walked over and patted the doctor on the shoulder and smiled
Bruce nodded "Oh I know I would be. I like someone else but I'm not sure if she likes me or not." He blurted out
Tony grinned "We should set you up with her for sure." Tony blurted out next
"Who is it, Bruce? Do we know her?" Natasha asked, looking over at the scientist now. The rest of the team was quiet and watched the whole thing unfold.
"Tony's CEO, Pepper." Bruce gulped after admitting that he had feelings for Pepper Potts.
Tony chuckled "You really love the women in my life, Bruce. Yeah Pepper is a nice girl and everything but I think she's dating Happy." Tony looked over at Natasha to confirm that
"Don't look at me like that babe. Anyway to answer Bruce's question, Pepper is single. Her and Happy broke up about a few months ago." Natasha smiled at her friend as she wanted to see him happy.
"Thanks Nat, I've been meaning to ask. How long have you been married?" Bruce asked the couple
Natasha held onto Tony's hand again "A year two weeks ago. I found out that I was pregnant that night but I didn't know how Tony would react and besides we were busy as well but I'm not getting into the details with you. I had blood work done and the doctor said that I was five weeks. Tony knew that I couldn't have children so we never talked about it. Somehow he had a different plan, or the Red Room did a shitty job of actually sterilizing me. Personally I think it was just Tony who had a different plan, and I'm not complaining." She looked over at her husband and winked
Tony winked back at his wife "You knew since our wedding anniversary? Then you got a blood test to see how far along you were? Going back to the Pepper thing, when did they break up and why didn't Happy tell me?"
"Yes I knew since our anniversary, husband. Yes, I did, I think it was that night we had the benefit for SI and we got drunk. Well you should remember the rest of it since you did impregnate me. They broke up two months ago Tony, you were always in the lab as usual. Happy hasn't been your driver in a while because you're always either home with me or on missions with us. When we get home, you should make some time for him. The same with Rhodey, you haven't seen either of your friends in a while. I got a better idea; let's invite them to dinner one night after we've been home for awhile."
"Sorry to interrupt you two, but shouldn't we be getting out of here?" Cap asked the couple before Tony could respond to his wife.
"We should. Better yet you six go, I'll take Tasha home in the armor. We've done it before, every time has been safe." Tony said to Cap, he looks at Clint "Don't worry, we'll call you when we get home."
"You better Stark, I swear if you drop your pregnant wife who happens to be my best friend in the air while going home, I'll kill you. Do you get that?" Clint walked closer to Tony's face to let him know that he's not messing around
"Hey, hey I'll be fine. I trust my husband not to drop me. Besides, if he dropped me in midair while we're on our way home, I would just kill him myself." She smirks at the archer
"Seriously baby? You know what, I knew you were going to say something like that because you're a hot Russian assassin who happens to be my beautiful sexy wife. I would never drop you especially from hundreds of feet in the air while taking you home." He looked at her as she started to cry
"Just take me home Tony." Natasha demanded as she wrapped her arms around her husbands waist.
Tony nodded and looked at his wife 'Pregnancy hormones.' he thought and then looked at the team "We're gonna leave and go home now. We'll see you for a debrief in a few days. I'm going to take my wife to the doctor tomorrow before the 5pm press conference to announce our marriage. Oh that's Eastern Standard Time in case any of you want to watch."
Clint looked at his best friend "You know, Nat you won't be able to go undercover once you guys announce your marriage."
She smiles at her friend "I'm aware of that. If you think I want to go undercover after announcing my marriage with Tony, you're wrong Barton. If I wanted to continue living my life on the run, I would've never said yes or I do to Tony. I'm fine with going on actual mission with the team, but I'm not going solo anymore. Besides I have this little one to look after now, I can't put him or her in danger by going undercover. Also my face would be recognizable to go undercover, once the press finds out, my picture will be all over." Tony takes off his helmet all together and kisses Natasha's head softly as her arm was still around his waist.
Clint nods softly "You got a point there and I can't blame you." He looks up at the couple "Promise me both of you that you'll keep my niece or nephew safe. Oh can I tell Laura, or do you want to do it Nat?"
"Tony and I'll do it, we're come for a visit for a few days after the debrief with Fury. Which during that time we will tell him, he'll put me right on desk duty I already know it."
Clint nods "I'll see you in a few days. Wait, does he know that you guys are married?" Tony smirked as he let Nat speak
Natasha smiled at Clint "Nope, that's why I hope he watches the press conference tomorrow." she turns to her husband "I'm ready to go." she demanded
"Good because so am I." he waved to the group before placing his helmet on
"When we get home, no tinkering or the baby and I will kick you out of the bedroom." she winks at him
"Yes dear, I definitely don't want to be kicked out of our bedroom." He smirks even though she couldn't see him. Tony grabbed her by the waist without a warning. He felt her hands wrapping around his waist "Can I take off, Mrs. Stark?" he asked
Natasha smirked softly "Yes you can Mr. Stark." with that, Tony used the thrusters to get them up in the air. Tony started to fly home while holding Natasha really close to him but not tight enough to where it could hurt the baby.
