Heroic New Era: New Beginnings
Chapter 6: Red Sun Over Paradise
Raiden, Sakura, and Inuyasha soon walked into World Marshal HQ, as they looked around inside the building before hearing Sundowner's voice come on over the intercom.
"You killed Monsoon and Bronya. I'm impressed." Sundowner said, amusement in his tone. "The brains are in the server room undergoing training. Knock yourselves out. Go nuts."
The group soon began moving ahead towards a reception desk, where an automated feminine robot was there, as Inuyasha cut up the robot before it could spew anything.
"I'm here for the 3 o'clock with Sundowner, lady." Inuyasha joked as he cut the robot to bits.
As soon as Inuyasha said this, multiple cyborg soldiers began rushing into the area.
"Come on, I can't even get to my appointment without you interrupting me?" Inuyasha joked once more, as he drew Tessaiga.
Together, the trio made short work of the incoming foes, as they ran in only to get cut to pieces by Inuyasha, Raiden, and Sakura. After finishing them off, the trio headed towards the elevators, to find them inoperable.
"Well, the elevators are down… as we should have expected." Doktor commented on the codec.
"We shall take over the control unit then." Blood Wolf chimed in over codec. "Perhaps once we do that, you can hack into the elevator system and make it operational."
"Ah… yes, yes, that would work!" Doktor said with glee as he prepared to work, when suddenly sounds of soldiers rushing in were heard from the entrance. "I'll need some time to hack into the elevator system! Raiden, Scarlet, Inuga, you three will have to hold off those soldiers!"
"Heh… sure thing. And in the meantime we'll read a couple brochures as well." Inuyasha joked yet again.
"You're just cracking off with jokes… you sure you're okay after snapping out there like that?" Raiden asked.
"Trust me. Me cracking off these jokes is what's keeping me from really cutting loose on these freaks." Inuyasha said. "I may be a killer but I'm not going to go as far as to enjoy the sight of their dismembered bodies if I can help it."
After another skirmish with soldiers near the front of the World Marshal HQ, Doktor soon had the elevators hacked, as the trio ran into one of the elevators.
"Before I continue with briefing you on details of the building, something you may want to know about an associate of Sundowner's." Doktor chimed in over codec. "Her name is Murata Himeko, a profound individual overseas. She was forced into working for Desperado because of her connection with multiple units Desperado has under their control, most of them that you have met."
"So? She's like their guardian or something?" Raiden would ask.
"Not exactly. She was the only one who helped Raiden Mei during her time of strife. She actually had her changing from being an assassin to a mercenary, before Desperado switched her back. She's also the reason why Kiana has such a good heart. Before Himeko worked her magic, Kiana was rather violent, as Herrscher of the Void. As far as Bronya and Theresa go, Himeko actually helped get them out of the Light Curtain surrounding the city they came from. Himeko is also Fu Hua's mentor of sorts, perhaps the closest connection she has is with Fu Hua over the others." Doktor explained.
"So what's our plan with her then?" Inuyasha would ask.
"Try to see if she'll listen to reason." Doktor said. "Now, I have picked up Bronya, so I will tell you that both Rachel and Allison are on their way to rendezvous with you all on the 20th floor, along with some pleasant surprises you'll find as well. Speaking of that, this building is divided into upper and lower halves. The elevator you all are on can only access the lower floors."
"So let me guess, time to cut off an arm to access the higher elevator?" Inuyasha would ask.
"Not exactly. Security cyborgs wouldn't have that clearance, and all staff and other personnel have been evacuated." Doktor explained.
"Which leaves us… what?" Raiden would ask.
"You'll have to disable the security gate to get through to the elevator. There are electrical panels on the 20th floor you can sever to disable it." Doktor said. "And we're at the 20th floor now."
On cue, the elevator dinged and the trio walked out of it.
"No doubt these electrical panels are hid behind walls. Use your AR technology to find them. Then head to the elevator." Doktor said.
"Let's split up on this. Each of us takes a panel?" Inuyasha asked.
"Seconded here." Sakura stated, before turning to Raiden, who merely tipped his head in agreement. "Then it's settled, we'll get this done quick."
They split up, quickly slicing electrical panels to disable the security gate. When they ran back to the elevator… they were met with an armored guard holding a large hammer.
"Looks like it's hammer time! On you!" Inuyasha joked yet again, smirking as he charged at the armored foe, and easily dispatched him. The group began making their way towards the upper elevator, when Doktor called them.
"Inuga, are you going to disable your pain inhibitors?" Doktor would ask.
"No, I need this." Inuyasha responded back.
"Say, Raiden, you're not going to follow suit, are you? After all, Inuga is pretty much going for the state you would consider… 'natural'." Sakura told Raiden.
"Nah, leave it be. I rather keep myself far from all of that. This world doesn't need too many people who are letting it loose." Raiden shook his head. "Besides, I'm fine as it is. If I need to get myself riled, I'll make sure to do so. Funny that you're asking me that when you don't even have any on you."
"...Pain has nothing to do with how I used to be." Sakura stated, as the conversation ended there.
They slowly traversed the upper floors, before they reached a corridor on the side of the building, as the windows broke apart, to reveal cyborgs entering via vulture-like drones, before several helicopters appeared, to provide covering fire in the form of vulcans and missiles.
"Well, this just got complicated." Raiden sighed, as they dashed through the corridor, slicing through the enemies in their path, wasting not a single moment to evade the rain of fire coming from the side, before they were intercepted by a GRAD, as the group backed awya slightly, checking that they were safe from the bombardments.
"Right, this should be a quick fight." Sakura remarked, as they triple-teamed the large machine, as they severed the joints and armour of the machine in skillful coordination, as the transforming tank was destroyed far quicker than the one in the labs.
Inuyasha noticed that there were a multitude of vulture drones ahead, as he looked up, seeing that they could be a path to skip a few floors.
"You guys ready for something risky?" Inuyasha asked with a smirk, as he ran for the open window where the vulture drones were.
"Oh, I see where you're getting it." Sakura nodded, as the group used the vulture drones to jump in the air, impaling each drone, and timing their jumps to use their explosions for extra momentum, easily crashing into a floor close to the top, landing right inside a small corridor.
Doktor soon called them all on codec again. "Quite a ways up, ja? You're almost there! I was able to collect some more data on the building for you. You're approaching an indoor garden. Apparently one of the staff members was highly influenced by Japanese culture."
"So what's this got to do with us? Do we need something from the garden?" Inuyasha would ask.
"Not at all! You need only pass through the garden on the way to a freight elevator. You can reach the top floor via that freight elevator." Doktor explained.
"A Japanese Garden… That would be interesting." Sakura remarked.
The group entered it, as the sight seemed to wow Sakura, as she absorbed the sights quite well, with eyes wide with awe and disbelief.
"Truly, it is authentic Japanese culture here. Almost makes me feel at home in peace." Sakura remarked.
"Well, I'm glad that you like the place…" Raiden stated, before gesturing to the approaching cyborg soldiers. "But sightseeing time is over, we got incoming."
"Raiden, let her see the sights a little longer. For her entertainment tonight…" Inuyasha said, walking towards the approaching enemies. "I'll grace her with a dance of blades in lotus blooms she'll never forget." Inuyasha finished, drawing Tessaiga as lotus blooms fell over the field of battle, as swords clashed with swords, the lotus blooms dancing around Inuyasha as he began fighting and cutting up his enemies.
One thing Raiden and Sakura noticed as Inuyasha fought was that his style changed when walking into the Japanese style garden, he was fighting like a Feudal Japan warrior, his strikes more precise and swift than ever. On Inuyasha's final series of slashes to the opponents, he sheathed Tessaiga as the enemies behind him exploded, as lotus blooms perfectly swirled around Inuyasha, before dropping to the ground.
Sakura remarked, as she clapped her hand. "Truly, poetry in action." She complimented Inuyasha's skill.
"Why, thank you. As much as I'd love to do an encore for you with the opponents ahead, we do have a mission to do." Inuyasha responded. "Now sightseeing time is over."
"There is a maintenance catwalk ahead. You can use that to reach the freight elevator." Blade Wolf called over codec to them.
The trio, after Sakura finished taking in the scenery, rushed ahead to get to the maintenance catwalk, as they sliced through any enemies between them and there, as they soon got close to the freight elevator, as both Blade Wolf and Blood Wolf had fallen behind the fast progress.
"Our apologies, we seem to have fallen behind." Blood Wolf apologized as she came up on codec.
"Don't worry about it. In fact, I need to thank you both." Inuyasha said.
"What do you mean? You are an operative under Siege. You have no reason to even form an allegiance with us. You only came here via his orders, did you not?" Blade Wolf reasoned.
"Let's just say that I share many similar views you all do. Siege does as well, and we have many more allies among us that share the same thing… since we have a moment… perhaps… perhaps it's time we shared with you all the truth." Inuyasha said, before switching to two other people on codec. "...Siege, Richard… I think it's time we stop keeping our friends in the dark."
"So you think now is better than later, eh?" Siege asked Inuyasha as his face appeared on the call, startling Raiden and Sakura. "...Perhaps you're right. We are approaching the climactic final moments after all, I feel. Well, I suppose it's time. Richard, join in on this. They'll want to see you too, given the explanation they're about to be in for."
"I'm here." Richard answered back, as his face appeared in the group CODEC call. "Hello, Raiden, and hello to you as well, Sakura… or Scarlet, whichever you prefer."
"So this is your new friend, Siege…?" Sakura asked back.
"Yep. Along with an assortment of others." Siege explained. "So… let's clear the air right here and now. In the time that I've been absent from that world, I've been enrolled in a group that's main goal is to ensure bright futures for worlds across the Multiverse, the Origin Intergalactic Militia, O.I.M., for short. Our main goal is to help people, such as you and Raiden, ensure that they get the best ending possible in their worlds."
"So that's why you left us a few months ago? To start your own project of righteousness, leaving us here alone to fight Sam? To fight Desperado? Is that it?" Raiden asked back with a rather stern tone.
"Look, I get it. I kinda left you two out to dry there dealing with Sundowner and Samuel… but I thought you two had it all covered. I was apparently wrong." Siege admitted. "But look at it this way. If I didn't care about you two in the damndest, do you think I would have gone to the effort of sending Allison? Sending Rachel? Sending Inuga there? Or… perhaps I should call him by his original name to you. Inuyasha is his name."
"Yep… secret's definitely out now." Inuyasha chuckled.
"So, if I may chime in here…" Doktor said as he joined the call. "What you're telling us is that you've been busy doing your own style of heroic feats? Your own style of heroism? What exactly does that entail, Siege?"
"It entails many realms of doing good, Doktor. Including something that you're trying to prevent, Jack, Sakura." Siege said.
"...So you're also trying to stop more Jack the Rippers and Crimson Demons from coming up… you abandoned doing so for us because of our past, you knew there was no fixing us." Raiden said, putting it all together.
"Hit the point straight home." Siege said. "If I could stop more of you from being made… well… I'm sure that would give you both a sense of peace. We do a lot more, but that's one side objective of ours that we put priority to."
"So how far does your jurisdiction stretch out? I'm sure this isn't as far as it goes for you both." Raiden would ask.
"We stretch out pretty far with our resources, Raiden." Siege responded. "You wouldn't believe how many people try to become like you and Sakura once became."
"...In that case I may have to file a new application. I mean, I'm not exactly working for Maverick anymore." Raiden dryly joked.
"And Sakura? Are you perhaps considering the same?" Siege would ask.
"Same here, are you going to hand some to the defectors? Nothing much in this world for them." Sakura answered back.
"Of course." Siege said. "As if I'd leave them to pick up what little pieces they have down there. Gotta have someone look out for them. Well, since we are known allies to you now, might as well share intel you may find useful. The freight elevator will take you to the top floor, sure, but I wouldn't expect it to be a smooth ride up."
"Like that's surprising." Raiden responded.
"We'll share more intel with you when you get up top." Siege added, before the call ended.
After that was said, the trio soon got on to the freight elevator, and began taking it up. While they took the trip, they were ambushed by multiple waves of enemies, that either used another freight platform to reach them, or jumped right from the top. However, all the enemies did for them, was to keep their adrenaline running, as they cut through the numbers the entire way up, until they reached the designated floor, the entire platform littered with parts of countless enemy types.
"Well, I'll say that this was a fun warm-up." Raiden joked. "Let's get moving."
They slowly moved through the hallways of the floor, before they recieved another CODEC call, as Sakura picked it up.
"Is Sundowner on this floor? Or is it Himeko, or both even?" Sakura asked.
"Sundowner and Himeko both are on this floor." Siege explained on the call. "And what's more, the server room is ahead."
"What are we expecting to find?" Raiden would ask.
"Let's just say it's gonna look a lot more like a brain storage and maintenance room instead of a server room." Siege explained. "But the brains are in there in the very least. However, I will warn you all, there is a fight waiting for you before them. You'll see when you get to the room ahead." Siege added.
The group soon rushed ahead, as the door opened, revealing a group of carbon copies, being Mistral, Raiden Mei, Monsoon, and Bronya.
"What the…!? But we… no. They're copies, controlled by AI no doubt." Raiden said as the trio got ready to fight, when suddenly, multiple Dwarf Gekkos were sent flying into the copies, along with Lightning strikes, causing the group to turn around.
"They call these copies? Pah. They're hideuse." A French voice said, as Mistral and Mei were behind the group, along with Allison, Rachel, and even Kiana. "Let's show them how we actually fight."
"Well aren't you two a sight for sore eyes." Raiden joked as he saw the group. "Nice of you all to join us."
"Apologies, it took us a while to get up using alternative means." Rachel stated. "We'll take care of the extra copies… Find a way to break through the door. We'll ensure that you won't be interrupted."
Raiden nodded as the trio ran ahead, cutting through the locks of the door as fighting began from behind them, as they ran in to see the server room, while Raiden and Sakura shut the door behind them to keep the body doubles from reaching them.
"My God…" Inuyasha said as he looked around at all the brains.
"Shhh. Don't disrupt the students while they're in class." Sundowner said as he and Himeko were on an elevated platform. "I believe two of you are familiar with the lesson plan. Same thing you two went through in Liberia and Japan."
"You…" Sakura growled at Sundowner, as both he and Himeko were above them.
"Considering that it was the 'optimal' experience to ensure that they would accustom themselves to the standard, it was the proper choice." Himeko stated with a stoic expression. "Virtually, any scenario could be set up, and this was the one chosen. How ironic towards you both."
"What they do in there… is not what they-" Sakura tried to argue.
"We are not coddling children here, Yae Sakura." Himeko snarled back. "Every conflict has a cost. Moral, financial, population, there is always a cost for war… and there is always a way to pay it… no matter how ethically bankrupt it is. Jolting them with pleasure for their actions, a necessary evil to mold them into proper soldiers."
"They're kids, you bitch!" Raiden shouted back.
"And kids are cruel. All people are, by nature, they just lost touch with it as they get older." Sundowner responded back. "Start thinking about they know right and wrong. 'That's immoral!', war crime this, code of conduct that. Kids, you can mold, manipulate into-"
"Enough, Sundowner." Himeko responded back with a heated glare on her eyes. "I prefer not to tread that subject too much."
"Oh, I'm sorry, my lady." Sundowner mocked back. "I forgot that you have your own little play-group that you have, gotten quite attached to them. Do remember that your cooperation is what's keeping you with a place to call home. Now then, where was I… Ah yes, you're about to say that you're going to shut this place down?"
Sundowner then walked to one of the brain containers, before pulling out one of the brains inside. "Say you bring this whole place down, waltz outta the rubble with all these precious brains…" Sundowner stated, holding the brain in his palm. "Nothing changes. All the guys in charge are long gone, and we got offices around the world. We're just suppliers, we don't create the market for war."
"So then who? Who would have, if you didn't?" Inuyasha asked.
"Why, take a good think, do you think every battle in history was all part of some big ol' conspiracy?' Sundowner stated, as he slotted the brain back where it belonged. "Bullshit! War is just part'a who we are? Why fight it? Anyways, none of this will matter in three hours. Demand for PMCs is about to skyrocket! Like the good ol' days after 9-11!"
"You… What do you have planned?" Sakura remarked with a growl.
"Not here, follow me." Sundowner stated, as he turned to leave, while Himeko looked at the group silently.
"...I will only ask you all one thing…" Himeko said, breaking the silence. "Raiden Mei, Kiana Kaslana, Theresa, Bronya… how many of them have you killed."
"...Lady, they're all alive and well, for your information." Raiden explained.
"...So that's why I heard two sets of lightning… One from the fake… and one from the real deal." Himeko remarked with closed eyes. "...You're expecting me to thank you for that, and turning them against Desperado… and you're not wrong."
"Tell me, if you know that they are well already, then why are you-" Sakura tried to convince Himeko.
"Because even if they are free… that does not mean they are safe." Himeko responded back. "I am obligated to defend this HQ until my defeat, lethal or otherwise, or this place will be marked as irrecoverable, and it will be destroyed by internal explosives. You may think me dim for telling you this, but I hold the hope that you will be able to defeat me. I may be genuine in the words that war is cruel and reality is no less harsher… but that does not mean idealism is dead. Should I perish here… keep them safe, they have suffered the same adversity as you did, Yae Sakura, in different forms. They are… your kindred in a way."
"Murata Himeko… I will stand by that promise under a divine oath." Sakura assured Himeko.
"...I'm tired of all this." Inuyasha growled. "Raiden, Sakura, get those brains out… I'll Duel you, Himeko. And I uphold the same promise Sakura does. But know this: I may not spare you, when I lose my shit with Sundowner up there… but know that with every fiber of my being, that I will try to spare you."
"That is more than I can ask for." Himeko responded back, as she left the room, but not before tapping the controls to open all brain containers, giving a path to the upper levels. "Then follow me… and if you are certain that you are enough to handle us both, although I do not doubt your rage will even the odds."
"Inuyasha! Get Sundowner! Do not lose him!" Boris exclaimed over codec.
"No shit, sherlock…" Inuyasha said as he followed the path to the very top of the building, running out into the pouring rain as Himeko and Sundowner stood on a helicopter landing pad.
"So the lone Wolf comes out here to challenge us? Fine by me. We can play up here without damaging the merchandise. Too bad you're already too late for the big event in three hours." Sundowner said with a smirk.
"Wha…? What happens in three hours!?" Inuyasha demanded.
"Don't matter, even at Mach 2, you wouldn't make it." Sundowner mocked. "And killing you is going to take some time: slow and painful, if Himeko doesn't rip you apart before I do."
"Forgive me, Inuga." Himeko remarked, as she reached for her clothes and tossed them away, revealing her Vermillion Knight battlesuit. "But I will ensure with all of my strength… this will not be your victory."
Sundowner laughed, as the joints on his back moved the explosive armour-plates around him, as they flexed slightly. "Like I said, kids are cruel. And we're both… quite in touch with our inner child." He declared.
~BGM:Red Sun~
Inuyasha raised Tessaiga as his helmet formed on his head, preparing for the battle ahead.
Himeko immediately rushed forward, as she used her large blade to try and slash Inuyasha, although he parried each attack cleanly, before sending her back with a thrust attack that sent her skidding across the platform, as Inuyasha charged right towards Sundowner, who tried to raise his explosive armour plating to protect him. However, Inuyasha shifted the grip on his blade, as he sliced the top two panels off by the joints with a quick side-slash.
"Christ!" Sundowner exclaimed, before Inuyasha kicked him back, as the attack sent him back, just in time for him to receive Himeko's attack, as her overhead swing was blocked by his own blade. Inuyasha, quickly using the situation to his advantage, kicked Himeko in the midsection before leaping above her to land quick slashes with Tessaiga, before kicking her away, as Sundowner rushed Inuyasha with explosive plating in front, as Inuyasha rolled out of the way, leaving Sundowner vulnerable as he quickly put up the plating again, only for Inuyasha to precisely slice off the remaining four pieces with swift ease.
Sundowner stumbled back from the plating being cut off, as he growled, the rest of his battle visor coming on his face, as he soon attached one of his scissor blades to his right arm.
"I'll cut you in half!" Sundowner yelled in anger as he looked at Inuyasha.
"Oh, so now we get serious about this!" Inuyasha smirked, as he sheathed Tessaiga, as his battle suit glowed Crimson red, as he let out a blood-curdling war cry, his claws extending out, sparking with red energy.
"I say likewise." Himeko remarked, as her armour began to burn up, as flames licked her frame, and she immediately unsheathed the second blade on her back. "Prepare yourself."
What ensued next was much different from the earlier clash of strength. All three combatants were moving much faster, much fiercer, and much more with intent to kill. Blades clashed with claws as sparks flew in the air. Raiden and Sakura, having just finished with the brains, and meeting up with the other group behind, soon rushed out with them in tow, as they saw the fireworks show before them.
"Holy shit…" Allison cursed. "You can barely track their movements by the naked eye."
"Inuga is no simple warrior, after all. To say that Murata Himeko could fight well against him, is a great respect for her." Rachel remarked.
"Wait, what about Sundowner?" Raiden added. "He's keeping up somehow."
"An effort he put up to try to match them. He is craven, so he cannot hope to reach the same level as Himeko." Mei answered back, gesturing towards Sundowner, who was getting sliced up by the claws. "See…?"
Back at the match, the trio fighting had stopped for a clash of blades and strength, as Sundowner laughed.
"You know, you're more in touch with your inner child than I expected from a goody-two shoes like you!" Sundowner joked at Inuyasha.
"Unfortunately for you, that praise won't save your ass!" Inuyasha said, as he soon dug one of his claws into an open wound of his.
"Activating attack protocol: Blades of Blood." Inuyasha's suit spoke to him, before he unleashed a Salvo of sparking blood energy waves that slammed into Sundowner and Himeko rapidly.
"Shit!" Sundowner cursed as the attack hit him and Himeko hard, as they hadn't expected such an attack from Inuyasha.
"Time to end this!" Inuyasha yelled as he saw Sundowner about to leap onto a chopper for backup, however he leapt on after Sundowner and slashed the weapons system of the chopper.
"Oh shi-!" Sundowner tried to yell before the chopper exploded, as he flew straight at Inuyasha, who activated Zandaitsu and ripped and tore Sundowner to bloody pieces with his claws, as Inuyasha landed back on the helicopter pad, and Sundowner landed as well, in pieces.
The pieces clattered across the helicopter pad, as the inactive head dropped where Himeko was, as she was barely standing, using her blade as her support.
"Against the odds… No, as per the odds… You triumphed." Himeko remarked. "It's my loss. The girls… they found someone worthy indeed."
"What happens in three hours!?" Inuyasha demanded from both of them.
"He'll… launch… Operation… Tecumseh…" Sundowner's staticky voice rang from a CODEC call. "I already said… too much… I've got… a call to make…"
"Cut yourself shaving?" Jetstream Sam quipped from the call.
"Asshole… He's good… Real good… You knew this would happen, didn't ya…?" Sundowner remarked.
"Die with dignity… I never enjoyed working with you, Sundowner." Fu Hua coldly declared.
"Heh heh… You got your wish… a bitch… to the end…" Sundowner wheezed. "Well… it's your… fight now… Fu Hua… Sam…"
Himeko then looked down at the head of Sundowner, as she slowly limped over. "So that is it then… I have lost, and so my obligation to Desperado is done." She remarked, before she then moved towards Mei and Kiana, along with Mistral. "I suppose that all that remains is Fu Hua then… She was always the most devoted. She will not go easily."
"Instructor…" Mei remarked.
"Not to interrupt this moment but we have a more pressing issue." Inuyasha said, before contacting the entire team at Maverick. "Boris, Kevin, team at Maverick, run a search for Operation Tecumseh. We need to know exactly what's gonna happen in 3 hours."
"I think that I should be obligated to chip in some info beforehand." Richard remarked, as he entered the CODEC call. "The location you're looking for, is Shabhazabad Air Base, Pakistan. It's mental maths: 3 hours at Mach 2, given a perfect radius in a circular area, gives a search area of 4000-4500 miles. Narrow it down further with potential causes for instigating war, and then add one certain factor… and the answers pops up. Want to guess what that single factor is?"
"The President… President Hamilton. If he dies, a long-time war will ensue with no hope of peace." Sakura realised.
"Dead on." Richard responded back. "You're going to need to find a super-sonic transport to get there. Luckily… I suppose that you know a friend that can help on that matter, do you, Raiden?"
"We actually do." Courtney remarked, entering the CODEC call. "A RLV can reach Mach 23, it can reach the designated location in less than half an hour."
"And we are certain that Sam and Fu Hua will be on the watch for us." Kiana remarked. "Of course… we could push through them… but who knows what they might try if they follow us back to where this RLV is."
"First thing's first though… we gotta get out of Denver." Inuyasha said. "Doktor, you got a second remote chopper with you?"
"I was afraid we wouldn't need it! Ja, it's on its way! And do not worry, I will patch up Ms. Himeko in case she is needed. Denver will likely not make this easy for us to escape." Doktor remarked.
"Don't concern yourself over me. It'll take more than this fight to put me out of action." Himeko responded back. "Just need a moment to take a break for once."
"If you say so, madam." Doktor responded to her.
"In any case, let's move." Raiden said, as the choppers soon came into view.
