Random Kamen Rider OC

Kamen Rider Record

He wields the ability to transform into past Kamen Riders using a Tome known as the Riders' Record, but he can only gain their full powers when he recollects the pages of each Kamen Rider's battles.

Equipment:

Record Driver: The driver of Kamen Rider Record which allows the user to transform into different Kamen Rider Forms similar to the Decade Driver but lacks the Ridebooker. (Edit) It is a wrist-like device based on Kamen Rider Necrom's Mega Ulorder that uses the Eyecons in order to allow Record to switch masks between different Riders.

Riders' Record: The metal plated tome containing the stories of each past Kamen Rider, not only does it possess the cards that help Record's transformations but also provide the weapons of said Riders. But the powers of each card is limited to the base abilities of the former Kamen Riders until a proper page of an alternate form is obtained. No one other than Record can lift this tome since it acts as the main link to the existence of all the Kamen Riders and future Riders. The tome can transform into a wide edge broadsword to provide Record with limited protection.

Kamen Rider Record (Official Update 2017)

The Will of History whose purpose is to see the correction of the World's history and witness the untold warriors fight the known figures of the past.

Equipment:

Record Tome: A mysterious book that was created for the Will of History and has the power to gather the pages of Heroes of the past and Kamen Riders. Its origins are a mystery given Zelretch's tendency to keep secrets (And due to him erasing my memories...). The Tome is capable of recording even known weapons and devices though this has yet to be shown.

Announcement: Thanks to Raidentensho, I decided that a Hibiki OC will join the team of my Kamen Rider and RWBY Crossover fanfic. But the inclusion of this Rider made me rethink on the team's fighting style. I originally planned for the team to be a team of Kamen Riders with the power of incredible speed at their disposal. But with Hibiki being added to the team, I am now torn between adding the Blade OC or a Kiva OC. Blade would work because of the Rider's Mach card and the other abilities at the Rider's disposal. But Kiva has different abilities that may work well with Hibiki in terms of sound and finishers. So I decided to place a poll to decide who would be the fourth member. The voting will start soon so do me a favor as an enthusiastic reader to vote for who do you think should be the fourth rider.

Poll Results: After a couple of weeks of waiting, I am announcing that Blade will be joining this team. Giving thanks to the one (and only) voter who helped me decide.
