Chapter 10: Progress Towards Trust
Episode 2
Jail Break
The group soon walked up with Blake, as Bruce was in an argument with John.
"I get that this might be needed to give us an edge, and I understand Waller's agents are going to pose us problems but we can't just walk in an demand a prisoner be released." Bruce said to John.
"But if we don't act Bruce, those Agents are going to trap Blake's friend into Waller's servitude before we have a chance to get that collar off her!" John retorted back.
"I know, I'm trying to think." Bruce said, before Selina saw the others.
"Boys, we have company." Selina said, as John and Bruce soon saw the group as well as Blake, as Bruce walked to Blake.
"On my behalf I apologize that we misjudged your actions." Bruce said to Blake. "We'll do whatever we can to get your friend out of prison… I just wish I had an idea of how…"
Kaguya POV
Y - "We could incite a prison riot and slip her out then."
X - "Can we not use bail money?"
B - "Perhaps a stealth mission would work?"
A - Say Nothing
"What if we incited a Prison Riot?" Kaguya asked. "It would be easy to slip her out that way."
"Oooh, I like your style!" John said with a giggle.
"I'm not one who endorses that kind of action… but considering your group appears to be more brawn than stealth, it may be a good idea. Plus, if Waller's agents do show up, it runs us less chance of getting Blake's friend shot." Batman said.
"Prison riot it is then. To keep your figure from being tainted more, Batman, let us insight it. Then one of you could sneak in and break out Blake's friend." Yang said.
"What should I do?" Blake asked as Yang looked at her.
Y - "Stay here. It's too risky for you to go."
X - "You can come along if you like."
A - Say Nothing
"...You can come along with us." Yang said to Blake.
Blake is grateful.
"Thank you, Yang…" Blake said. "I won't forget your kindness. Let me get Sienna out. It will make our lives much easier."
"Agreed. Let's go." Yang said as they soon went off to the prison.
Arriving soon after, the group consisting of Yang, Makoto, Mokou, Kaguya, and Blake saw multiple spots in prison walls where well placed shots, normal or explosive, could cause a massive riot with prisoners using the loud sound as distraction for the guards.
X - Explosive Rounds

Loading in explosive rounds, Yang would look to see the prisoners were currently in the courtyard. Some, anyways. Sienna was either there or in the building.

Firing at the courtyard, the explosion managed to make a small hole in the connected wall, and knocked a guard off his feet. This caused the prisoners to look around at the panicking guards as they smirked and started to attack.
"Split up and find her!" Yang yelled to the others as they stormed the prison. "Blake, I'm heading inside!"
Blake POV
Y - Follow Yang
X - Follow the others
Blake rushed after Yang, hopping through the hole with her, as Blake spotted one of Waller's agents drawing his gun on her without Yang knowing.
Aim and Fire at the Agent
B - Warn Yang
Blake fired at the Agent as Yang saw who she was firing at, as Yang shot the Agent center mass with Ember Celica, killing him.
"Come on!" Yang yelled as she ran one way in the prison.
Y - Stick with Yang
B - Search another section
Blake followed closely behind Yang. They were going the right way, they saw multiple agents making their way down the same path they were, as they were stopped, as if confirming with other agents where Sienna was.
Aim and shoot them
X - Rush and Ambush them
B - Slash Gambol Shroud at them
Yang and Blake rushed the group of agents and tackled them all to the ground.
Y - Kill them
A - Knock them Out
With swift motions, Yang and Blake knocked them out.
"Killing them makes us no better than them." Yang said.
Blake admires Yang's reluctance to kill.
They soon rushed ahead, seeing Agents forcefully escorting Sienna out of their cage, with guns drawn on her. Blake noticed Batman in the shadows, who looked to them for some sort of signal of an attack pattern for the agents.

Agent Holding Sienna
One of the two agents in back
Batman threw a Batarang as the Agent holding Sienna had his gun knocked away, as he stumbled in shock. The other Agents were about to fire when Yang and Blake tackled them from behind and knocked them out, before Sienna kicked the other Agent in the head, knocking him out. Sienna soon saw Blake, a smile reaching her face in relief as she hugged Blake.
Sienna is grateful Blake is safe.
"Oh Blake…" Sienna said with a smile as Batman dropped down to join the group.
Yang POV
Y - "You're welcome."
X - "We made sure she was safe."
B - "Glad those Agents didn't hurt you."
A - Say Nothing
"We made sure she was safe." Yang said to Sienna, who looked up at Yang before smiling slightly.
"...You… made sure she was safe… for me." Sienna said with a smile, hugging Blake tighter, before suddenly hugging Yang. "Thank you…"
Sienna will remember this.
Suddenly, Agents rushed around the corner, as the group noticed them drawing their guns.
"Located Batman! Sienna is escaping! Engage the killswitch, shoot the others!" Yelled the Agent.
Y - Yang - Bust the collar
X - Yang - One-Woman Line of Defense
B - Batman - Batarangs
A - Blake - Shadow Copies
Yang, noticing they said killswitch, immediately grabbed the collar and used her strength to rip it apart, as shots tore into her, as she was targeted as the imminent threat.
"AGH!" Yang yelled in pain as the guns were set to the lethal rounds.
"YANG!" Blake yelled in concern as the Agents were reloading.
Y - Blake - Hasty Retreat with Yang
X - Blake and Sienna - Stabilize Yang
B - Batman - Batarangs
A - Batman - Smoke Bomb
Aiming with precision for his Batarangs, Batman disarmed the group of 5 Agents quickly, as they all scrambled to retrieve their guns.
Y - Blake - Hasty Retreat with Yang and Sienna
X - Blake, Sienna, and Batman - Stabilize Yang (Bleed Out in 3 decisions)
B - Batman - Smoke Bomb
A - Batman - Signal Aid from Catwoman
Grabbing a syringe of medicine, Batman quickly injected Yang as the Agents kept scrambling for their guns. With quick handiwork they managed to bandage up Yang's wounds while also getting all shrapnel out of her that weren't clean pass throughs.
"That should stop all infection…" Sienna said in concern.
The group soon noticed the Agents had their guns, and were still reloading them.
Y - Everyone - Hasty Retreat
X - Batman - Smoke Bomb
B - Blake - Gambol Shroud
A - Yang - Ember Celica Explosive Rounds
Batman tossed down a Smoke Bomb as the Agents looked, seeing the smoke rising as they ran towards it, hoping to still find their targets inside the smoke as they lifted up breathable masks to see through the smoke and tolerate it.
Y - Retreat
X - Ambush
The Agents went into the smoke, unaware of the Ambush awaiting them.
First Attacker
Y - Sienna
X - Blake
B - Batman
A - Yang
Batman suddenly rushed to Agents in the smoke, as they yelled at being pulled out of the smoke, being knocked out by Batman soon after.
Second Attacker

X - Blake
A - Yang
Yang snuck up on another before knocking out another Agent with a harsh blow.
Third Attacker
Y - Sienna
X - Blake
Sienna wrapped her whip around an Agent and knocked him out, leaving one left, before Blake snuck in and smirked at him.
"Surprise~" she said, before the last Agent was knocked out swiftly.
"Let's get back to the Manor, before more agents show up." Batman suggested to the group.
"I agree. Let's go." Yang said, as they ran out, as the other three who had gone to other sections of the prison followed them back to Wayne Manor.
Once returning, Sienna and Blake immediately hugged it out with one another, giving a heart warming feeling to the room.
"Okay, so we've managed to get two of the White Fang back it seems." Bruce said as he came into the room. "So who's left?"
The reunion with Sienna and Blake was cut short, when they heard talks of getting others to safety.
"There's only one left… but he's gonna be the hardest considering Waller has him as her right hand man. Adam Taurus." Blake explained.
Yang POV
Y - "Adam… that name gives me the chills."
X - "Is Adam a bit of a jerk? Or is that just my reaction to the name?"
B - "From what I heard he's an ass… but maybe that's just because of the people who talked about him."
A - Say Nothing
Yang simply said nothing as the conversation on Adam continued, as Blake noticed the hesitation in her eyes.
"...You seem like you've heard some things about Adam." Blake said as she looked at Yang. "Or perhaps you knew someone by a similar name. Let me assure you, Yang… he's not anything like what you think he is… tell me… the rumors… whatever has happened to you in the past… how did they paint Adam?"
Y - "A jerk"
X - "An ass…"
B - "...I'd rather not say."
A - Say Nothing
Yang remained silent again, shifting her eyes away from Blake as Blake looked at her.
"...You don't want to say, do you? I appreciate you looking after our feelings." Blake said to Yang. "Whatever you've heard or seen about Adam… don't pay attention to it. He's much nicer than you have heard."
Kaguya POV
Y - "We should get back on topic."
X - "On that note, what's our plan for getting Adam out?"
B - "If he's as nice as you say, all the more reason to free him."
A - Say Nothing
"If he's as nice as you say he is, it's all the more reason to free him from Waller." Kaguya said.
Blake and Sienna appreciate the comment.
"Thank you for offering to help us." Blake said with a smile.
"Now then, the only way we could properly get Adam out of Waller's grasp is if Waller had a reason to come back to Gotham." Bruce said.
"She does. She wants me. But she'll send her Agents first before then." John said. "Unless we come up with another plan."
Kaguya POV
Y - "Perhaps suggesting a swap? Bait her into bringing Adam here and trick her into thinking we'll hand over John?"
X - "Maybe a close and personal exchange is what we need. Go straight up to Waller and demand Adam's release."
B - "With Blake and Sienna gone, Waller will have to send Adam with the White Fang. We wait for them to strike, and swipe Adam away."
A - Say Nothing
"Maybe a close and personal exchange is what we need. I say we go straight up to Waller and demand Adam's release." Kaguya said.
"One issue with that. She isn't just going to let a 'wanted criminal' out on the streets. And we are in no position to demand anything." Bruce said. "So that's off the table. Do you have another idea?"
Same choices as last time minus the demanding. Pressing X will have Kaguya standing by her statement.
"Perhaps suggesting a swap? We bait her into trading Adam for John, and when the moment is right, we ambush her and her Agents." Kaguya said.
"That could work. Waller wouldn't expect it if we all planned it just right." Bruce stated. "I can arrange the meeting, and don't worry John, we won't hand you over."
"I know you won't. I'm all for this plan." John said with a smile. "If we free Adam from Waller, that will take care of everything related to the Agency, except for maybe Waller trying to attack us here."
"If she goes for that, then she'll be in for a rather nasty surprise. Let's go, everyone." Bruce said, as everyone left to get into position.
On a high rooftop in Gotham City, Batman could be seen holding Joker by cuffs, as Waller soon walked into view, Adam at her side as well as multiple Agents, including Bane and Harley Quinn for extra backup.
"Finally coming to your senses and letting John go?" Waller asked Batman.
"Agreed. In exchange for the last White Fang ringleader Adam." Batman said. "Considering we've stolen the other two, and they've pleaded with us for the third."
"I'll be completely honest with you my only goal with these three was to use them to eventually bring John Doe into custody. So I'll happily hand over my final tool." Waller said with a smirk.
Batman POV
Y - "Before we trade. The collar comes off Adam."
B - "Then let's trade."
"Prove to me that you keep your end of the bargain. Collar comes off Adam." Batman demanded.
"Considering you're handing me John Doe, I'm in a generous mood." Waller smirked, as she had the collar on Adam deactivated, before John began walking to Waller, and Adam to Batman.
As soon as John and Adam crossed paths…
Y - Verbal Signal Ambush
B - Hand Signal Ambush
Quickly raising his hand, Batman gave a signal, as a few of the group recognized it… but a few was all that was needed.
Y - Yang - Explosive Rounds
X - Blake - Gambol Shroud
B - Catwoman - Multi Stealth Takeout
A - Kaguya - Spell Card
Kaguya reacted to the signal first, as she knew exactly what she was going to do.
"Declare Spell Card! New Impossible Request "Lunar Ilmenite"!" Kaguya shouted, as a rain of magic bullets ensued, as it pelted the entirety of the Agents gathered nearby.
"What the-!?" Waller yelled as her Agents were taken out, as Adam and John ran back to Batman's side, as now someone had to take down Waller.
Y - Yang
X - Blake
B - Sienna
A - Catwoman
Rushing out of the Shadows, Sienna dashed at Waller, as she turned just in time to be tackled to the ground and held down by Sienna.
"Don't move or your throat gets slit." Sienna said, as the group converged on Waller.
"So, Waller. Remember that deal? When you agreed to pull the Agency out of Gotham?" Batman asked.
"I agreed to that when I got John. Not to do so on that day." Waller growled at Batman.
"I don't think you're in the position to be making threats." Batman said to Waller, as Waller chuckled.
"Very funny using that against me Batman. But on what grounds is having criminals making Gotham safer?" Waller growled.
"I suppose you haven't looked at the numbers then. With John's help and Selina's, crime in Gotham city has taken a significant drop. 77% to be exact." Batman said as he sent Waller the numbers, as Sienna handed Waller her phone to look, as she looked in disbelief.
"...So you've really reformed them then?" Waller asked, as Harley and Bane were recovering from the massive onslaught by Kaguya in the background.
"I have. And unless you think I'm doing my job wrong, I intend to keep them here to continue their work." Batman said.
Waller growled, before sighing. "I suppose I misjudged your capabilities, Batman. Very well. I'll pull the Agency from Gotham." Waller said.
Sienna POV
Y - "Is that a promise?"
X - "You gonna keep your word?"
B - Let Waller Go
A - Say and Do Nothing
"Is that a promise, Waller?" Sienna asked.
"...Yes." Waller said, looking up at Sienna. "...I'll pull my men from Gotham starting today."
Hearing this, Sienna freed Waller and backed up, as Waller got to her feet, dusting herself off, looking at Batman. "...I apologize for my misplaced confidence in you. You really have changed John and Selina for the better. If only there were more people with methods like yours."
"I hope one day there are, Waller." Batman said, before Waller nodded back, and left as abruptly as she came.
A few minutes later, and Waller made the public announcement that the Agency was pulling out of Gotham, as perhaps one of the quickest best endings had come to this tale.
"Well, I suppose that's that. Bet you've never completed a Telltale game this fast, Kaguya." Yang smirked as the group were out of everyone's ear shot in Wayne Manor.
"Don't flatter me. It's a team effort. And a real good one at that." Kaguya responded back. "Never thought that we could deal with this with the minimal amount of body-bags… and also minimal impact on the status quo. Every choice causes significant changs, but in our case, most are for the better of us… and for the public as well."
"Excuse me?" Sienna asked, as she and Blake were seen walking towards the group. "We tried talking Adam to coming but… he's intent on helping keep Gotham safe with the others… Blake and I… we… we want to come with you."
"Oh?" Yang asked as she looked at Blake and Sienna.
"Yes… you four were very kind to us when you had no reason to be. The least we can do to repay you is to join you." Blake said, blushing as she looked at Yang. "And… I would like to get to know Yang more."
"You got a crush on me?" Yang joked with a snicker as Blake blushed more.
"Regardless, we'll take two more to the crew! Come on!" Makoto said with a smile as they soon left from there.
They soon returned to the OSA Golden Blaze from yet another successful mission, and a rather quick one at that.
