The Serpentine
The Serpentine are one of the three gangs under Scarlett's command on the Island. Their leader is Medusa. They act as Scarlett's ground units and ride on terrestrial dinosaurs, such as raptors, stegosaurs, and trikes. their color scheme is green and purple. It's revealed in Episode 3 that Duncan was once a member of the Serpentine, but was caught and sent to Juvie sometime before season one. It is revealed in Episode 9 that the Serpentine are secretly plotting to betray Scarlett by having Naga tame the dinosaurs while they fit them with fake brain-boxes. With the exception of their leader and other high-ranking members, the Serpentine's attire consists of a green shirt with a black snake on the front, dark green pants, and black and green shoes. They all have names from regular snakes or snake-based creatures from mythology.

Medusa- She is the leader of the Serpentine and the first of Scarlett's three generals. She has fair skin and long green hair tied in a ponytail. Her outfit consists of a bra-like breastplate and a skirt with the front open and having a short drape at it with the symbol of her gang on it and knee-high boots. She is considered tough and headstrong, leading the Serpentine with a firm hand and doesn't hesitate to use her authority to keep her colleagues in line. She is however shown to be calm and sociable with them, and is shown to care about their feelings. This doesn't apply to the other generals however, due to them being rivals prior to the start of the series, shown when she and the others started arguing before Scarlett arrived. Her dino mount is most likely the Brontosaurus they secretly possess under Scarlett's nose. She is named after the Gorgon Medusa from Greek Mythology.

Viper- She is a well respected member of the Serpentine. She has fair skin and lime green hair and has a curvy build. Her outfit closely resembles Medusa's, with green metal armbands and an Egyptian tiara with a cobra-shaped ordainment. The fact that she wears a unique outfit instead of the standard attire of the Serpentine implies that she is of higher rank in the gang. It's revealed in Episode 4 that she used to be Duncan's girlfriend before Duncan met Courtney, something that she is still hurt about. Episode 9 shows how much in common she and Duncan have when she pulled a prank on Vulture that Duncan once pulled on Harold. Her dino mount is a raptor. Her name comes from the snake family Viperidae.

Python- He is a member of the Serpentine. He has dark green hair and a slightly muscular build. He wears a green tunic with dark green shorts and brown boots. His dino mount is a raptor. His name comes from the python species.

Naga- She is a member of the Serpentine and is considered to be of a high rank. She has features similar to Dawn, such as pale skin and elf-like ears, implying that they both come from the same homeland. She also shares Dawn's connection to nature, making her the gang's resident beast tamer. In episode 9, she was put in charge of the Brontosaurus from Episode 1 and is helping the Serpentine in their plan to betray Scarlett. In the same episode, she and Dawn got along fine due to their shared interests. It is currently unknown if she is aware of Dawn's true allegiance. Her name comes from the Naga.

Boa- A member of the Serpentine. His name comes from the boa constrictor.

Spitter- A member of the Serpentine. His name is a reference to the spitting cobra.

The Aqua Jaws
The Aqua Jaws are another one of the gangs under Scarlett's command. Their leader is Megalodon. They serve as Scarlett's navy and ride on aquatic creatures, such as Megalodons and Mantas, but also ride on land-based creatures like Spinosaurus and Baryonyx. The Aqua Jaws dress in a white shirt with a blue shark on the front, light blue pants, and white and blue shoes. They all have names from regular sharks or shark-based creatures from mythology. It is implied that the Aqua Jaws don't really like working with Scarlett just like the Serpentine, but is still unknown.

Megalodon- He is the leader of the Aqua Jaws, the second of Scarlett's generals, and the only male of the three. He has tan skin and a fit build and his hair is light blue with the back styled in the shape of a shark's dorsal fin. He dresses as a traditional pirate captain, minus the hook, peg leg, captain's hat and eyepatch. He is shown to be dominating to his peers, but can be cooperative with them at times. He and the other generals in Scarlett's army don't get along well due to their past feud, but tries to in order to avoid Scarlett's wrath. His dino mount is TBA. His name comes from the prehistoric shark.

Nurse- She is a member of the Aqua Jaws and the only girl in the gang. She is put in charge of tending to the wounds that any of her friends receive. Despite her figure, she is an expert martial artist, demonstrated when she was able to knock Jo off her feet with a single swipe of her leg. She got along with Jo and Eva in Episode 9 before learning of their treachery. Her dino mount is TBA. Her name comes from the nurse shark.

White Tip- A member of the Aqua Jaws. His name comes from the white tip shark.

Hammerhead- He is a member of the Aqua Jaws. He comes off as not very bright. His dino mount is TBA. His name comes from the hammerhead shark.

The Terrorbirds
The Terrorbirds are the third gang under Scarlett's command. Their leader is Phoenix. They serve as Scarlett's air force on the backs of Pteranodons and Tapejaras. Their attire consists of a red shirt with a phoenix on the front, dark red pants, and black and red shoes. They name themselves based on the different species of predatory birds from nature and mythology. Since Hawkra has shown it, it is implied that the Terrorbirds don't really like working with Scarlett just like the Serpentine.

Phoenix- She is the leader on the Terrorbirds and the third of Scarlett's generals. She is fair-skinned with long blonde hair and a curved frame. Her outfit is a red, feathered, two-piece bikini and cape and a crown decked with long red feathers. She is shown to be loyal to Scarlett, to the point of addressing her as "Lady Scarlett", she is also shown to practice witchcraft. Episode 7 reveals that she can make her cape act as a pair of wings with the help of two armbands attached to the corners, allowing her to glide safely for a short time. Her dino mount is TBA. Her name comes from the mythical firebird of the same name.

Hawkra- She is a member of the Terrorbirds. She has black hair styled in a ponytail and an average build. Her outfit closely resembled Phoenix's, but with the feathers in a pattern similar to that of a hawk. She serves as Scarlett's scout and spy, infiltrating Chris's camp to gather intel for Scarlett before she was captured in Episode 9. Her dino mount is a Tapejara. Her name is a pun on hawk.

Thunderbird- He is a member of the Terrorbirds. His dino mount is TBA. He is named after the mythical Thunderbird.

Vulture- He is a member of the Terrorbirds. His physique is similar to Harold. He is also a target of teasing by some of the other gang members, shown when Viper played a prank on him. His dino mount is TBA. His name comes from the vulture.
